One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditate most mornings for about 20 – 30 minutes. Mostly chakra healing music. This week I was focusing on root chakra healing music from YouTube. The morning that I didn’t meditate, I had to get ready early to be somewhere.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I communicated with Sadie the FAT for this week, my step mom’s dog, Buckley, and two horses, Dr. Bob and Duster.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. It is getting easier for me to receive information in different ways. I’m also noticing more the different ways that information comes to me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? That I am getting more clairvoyant and seeing more images than I have in the past.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I communicated with Sadie. She is an old soul that is a happy dog and loves to chase. She showed me a red ball and sap tasted that it was rubber so she couldn’t destroy it like she had with other toys. She also showed me where she slept. She is here to help Lindsey with her animal communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I just did the first exercise regarding tuning in. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been doing more of the stillness while in the tub type of meditation lately. Not every day but most days I have been.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
There was a beautiful kitty that was getting ready to transition to spirit. Her family had many questions for her. She shared such loving messages. At the beginning of the communication, she said she was getting ready and not that her life purpose was complete. At the end of the session, she said she was ready. The vet then phoned and said she was starting to fade. I drove the family to the vet clinic as mom was in no shape to drive. They were able to be with their sweet girl to help her pass into spirit. She also said she wanted help to die and didn’t want to go for other testing and that she would like euthanasia instead of natural death. It was a deep experience for me. It helped me with learning my acceptance of death and the role I am in as a conduit of an animal’s voice.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the learnings since the last Platinum masterclass. It has helped me to realize the role I am in when helping an animal and his/her humans in the death process.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I did and I received a message of help for 2 spirits that are in the back yard. Sadie said she could see them and that they are lost. Asked if I could help them. I have shared this with Lindsey just to be sure it’s okay with her. Waiting for her response.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play an intuition game this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated. I prayed to the Universe (not sure how long. not sure how many times.) If it’s meditation: I put white, green, pink, and invisible black energy around my cats and me, car, apartment, and money. I also talked with my mom who gave me guidance.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I talked with Serenity and Hawkeye telling them they don’t need to be afraid or anxious about something even though my energy was that.
I talked with Serenity about how to be better for myself and them and she said to calm the mind by praying.
I tried to tell both cats about the plumber coming and that they don’t need to feel anxious or be scared regardless of how my energy is and what I will be doing (to prepare for the plumber).I asked Hawkeye a couple of questions regarding confidence and a question regarding having fun. I asked him if having fun is one of the keys to being happy (and possibly about if it’s one of the keys to not having a busy mind). I also asked him if having confidence is one of the keys to not worrying or having a busy mind and if it’s one of the keys to when one isn’t sure what to do about something.
I communicated with two foxes who said they were enjoying the day but looking for predators, too, for their safety. They said they consider humans as predators.
I communicated with a dog in India I think about where the dog is located. The dog is a stray who someone takes care of and is missing. I need to communicate with the dog some more to try to get more details.
I communicate with Chouquette, the FAT. Shooks told me about there being someone who Louise is worried about and that Louise doesn’t need to worry about her (Abbey I think) and that the animal can take care of herself and that Shooks (or the other animal) can help. Chouquette also mentioned about a cat and that the cat gets bored and suggested that Louise let the cat outside with her supervision. Chouquette also suggested I worry too much, am going on too much heat, and need to worry less and meditate. Shooks also told me she likes chicke, meditating and what she and Louise are doing with meditation, likes Nature, about when they’re on walks, etc. I posted for Louise to see the communication.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Having the beginning of realizing I can handle things-building Confidence and learning other things about myself.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, please see what I wrote in a previous question where I talked about this as well as the FAT section.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did earlier in the week and didn’t do well. Let me try again: deck of cards game: color: 11 right out of 21. face or no face: 6 right out of 6-the first one was a Jack and I guessed that it had a face! 🙂 Suit: 3 right out of 15-one of the times I guessed wrong the one I guessed came right after the wrong one.

1.Meditate!
Yes I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 95 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breath and The Heart Rose Meditation and “Learning to Surrender” by Sarah Blondin and “Guided Meditation for Sleep” by Meg Cox.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did try and communicate with a wild pigeon while sitting at the beach, just to say hello and to offer a greeting. The bird seemed to be very relaxed around me.
I want to celebrate that despite being very busy this week that I still found time to meditate.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
This week I have been reviewing how I ask questions telepathically and have been reviewing my method. Marybeth’s bearded dragon Darwin has told me that “Ask your questions clearly. You are too fuzzy and difficult to understand”. Good advice from a master teacher.
I did not communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher this week as I have been very busy and just ran out of time.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I played the card intuition game and got 10/20 and 11/20 correct (when choosing red versus black).

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My usual Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music, 10-30 minutes before bed every night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still focused on Scooter and Little Purr. Scooter somehow injured one of his paws or leg while he was outside. I asked him what happened. I got a feeling he jumped down off of something and landed wrong on it, but I don’t know if that’s coming from him or if that’s all just what I made up because I couldn’t think of any other way he could have hurt it. I checked for thorns and didn’t find anything sharp but it’s been several days and he’s still limping, just not as much as before.
I posted a question to ask Val to talk to Little Purr about going to the kitty shelter on the call on Saturday. I don’t know what would be best for her at this point, and I feel that may be the only option left for her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
No time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Just trying to remain open for intuitive thoughts.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my daily practice on light and sound at least 1 hour every morning and 10 minutes at night. I also did several guided meditations and cleared the house with heart light every day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Snickers, dog. Why is she eating so much and is her food good nutrition? Does she have tape worm? She enjoys eating and searching for food so we developed a find the snack game for her human to play with her. Checked my cat chart with a pendulum on her body organs and received no for tape worms and yes to is food nutritionally good for her. She came to me in the night and said I missed something. She requested sanitizer for her teeth that were on the verge of reinfection. I “received” offer silver. When I connected with her human the next day, her human had already got the “message” about silver and given her some!
2. Happy, puppy. Barks a lot and is very protective. Happy did not know that barking and protecting might not be the best job for her. We found another one of sharing her love. Also released trauma from birth events. She is much calmer now and even sat quietly with her human on a park bench, something she has never done before.
3. Scooby, dog. Afraid of the washing machine and loud noises. We worked on releasing trauma from being a street dog and I told him if he felt safer hiding under the bed when the washing machine was running then that was ok. He wouldn’t be punished for it.
4. Leonardo Divine, 18 year old cat. Checked physical system and found arthritis. The angels of the healing vault put healing goo on his back and in joints. His bladder is also weak. Just noted it. Also talked to him about meowing loudly in the night. He didn’t want to change this habit and said it was his way of sharing his love.
5. Talked to Duke and Luchien, dogs, about a new puppy arriving. Duke was disgusted and Luchien was interested.
6. Priscilla, puppy. Cleared the house of negative energy and she is moving around the house more on her own and eating better.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I keep practicing daily despite my doubts.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered my self-care is a very important part of animal communication.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have communicated with Shooks several times before she became FAT. She is on my list for this weekend.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I have sent messages telepathically. Just this morning I thought—hmmm I wonder if I will receive a check for a time-share condo that I rented instead of using and the check came in the mail today!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been meditating and doing chakra opening and clearing daily in the mornings….anywhere between 15 and 30 min each time.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I just have been working with my own animals this week. Miss Novia has wanted closer connection to me and so I have told KoKo she must allow the other kitties to have some mama time. I was almost brought to tears one night when Novia was on my lap; she looked up at me and I dropped down into my heart and we made eye contact for quite a long while, and as we looked into each others eyes I felt a flood of love being exchanged between us. No words were needed. We felt the love and appreciation we have for one another.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate my heart and its strong love for her kitties and her friends! I am feeling so blessed that I am growing spiritually, and honoring myself more and more.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Rather than beating myself up, and belittling myself for not doing more AC work this week I say to myself , “I love you, and you indeed are doing good inner work. Stay in kindness with yourself as you are always with others”.
5. Did you talk to the FAT?
no
6. id you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I continue to play around with the ‘who is calling me’ game and I am correct 75% of the time. I have too been catching myself when a panic thought comes in about one of my cats, or misplacing something; I quiet myself quickly, drop into heart and poof there is the answer….I go directly to where the cat actually is and I go directly to the misplaced object. It is quite fun to catch myself playing in this way.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I like to meditate every morning for about 20 minutes2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my dogs, there is tension and upset between them so I’m trying to get an understanding of what is going on and why.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I would like to celebrate the fact that every day my realisation of animals being more than just the body they inhabit becomes deeper and more meaningful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I don’t have any specific questions. The discovery is really the deepening of the surface ‘mental’ knowledge of the deeper meaning of beingness in all things, animal, vegetable and mineral.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. NO, I have been busy with my ‘girls’ and their problems and I was away for 4 days on a training course.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I played the marble game with limited success, then I refocused, grounded myself and started again with much better results. As soon as the toy shops open again I’m going to get myself a pack of cards and play the card game 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I’ve been doing chanting and the rainbow every day.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t really – I did greet some geese but I’m feeling a little cut off. I’ve been sleeping very badly all week and have just been focusing on getting through the day at work.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I attended a talk on gorillas and discovered that empathy can be taught. That made me feel more positive for the future.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Sometimes I feel like I connect really quickly – am I really connected? Elsa is still hardest to hear. Why? I wish it weren’t so.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did a very quick tune in to lovely Shooks. Felt very drawn and a lot of warmth. I got that she is very proud of her land, her home. She showed me some fields. She showed me that she is very connected to earth. I haven’t posted. It was quick. I would like to do it properly tomorrow when I have slept more I hope.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2 guided meditations and focusing and presence exercises during the days2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Talking to my sick cats. Presently, I have an outbreak of flue. Many of the sick cats are more or less feral (although living in the kennel) and I can’t catch them to take them to the vet. Over the weekend I will try to convince them to come into the kitchen, where it is easier to get hold of them.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Still no time for celebration. Looking forward to another working weekend now.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No chance. Working until late night and them I am too tired for any sort of communication.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, a little bit. I had another challenging week for alone time this week. I did mostly silent meditations a few days for about 10 minutes. I did a guided meditation called Healing Our Inner Child 13 min. I also recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with my pony Pollyanna. There is a lot of construction at the farm for manure management and Pollyanna is quite unsettled with all the noisy machinery, etc. going on. I talked to her about the fact that there will be something different looking when she in going out and coming in almost every day. She seems to have gotten the message as she has settled a bit.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I seem to be receiving more and more intuitive hits. I wish I had written them down to post but did not.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I wonder if Val can hear all of our conversations with the FAT during our Coaching Q & A Calls as if she was with a group of people having a conversation.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I had an appointment this morning so did not have time to meditate and talk with Shooks.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I played the card game but did not do well today. I got 22 correct and 32 wrong. 🙁

Group meditations both in church and on Susann’s monthly call. I am also making an attempt to tune in frequently if only for a short time.
I am working on AC with my cats Missy and especially Roxy. I’m trying something else. They both frequently walk between me and the monitor on the keyboard when I’m using the computer. I live in a small two bedroom apartment – a bedroom and the everything else room: living, office and dining room. I have been putting them in the bedroom when they do this. Now I am asking them what they want, assuming they do it to get my attention. Sometimes I have fed them and they want more. I think more is their favorite food. When I ask what they want, they may lead me to the kitchen. Sometimes they want lap time. So far it’s a case of s how me. I hope to learn to hear of know what they want.
I also communicated briefly with Princess in spirit. She is the only one of my cats I’ve ever really been able to communicate with. I still miss here – we have a very special relationship.
The only thing I can think of is the idea of asking them what they want when they interfere with my use of the computer.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions. I discovered that I can sometimes learn what the cats want rather than just put them in the other room when they won’t let me use the computer. I have discovered that a search on YouTube for videos for cats turns up videos that Roxy likes to watch. This morning he spent a long time watching a video of birds. Maybe what he wanted was his turn on the computer.
I saw his picture when I accessed this page. He really got my attention, so I introduced myself to him and said he would soon be very busy. He said he was already busy. I promised to talk with him again – I needed to get this done.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My monthly group call with Susann helped to grow my intuition.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Monday 10 m morning to 432 Hz to Elevate Your Vibration by Brainwave Music (11 senses, crystal light, golden light) / 15 m evening 1111Hz Angel Touch by Healing Meditation (11 senses, crystal light, golden light). Wednesday 10 m morning (11 senses, crystal light, golden light, + intention) / 20 m evening (11 senses, crystal light, golden light, intention, Bonus meditations recording #1 & #2). I leaned on Bonus meditation recording #2 right before I practiced with the FAT, Sadie. Thursday morning 10 m listening to Bonus Meditation # 5 from Class 4 (Crystal Light) + Binaural Heart Chakra ANAHAT from Nu Meditation Music / 10 m evening listening to personal music as prescribed by my higher self. Friday 10 m morning ( 11 senses + listening to Bonus Meditation Class #5)
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke to my collective of kitties about a rogue poo found in the livingroom. I wanted to make sure that the young healthy cats know to continue to use the litter boxes. Our declining Bunny has been incontinent and accidental with diarrhea, so we arranged to protect certain spots for her, but those spots are only meant for her and no one else. If I catch any kitty other than Bunny using those spots, we will be very upset, angry, and won’t allow them in our bedroom at night. Obi was very attentive to my words and did a good job letting me know that he received my concern, and that he loved me. What I did get from the experience is finding out that the poo was actually, in fact, from Bunny, and that her defecation is back to solid again. Relief!
I communicated with my friend’s cat, Poly (Portland, OR). She’s 13, been losing weight, crabby about being touched, drinking a LOT of water, eating less, had some kind of tar stuck in her paw that needed removing, which caused a lot of strain and struggle. She was put on some pain meds, so I ended up doing chakra work on her to help move energy. Feels like her blood is full of toxins and her digestive system. Her owner, Bijoux, has been going through an intense year of extreme ups and downs, physically and emotionally. A lot of pain and loss of weight herself. This seems like a connection between human and pet. While Poly was at the vet, Bijoux was distressed, which she hadn’t been to a vet since she was a kitten. When she took Poly home, she broke down and cried a flood of tears, which she said she’s never been able to sob like that for many, many months. I think the full moon and the final cycle of this current age is winding down these last few weeks to have many humans crack open and finalize letting go of old, latent layers and patterns. Emotions and crying, I believe, are the only way information can be received towards higher consciousness. Poly is doing her job of filtering Bijoux excess baggage. Her sickness and recovery is what prompted Bijoux to breakdown and release all this pent up pressure. After the crying swayed, Poly got up, was purring and sitting in Bijoux’s lap, which she hadn’t done in ages. I think all Bijoux’s release gave Poly space to perk back up by late evening.
I did energy work on a pitbull in N. Portland named, Sadie, who suddenly collapsed in pain from a walk. I felt a strain in my lungs and felt very weak. I’ve met her before in Portland, so it was a surprise to see this sweet soul debilitated. I felt such sadness. The connection was weak, so I worked on clearing her chakras and said I’d check back in later. I think she was sleeping?
I connected with Mia a couple times, an intensely beautiful and powerful cat in Brazil. She had a leg amputated this week from a long battle with cancer, so I also did energy work to assist her healing. She’s very powerful and intense. I heard a faint voice at the beginning, then saw an image of her love of hunting birds, which she intends on still trying even with 3 legs? I could hear her meowing, chirping and cackling. I need to confirm with the owner about the hunting and talkativeness. I also need to confirm if it was her right rear leg that was amputated. I felt energy on her right side. When I practiced merging, my right leg tingled, so guessing it was her right rear leg? TBA!
I also reached out to the FAT, Sadie (dog), again. She helped me ground and let the communication take its course. I only heard her voice once, so it was mostly images and sensing. I did ask questions about her toys, food, activities and purpose. The images were of a red ball in her mouth, all the foods and snacks (hungry girl!), lots of running, jumping up to bite water coming out of a water sprinkler mid-air, and an image of her at attention, like a soldier giving off a sense of duty to guard and protect. For such a young pup, she has a stately spirit, and I wrote down “noble”.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Obi and I continue to get closer and closer. He sleeps with me more, every morning this week! He comes to me when I ask him to, even if it takes a few minutes. He’ll come and stare right at me for long moments to signify he wants to connect, so I’m picking up when he wants to play, how he wants to play, or if he wants food verses a snack. He loves to tell me how much he loves me, or that he understands what I’m trying to express and not to worry.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions. I am discovering nuances with sensing frequencies. The morning frequencies are different from the evening, and even when I meditate in the afternoon it feels contrasting. The rare moments that I can hear an animal’s voice is a frequency I’m seeking to stay on, but I accept that I’m exploring the various ways of receiving information and trying to remain positive.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I reached out to Sadie again, and then shared with Lindsey in the forum. It was a shaky start, as I had to start over and re-ground a couple times, but Sadie was very patient and accommodating. I heard the loveliest feminine voice say ‘take your time’, but that’s all I heard. Most of the connection was images. I saw a distinctive red item in her mouth, which I assumed was a ball. I saw her sprinting with joy and jumping up to play with and bite water coming out of a sprinkler. I saw her somewhat succumbing to fit in with the family, but also her having a sense of independence from the pack and breaking out on her own. She showed a noble side of herself, that she was meant to be a guardian, a protector. She has such a resonating presence. I await feedback from Lindsey.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote a long intuition letter to Source, which was twice as long as I usually scribe. This was the first time choosing Source to connect with in this exercise, and I highly enjoyed the immediate clarity and potent voice of love. I had a bit of clearing regarding work anxiety and personal empowerment, plus I was requested to connect with so many pets who are falling ill and in need of healing, which I can do energy work on. It’s the end of an era, and the animals are breaking down, which causes their owners to crack. Our little angels are triggering us to unearth buried emotions in order to make way for the Age of Aquarius starting on the 21st. New Earth, higher frequencies. -

1- Meditate: yes, twice a day and I have been practicing some shamanic journeys meeting some power animals as my medicine.
2- Practice: with the horses at the barn mostly, I felt a good connection with shooter this week but i cannot really hear him back.
3- Celebrate: I had a difficult week emotionally but I did have good success with Maestra practicing making her moved around the pen just with my body language and intention. Before that I scan my body and I was crying and this beautiful dog ran to me and put his paw on my leg, it was so touching I could feel how much he loved me and wanted me to be happy.
4- discovery/question: not really. This too shall pass. I will feel better soon.
5- FAT: yes, with Sadie but i did not post yet, I will tomorrow.
6- Games: no -
