One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily practice although have been dog sitting Luchien, the Doberman puppy with high energy so shorter periods when he is quiet.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Kitty Indigo has been “off” not eating or drinking. I checked her chakras and found two that were off(not spinning in the same direction) so I imagined them spinning clockwise and when I rechecked they had changed. I also felt something she had eaten was causing distress so gave her an imaginary “digestion” drink to purify and cleanse. By the next day she was better.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I keep studying and learning and when disbelief arises, I put those thoughts in a balloon and let them float away. I am remembering at least 85% of the time to set my intention before beginning a session. I am also saying “the end” to sessions.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Posted in the forum for Saturday’s call.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Sadie and I visited God’s healing vault together. Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not set aside time this week to do this. I am leaving my cards out by my bedside.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate… I do so before every lesson, or before listening to the masterclasses. I found an amazing man named mojjii…On you tube.. he posts many meditations and I usually listen to his meditations, or Vals heart meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been trying to connect with my cat Ziggy that transitioned many years ago…
Been trying to communicate about things that have happened over the years and asking him lots of questions about his existence..if he plans on coming back to me and how we will find each other if he does etc…3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate feeling like it is becoming easier to connect as I learn and practice
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I would ask if it makes sense that I never get pictures or other signs. I always hear the voice of the animal I am communicating with.
Is that posible? why do i not get images or other forms of communication?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I communicated wit Sadie… She comes from royalty and is a very special soul.. All about love and trying to show as many humans and animals around her that love is the most important thing.. the key to happiness and a good life.. If we allow love, see it, feel it, give it..we will be more complete and at peace no matter what life brings.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I continue to enjoy trying to think of someone at random and see if they call or text me out of the blue because I popped into there mind by because I was thinking of them

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
In addition to group meditations on Val’s call and during my online church service, I have offered Reiki which is done in meditation.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This morning I woke up dreaming about offering healing to a white cat. The only white cat I know is my cat Princess who birthed into spirit a number of years ago. So I asked her if she was sick and she said yes. I asked if she wanted Reiki and again she said yes.
Princess is the only one of my cats I have ever had much success communicating with. When I think of her, I immediately hear “Yes Mom” and we can communicate. I used to sense that she was here in spirit a lot, but she has now moved beyond the dimensions of the earth and has a new experience I don’t fully understand. She had told me previously that she has a body but not as dense as here, more of a light body.
This morning while offering Reiki to her, I expressed concern that a light body needed healing. She said she had been attacked by one not of the light. I asked my guides and hers to continue offering her Light and plan to tune into her again later today.
I celebrate the ease with which I can communicate with the soul that was my cat Princess and two other cats during this lifetime.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I can offer healing to Princess although she is in a very different reality now and this includes the ease of communicating with her.
I connected with our new FAT during the call on Saturday.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes every morning for 20 mins before I ‘start’ my day.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked mostly with Abby and Mookie who are still not getting along very well. I learned that a dog with dementia can have several ‘facets’ to her caracter and although might agree to a certain behaviour at one moment, can replace it with another almost straight away so there seems to be a never ending compromise and a steep learning curve.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think I would have to celebrate perceverance and compassion this week. My little Abby is pushing me to my limits with both of these at the moment which is challenging at times but I do believe that she mostly can’t help it.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have a particular question this week. I am discovering depths of patience / compassion which I didn’t know I had5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, not this week. I have been working hard to keep an even, harmonious atmosphere in the house which has left me little time for anything else.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again no, I need to organise myself and put in a structure…I work well with structure and not so well with ‘as soon as I get a moment’ type of organisation. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, one guided meditation for about 35 minutes. Other times I prayed to the Universe-not sure how many, nor for how long.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye-I told them about the plumber coming to do some work and I told them about things I was going to do. I told Hawkeye about needing him to behave better for Serenity so she feels comfortable.
I also talked with a horse who is missing his friend. I also picked up on colic. The person confirmed about colic and about a friend passing on and also about a friend he had all of a sudden picking another friend to be with.
I also talked with a dog who was experiencing a little pain in her paw. The person confirmed she had stepped on a thorn earlier that day. I also did with Sadie about what to do regarding my cats (Hawkeye really) and during the call.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How I realized that when I’m anxious and my cats (Serenity particularly) are anxious or the like that I can use that to realize I’m anxious. Also I’d like to celebrate that I’m starting to realize what’s the point in having a busy mind, worrying, etc.?
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions. For discoveries see above answer.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Over the weekend and Lindsey confirmed most of what I got. Also, briefly today regarding Hawkeye. Sadie said to listen to my heart.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I haven’t, but I psychically/intuitively guessed the correct time I believe.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes most days. I also have been taking time in the tub for stillness.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a pigeon and will explain what happened below. And also some deer who were being hunted. Their message was healing and accepting on so many levels.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I wish to celebrate the clarity received from last week’s Q&A masterclass. Val was able to answer my questions and provide wonderful guidance.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not done so yet this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes I moved onto the next exercise about asking an animal about death amd dying. And it came about in a way I didn’t expect.
I was driving home one day and a car beside me hit a pigeon. The lady driving didn’t even notice and the pigeon flew and hit the guardrail on the highway. I felt horrible for it happened right in front of me. I saw the pigeon become stuck and then hit and then catapulted onto the guard rail. At the time this happened I was also listening to Val’s masterclass recording on transitions and death and dying. I tuned into the pigeon and I heard “I’m free I’m free I’m free!”
I asked him how he felt about this experience. He said he got caught and it was quick and he felt no pain although it looked like he might have. I asked if he committed suicide by the way he went by the car and how it all happened. He said no. But he did say it was his time and that is how it was to happen for him. He was accepting, felt free and light. It was a real surreal experience.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate this week -for approximately two hours in total. The meditations I did were “Om Mani Padme Hung” and “Simply Being” from Insight Timer as well as focusing on my breathing and The Waterfall and Heart Rose meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher, Lindsey’s dog Sadie. I asked her about her walks, where she sleeps, her toys and her dog friend. Nothing was very clear to me. I don’t know if I was in my head, thinking too much or not paying enough attention to pick up her replies. I realize I need to remain tuned in at all times.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate that I made the time to practice with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher. I feel the more I practice it may help me to relax more with the process and I may start to improve.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am never sure that I have formed a connection with the animal.
I did have the feeling that I was getting information back very quickly from Sadie after asking her a question. This is something I need to be aware of with all animals and remain tuned in so that I do not miss anything.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher of the month, Lindsey’s dog Sadie. I asked Sadie about what she loved to do, where she slept, her food bowl and if she had any dog friends. I did post in The Forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did The Card intuition game and of 45 cards got 24 correct and 21 wrong when trying to sense the color.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My usual Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music 10-30 minutes each night before going to sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Besides my fur family, I have been offering Ho Oponopono to the deer that live around me. It is hunting season again and I am under the impression that the group of 3 lost 2 of their members this past week. I have seen a lone deer hanging around by herself ever since I heard the shots. My heart hurts for her, she seems so lost without them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Do the deer not hear my messages of warning to them, or do they hear and ignore? I try to warn them every year of the dangers of hunters, but they seem not to hear me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I offered Sadie a greeting but got nothing in response.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, just trying to stay open to intuitive thoughts.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been a bit of a wimp on my meditations this week; have only done a few minutes in the mornings.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The only communication I did this week was on Saturday’s call with Sadie. I faltered this week on everything. Last minute massage sessions and a busier massage week overall took my attention and my energy away.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
No celebrations this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have posted several questions to Val for this Saturday’s upcoming call. I am feeling resistance about a lot of things this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
just on Saturday.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I failed at everything regarding animal communications this week. I intend to do better this coming week. I am sorry, please forgive me. (I say this to Val and myself)
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes at the weekends – chanting and silent, but only a little during the week because I’ve been struggling to get to work on time. I’m feeling the lack of it and will make time this weekend to restart so that I’m more energised to fit it in during the coming week.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been trying to overcome the block to hearing Elsa and I think it really comes down to a) me doubting what I get b) assuming I won’t get anything and giving up. I think she has a very clear and simple way of expressing herself which at times makes me thing I’m not getting it. I’m beginning to trust the feeling of the energy exchange between us rather than ignore it or try do without the feeling.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Getting into my heart space more quickly.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Can or do animals self heal on a soul level? I’ve asked Val in the Q&A.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – on the Q&A session and I posted what I got. I’m always surprised when its accurate – but I want to trust myself more. It seems that when I do I get accurate stuff.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did a little lean in practice on which colours to wear which day – I’m going to do that more often. I feel out of sorts when the colours don’t fit the day. I’ve been doing it subconsciously for a long time but I want to make it more conscious. (As long as they aren’t hideous combinations and my wardrobe allows!) -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I’ve been meditating daily. Sometimes on my own and other times the Gabby Bernstein meditations.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Yes – with the FAT Sadie. I wanted to do more but I ended up concentrating on meditation.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing specific for this week. Other than making time to be on the Saturday call, which I hadn’t done the previous month.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing more at this time.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – The only thing I received similar to what was said an image of Sadie running towards water on a beach.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just paying attention to my intuition and breath work. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning & night. I did a few guided meditations: Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min, Portal of Transformation 17 min and Val’s Energy Ball Clearing, Rainbow Tornado & Shower. I also did silent meditations several days for about 10 minutes each.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Sadie, the Fat. She told me she feels good today and wants to run, has a lot of pent up energy. In a previous conversation I got that she was connected to royalty. I asked her about this more and she said she was a cat in another lifetime and sat on a Princess’s lap to give her love. She now gives Lindsey love, this is her mission. She gave me a message that I will be getting more information when I talk with animals. Message for Lindsey is that she wants a red doggie blanket. She appreciated that I connected with her today.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am getting more information.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am taking note of every impression that comes to mind. Even if I think it is my ego talking, or my imagination, I tell myself it is the animal’s message.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I will post my conversation in the forum. What we talked about is shown after question 2.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did the card deck game. I didn’t do so well but still got more correct. Correct 28, Wrong 26.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I only meditated twice because we have a new kitten Uriel and I have been busy with getting him settled in and getting Angel our dog used to him. I have lost sleep but we are starting to get on a schedule.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Angel and Uriel communicating with them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Being able to communicate with Angel makes it easier for helping her overcome her instinct to chase the cat. Now if I can get her to stop licking the kitty’s butt I will be happy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Tuned in during the class call
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time this week

It was a very strong and unique experience the healing inside of the session. It felt as collective healing and it open to me a new question to check out about animals.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Beginning of the week I did guided meditations on 2 days. The other days just breathing exercises, staying present and focusing.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
One of the feral males got quite aggressive lately, beating up other cats and kittens, trying to get all the food for himself. I gave him a couple of warnings, and when he did not stop, I did not give him any wet food for 2 days. I told him I don’t want bullies around and he should stay in the fields around the house. After 2 days he came begging for the ‘nice food’ (they always have access to dry kibble) and promised to behave. So I gave him a bowl and he ate quietly, not even looking at the other cats.
Shortly after I posted last week’s report, Simba died. He had told me too late that he was sick.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing specific.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with Sadie during our call last Saturday.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.5/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated Sunday – Friday. I had a miracle where Obi sat in my lap during my Sunday meditation, and it made me so happy with tears of joy! I’m following my spiritual team’s suggestion of meditating more and adding morning meditations, as I was originally only meditating at night. Average 10 minutes in the morning, then 15 minutes in the evening. On some days, I added a 5 minute afternoon meditation. I would listen to 432 Hz & 528 Hz Miracle Tones while running the 11 senses, crystal light, and golden heart light. It was a challenge to remember to add my INTENTIONS at the end of the meditation, which I only remembered a couple times. Gotta set my intentions and try tapping.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog, Sadie. She showed how young, vibrant, playful, and beaming she is, but she also showed a very old soul and wise spirit. I saw a lot of running, chasing balls and fetching. Her black coat absorbs and transmutes negative energy, and she helps ground those around her. Her body feels warm and firm, with a smooth coat. She told me she was very HAPPY with Lindsey. I also heard her deep growl and bark, which I’ll need to get confirmation on the forum.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This has been a chapter of mistakes, but recording #4 of the Beginner’s preface to Awaken my Inner Guide reminded and re-affirmed the steps to improve and go deeper. I’m a little blue, but I’m going to keep going and accept that this is part of the journey. I’m glad I caught myself giving permission to connect with my trusted source anytime, even if I’m in the middle of an animal communication. I had previously compartmentalized those experiences. I’m meditating more.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I keep forgetting to Ask for Permission when connecting with my spirit team, but it doesn’t seem to hinder my intuitive exercises. The answers are often immediate. Is that ok? I’m consciously adding it to use when connecting with an animal.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with the November FAT, Sadie. She’s very young, strong, firm and warm to the touch. The sun’s heat easily gets absorbed in her smooth coat. I got my impressions first and saw running and jumping and chasing balls. But I also sensed an old soul, that she’s been around the spiritual block. I saw a golden light yellow aura. But there’s also a sketchy side of her when she feels unsure with an occasional bark & growl, which I heard a menacing back-off attitude towards anyone she doesn’t trust. Lindsey supported that she has trust issues with certain people, and Val confirmed she senses energies. I need to confirm if she barks, because I heard a deep, guttural protective growl.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote 2 intuition letters to my higher self, Lady J, in regards to my doubts, blocks, and regression with Bunny refusing to use a litterbox anymore. My Inner Critic seems to be taking the lead over the past week. Lady J reminded me to return to my state of imagination, that I already do it unconsciously. When I try too hard, I push it away. It’s a frequency that I can easily surrender to – a state that I was heavily participating in as a child. Be ok with being wrong, because the animals appreciate my intentions, and they know I’m trying, With Bunny, she said to be patient and keep looking for solutions. Come from love when I try to communicate, and then let go of expectations.
I reviewed Recording #3 & #4 of the Awaken Your Inner Guide from the Beginners preface Course. Added more prayer to my groundings.
I also reviewed the Tips on Enhancing Telepathic Communication and the 7 Steps Heart of the Conversation. I need to really set my space and foundation with deep grounding.
I re-listened to the July 2020 Buddy Q & A Call. I find that listening to these recordings helps me acclimate to the experience of conversation. It was nice to be reminded of the “worst case scenario” approach. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Monday through Thursday I did silent meditations in the mornings totaling around 60 minutes. In addition, on 2 days I did a 10-min healing sounds meditation. This morning I did the Centering with Love meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Sadie to check-in and see how she is liking being the FAT this month. She told me that she is really enjoying it. She says that everyone has been so nice to talk to her and other animals. She says the world needs more animal communicators. I also asked her what my mission is and she told me that it’s about being free and creating the life that I truly want…living my dreams.
I communicated with Martha’s Hawkeye and he shared with me that he would like to be able to go outside and smell the bushes, watch the birds and lay in the sun. He gets bored being in the house all the time and would like more stimulation. He has pent up energy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It has been SO amazing and awe-inspiring to hear people’s communications with Sadie. I feel so much support from this community at a time in my life when I really needed it. I feel very blessed.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It’s important to keep in mind that animals are complex beings just like humans are. They experience a range of emotions and have differing sides of their personalities. A lot of people picked up on Sadie’s love that she shares and it’s also important to know that she is still working through a lot of things and healing old wounds. I know she wants to trust people and she is making so much progress.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with her this morning and shared it above in question 2. I wasn’t really able to communicate with her on the call because I was watching her and it felt too hectic for me to get my own conversation in.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week. I connected with my intuition during my morning meditations.

1- meditate: yes, I do every day. Heart meditation when necessary and journalling and writing appreciation for whatever is given in the day.
2- Practice: yes, several time with my friend’s cat, a feral cat I named Oreo. we were very sad that he decided to stay behind in Las Vegas as she left for Santa Fe, NM on Wednesday. had a great experience with my teacher horse Maestra, I am taking lessons with Juliana every week, to learn about myself and move forward emotionally, a true heart to heart connection. I am planing to write my story with her and post it.
3- Celebrate: I keep going… and I received beautiful gifts along the way like my experience with Maestra to remind me that I am growing and how wonderful animals are. I want to help her in return.
4- questions/discovery: one day at a time.
5- Fat: yes, and posted
6-no games
