One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Good afternoon! I’m super excited to be here! I’m paying for the first time since I have just signed up, so here it goes!
1. I did practice my meditation. I did the stress rx meditation and loved it!2. I have tried speaking to my two aussie… The conversation usually goes like how are you feeling today. Know that I love you no matter what happens today. You and I both have stuff to work on…we both need to remain calm we approach dogs while you are walking with me. Haha one is super leash reactive. They listen and I do some EFT on them and it helps sometimes. I usually hear the one say he feels me get nervous or anxious…or sometimes, he is just sooo excited.
3. I would like to celebrate me taking this plunge and signing up for the LOVE course.
4. I need more walk me through meditations as I’m not good at calming my mind. I discovered that I’m super motivated to talk to animals. I’m very excited!
5. I tried with October animal poppy. I couldn’t really get anything except for she likes to play Frisbee and is very playful. Not sure if that’s correct. I need to clear my mind better.
6. yes I played an interesting game period I played five simple steps to developing your intuition. I love the connection to your heart! I feel this will help me a lot.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I have been continue to do the morning meditation with Kryon and also did Ho’oponopono this morning as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
We have adopted a beautiful baby bearded dragon. He came into our family on Friday of last week. He wasn’t doing well at the store (the breeder) and the owner is a very ethical man. He doesn’t have the time to help the beardie’s that aren’t thriving. So I offered to help. He gave me the food, terrarium, wood, lights and bowls. Essentially everything to help this sweet being. I first called him “Baby B” (stands for baby beardie) as that’s what seemed to click at the time. Since then, he/she has wanted another name. His/her name is Blessing. As he/she is building back his strength, I’ve been connecting with him. He’s doing well. He’s told me that he feels a presence with him, they are helping him heal. When I took him home, I told him I wanted to help and why he was coming home with me. I heard him say “I want to be helped”. I almost started crying when I heard him say that. I feel such a close connection with him. He’s truly a beautiful blessing. I’ve found that as I continue communication with him, some days it’s harder and others not so much. He continues to flourish and become comfortable here as family. I will continue working with him together in partnership. We are helping each other xo.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate our new family member “Blessing”! I’m learning much from him/her and am grateful to be able to follow my inner guidance in this connection together.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know if having liability insurance is recommended when practicing animal communication professionally.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not done so yet and look forward to communication with Poppy on Saturday on the Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes! I connect with Priscilla who is Barb G’s teacher disguised as a sweet dog. Here is what I wrote in the teacher forum under her photo:
Hi Priscilla, it’s so nice to meet you. My name is Marybeth and I’m doing an intuition exercise right now. I was looking over the animal teachers page to find someone to do this with and your energy caught my attention. It’s so nice to meet you. May I connect further with you and do this exercise together with you?
Hello, yes. <I’m receiving a sweet voice with these words>.
Thank you so much. First of all, I’d really like to say how beautiful you are.
<I hear a tiny giggle> Well, thank you!
You’re very welcome!
Priscilla, the exercise I am doing is called “What makes for a great life”. I’d like to ask you, What do you think makes for a great life?
Oh, life is grand. It’s special, it’s magical! There are so many things that we animals see that you don’t as humans. There’s energy that surrounds each and every one of you. I’m quite special in that I have the ability to feel this energy as well as see it. My mom can see energy too. I taught her how!
That’s so awesome to hear Priscilla and thank you for helping your mom xo.
When you ask the universe your goals, aspirations and dreams, they are provided to you. Sometimes they take a while to manifest but they are there. Trust me on that! There is action that needs to be taken to feel and experience these but they are there.
My philosophy on what makes a great life is to enjoy it. Be present, be in the here and now. When you are present with life, you create more life to be enjoyed. Play, be in harmony with other beings. Feel the connection. It’s so wonderful when I see humans get this.
I am here to teach humans this. Thank you for letting me teach it to you!
I am Priscilla and I love humanity!
Oh Priscilla, thank you so much. You have such a wonderful gift and I cannot thank you enough. Please feel what my heart is sharing.
Oh I can, I’m very good at feeling.
You most certainly are. I’m typing this with a big smile on my face.
Priscilla, thank you so much! Give your mom a hug from me okay?
Bye Marybeth!
Marybeth

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Multiple short sessions spread over the days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
One feral kitten got I’ll. I talked to him and explained that we try to help him feel better. Now he has daily vet visits. He is cooperating quite well. The last 2 days he started eating more again and his poop looks much better.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
2 of Mowgli’s siblings are in the kennel already. Now his second brother starts checking it out and another female I rescued 2 days after them gets interested as well. That leaves only Mowgli still hiding behind the kitchen door.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I just can’t figure out why Mowgli is so scared of other cats and of me (after I could hardly keep him off my lap when he was a kitten).
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Well, I seem to be back on track with my morning 60-90 min meditation, Falun Gong, & Kryia. Also, almost daily am doing the Chakra meditation with rainbow tornado and shower.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had only a few tune in’s this week with a few animals….Tami’s chiwawa ‘Happy’, I need to take more time in setting down to have a 2way conversation, but as of yet have not. Had a tune into Patches, the doggy who bit and killed the lady whom adopted her, her dog. I sent a private message to Mandalla Mauela and asked if she could contact this woman and have her get in touch with me. I really feel the pull to include her in with my communications because they both need to be a part of the mending/healing. In the interim, I am sending much love and light to this precious and confused dog. If I do not hear from the human, I will go in and have a go at communication alone with Patches.I feel I am in some weird holding pattern….more like trying to acclimate myself to some new personal goals and, I processing much following a profound session with Alicia last Friday.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I just have to give myself a little pat on the back that even though all my family and friends and clients, in the depths of their being, really do not believe I have the ability to communicate with animals. I am really trying to shake these old triggers off of me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do I unplug? Letting go after I have had conversations with animals is a real challenge for me….i understand follow-up is important, but I just can’t seem to let go.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I had a visit – more energy /intuitive read on the spunky, darling Poppy girl. It is posted on the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I did read through the class writings in this section. My sis has boxes in Colorado for me to intuit what is inside, but as of yet I have not done so. Hope to get to it this week. OK, so , no…..I Intend to play the what’s in the box game this week and report here next Friday.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, about 30 minutes a day minimum, a variety of guided meditations as well as on my own.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Yorkshire Terrier named Missy Peanut. She was ready to cross Rainbow Bridge, so communicated this to Mom. Extremely hard, as Mom is dealing with terminal cancer. I learned to be extra cautious with times as I realized we do not view time in the same manner.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Believing more in myself!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Is there an across the board way to describe/discuss time? I learned my clairaudience is beginning to strengthen.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not, was focused on my friend and her baby and those needs.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Haven’t yet found those games. New and getting regularly lost! I spend a lot of time in nature and beings of all types are now stopping by to share energy, even if that is all

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
It seems to me that meditating is important primarily for training ourselves to hear and see beyond our thinking mind. Probably why this is the first question of the 6. There are various ways to go from Beta to Alpha. Regular closed eyes sitting still meditation has never been my forte but I’m sure it could only help. That said, I do sit for short spells often and just focus on my breath and “listen”.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Daphne, the long haired beauty caught my attention. I just sat there looking at her and finally said, “nice kittie”. She seems to be an indoor cat and is content and has adjusted, although she’d like to explore outdoors too. I wonder how true this is.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I can celebrate having 8 furry kids and ducks to go deeper with as I learn nonverbal communication.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am truly wondering if I’ll make any headway until I am freer to focus on these lessons more. My hours are filled with survival necessities and walking neighbor dogs twice a day, etc. And yes, I do my best to practice on them.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
What a lovely dog Poopy is! Is it true he loves Love, is eager to please, is playful, and even mischievous? (Yes, I know this could fit almost any dog but this is what I thought I got).
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Still trying to find more intuition games. I finally put my question on the forum. But on my own, I simply practice “listening” as it appears communication comes to me more as “a knowing appearing in my mind” even if I don’t know it’s a knowing at that moment.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did. I don’t know how much time each time was though. I meditated three times. One time was deep breathing. The other two were opening my chakras and bringing in golden glowing white light into them.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity- I don’t remember what we talked about. Hawkeye- I tried to prepare him for his vet routine annual vet visit. I also talked with Poppy-we played a game I hadn’t played before. It was where we ran with a ball and the other chased the one with the ball. She turned me into a dog, too!-and I was able to run as fast as a dog! We also swam. She told me different things. I posted the communication for Stacey to see it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Feeling more of a connection to Hawkeye that I have in the past and his behavior towards Serenity when he’s hungry improving.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. I posted the about the communication in the FAT section for Stacey to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play one of the games, but there were times when my intuition was obviously in action. For instance, today when I was talking to my mom about five seconds before she told me she was going to go because she was feeling the urge to go to the bathroom (we were talking on the phone)I had the thought that she was going to have to go so she could go to the bathroom. This afternoon I intuitively guessed it was 2:45 pm and it was! I checked the time. I hadn’t looked at the time since 2:11.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Meditating every day 30-60 minutes on light and sound and about 3 guided meditations.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Three cats and a dog to see if they can welcome A baby Tiger cat their human has been fostering into the family or not. They voted no.
2. 4 month old Toby Dachsund/Beagle mix and Christa, 12 year old only dog for 10 years to see if they can connect with each other. Also find out if Christa is hurting in her back and help Toby to understand pooping and peeing is best outside and furniture is not for chewing. I haven’t found out if anything I talked with them about makes sense to them.
3. Tempe in Spirit’s message to his person who hopes euthanizing him wasn’t too early. It wasn’t. He had been trying to tell his human that he was ready. I saw him happily flitting through the universe as a little ball of golden light and sitting on his human’s shoulder once in awhile.
4. Shooks: helping to heal her anxiety around children. She was able to calmly ignore a noisy family the other day.
5. Lily, Phoebe,(cats) Alaska (puppy): Help Lily and Phoebe recognize Alaska as a new member of the family. They softened a little towards him.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I decided to take a four week class on Zoom on Animals in Transition. I was able to Deeply connect with an Animal in spirit. During this conversation I felt that “I” was not present. I was speaking for him so his human could hear and feel him… Wow! Intense but beautiful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The discovery that I am able to translate in live time what an animal is thinking and feeling and then able to feel, know and say it to their human is really amazing. Val does this every month with us and She makes it seem so easy but something has been in my way. I have tried “Live” time with clients and I haven’t been able to keep them from talking and clouding what I am sensing. I have discovered if I say I am setting a timer and I will be giving the reading for the next 10 minutes, then you can ask your questions when I am finished, it is helpful.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Poppy is on my list but it may be the Saturday call before I have time to connect.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No. I did not make time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My nightly 15-30 minutes Soul Mala Healing Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
We’re in a holding pattern with the kitty situation. I found a way to keep the new kitty’s door shut so they are separated until my Lazer session with Val tomorrow. We shall see what happens then. Meanwhile, Scooter is more aloof towards me, but still comes to me for attention when he wants it. Probably reflecting my being more aloof towards him.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I wonder why I can’t open up to incoming messages from other beings. I get discouraged and really don’t try very hard, my inner voice tells me I’m wasting my time. Somehow I don’t believe that voice.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
From looking at the picture of Poppy my first impression was lots of energy, loves to play.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I always try to remain open for intuitive messages that might come my way.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes! I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. The guided meditations I have done this week are: Val’s Energy Ball Clearing, Rainbow Tornado & Shower 4 days this week, Gratitude Meditation min, 21 Blessings from The Divine Feminine 9 min.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Poppy, our FAT this month. She told me she enjoys playing frisbee outdoors. She was waiting for Stacey so they could play. My pony in Spirit, Roy, came in and I didn’t know what to do so asked Poppy if we could talk more on the call Saturday. She said sure.
I also talked with a friend’s horse, Hattie. She has been acting like she wants to bite people and even her person, which is not her normal behavior. I asked Hattie what was going on. She said she does not like where she is being stabled and feels crabby.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am betting more intuitive hits.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I didn’t know what to do when my pony in spirit came in while I was talking with Poppy. I know he came through to be of help but I got flustered and ended the conversation.

Yes I talked with Poppy yesterday. I got an intuitive hit that she likes to play frisbee outdoors. Then my pony came into the conversation and I didn’t know what to do. I put my findings in the forum for Stacey to read.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I played the card deck game. I got 32 correct and 22 wrong. YAY! Pretty good.

I mediated a little including meditation on my virtual church service on Sunday. I also had a 15 minute call with Susann Taylor Shier in which she led me in a beautiful meditation of floating on a cloud. I did that a little after the call.
I have made a commitment to journal every day which used to be my main meditation tool. Maybe it can be again. I am teaching Reiki to one student this weekend and will spend time today reviewing and practicing the meditations I will be teaching and sharing with her this weekend.
Poppy and Roxy. I connected with Poppy this morning to meet him since I will not be on the call. I asked him if he could help me connect with Roxy about his health issues. When Poppy connected to Roxy I was able to connect to Roxy and we discussed his health issues. Poppy agreed to help me with this again which hopefully will help me to connect to Roxy and resolve his health issues.
With Poppy’s help I was able to communicate with Roxy. Poppy has agreed to help me with this again.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When I can connect with one animal but have difficulty connecting with another, one of mine, I can ask the animal I do connect with to assist me with connection with my cat. It worked.
Yes, I communicated with Poppy as discussed in answer 1 and on the Forum for this purpose.
No, no games. I am working on communication with my guides which is a path I used before to open my connection with them and spirit in general.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
-> Yes, I meditated 1 to 3 times a day for about 15 minutes all week. I did meditations from the Hay House app and from Jay Shetty.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
-> Niji, my dog that crossed over about 1.5 years ago. I find it very difficult to communicate with my own animal.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
-> I’m pushing myself to meditate, yes to stay calm, but mostly because I want to get better at animal communication.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
-> How do they feel when one of the primary care givers isn’t there for a few days. Do they think about that person often, or is it life as usual as they don’t see time the same way? I was away from home most of the week, my boyfriend says it didn’t seem to bother my dog at all, but when I came back he cried for 10 minutes and wouldn’t let me go anywhere without him. I wonder how they perceive this.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
-> I have not, but I’m feeling better with my weeks meditation, will do this weekend.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
-> I have not, I’ve been focused on meditation and my breath. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated 4 times this week for a total of 40 min. My meditations involved sitting quietly and focusing on my breath and senses. I also set the intention of grounding into the earth during each one.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I didn’t officially communicate with any animals this week, although I did connect with a few animals in different moments, including my dog, my friend’s dog and a spider in our house.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
After a few weeks of not devoting much time to animal communication, I am getting back on the horse, so to say.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new to report here.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. I am planning to be on the live call tomorrow and meet the FAT then.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. I am curious about the games as well and hope some people will respond to Zarah’s forum post about this.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes 4 meditations, 30 minutes each. Meditations with crystals
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking with Angel about the cat that is coming next month. I didn’t think she was paying attention but last night she was upset and I received the message that she was worried that the cat would be taking her place. I reassured her that I have room in my heat to love them both. I explained that they are different from each other and one doesn’t replace the other. We will love and need both of them. She is feeling a little better. We are going to be discussing this a lot.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I can pick up on her messages in a more in depth way than just sensing her emotions.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – daily chanting and rainbow tornado.
2..What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I didn’t do a specific animal. I did do the Barometers of Our Soul course. The mediation on there with Elsa seemed to suggest that she is edgy and reactive because I am edgy and reactive on a very very deep level. I am making changes but that meditation with her made me realise just how deep it goes in me, and just how deeply she functions. I also caught up with the Platinum masterclass that I missed.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The rainbow meditation is making a big difference and I can feel inner healing – gentle slow but definite. Things like: little understandings that I have choice in my life; starting to feel more confident; making choices; realising that I am reactive and that I can be proactive instead; being calmer; realising that quite a lot of things are not my fault etc. etc. etc. really good.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question: Sometimes the communication is flowing and beautiful – then I go into fear based resistance and actively avoid it. Why?
5..Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t but will be on the call on Saturday..
6.This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I didn’t. I’ve been focusing on the rainbow meditation. -

1- Meditate: yes, as usual my regular TM morning and evening, and continuing to do heart meditation whenever necessary, it’s still very valuable to me. I also, practice clearing my energy field with the rainbow colors spiralling up and down around me, funny enough a young friend of mine did a shamanic journey and she reported that she saw spirals like ribbons of rainbow color up and down around me, what a wonderful validation, i told her that I have been doing this lately. Amazing! also been learning how to be a sentinelle for the horses, expanding my vision, my energy field, far and even beyond the earth. this is a technique I practice in my meditation but had neglected to do lately so back into including it in my meditation.
2- Practice: i have been trying to be very present with Sunny, the horse who is teaching me how to be around horses and I had a beautiful connection. I felt him when he felt a little chiggery in his heart while he was just following me in the arena without a lead and it was a noise that has trigger it, I realized it after he stop and examine the situation and when satisfy he continued to follow me. It was very clear. I am still trying to connect live with the horses I work with, it is hard for me with all the distractions. I felt a trust coming from Timber when I was practicing taking with him this week. I am working to get Chip to trust me as he is always on high alert. After, discussing the situation that happened at the barn with my teacher, I think I will be able to help him next time with clear instructions and will add clear communication to him. also, practice with another horse a friend wanted me to check on, his name is Howdy.
3- Celebrate: This beautiful connection I felt with Sunny the horse following me in the arena without a lead and just because he wanted to and i was worthy of being his leader was just amazing!
That union and respect and the fact that I picked up what was going in his heart when he got worried no word can express my exaltation. I felt totally at ease and gone over my fear and doubt and performance anxiety since it was spoken out when I scanned my body before getting in the arena. this is just miraculous. Made my day and it is building my confidence.4- questions/discovery: really love the question Rosemary is bringing up above, hope it will be answers i do have the same challenge. Despite my progress in real interactions with the horses, I sat to communicate with the FAT animal of the month and oh boy the anxiety, fear, doubt etc just rushed right in. I am so afraid to be wrong! How to move on with this part of me as well?
are the questions we post in here going to be answered?
discovery: when I know what to do in a certain situations and I am prepared with some solutions to handle it in a way that make sense and done with respect, I feel confident in my ability. A teacher to me is so valuable, this is the best way for me to learn; show me and then I can move on and progress and discover my own strength, ways, ability, etc. since I am very creative and love learning and connect.
5-FAT: yes, I will post
6-Games: somehow I don’t seem to get to it, too much on my plate. I am back into painting which is so good for me (bringing color back into my life and also back into painting portrait of animal, a friend asked me to do it for someone whose dog died, which used to help me to connect with them more deeply) also crafting some lavender wands and will do bracelets etc for my friend’s lavender farm I am working with, which I intend to sale for christmas possibly and preparing for next summer workshop I want to give. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I like to start may day with meditation.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been working with Mookie this week, she is very demanding but I don’t seem to quite get what she wants from me.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that the realisation of the fact that animals are just like us…spirit living a form based experience, becomes more real / deeper with everyday that passes.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do I catch that elusive message from an animal which is there, I can feel it, but which reamains just out of reach of my conscious mind…you know, like that word on the tip of your tongue that you just can’t find.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Poppu this week6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I must make time for this, I was doing quite well when I did it regularly. At the moment I am listening to the audio books by Eckart Tolle, they are so interesting that I forget to do other things.
