One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate every day now. Since joining The Heart School, I have learned that doing so is very important… Feeling centered ,the only way for me to clear communication..The time varies…but always before a class or in the morning…
I have several that I choose from depending on my mood.. Usually one of different ones of Val’s such as stress busting quick connect or one from MOOJii I am or others…2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I connected with a Ragdoll cat named PINOT. I am looking after him this week and his person mentioned certain behavior things she can’t seem to change.
I told her I was new to animal communication but if I have her permission I would try to communicate with him.
I asked him many questions and tried to follow examples from my courses …
Explained that it was very painful for his person and in the end he suggested I ask her to play certain specific games with him so that he can get his fun for sneaky out of his system…LOL…
We will see if I really made any difference if the person mentions any changes…3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I always come upon this question and pinpoint one thing as requested…
that is a hard task.. I am grateful for everything about this journey…I say if only I had knowledge of this schools existence years ago…I would have so much experience, and time doing what I love…
But I am trying to look forward, and I am grateful to be here learning from such amazing people…Thank you..4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have a question about dogs that chase cars… There was a specific case Val talks about two dogs chasing cars and how she helped them change the behavior…so I will follow what Val did as a guide to help this dog.. ..
I say the above as I have discovered so much of what I am learning with Val comes up everyday with peoples pets around me ,and how noticeable it is now that I am studying this compared to before when it was less obvious.. if that makes any sense…5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I did not have a chance to communicate with Sadie again.. but I will
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not play any intuition games…but I feel that I am always aware now of when people are going to call me…and suddenly they do…
Or just daily things…I test myself all the time with daily things that happen that we take for granted as coincidences but that are sometimes more… -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I don’t know how many times, nor do I know how long. I prayed to the Universe and also did the Rainbow Tornado with the Rainbow Shower and opened my chakras, put in white, pink, and green, with invisible black around for my cats and me, and closed my chakras.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I tried to prepare them for the plumber, but the plumber never came. I told Hawkeye that the plumber will come next week. Perhaps Serenity heard. I will make sure they both know. I am not sure if it was communication from them or a psychic hit, but I got the idea about perhaps getting a rent to own house with a yard for the three of us to move which would be good for all of us I think.
Other communication with them maybe, but right now I don’t remember what about.
Also with Sadie, the FAT, who told me about being at the beach and a little about the house. I posted the conversation, along with the rest of it, for Lindsey to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning about not being in such a rush to do things and not stressing so much. There’s no point in it!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. Sadie told me that they’re at a beach house and told me about the place a little and some other things. I posted the communication for Lindsey to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I psychically guess the time correctly I think. I might have also psychically guess what some numbers would add to and have been right. Also, the deck of cards game: color: 6 right out of 8. face or no face: 6 right out of 8. what suit: none right out of 9.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’ve been meditating in the tub more lately. Really nice to sit in the warm water and move into stillness.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a beautiful dog who was very sick. He didn’t make it and died the following day. He said he wanted to try and he did his very best. He shared how it felt inside as he wasn’t eating. I feel there was some great healing done with mom and him. I set up some crystal healing using rainbow energy and after his passing, drew symbols and colours that were following up to this energy and from him. His mom was very touched by the drawing. I have learned from this experience the gift of allowing the animal and the humans to lead and to remember that I’m the conduit of this energy being shared and received between them both. Sometimes I take things on as an empath and when I remember to “show up” and be of best servitude that I can, allowing them to own this, not me, it really helps me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My foster dragon Brigger is trusting me more and more. We are bonding better and better and I think I might be a foster failure as I’m getting really attached to her. She’s so precious! 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I did talk with sweet Sadie and I wrote the discussion in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The game I am on right now is talking with animals on how they feel about death and dying. Each day, when I feed my dragons their food, I feed them worms. I see how they are treated at the reptile store, they are treated as “food” and not living beings. So I asked the worms how they felt while they were waiting to be eaten by Brigger. They told me they knew they were a food source, that some of them did feel fear from this but that others knew and understood. They said that their soul’s journey was a short one in this life time and that it was planned that way. Some said that when they were eaten, it was wonderful to return back to the light. That they needed to experience this so that they could evolve soulfully further. It was quite an interested discussion. I thanked them for being a food source for Brigger and sent them love.

Yes every day from 20 minutes to an hour an half. Sound healing, Joe dispanza masitations, silva meditations.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Two cats from same house– Kova and Kesem. Kova is attacking Kesem. It was second session, after the first session it got better. The first time was most on Kova, and today it began on Kesem, that also have health issues, and them it became like couple session. We together found how they can help each other and be together as partners. After the session the woman told me that Kova came to Kesem while we were on the communication and she didn’t attacked him and wasn’t mad as usually.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Soul Mala Healing Meditation, 10-30 minutes each evening before bed.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat, Scooter, spent his first full day outside by himself since he didn’t come when I called him to come in before I went to work. It was not a good weather day, cold and rainy, and I was open for anything that might come from him while I was at work, but nothing came. When I got home that evening it was almost dark already, and he was at the door waiting for me and quite vocal about the whole situation. I told him that’s what happens when he doesn’t come when I call him when I have to leave the house. The next day he was quite happy to stay inside while I was at work. 🙂
New kitty, Little Purr, is my other focus. My friend has decided she doesn’t want her after all, so she is down to 2 options: 1) Integrate with my other kitties and stay here with us or 2) I can take her to the kitty shelter where she can wait for her person to find her. In order to do that, she will have to go to the vet where I will have to turn her over to strangers which I really don’t want to do. I’m trying to have conversations with her about this to find out what she wants to do, but so far have not received her response.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I offered Sadie a greeting before posting this, but got no response.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, just always trying to be open to any intuitive thoughts.

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?I did meditate this week for a total of approximately 150 minutes in total. I did focusing on my breath as well as The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations and Practicing gentle kindness towards ourself by Sarah Blondin
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did practice communicating with an animal this week – with dog Sadie, the month’s Featured Animal Teacher. We talked about what Sadie had felt about talking to humans and what she felt was her most important role. I felt better about the connection than last time and learnt that I need to have really good energy (not be tired ) when attempting animal communication and to relax more.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I want to celebrate that I tried to connect with an animal this week and that the process is becoming more familiar to me.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?My question is how can you tell if you are truly connected to an animal.
I had a very vivid dream last night that I had walked into a park and there was a mother duck there who started talking to me and I could understand everything she said. Something like this has never happened to me in real life or perhaps it has and I was not aware of it. It dawned on me that I need to increase my awareness if I am to hear what animals are saying to me. I know this is one of the key things that I need to work on.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
I did communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher of the month, dog Sadie. Sadie told me about how much she had enjoyed talking with people and how much she enjoyed being with her person, Lindsey.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I played the card game (guessing the color) three times, getting 10/20, 11/20 and 13/20 correct.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been doing a 10-min guided Qi Gong with healing sounds meditation daily this past week except for on 2 days. I have also spent time sitting in quiet meditation and connecting in with my breathing and my heart. I haven’t been as deliberate about recording the amount of time in meditation this past week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated this morning with Marybeth’s Nemo and asked him to share advice with me about my current life situation. I posted it on his ATH page and will await feedback from Marybeth.
I also communicated with Sadie to prepare her for our car journey to visit my mom. I communicated with her at my mom’s house to ask her to stop barking at my mom when she’s spooked. It hasn’t helped too much so far.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It feels so nice to connect with animals and seek their wisdom. They have so much to share with us if we are willing to listen. I am continuing to love reading about everyone’s connections with Sadie this month.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I tried out taking notes while communicating with Nemo instead of keeping it all in my head and writing it down afterwards. I’ll have to keep experimenting with this to see what works best for me. I want to be fully present with the animal I’m communicating with so I’m not sure if taking notes gets in the way of this.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with Sadie and I posted it above in question 2.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No intuition games this week. I continued to tune into my intuition during my morning meditations.

Yes – did my usual daily chanting and rainbow mediation.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I didn’t do a lot this week. Work has consumed me. I did communicate with some spiders in my house who showed me how they use their legs to connect with the earth energy. I find spider energy magical.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The fact that I am on the path to developing my ability to do this.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!?
Trying to focus on leaving space to hear answers.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
No I haven’t this week I’m afraid.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every morning for a minimum of 15min and some days extended to 40 -50min. Several times throughout the day I have been practicing my TEM Also, this week, for some reason I am especially aware of myself being in a deeper meditative space with my massage clients; I had a beautiful and intense session with a woman when I was doing energy work with her…..I felt strongly that Angel help was present – in fact I called on one and poof my body had an incredible jerk and up to the surface popped pain in her scapular region (she was supine at this point) and in a few minutes I cleared it away. It was so cool!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke again with Alicia’s new kitty Uriel and her doggy Angel. Uriel is biting at Angel and Angel is laying on Uriel. Here is what Angel says about laying on Uriel, “He is quite a handful. You know I have to sit on the energy to tame it down when it gets too blaring. It gets too sparky and prickly”. (yup, his claws, tee hee) Uriel says, “ I like the feel of the energy pulsating in me, it’s like a fire that excites me”.
I explained that Angel and his humans are teaching you to allow the energy to move you while also being conscious and conscientious of your actions. (big lesson for me here)
I also expressed concern and created a worse case scenario for Uriel about Alicia’s concerns about him getting behind furniture and playing too close to wires. I feel he got the message.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have been spending extra time and effort with my Novia and I am noticing her fur is much softer and less greasy (I call it the old cat grease) because not only from my brushing but from my extra care and full heart attention when with her. For several evenings when we lay down for bed, before I turn the light off (she sleeps on her own special pillow right next to mine) we have deep eye contact and heart connection and I am pouring my heart love to her. Her heart sends back to me all that I give her and More. She is very appreciative of our one on one moments.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?Alicia’s animals are really helping me to realize how when I am comfortable and balanced in my energy and really am in my heart knowing, everything flows so easily in the communications. I have finally discovered – or rather – am beginning to embrace and honor my ability to drop into Theta brainwave state. When in Theta my ego, which hangs out in Beta is quiet.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did tune into Sadie and got how what an incredible mirror she is, it’s as if when I softly blur my eyes her whole being becomes a mirror – she showed me my procrastination in full bloom. I will go in today for deeper messages from her. I feel it has a lot to do with her blackness of body.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games?
They only games I played this week was when the phone rang, I would intuit who was calling. I am actually getting pretty good at this and it always makes me chuckle.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did some pyramid meditations with Luchien, my grand dog, as guided by Val in a recording of a session we had. I also continued daily meditations on light and sound. Spent extra time in meditation on Thanksgiving feeling deep gratitude.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Priscilla, chihuahua, cleared her space of gunky energy and she is much calmer.
2. Bunny in backyard. She was lost and couldn’t find her family. I asked if she was warm enough. Yes. I said maybe they will find you tomorrow.
3. Luchien, Doberman. Connected with Val about biting his toe nails. Turns out his feet are irritated. Doing a pyramid cleanse. Also let him know today that a new Doberman puppy will be joining their pack, a rescue from Mexico. He was interested in knowing more.
4. Duke, Belgian Malinois, who lives with Luchien: I Let him know the new Doberman puppy who is already missing his first family would be joining their pack. He was disgusted. I asked if he could be kind. He said…whatever. He was glad he could “go to work” as he is a police dog, and leave the pack behind at home.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am learning the value of clearing energetically the space Imlive and work in.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? People will ask me what their animal is saying and I have no idea and then I wonder how I am calling myself an animal communicator.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Posting today.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No specific games. Working on being intuitively guided this week.

Monday 15 m morning to my music list, remembering what my intuition guide said about using my favorite tracks to put me in a state of peace & joy. It was instant and effortless! / 12 m evening (11 senses, crystal light, golden light). Tuesday morning 10 m (11 senses, crystal light, golden light, light bath, + intentions).
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke to the collective of my home cat group. There’s been some minor dissidence towards our eldest cat, who is in an extended transition towards the rainbow bridge. I asked Obi & Cutie Pie to please respect her wishes and leave her alone. They want to play, but she’s never been agreeable towards other cats younger than her. She growls & hisses, unfortunately, yet they continue to test her boundaries. I requested that they create more harmony. I also asked Bunny if she could try opening her heart and joining the affections of our family unit. Since she’s staying longer, I believe that she has opportunities to still learn & grow, too. This week, I caught them all sleeping together! It’s not perfect yet, but I see improvement, and the younger cats still attempt to get closer and include her, lol.

We finally figured out win-win with the way Bunny refuses to use any of the 3 litter boxes! We laid towels down in her favorite spots, but also added pee pads in other accidental places. Part of the issue was that they stalk her in parts of the house, and she wants someplace closer to our bedroom, spot clean. The messes have reduced, and we have a convenient system to deal with her decline.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No new questions this week. New discoveries is tapping into the group collective to make connection more cohesive. At least, I feel that someone is listening and the messages get dispensed.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with the FAT last week, and I intend to reach out again.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Being a holiday week has been distracting. I make it a point to send out my thoughts and heart to my animal collective every day, nonetheless! That was always my first priority when I chose these courses, and I’m so happy with the new results every week. Every day, there are many moments I can enjoy with an individual in my brood. With Bunny, I’ve been doing more energy work, which I learned in another course. She sits and lays on me more often, which is a breakthrough this year and an honor. It all started when I attempted my first conversation this summer. -

1- Meditate: I meditate every day without fail it’s been so much in my routine for so many years, I do the heart meditation whenever needed and I started to listen to Tom Kenyon chants again, he connects with the Hathors.
2- practice: I was practicing connecting more consciously live, meaning having a conversation with Domino when I was leading at therapeutic riding. I did get that he was bored during the lesson and funny enough I was too, were we on the same wavelength or it was all him? I think we were both bored that day. He was giving me such a hard time with the next lesson but we had to do it despite his feeling. This is where it gets complicated considering everyone involved and he gets punished unfairly. I did not know what to do? It is sad when you don’t have a voice like the horses don’t most of the time as well. I understand.
3- Celebrate: I saw the injustice with Domino but I did not fall apart and notice that he was happy to get his grain and food after we were done, he moved on, he is doing much better overall.
I also started to learn shamanism and it is very exciting, I journeyed by myself this week and I met 2 of my power animals, tiger who brought me to bear in order to collect my tools for my medicine pouch. To be continued.4- questions/discoveries: What will it takes for me to be comfortable to communicate in the presence of the animal and the client, to not be be distracted and keep focus and in my quiet?
5- FAT: not this week
6- Games: no

OMG, I almost missed this. It has been a strange week what with Thanksgiving yesterday.
I did meditate a few times. In addition to the usual meditation during the Sunday service, I had spent time a few times just being quiet. I also did an Akashic Record Session for a new client which includes meditation as prep for the session and leading the client on a Journey where I journey with them. Not enough to be sure, but some.
I have attempted to communicate with my cat Roxy but without much success. I have also checked in with Princess in spirit a few times. Whenever I think of her I hear “yes, Mom” so I occasionally speak to her. I am trying to understand her less dense incarnate and how her light body was injured. It seems the battle of Light and dark occurs elsewhere as well as here.
I am celebrating my first international client, a gal in Ireland. This was an Akashic Record Session so not really animal communication related, but it’s all a part of learning to be intuitive and tune in.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None really
I did not communicate with the FAT this week. I connected briefly during the Q&A call and plan to communicate with the FAT this week.
No games, but doing an AR session involved being intuitive.

1. Did you meditate this week?
YES, MY USUAL CONSCIOUS DEEP BREATHING, AND WHERE I PLACE MY FOCUS. NO LONG PERIODS OF MEDITATION. LONGEST PERIOD WHEN I GET INTO BED AND LISTEN TO MATT KAHN. HES ALL LOVE, AND HE LIVES IT. THATS WHY I LIKE VAL AND BARB.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
STILL OPENING TO ZORRO IN 5D AND RICH IN 5D OR WHEREVER HE IS. NADA.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I WISH TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE FOR KNOWING WHAT TRUST AND SURRENDER ARE BECAUSE WITHOUT THIS AWARENESS I WOULD NOT HAVE SURVIVED WHAT I HAVE. AND I WOULD NOT HAVE THE TRUST THAT I TOO CAN COMMUNICATE WITH ANIMALS DESPITE NO APPARENT PROGRESS THUS FAR.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO OPEN TO THIS INTUITIVE GIFT WHEN SO MUCH FOCUS IS NEEDED TO STAY CENTERED AROUND A DYSFUNCTIONAL NEIGHBOR LADY WHO GOT JEALOUS OF THE LOVE I GAVE HER 3 DOGS AND NOW WONT LET THEM NEAR ME (AMONG MY OTHER “SURVIVAL” ISSUES). THEY STAY CHAINED NOW. NO MORE WALKS FROM ME. HARD TO BEAR. MORE TO THE STORY BUT THIS IS THE JIST.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
GAVE IT MY BEST AGAIN. NOTHING.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
BEEN TUNING INTO CHINA, MY SIAMESE WITH A BAD COLD AND EYE INFECTION. I BELIEVE I SENSED THE BEST FORMULA FOR HER CONDITION. 8 DROPS OF MMS INTERNALLY A DAY AND SILVER COLLOIDAL JEL IN HER EYE. SHES GETTING BETTER.
ALSO TUNING INTO NEIGHBOR DOGS, BIG TIME. I FEEL THEIR SADNESS IN NOT HAVING ME THERE TO PLAY AND RECEIVE ATTENTION THAT THEY DO NOT GET FROM THE OWNER LADY.
I SEND THEM DIVINE LOVE.Moderator

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditate every morning with my girlies before starting my day.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mookie, my dog, to help her through a thunderstorm.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the realisation of how important it is to stay neutral in my energy and emotions before trying to calm a scared dog. Compassion and not cloying sympathy is what is required.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know how to communicate effectively with a dog with dementia, at the moment I just get disjointed flashes. I discovered that emotional neutrality is really important…and really difficult to find LOL5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I don’t know what is happening, I have great resistance to communicating with her.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Still on the marble game. I really enjoy it but I need to move onto something more. I need to give myself a kick up the butt!
