One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did meditate this week. I am doing the beginners course so I do the meditations that Val guides through each lesson. I am learning which are the ones that I can recall and jump into easily when I need to center. I find some more conducive to that than others. My go to seems to be the light sphere….
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? This week I communicated with Comet a horse. I bonded with her in one of the lessons for the Beginners course when she was one of the animal teachers and went back on my own afterwards to have a chat… For the first time since I began this journey it was more of a general talk about Horses. Was pretty cool. Rather than to try to get info we just talked….about what it is like being a horse…. It was a beautiful experience for me about pure friendship.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This week I want to celebrate just getting closer ….to learning more each day and feeling like this dream is a real possibility…
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have many questions but I guess one would be how to find a pet you were once close with. How to find out if they are back in another body, and how can you assure being with a specific pet again when they return…
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I communicated with Poppy a few weeks ago but I did not go back to communicate again. There are so many animals that I have wanted to connect with from the student page, and I have been focusing more on them..Such as Milo
the cat and Tika the dog.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Unless I am mistaken, the intuition games have not been posted. Will be at the end of October and beginning of November. but i play games like thinking of someone and seeing when they call or message me. sometimes they say i kept thinking of you, and meant to call before…. I like to guess what color someone at work will be wearing that day, or what mood…I also like to ask different questions, and wait to see what forms my answers come in.. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Sporadic meditation this week as I just moved back to Colorado and have had a severe altitude headache. I find it very difficult to meditate when I have this kind of headache.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I connected with Brie and Zach who are cats that live in the same household. Brie is considering transitioning as she is in her teens and does not have great physical health but her contract is not complete. She really wants Zach to become the strong kitty he can be and not the little brother and her human, Helen has something to complete with Brie before leaving which is to grow emotionally. I asked my healing guides to help Zach with his emotional healing and stepping into his new role. He is nervous about this and Brie said she would only be a phone call away which seemed to help.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Even though I am in the midst of a move, I managed to spend time connecting with animals and myself in nature.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did not make time to re-connect with Poppy.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I took a class on animal transitions.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I fell away from daily meditation for some reason. It’s always wonderful when I do it, why do I fall away sometimes? I feel my schedule conflicted with what I thought was priority. Meditation should always be a priority. It’s a part of my self care. I did a meditation today. Yesterday, I did one with Nemo and both times was very lovely.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog named Akio about why he was reactive and aggressive while out with walks with his mom and dog sister. He told me that he felt like he needed to react because the energies outside were strong. He would feel like something was coming up behind him and there react, feeling the need to protect himself and his human/dog family.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Today, I did an interview where I was being interviewed for animal communication. One of the questions was how to listen for an animal’s message. What came to me to say was to be curious about what the animal wanted to say. I saw that Nemo was starting at me, wanting to tell me something but I wasn’t picking up on what he was saying. So I became curious and said “I wonder what it is that you are wanting to say to me Nemo?” and then he clearly said “what are you doing?”. I told him I was getting ready for the interview and asked him if he wanted to be her with me, which he snuggled into his bed and stayed with me for the duration. I celebrate Nemo for reminding me to become curious as it opens my receptivity. I shared this on the interview as well. 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not communicated with Poppy this week. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with my schedule. I also am not sure if Stacey received my message from last week?
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played an intuition game yet this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did a guided meditation for about 35 minutes. Other times, I’m not sure how long, I opened my chakras and guided glowing white light around me and inside me through the chakras filling my body and grew my root from my root chakras into the ground. I also prayed to the Universe.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye about different things. I also told Hawkeye specifically about me wanting him to modify his behavior so that he won’t bully and intimidate Serenity and treat her like she’s his prey and so that she would feel more comfortable around him.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Feeling the meaning of Gratitude and myself being aware of how I feel the Gratitude.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No new questions. Discovery: Recently, through intuition, I have discovered one way that helps to work with Hawkeye so he modifies his behaviors towards Serenity that he needs to modify: bullying, intimidating, and treating her like she’s his prey.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet, due to timeframes of life outside of animal communication. I would like to talk with Poppy again and I heard her say she has a message she wants to tell me-to have Gratitude.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I haven’t played the intuition games. However, MANY TIMES I have seen number where the Angels are communicating with me. Some of these are when I have been guided to look at the time. So, my intuition is open 🙂
There might have been times when I look at the time and intuitively guessed before checking it. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My usual routine – 10-30 minutes before sleep – Soul Mala Meditation Music. I’ve also been attempting the Rainbow Tornado during the week, once I got it going pretty well while standing in the barn with the horses.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
New kitty (Little Purr/Shakti) is growing increasingly impatient about being kept in her “safe spot”, her room by herself. She got angry enough to attack my arm last night. I tried explaining to her tonite that I am doing the best I can for her; I didn’t intend for things to turn out the way they have, and try to be patient with the situation. She goes from love kitty to attack kitty in the blink of an eye. Not sure if she’s playing or not sometimes.
Also, I wonder if someone could connect with Scooter about going outside. Val asked him to stay in the house until after Halloween, and that is this weekend. He still acts like he wants to go outside, so I’m about to the place where I’m going to open the door and let him go and wish him well on his journey. I would really like someone to do “worst case scenarios” with him before I do that, like large birds swooping down out of the trees and carrying him away, large animals, cars, all the dangers of being outside. He’s been a barn kitty before, but in a much more populated area where predators weren’t so abundant. I want him to know what he’s getting himself into before he gets in trouble and I’m not there to help him. His picture is posted below.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I had a couple of intuitive incidents this week. The first was last weekend. I had ordered some firewood, but didn’t know for sure when it was coming. Friday, the person I ordered it from was in my thoughts off and on during the day. Saturday morning while I was out walking Ginger, he was very strong in my awareness. When we got back to the house there was a message from him on my phone wanting to bring my firewood.
The second incident has left my awareness for the moment. It will come back to me, when it does, I will post it. (Brain fart!)
Yay, I remembered what the second one was. I took some orgone pyramids to one of my coworkers so she could choose which color she wanted. There were 3 colors and a black one. I felt that she would choose the black one. She chose the black one.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The intuition game I played was the Deck of Cards game. Out of 20 cards I got 9 right answers and 11 wrong answers in trying to guess the color of the suit.

Yes. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I did Reiki Meditation one day for 17 minutes and self healing. I worked on talking with Poppy, the FAT. I was not able to feel a connection.

Trying to connect and not succeeding makes me question if I am right for this study. I believe it is just a slump but not sure.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – chanting an hour. Best done in the morning. It seems to be the right time for it. Also doing the Rainbow Tornado which is really helping me locate my heart, stay in my heart, notice when I’m not in my heart.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog called Honey. Her people wanted to know if she was ready to transition and did she want help. I got very clearly No – it was not her time. She asked them to help but not interfere in her journey with her “Dad”. She didn’t know about wanting help with transitioning yet – she wasn’t ready to go and it was too soon to ask. I also felt blockages in her throat which turned out to be right.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m not questioning what I get as much but accepting the first thing. I greeted a squirrel and asked if he could show me he had heard me. He turned his head, looked straight at me and then ran off. AT first I thought: Oh, it didn’t work, but maybe him looking straight at me was the acknowledgement.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
That being spontaneously in my heart makes life so much better. I saw a dog in the shopping mall and was so happy to see a dog in that type of surrounding that my brain didn’t interfere. The dog came straight to me and greeted me back. It cheered me up!
5..Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not since the first time this month.
6.This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I didn’t. I have been focusing on including the rainbow tornado into my daily routine but these are now coming back into my focus. -

If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
-> I haven’t played a game, however I had a feeling about having to go back into the city for some reason and it did happen, so again, learning to listen to myself. I didn’t ignore the feeling this time, just waited to see how it was going to happen… couldn’t have imagined it would have been because our internet went out and nobody can fix it for a weel, but it happened, I’m not in the city. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Always trying to stay present and focused, which gets more and more difficult.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mowgli did a major step forward. Beginning of the week I lost track of him. I could not find him in his usual hiding places and was scared he might have slipped outside unnoticed. After he had disappeared for 4 days, last night, when I opened the door to the utility room and adjacent kennel, he stood there waiting to get back inside the kitchen. I asked him, if he liked the kennel and he told me he had to think about it. But I found it very reassuring that he seemed quite relaxed.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate at present. I am running in pure survival mode 😊
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As I presently don’t communicate other than the usual chit-chat with my own furry family, there are no questions coming up.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been listening to a new Chakra Meditation that runs about 35min and I have done this 4times this week; I also did several mini meditations from 10 – 40min. I continue to do my morning and evening grounding and shielding.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a conversation with a client’s cat named Lily, her mom is so frustrated with her peeing outside the litterbox (very near the box which I have learned from my cats is because of the box being dirty) and when I spoke with kitty, I indeed did get that from her. There is one other litter box which is a dome covered one that is mechanically self-cleaning but Lily does not like it because it is dark and too much energy stuck in there. I asked for the help of the 6other cats for assistance in clearing the energy by bringing white sunshine bright light into the box and the house on a continually basis. I fear the problem will not change until the woman cleans up her severely cluttered house and asks her room-mate AGAIN to help her with keeping that one box clean.I had a wonderful session with Alicia’s doggy Angel – she has been getting real nervous and acting out because of a new kitten coming into the house in the next couple of weeks. Alicia has been telling her about it but asked if I would try to ease her mind and assist in her letting go of the jealousy. I really felt Angel and we talked like people talk. We spoke about her concerns and feelings, Alicia’s concerns and feelings and we helped each other understand. I learned from her the acting out (jealousy) stems from uncertainty to her place in the family and she learned from me how that behavior affects her mom. It was a beautiful session and I was happy to hear that she has stopped the naughty behavior and is ready, willing and able to help Alicia with the new kitty.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I had some eye opening awareness’s around my karmic stuff with John and family, and realize if I don’t clean it I will be extremely detrimental to me and my goals with AC.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have realized how much easier it is to connect to an animal when the human is totally open to the process and harbors zero doubt about my ability to tune in to speak to an animal. I now have a strong enough ability to notice the subtly doubts coming from people, because of the contrast I have experienced between the two. This is a good learning for me because now prior to my sessions with doubters – be them blatant or subtle – I shall incorporate some different verbiage stressing to clients how what they are holding in their beliefs and energy field can be detrimental to the session and altering behaviors.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I hoped to but distractions and massage work coming in last minutes, And, my personal inner work stopped me. Perhaps I can talk with Poppy today and post something, esp after such a good session with Alicia’s dog.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Well, I had to laugh a couple of times – I had a thought of a client and poof he called within only a couple of hours of thinking about him. This happened with another client and with a friend. I am clearing the clutter off my telepathic phone line.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Sunday 2 m morning using the 11 senses exercise as I was waking up/9 m evening Tried Deepak Chopra’s Self Healing Meditation on YouTube. Monday 13 minutes evening doing a Light Bath Meditation guided by Lorie Ladd Youtube. Tuesday 2 m morning practicing 11 senses/20 minutes evening combined with the breathing guidance from the Beginning of Class 2 Beginners Course. Wednesday 9 m afternoon/10 m evening listening to 1111 Hz Angel touch, healing, blessing on Healing Meditation channel YouTube. Thursday 10 m morning listening to 528 Hz DNA Healing Sounds of Nature on One Mind Channel YouTube/10 m evening listening to Regenerate Your Cells | Delta Binauralbeats | Solfeggio 528Hz.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
During Class 2 of the Beginners Course, the animal that came first for Becoming One was a blue whale. I felt familiar in that long, graceful, mighty body, which felt light and gliding in the water. Vision was different, because the eyes are on opposite sides. I ate krill. I soared and played with other blue whales. And belugas. Breathing is slower, but powerful. Trying to feel the spout in a different place was fascinating. I felt the sonar frequencies of the creature, which makes it helpful to avoid bad humans. I can sense when the collective of the boat was aggressive or friendly, as I’ve allowed to show and share myself with tourist boats wanting to honor me. I felt frustration towards humans not understanding the exploitations of the oceans and seas with the fishing and warfare experiments. There’s an imbalance that needs to be addressed. As the whale, I felt I knew all the histories of the planet and the universe, because knowledge has been placed in ice waters at the beginning of this planet. Humans do not know that we ‘know’. They have been cut off from ancient knowledge and grew blunt to our ways of telepathy. Some humans have the gift, but there’s still a disjointed powerlessness within the human collective that needs healing. I sense that things are changing to align with the planet’s consciousness, that there’s a higher power assisting us, but I wish it was occurring faster.
When I looked up blue whales at a totem, it read “The whale spirit animal is the earth’s record keeper for all time. As a totem, the whale teaches you about listening to your inner voice, understanding the impact your emotions have on your everyday life, and following your own truth. When the whale enters your life, it may be time to closely examine where you are, the actions and emotions that have brought you to this point, and what you can do to alleviate existing drama and unrest and find peace. Those who have the whale as their animal totem are in touch with true reality. They are nurturers and go-getters who understand there is more to this life than meets the eye.” WOW.
For the exercise at the end of Class 2 Beginners Course, I practiced with Patty’s “Shadow” from the Practice with Animal Teachers Forum. I await feedback, but I can say that I felt drawn to the picture because of my black girl kitty, ‘October’ (passed). I’m aware that I chose an easy and familiar creature, so I wonder if I projected too much of myself into the session? TBA3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This was a great week! I want to celebrate being on the correct intuitive track of having an imaginative state of mind and a return to childhood & innocent play. I created self games last week with my animals, but this week’s course validated the imagination theme. I see the correlation why children and animals relate in such a special way. They share the same conscious space of images & telepathy, fluid understanding. Where once I used to always have to catch myself daydreaming, I can now promote myself into daydreaming!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I took the 2nd class in the Beginners Course. In the summary, I read that there were 20 health issues I’d be able to receive from animal communication, but I don’t recall that information across the 5 recordings. I listened to the recordings twice, but my question is wondering where that tip is? I even did a search on the transcript with no luck. I enjoyed learning how to expand my imagination, nonetheless!
The other question I have is the contradicting commands about “leaning in” vs lean back into receptive mode (from telepathic tips). Which one is it?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I spoke to the FAT on Oct 8, posted on the forum, and got positive feedback.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Share a time when you experienced an animal understanding you.
In the blur of tears during an emotional outburst, my ginger boy (Obi) came right into my walking path to interrupt my tantrum. He meowed up at me, and I instantly bent down to embrace him, took deep breaths and inhaled his purr. He knew I was distressed. I thanked him for wanting to soothe me, and I sensed that he felt it was his duty to doctor my energy.
As time went by, I always felt Obi come to me when I was in an anxious space. If I would start to cry, he wouldn’t be too far away. I love it when he comes right up to me and meows to my face. He’s been finessing his ways of communicating down to my human-ness, while I’m learning to lower my frequency to receive his authentic voice. It’s cute how we’re projecting having to approach each other with childlike qualities. -

I just completed an intensive with Susann Taylor Shier that involved a lot of meditation. I taught Reiki I to one student last weekend which also involved a lot of meditation.
My cat Princess in spirit. She is the only one of my cats I have ever had much success communicating with and it seems easier now that she is in spirit. I asked her about Roxy who is having health issues. We discussed his health and his attempt to help me.
Once again I really do not have anything to celebrate.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None really. I wish I could connect better with Roxy especially now that he is not feeling well.
I had communicated with him previously but did not do so this week.
The work with Susann helps to develop intuition. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated 4 times this week for a total of 40 min. I sat in silent meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I didn’t communicate with any animals this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not much to celebrate this week because I didn’t move my journey forward much.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions right now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, this week I was not feeling inspired to continue animal communication. I have a lot of stressors going on right now, including looking for a job, and I am feeling the weight of everything around me.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play any games. I do check-in with my body to get intuitive guidance for questions in my life.

1- meditate: yes I meditate regularly and continue to practice the heart meditation. Also I did some shamanic work with a friend and she was able to do a soul retrieval and some extractions for me. It really makes a difference in my Communication, it seems like something is shifting for me.
2- practice: I practice with a cat a friend of mine found in the street in Iowa. Interesting experience since I have to ask him for his name or how he wanted to be called so I got Rudy. I did some healing work with him as he is diagnosed with FIV and was full of fleas and very thin. Many things came out of my conversation with him, I wish someone could verify my information.
3- celebrate: I am continuing my live lessons with the horses and I am learning much more about myself. I have to learn about assertiveness and the horses are going to teach me that I am very happy about this.
4- questions/ discovery: wonder if I need to learn more tools or modality for healing or a more structure process?
Also, would really like to have verification With my finding with the FAT from teacher Val because some of it is hard to verify by owner and if I am wrong I would like to know what happened?
5- FAT: not this week. I don’t think I got any feed back from last conversation with Poppy? I haven’t check today?
6- game: don’t seem to make it to the games -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditate every morning. This week I have been using the 4 Agreements cards to meditate on every day for about 20 minutes2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I only talked with my daughter’s cat. Her cat has gone missing, the cat told me she is in spirit now and was sad that she didn’t day goodbye to her mum and asked me to give her a message…which I did, her cat felt much happier passed over.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that I could feel the difference between talking with a live animal and one in spirit. This is my first time and there was a very definite difference in the energy.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question would be, how do you ‘control’ the communication. I had not intended to talk to my daughter’s cat, I was just sitting quietly and wondered to myself what had happened to the cat and suddenly I saw and felt what happened.
I discovered that you have to be careful what questions you ask…even to yourself!5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, this week has been quite hectic and I haven’t had feed back from my last communication with Poppy so I don’t want to flood Stacy with even more people to answer;6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, unfortunately time got the better of me again this week and I didn’t play any intuition games 🙁Moderator Barb

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes 4 shamanic meditations 30 minutes each. I am helping negative polarized reptilians change into light beings during some of my meditations so I don’t get woken up at night anymore and I am really happy about that. I love having undisturbed sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
We had the first snow so much communication with the horses regarding the snow schedule because they don’t like having to be up in a stall. I am really proud of how patient they were. I gave them weather and schedule updates twice a day and kept my word on when they were going to be let out. Very important to them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Having the animals trust really makes things easier when changes happen. Angel our dog was really upset about the news that a cat is coming to live with us and was acting up. Pam had a wonderful session with her and she has stopped her acting out behaviors. Yay 😃
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? None

Not this week6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
None this week -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Early evenings I stop for the day and settle in and do some “listening” to the still small voice and some listening to the parts of me that are hurting, emotionally and mentally.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Shima, my mother’s cat before mom passed has been preparing to pass for a couple weeks. This was the week. She asked to sit on my lap the night before she left. She could hardly walk. Then, when I left for a few hours she left the cabin and I haven’t found her body.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I cannot find a celebration moment but I continue to be grateful, daily.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why didn’t I feel or sense Shima when she passed?? I feel I don’t yet know how to be still enough and listen.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’ve read numerous contacts with Poppy. I haven’t gotten anything more than what I wrote about when he became woofer of the month.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I was focused on Shima, asking her what she needed and if she was going to go soon, and what I could do for her. I kept telling her she was doing great because she couldn’t hold her bladder or bowels and I didn’t want her to feel bad. -
