One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did 2 guided meditations of 15 min each. Also continued my excercises to remain present and open.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Early Friday morning on my way to bed, I checked on Tabbina again. I asked her to relax and let go. Her answer was again hissing and an attempt to bite me. When I got up again a few hours later, I found her dead. I have never before seen a cat fight so fiercely against death.
Now I start discussions with the youngest members of the family, 3 kitten girls of about 2.5 months. Since 3 days they stopped using their litter box. They are watching sick animals in the kitchen area, who don’t use the boxes for various reasons, and decided they can do the same. I am trying to explain that those animals are sick and have problems using the box, while healthy animals go inside to pee and poop. Tonight I will take them along when I bring a sick boy to the vet and have them checked, just to exclude there is a health condition causing them to go outside the box.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate that my understanding of death has profoundly changed during this journey. This year I lost so far 8 cats to various diseases, 4 of them during the past 2 weeks. Additionally, I found 2 feral kittens (about 8 days old) dead 3 meters away from their nest. It seems a rat got them while mommy was out to eat something. They had small puncture wounds on their throats.
Although the dying process can be nerve wrecking (like in Tabbina’s case), I can by now handle it remarkably well.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Did not manage. Since Monday, we are back 100% in the office. So time constraints are getting tough again.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not much intuition available this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I didn’t meditate as much as the previous weeks. This week felt more anxious than the others. Meditation would have been good for this! But I digressed a bit. I did do some meditations however and when I did, they were really nice. I even spent time outside with Nemo during our walks and in nature and that was nice to do.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Prince, such a lovely soul. Has lots to share and Vivian has requested some more info on one of the things he said and I will be checking in with him this week to see. I also had some very clear communication with my man Nemo and it was really awesome. It was wonderful to experience the clarity of it and how we were both in sync with one another.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the clear, clarity that Nemo and I shared together! It was wonderful on so many levels 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
A question crossed my mind about when animals are ready to die and cross over and if that comes through in a communication, how it that revealed to the human?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did, Prince is lovely! He shared about the purple pillow and the symbolism of that. He remembered! I forgot to ask and he brought it up. He said his favourite colour is purple and then explained how it fits into his purpose here. I will be communicating with him again this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did and I played with my mom! It was fun! Last time around, I only got 3 out of 10 correct and this time, I was able to intuit 7 out of 10! YAY!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated about every other day this week. I followed a couple guided meditations in the Core Foundations class and also in the Advanced Topics class that I started this week. There were also a couple times when I meditated on my own by sitting quietly for 8-10 min and focusing on my breathing and my body.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my own dog, Sadie, to ask her some questions about where she would like her dog bed to be in our bedroom. I thought I received guidance from her, however, she still isn’t using her dog bed in our bedroom, so maybe I imagined the conversation. I’m a beginner in all of this.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m so happy to be devoting myself to this journey that I’ve wanted to take for a long time. It has been really helpful for me to have the home study programs to work through and to keep me on task. I look forward to creating more friendships with other animal communicators and getting to know other’s animals.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It was really helpful for me to go through the 7 steps to successful communication material. I realized that I was trying to jump right into conversations with animals without first setting the groundwork and creating a safe space.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Prince on the live call and found him to be outgoing, lively, playful and happy. He licked my face and was genuinely happy to be communicating with me. He told me that his purpose is to bring joy and to help Vivian feel happy and loved. I heard his voice to be high-pitched and felt his fur to be soft.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not explored the Intuition Games yet as I’m so new to the club. I look forward to checking them out this next week!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I continue my daily practice about 1 hour every morning and 15 minutes at night before bed. We have now settled in to our summer home and go up to an ashram where we are planting the garden. I meditated there for 35 minutes today. I will continue to add an early evening meditation to my routine.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I re-connected with ZuZu, a ginger colored collie, this week and she wanted To continue with healing her mouth, leg and tummy so we went to my workshop and I gave her a remote TTouch session and also sent some directions for her person to continue the TTOUCHES. I gave her mom directions for herself to do TTouch heart hugs and then ZuZu and I also went to a chakra cleansing water fall. Very healing for both of us.
I forget if I reported on Kuma, a beautiful 10 year old pup last week, but he bit his person after she startled him from sleep. Kuma and I had a healing session by going back into the past and changing his reactions to a bad memory. I also helped his human set up some better and safer sleeping places for Kuma where he won’t be able to bite her if startled awake.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Two past clients who I worked with out of kindness, not expecting payment, paid me this week!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? None this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Prince is on my list, I’ll post tomorrow.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not make time to play the card game this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been doing meditations connected to the new Reiki class I enrolled in to update my training. Also meditation and self-Reiki before going to sleep. Just about every night about 30 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still watching Ginger for signs of improvement in her digestive/liver issue. Also talking to the birds in the morning while putting out their food for the day. Some of them are becoming more trusting of me and coming very closef while I’m still putting out the food.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
After reading Klaudia’s post, I realize that I have also become so much more understanding of what happens after we leave our physical bodies, and even though it’s a rough go to get there sometimes, once the transition takes place, knowing it is still possible to communicate with them makes it so much easier to handle.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did briefly by looking inside myself and saw a bunch of long scars from wounds and wounds in the shape of holes. I also saw the color green though saying that I’m healing. I forget what the other meditation I did was.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity, Hawkeye, Prince, Taylor, Var, Julie, George (in Spirit), George (Living), N, and two morning doves. One of the morning doves is named Fenton I think.
Communication with Serenity: I gave her kisses and told her to give me a kiss and she did 🙂
Communication with Hawkeye: I told him to come up on couch when he was walking around I think and meowing occasionally. I told him that so he would be with Serenity and me and not feel left out but so that I could continue resting before my animal communication session. He came up on the couch.I sensed Hawkeye didn’t want to help me make the bed with the clean sheets because it’s challenging for me make the bed when he’s on it and playing. I think it’s funny and cute though when he is helping me make the bed. Anyway, I told him he could come and as I was telling him he came running to help 🙂
Communication with Prince: He said he went with Vivian in the car with the two of them to her house (like she told the group about doing). Prince said he was a little nervous at first but that Vivian said they’d be going back to his brothers and then he was happy. He enjoyed the two of them going on their little trip! I got that he met a new person-a woman. As I’m writing this I got that he played and ran around having a great time in a yard. He also said that Vivian stopped during their drive and gave him water. While I’m writing this I got, “As if he was a Prince-which I am” and sent a visual of him smiling.
Communication with Taylor: Taylor is a cat who is not doing well physical health wise and I was connecting with her to see her feelings regarding passing on.
Julie, Var, George (in Spirit), George (Living), and N-animals of a lady who had a session with me recently. She originally asked just about George (in Spirit) and N. The other three animals came into the conversation-which I didn’t know until the lady said something like, “That’s my other dog, Julie,” and things like that. The two she originally wanted to connect with she wanted to know if they were happy on the Other Side. All the animals are happy. More information came during the session, and she confirmed almost all of it!
The morning doves-I told them I like seeing them and I might have said for them to not worry about me wearing face masks.
Serenity and Hawkeye: I told them to not worry about me wearing face masks and explained that it’s because of the virus.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Connecting with Taylor when she’s about to pass on-not celebrating it so much, but being grateful to have connected with her. I’ll connect with her again over the weekend.
Also, the client I had confirming almost everything I said!
Yes, please see above.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week.

Accountability questions May 16-22 2020
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
*** Yes. Meditated every day. Joined the Buddhist monks for live chanting every evening. Setting intention most mornings for the day ahead. Meditating on the right way through the process of restarting my business.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
*** No. not this week. Most of my waking hours have gone into restarting my business as lockdown restrictions start to ease. It’s taken a lot of time and effort because I have to do things differently in order to comply with the rules and also keep myself safe.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
*** I had a breakthrough. I’ve been struggling with trying to do the Animal Communication lessons and learnings for several months. Covid19 has increased the sense of frustration and struggle. I was meditating one morning and I had a clear image of my energy and my natural abilities being forced down through a narrow opening like a funnel or plug hole. Forcing myself into a particular mould will not work for me. I don’t know what the answer is but I feel much easier in myself now that I have removed this pressure on myself4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
***. See Q 3. The other side of the coin.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
*** No. no time or energy over this week. See Q 1 & 26. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
***. No not on the priority list at present.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? ******** yes about an hour a day – chanting mostly. Some silent.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?******
Darwin: I asked him if I could practice the feel my hand healing technique. He agreed and showed me that sharing joy is way more healing than sharing warmth – although not good if an animal is very weak. Sometimes you need gentle warmth.
Prince: I practised with a clear verifiable question about cats. Wait and see…
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.****I think I’ve seen that gentle strength is stronger – I had too much strong energy on the outside and I need to remember to bring it inside and soften first. I also did the 2nd lesson in the Advanced course.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?****I think I’m struggling with the place where verbal and non verbal understanding meet – I keep crossing over into each and get confused.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.******* I asked about cats – eventually. But I think I went in too strong with my energy and Prince asked me to back off, slow it down, come in gently. He told me it was quite rude. That was really helpful.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? ******** I did cards – trying to feel which ones were red and black. 27 right, 20 wrong. Need to strengthen my ability to stay in a non verbal place. Will practice. -

I have meditated various ways, both my sitting quietly and being in group meditations. Yesterday was a global day of meditation and the minister of my Unity church did a prayer via FB. The night before I was on a teleconference call with Susann Taylor Shier and she led us in a very powerful Journey, her form of guided meditation. And of course there was our usual meditation during church.
Prince. I have tuned into him several times during the week. More on the FAT question.
My success communicating with Prince off and on during the week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Prince was able to help me get to sleep.
I have communicated with the FAT Prince multiple times during the week. He is very easy to connect to. I posted to the discussion about him.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games Once again I have not looked at the games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I do a Reiki meditation of at least 15-20 minutes along with self healing daily. The guided meditations I have done this week are Portal of Transformation, I am Authentic-Healing Perfectionism, Empath Meditation, Gratitude Meditation, and Deep Relaxation. They are between 10 and 20 minutes long. I mostly do the guided meditations in the mornings.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talk often with a little song sparrow we have named Jerome. I tell him how grateful we are for his beautiful songs all day long. I haven’t heard his messages but he just continues to make us grateful for his presence, and his cheerful songs.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have spent time in the pasture with Pollyanna just being. It feels so peaceful listening to the sounds of birds and horses grazing. I am grateful that Pollyanna walked up to me from across the pasture to stand near me. I am keeping my mind open to her communications. I feel she said that she is happy to just be with me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Can being in physical pain block our communication channels? I was in a lot of pain this week due to an overdue chiropractic appointment (thanks to the Covid lockdown). I finally got an adjustment yesterday but am still in a lot of pain from it. I tried to connect with Prince but just can’t seem to.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I worked on connecting with Prince yesterday a few times but just did not feel a connection.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the card game picking the colors red or black. I got 30 correct, 24 wrong.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My meditations have been sporadic, mostly just did a few minutes here and there of mindful breathing, focusing on listening without labeling and sitting quiet with my different cats’ energies. I did my long morning meditation only once this week, though I have been playing around with lingering in bed upon first waking and trying to quiet my mind to recover dreams I was having just before awaking – my goal is to be able to lucid dream. I have not experienced one yet – though I felt close numerous times but did not because my mind began moving into dream analysis. What the practice is doing well for me is that I am able to quickly shift my chatter mind that comes blaring in at first wakeful time to quiet and move into deeper intent to grab my dreams. It is very interesting.
I did a lot of art work this week, one day practically the entire day – while I listened to my Jonathan Goldman cd over and over and over – I totally stepped out of non-ordinary reality and was in a artful meditation. It was wonderful, and, I had to tell my ego to shut-up when I heard her say later that I totally wasted my day. No I did not!2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a sweet couple of interactions with one of my feral kitties, Rennie. She has been good buddies with Mr. O’Leary, my other feral friend, for a couple of years now. To this day, she has not allowed me to touch her, though this week, I sat quietly on the back step and watched her; all the while sending her heart talk of calm and appreciation for her presence in my life. She did her eye blinking with me and I back to her, then she rolled on to her side and a bit onto her back exposing her belly. I felt she was expressing to me her comfort with me and was in a playful space. She stayed with me, in connection, for a few minutes. I felt so happy that we had this sweet interlude. I sense that her ‘surface’ self would really like to let go of her inhibitions and trust me enough to move closer, yet deeper in her resides a solid distrust of humans and for her own safety she has kept herself always at a safe distance. I told her, “as much as I would love to caress that darling, furry belly of yours, I honor your needs & requirements and so I will love you from afar”. Then she meowed a thank you. Following this ‘interlude’, when I go out to freshen their water and feed them, she is staying closer in and is much more vocal.
The learning experience I am having with Rennie is two-fold; 1) a reminder of always resting in a state of quiet honoring of where each animal is in each moment. I notice too with Mr. O’Leary that there are days when he does not want to come near me at all and other times he moves closer to a quick little head pet. The days he does come I notice that I am in a quieter, calmer headspace. 2.) Rennie is a mirror for me (Izzy too), showing me how my own inner fears need to be honored and respected rather that ignored and by meeting them softly and without force they will slowly begin to shift.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am really listening more astutely to my kitties and their silent heart messages to me….when Izzy meows loud at me I am taking heed to her needs; when Novia looks that look at me, I know we need some heart to heart time and open to allowing her wisdom to flood into my heart. KoKo is further reminding me to let loose and allow people to love me and make sure I get play time into my life.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
More self –discovery around time; I still have a strong tendency to all too often allow other peoples time frames to be more important than mine which creates excessive nervousness in me and veers me away from what I should be doing for my own self and growth. I had to be real firm with a man in Colorado recently about his demand on my time; his strong neediness was draining me quite rapidly. I see that if I do not continually look after the ‘keeping my boundaries in check’ I get swooped away into other people’s worlds and lose track of my own. I am working on this with regard to offering help to people with their pets, I have been spending too much time in my reporting to them what I received and too much time in trying to council the human ( then I get sad that nothing changes). Big lesson here which I am slowly waking up to on many levels; yup mirroring.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tuned in briefly and again went directly to Prince’s solar plexus. My immediate intuitive hit is that he is such an eager, open vessel to experience All of what it is to be in physical form that his young body gets a little overwhelmed. I want to talk with him more about the pillow metaphor that keeps coming up in the thread. I will write my report on the Forum before tomorrow’s class.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played a few times with my mini deck of cards. I had to chuckle at myself; I would pick a card and touch it to my forehead asking my third eye to open – I did some 4/4 breaths and focused on seeing in my mind’s eye the card, but instead I felt that it was fiery hot and knew it was a red card – yep, correct. Then I intended that in addition to seeing the card, I wanted to hear what it was; I was pretty accurate about at least 2 aspects of the card (I would get the color and the suit, or sometimes I would get the color and the number but not all three.) One occasion I had the card to my forehead and felt the circle and my first hit was a 3 of diamonds but then I picked 8 instead…..sure enough it was 3 of diamonds. I will definitely be playing the card game more like this.
Also, I want to as my sister in Colorado to help me with the ‘what’s in the box’ game. I will report back next week.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1- Meditation: yes i do my TM meditation every day. it was my birthday on May 18, had yard distancing party, friends coming over randomly all day, it was great to see people LIVE for a change. I have been listening to Dolores Cannon on life after death and It was great to validate my experience of God that I have seen through a close friend who died and whom I made promise to come back to me and she did during her vedic funeral ceremony. I am pondering and reflecting about life and why i am here these days, I want to get over my fear. I am also starting to do some neuroptimal session 2 X per day again to help relieve old patterns in my subconscious.
2- I reconnected with the FAT Prince and I went wrong on the mundane questions and it really got me deflated and doubting, my challenge, examining what happened. I will post about this. So, needed to connect with my friend’s other horse, Wizard, and i could not get anything. I am not sure what to do with this. she said she knows that he is trying to tell her something. sigh! I will try again…
3- I started my new class with Val and the first class was totally appropriate to my situation, don’t give up because you have some wrong answers… it was not all wrong, so it was good to hear and it is giving me the courage to keep going and just learn from my experience with Prince and Wizard, and move on, they are fabulous teachers and they will help me.
4- would like more personnel assistance when i get stuck and my intellect (ego) and my fear to be wrong kick in.
5-no, got stuck but will continue this week with Prince.
6-no -

Talked with Katey daily about her hooves and seeing her progress.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Angel is really good at understanding me. I talk to her about the schedule for the day and she knows where we are going and leads the way which shows how well she understands. The routine is not the same every day.
