One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been meditating daily since I enrolled in the Beginers class and became a Platinum member…My go to has been the stress busting rx and quick connect meditation…
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
So far I communicated with the beautiful regal dog Sadie.. Pet Teacher of the Month.. i do not think I assisted with anything in particular. We just had a nice conversation and I promised to connect again soon. She was so relaxed and easy to connect with. I had the feeling that she was royalty in a past life..
Definitely a wise and old soul..3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate things starting to feel more natural, maybe slightly more attainable as I practice and take in more information.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have had many questions and I posted them in the Forum..
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. As I mentioned above, I did communicate with Sadie…
It was a very easy going conversation… Sadie is a very gentle and kind soul.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week I specifically paid attention to how often I thought of someone and then they would call(within a day or so), and how often I sensed something about someone I am close to..and then the subject would pop up in random conversation… -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I have continued to meditate, take some mindful moments as well as just stare while in the tub (my favourite form of meditation). I will be honest, I did not meditate every single day. Some days I start doing something and then fall away from it. I am most successful when I meditate in the morning upon awakening.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Someone reached out to me by tagging me on FB about someone asking for healing for her sweet dog. I felt the dog’s urgency to communicate with me with a message for her mom, to let her know that she’s trying really hard. She wants to break through this and to know that she knows how much mom is worried. I wrote down her message in its entirety. I PM’d her mom on Facebook but because we don’t know each other (we aren’t “friends” on FB), she hasn’t replied. My message stated that I communicate with animals and that her sweet girl had a message for her and asking permission if I may share this with her. I have not heard back as of yet.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak at the UK launch of an academy that I am a faculty of. I didn’t script what to say, I just allowed it to flow. I find that when I do this, in connecting and requesting of animal’s energy to join me, it just happens with me. I NEVER had this before in my life so far and so I’d like to celebrate this and thank the animals for their guidance. I feel like I’m home xo.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know if we should wait a bit of time before communicating with an animal who has just transitioned to spirit. Some say to wait about 2 -3 weeks. I also want to ask if there is a specific way to find out an animal’s age and date of birth when being asked by their human?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not yet but have that planned to do so on Saturday at the Q&A call with Val. Sadie looks like such a sweetheart xo.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m on the one called “What do you think about death and dying?” and have not done it yet. I am going to my mom’s for a few days and when I’m out walking there, I will begin by talking to the animals I see. I will report back next week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did almost every day. Sound healing and heart connected meditation and quiet meditations
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A cat name Sammi, about his behavior with his guardians. He is playing very ruff with them and its very hard for them. I got from he is a watcher. He said his essence its to watch and learn human behavior. I took him to the understanding the alternative of watching and learn them in a way it will be harmonic to all of them. I loved to see how he see it and the gap of understanding between him and the people.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love how natural it is more and more. My openness to see hear and feel it from their side of the story. That I getting better how to translate it to the people
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When an animal say it is close to his end of purpose, how can I say it to the people without making them nervous about it… Is it correct to say it to them always?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have not done well this week. I did just complete a communication / Reiki session with a friend’s cat. Reiki is meditation. Trying to remember what happened in this strange week when I have been so concerned about the election and what Trump is doing I realize I have not been using meditation to help me as well as for communication with animals.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). I just completed a communication with Micky, my friend’s cat who has a brain tumor. He receives a lot of vet care and is hanging in there. A couple of days ago he had dental surgery to remove an infected tooth. We discussed that and the fact that his Mom had to leave him at the vet and did not stay with him. I tried to explain that she did not want to, but it was the only way he could see the vet. I don’t know how to explain Covid rules to a cat, but I did the best I could. Then I said the vet had removed his tooth to get rid of the old pain. He said there was a new pain and I assured him that pain would not last long. Then I offered him Reiki to help with the healing.

I celebrate the fact that I was able to communicate with Micky and hopefully helped him understand his recent dental surgery.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I can do it – I just have to decide to and do it.

I had previously communicated with the October FAT. I have not communicated with the new one and will do so during the Saturday call if not before.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, One time I did a worldwide meditation for about 8 minutes I think. I felt extra energy on my Heart chakra and felt more Love on my Heart chakra. I also put white, green, and pink energy in and around Serenity and Hawkeye.
I prayed to the Universe more than once-not sure how many times, nor am I sure of how long for each time.
I also opened my chakras and worked with the light.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Serenity and maybe Hawkeye about upcoming things I needed to do. I don’t know what else we talked about.
I also talked to a cat named Charlie asking him if he’s still alive and confirming for the human that he was and that he is off trying to reproduce and that he would like to bring his kittens to see her like his brother did.
I also talked with a dog who had been adopted recently and told the human what he said.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Realizing that I need to just simply put things aside sometimes when I have been very busy and when I get anxious. My cats have helped me realize, too, that I really don’t enjoy life enough.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes-Sadie instantly knew I was anxious and told me I worry too much. She then started sending me calming energy from her Third Eye to my Third Eye which worked instantly. I became more relaxed and took a deep breath naturally. She also asked me to tell Lindsey she has a problem with the water and would like a fountain instead of a bowl that would be easier for her to drink from (if it’s high enough) and that the water would be fresher and taste better. She said she Loves to play tug-of-war and with the little red ball and enjoy belly rubs and food and treats being brought to her. She said she’s Lindsey’s Princess. I posted for Lindsey to see about the communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play the games because there wasn’t enough time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate this week, for a total of about 1 hour and 40 minutes – focusing on my breathing, meditations by Sri Chinmoy and The Waterfall Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced communicating with dog Sadie, this month’s Featured Animal Teacher. We talked about what Sadie loved to do and where she slept at night. I got that Sadie loved to do “dog” things but also that she liked to be a healer and comforter of others. However I was off in some things. I learned I need to be better at maintaining my focus.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I feel I did connect with Sadie and sensed her very caring personality.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I was a bit off with some of the information I got from Sadie. I think I have difficulty in maintaining my focus. Also I think I need to be clearer when I am asking a question.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate this week with dog Sadie, the Featured Animal Teacher of the month. We talked about what Sadie loved to do ( dog things like running after birds but also to be a healer and to care for others). I posted in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the Card intuition game twice, to guess the color of the card. The first time I got 9 out of 20 cards correct and went slowly and thought about it. The second time I got 14 out of 20 correct when I did it much faster without thinking about it.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my daily meditations on light and sound anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes daily. Going deeper and reaching very quiet places, being the rock in the stream and letting thought go by. Did several of Val Heart’s recorded meditations as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with Kuma, a dog, about his tummy not feeling well, whether eating grass helped, why he growled and whether he wanted to walk on trails with his people. I also checked in with his chakras and spun them all in clockwise direction. I asked the angels of the vault to give him a healing elixir for his tummy which he enjoyed. He said the chakra clearing helped him to feel soft.
I connected with Rhea a dog who is having difficulty going on walks and relating to dogs at the dog park. It turns out it was a human animal body/mind issue so I am working with the human to help clear and ground as well. I did a healing with Rhea and she wanted her person to put a bubble around her to protect her on walks. It worked the first time they went out but then I got the human started having doubts about it and it didn’t work so well the next times. When I asked the human about this she felt that was very correct so I sent the human a grounding chakra clearing exercise and some TTOUCHES.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The knowing and feeling I have is even stronger but other senses are becoming more clear as well (seeing and hearing).
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I continue to do a lot of procrastinating before clicking in—self doubt etc. although I do eventually become clear enough to proceed.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! It was a CRAZY connection. Posted!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not make time this week for the games but did connect with a few random backyard squirrels and Priscilla, my grand dog.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music, 10-30 mins before bed. I tried the rainbow tornado again, but couldn’t seem to get it going. I will continue to try. I know this is important to clear away my “attachments”.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family. Scooter continues to enjoy being outside, and I enjoy him being willing to come in at night and while I’m away, especially as the weather is getting colder these days. Little Purr, I so wish for a solution for her. I have asked the Universe for the best outcome for her. She’s been in her room for over 3 months now. She would like to come out, but knows that room is her safe spot. I’m not sure how to relate to her. I think she wants to play, but she bites when she plays with my hands, and I don’t know how to help her to understand that isn’t acceptable playing.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time, just staying aware for any intuitive thoughts that might come my way.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I started again my grounding and centering exercises, conscious breathing.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Talking daily to my sick family members, explaining why we go to the vet every evening and that they must be patient and asking for their cooperation. Simba, one of Mowgli’s brothers, is in critical condition, because he did not tell me on time that he was sick. He behaved normal until Tuesday night. Then I found him Wednesday night cowering in a litter box, hardly able to move, with severe breathing problems. Now he joined the group of daily vet visitors.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am slowly getting back to a more normal working schedule. I am back at about 10 hours a day (from 14 hours the last 4 weeks).4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions. Discoveries: it is way easier to realize sickness in dogs than in cats. Not a new discovery, just a fresh reminder.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Did not manage. Will do so during our call tomorrow.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.4/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I did mostly silent meditations this week. The few guided meditations I did were: 21 Blessings from The Divine Feminine 9 min, Soul Energy Alignment: Self Love, Deep Healing & Awakening 25 min (2x this week) I also did Reiki meditation 10 min.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with a Carolina Wren who was on my deck singing. I told him that I love that he sings his beautiful songs for us often. He stayed where he was for a few minutes singing and changed to a different song. He didn’t talk back but I felt that he heard me and was singing an extra long time for me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got that Sadie was Royalty in another lifetime and others are getting this as well.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions. Celebrating that I am getting bits of information.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Actually, I guess I spoke with Sadie last week for my Accountability Posting. I tried to connect this week but just couldn’t quiet my mind enough to stay connected. I didn’t really get anything. Looking forward to talking with her during our call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the card deck game. I got 29 correct and 25 wrong, not so good this time.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, this past weekend I did not do so good with my meditation, but every other day I did a min of 15min and some up to 30min, I also did several guided meditations during a couple of the days this week.
What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke again with Alicia’s new kitty the day before her coming to live with her, as well, had communication with her ‘nervous about the newcomer’ doggy Angel. We did a healing session on the kitty mama, Uriel (the kitten) and Angel to help heal all their anxieties.
I am happy to report that from last week’s session with Angel her behaviors are hanging with regard to her digging in the bathroom trash as well as her worry around the upcoming changes.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate that I have been doing some journaling to have conversation with my false self and I am softening a lot around my old and limiting belief patterns. I began doing some serious clearing/cleansing of clutters of old papers and this is lightening me up on many levels. There is no end to doing our inner work and so I am choosing not to beat myself up over the fact I am 60yrs old and still working on myself – this is a lifetime job. So lighten up Pam. Yes, I am.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I made a discovery that became most clear to me – when there is any doubt from the human whose animals I am working with, and they are not in complete trust in either my abilities or the animals abilities to change I find that my ‘ego false self’ really gets in my way to having good sessions. However, when they are in complete trust and I and the animals feel this, and the humans are open and willing to look at their own part in the play between their animals, then the session/communication is much more pure and true. I realize how much my fear and doubts come into play if I feel/sense/have an inkling of an idea that the human I am working with harbors anything other than an open trusting and willingness in their thoughts and feelings. I have decided that I must include in my intentions prior to my sessions to surround myself in my Light Source Bubble to my empathic self does not pick up the doubts from the human. Also, Alicia and I talked about this and we, in addition to the above, agreed that I must make a point of telling my clients that if they do not fully believe that AC can work, or they don’t want to be open to the thoughts that they play a huge part in the behaviors of their animals then it is most likely the animal will not shift.

Just my brief visit last Friday, which I failed to post, I hope to get to Sadie later today. I do want to talk to her prior to class tomorrow.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played with my deck of cards a few times and I would say I did mediocre. Several times, however, I picked the color and the suit – when this happens I get real tickled. Also I find when I pick correctly there is no real hesitation or pondering while thinking I am tuning in – I just pick the card and poof there it is. I will continue to work on my trusting my quick ‘knowing’.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been very intentional about meditating every day this week since Monday. In the morning after I feed Sadie and let her outside, I spend around 20 min sitting in silent meditation and focusing on my breathing and body sensations. I also sit with questions I am working through in my life and feel for the answers. It has been very therapeutic.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Sadie to let her know a little about what has been going on with me this week (even though I’m sure she already knows). She gave me the wisdom “Trust yourself”.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love the support of the community in this group and I love sharing about Sadie and hearing what others are picking up in their communications with her.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Animals show up in my house and life to give me messages and it has been fun to connect with them as they show up. I now look at all the critters differently, especially the spiders and ants that keep reappearing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did…my girl Sadie. I shared a little bit about it above.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games for me this week, but I have been tuning into my intuition each morning at the end of my meditations. I feel in my body to see what feels expansive versus contractive.

1. Meditation: yes – not so much in the mornings (have been struggling with sleep) but have done a few guided meditations. I’ve also been doing the rainbow meditation most days. I did a grounding meditation.
2.I haven’t done so much this week – work has been hectic which makes it harder for me to stay in my heart. I’ve been trying to keep in touch with Elsa and trust what I’m getting.
3. I would like to celebrate that when I trust myself and stay in my heart, I get stuff. I’d also like to celebrate the healing coming from the rainbow meditations and my increasing ability to allow joy in.
4. How can I get to and stay in my heart even in very stressful times at work?
5. Yes, I communicated briefly and quickly with Sadie. I have posted but I haven’t checked because I don’t want to influence my mind before tomorrow. I’m glad that I did it quickly rather than feeling it’s so difficult it HAS to take ages! I think I’d like to do a lot more quick short communications to help myself feel confident and not get bogged down.
6. No – although I think the guided meditations are helping. This week’s motto: Choose Bliss! Why not? (and sorry for not having the questions. I need to resubscribe to my work programme but have to sort out the money still so it isn’t working.) -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Monday morning 5 m/evening 15 m (11 senses, golden light, breathe awareness). Tuesday morning 11 m (11 senses, golden light, breathe awareness)/15 m evening soft focus meditation from Class 3 Beginners Bonus. Wednesday 10 minutes Beginners Meditation Class 4 recording crystal light exercise. Thursday 12 m morning (11 senses, golden light, and crystal light)/10 minutes evening listening to Deep Healing Miracle Tone 528 Hz. Friday 5 m morning.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Taking Class 4 in the Beginners, I had the opportunity to practice with the 4 animals in the lesson from recording #3. My strongest impression was from Comet (horse), as I felt he was young, vibrant, and he seemed surprised to hear from me. What a life force! I guess he gets a lot of students that pop in, and he was amused to still be a part of being a master teacher. Keiko (dog) seemed warm. Echo (parakeet) seemed warm, but I got the gender wrong. Magoo (cat) seemed warm, too. I could tell he was a silly, playful character, but I’m a sucker for cats. I never got to have a full dialogue with any of them, as I spent so much time concentrating on getting an impression, but I wasn’t able to get on that frequency. Overall, I felt really off and unable to establish a conversation. I was feeling off this round and resolved to take Val’s advice and start all over.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not sure I have anything to celebrate, since I hit a block this week. Like Margaret in Class 4, I wasn’t able to communicate well with the 4 animals. I’m stronger at sensing things and need to achieve better audio reception. My frequency doesn’t match the animals, so I guess I can celebrate knowing when I’m not grounded enough? But Val is right when she says that I’ve done it before, have been doing it, and only need to go back and review the work to get myself back on track. Yay, I have beginner’s mind!
And I need to empty my space in order to let them in. I do push too much of myself onto the animals, so it’s a habit I need to shake.
Good thing I went back to the beginning, because the preface to the classes starts with Awakening my Inner Guide, and I got up to the 3rd recording, which helps identify BLOCKS. I re-examined my trusted sources and realized that I have, at least, FOUR, and believe I can always create new source allies.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
In Class 4, one of the tips is “to not need them to like you”. However, one of the first tips is to check your attitude. If I come in with respect, reverence and love, doesn’t my admiration of them come off expressing my liking of them and it appearing that I come in peace (which I do) and offer space to be liked? Does that make sense? If I come with an olive branch, isn’t that an invitation to connect, communicate and like each other? Have you ever communicated with an animal that you did not like and/or it not liking you?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Will be speaking to the November FAT this Saturday!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote an intuition page to my healing guide. Buttercup ended up expressing a whole page speech about my path being my own. Even though I’m going to go back and review all my lessons, it’s not really going backward, but it’s MY way of moving forward, and the pattern in my head looked like a spiral, reinforcing my lessons based on past patterns. I was told to meditate more and meditate in the mornings, but also to remember to state my intentions and remember to BELIEVE, remember to make it play rather than work. Will add my intentions at the end of the meditations and also tap on my chest. Buttercup is still downloading messages as I’m writing this down.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only twice this week. Had a lot of distractions.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had an interesting experience with a spider in my shower. I said hello. She was surprised that I wasn’t afraid and stopped climbing and communicated with me. I asked her if she had a name she goes by and she said not really, I asked her if I could call her Charlotte after a famous spider in a human story. I asked her if she had heard about the story, she hadn’t so I told her the story and she said that it was interesting. I said that we can coexist as long as you stay off my bed. I don’t like insects on my bed. She said that she could do that. I warned her about the dog having a curious appetite and to stay away from her. I said that I enjoyed meeting her and I will leave her now. She said goodbye.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have a new kitty Uriel and Pam prepared him for leaving his mother and coming to live with us and she prepared Angel our dog who had been having a hard time with thinking she was going to be replaced by the cat. It really helped her to talk to someone else about her feelings.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I found the games and played the game where you ask questions about if they remember their past lives -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I am doing a different meditation than my usual one and it is lovely and calming.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking with Mookie and Abby, there is a lot of tension between them.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the growing patience and compassion I have now thanks to communicating with my animals especially Abby who is being a challenge for both humans and animals in the house at the moment. By being able to give Abby’s side of things tension with other humans has been appeased.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any specific questions this week. I didn’t make a discovery, there is just a deepening of my awareness of the ‘beingness’ of animals, their needs and their wants.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not yet communicate with Sadie, ‘managing’ Abby takes a lot of time and energy at the moment.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I forgot all about playing any of the games. -

1- Meditate: yes I meditate every day. I do the heart meditation whenever I think of it to reconnect to my heart. I do scanning with my body before i get with the horses I work with and the ones that are teaching me in my equine conscious connection training. I also have been listening to Tom Kenyon shamanic meditation and angel codes, something I am bringing back to my attention, he connects with the Hathors and been following him for years. I also did some activation of the Sophia code, which are Keycodes initiation and revelation for the feminine Christ within, the first keycode is connecting with Isis. It was an amazing ceremony that I had to read out loud, basically to reconnect with our divinity.
2- Practice: yes, I had to connect with a cat my friend Marilynn has been feeding for a few years in her backyard. He does not have a name and he does not let Marilynn even approach him. He came a few time at the entrance of her house to get food with her other 3 cats but as soon as she shows up he runs outside. She never give him a name. So I wanted to know how I should call him? I heard Oreo. He is very afraid of human and I was having a hard time connecting with him so it finally occur to me that I had to shapeshifting into a cat and it worked. I felt its excitement. Did explain what is going on, she is moving and he will have to decide if he wants to be with his family. Did some checking with Val about this situation as I need to build my confidence with my communication if i want to move forward with this work.
I connected with a little pacific treefrog that we find in our forest here. I sat in the forest close to her wanting to talk. I was asking questions but did not hear the answers? Ha! But she stayed still with me and I could put my finger close to her, at some point I decided to try to feel what it will be like to be her in her body since I was not hearing her responses. I got something there, she was very still and felt that she was showing me how she goes in a state of some kind of torpor quite easily. It felt like something I never experience before and it was a very quick awareness in my body, a stillness and simpleness. I notice my mind coming back quickly as well questioning the experience. Oh dear! My mind wanting to be such a good little helper! May as well laugh about it now!3- Celebrate: I am going on despite my doubts, my inability to hear completely the animals I connect with. I am changing, finding myself, starting to find my place and taking my space on this earth. This is to say the least of what is going on with me, Huge changes, so much is happening and it is affecting me deeply. The shamanic sessions I received really help me and the horses i am working with are showing me my progress and my new confidence. You know where you stand for sure with them, they don’t lie and they feel all of you. Great progress.
4- questions/discoveries: I have to be okay with where I am in my skills, practice, practice, practice and get the help I need.
5- FAT: not yet, in my schedule to do today.
6- Games: no game, spent time listening to several of the bonus interviews this week. Very good information.

So, I practiced listening as I do daily.
