One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been working on the beginners foundation course, so I meditate along with Vals lessons. I have not meditated on my own as I feel that I am doing it along with the lessons for now.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I attempted to communicate with a neighbors dog. He is a herding dog and constantly tries to chase cars. I remember Val talking about two dogs who were chasing cars and that they did not understand that cars are not sentient etc… and that they will get hurt or worse. I tried the exact same things she explained in that discussion and am anxious to hear from my neighbor if there have been any positive changes.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate the new way I see and interact with animals. It is not that I behave differently, it is that I understand differently ….
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I can not think of a specific question. I am learning so much between the course and membership, and I find my questions are often answered as I go along….I have discovered that this is what I have been searching for. Taking my extreme love for all animals and doing something that may bring them more peace on a day to day basis
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did not. I have been busy with the many different students animals teachers as well as the ones in the course.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I had fun playing the color game with my daughter and showing her how cool it is. The nice thing is that the results are instant and non believers think twice when they see the true power of mind to mind and heart to heart communication.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I have gotten back into meditation. Feels good!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a senior dog who is so happy with life. He said his life purpose is not complete yet. It was a very loving session with his human mom.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have a foster dragon named Brigger. She has had tail rot because of some abuse she endured by her cage mates at the store. I have been treating her tail each day and yesterday, the end fell off. Her tail looks much better and is healing nicely. I don’t think she will lose her whole tail. She is teaching me so much. I love her and want to celebrate her.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I wonderful if there is a specific way that we can receive accurate information when someone asks how old their pet is or what date they were born?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did connect with Poppy today. She was quiet, didn’t want to talk. There wasn’t much energetic connection. I did feel love from her but not an openness for communication. I wrote the conversation message in the forum under the appropriate thread.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played any intuition games this week. I did however trust my intuition on certain choices I made during the week tapping into my intuition on making choices.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditate every morning for 20 mins and a bit more at week-ends.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my dog Mookie after she rolled in something particularly odourous. I showed her that when she does this no one will want her to come near them and no one will give her any pets and love. I also showed her that she can roll around on the ground if she likes the feel of it…just not in dead, rotting things or fox poo !3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the fact that by communicating with my animals (and other animals) it gives me a deeper understanding that they are little beings in their own right, with their own needs and wants and that my ‘needs or wants’ are not more important than theirs…just different.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know if a dog suffering from dementia, will remember what has been said / shown to her or if this is all part of the memory loss thing.
I have discovered deeper patience and compassion within myself when dealing with my senior girl.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I haven’t had feed back from my last communication with her. I don’t know if Stacy is overwhelmed by all the posts so I didn’t want to add another contribution.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again not…I need to stop being lazy and crack down to practicing. I have been working on feeling my inner energy field, feeling it expand and ‘meet’ with the energy field of one of my girlies. I am also working on not being careless and asking inadvertant questions when I’m not in communication mode. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Same like the weeks before this last week was extremely busy. I hardly find time to sleep. Whenever I try some breathing exercises, I fall asleep.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Talking daily with my sick animals. I started taking the worst cases to the vet. Wind, a feral kitten has cat flue, a badly infected eye and suffering from some neurological problems. Lisa, a young rescue, has pneumonia. And Pascal, my rescue beagle, is coughing badly. As he has no other symptoms I assume it is kennel cough. The coughing is very bad when he gets excited, which is basically all the time. So I try to calm him down as much as possible.
Mowgli has vanished in the kennel once again. I am asking him to let me know where he is hiding, but so far he didn’t respond.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not much to celebrate at present.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did. One time I did a guided meditation that was 35 minutes. Other times I meditated by praying to the Universe (not sure how many times, nor for how long) as well as (not sure how long or how many times) imaging a glowing ball of white light and opening my chakras and letting the light come in through the chakras and also surrounding my body on the outside. I also this morning while waiting for the vet for Hawkeye’s yearly exam put white light as well as pink and green inside and around Hawkeye and invisible black energy around him, too-the black to keep away negative energy from him.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity-I told her about my plans for something (I don’t remember what). I talked with her other times, but don’t remember what exactly. I also simply was present with her and held space. I also told her she was not the one going to the vet.
Hawkeye-I told Hawkeye about having a vet visit and that I would appreciate it if he would cooperate with me and make it easy for me to put him in the carrier-he did. I told Hawkeye that I was sorry about how long the wait was to see the vet. I told him nobody there was going to hurt him. I told him about how his predatorial behavior towards Serenity is not good.
I also talked with a dog named Bronny about getting her nails trimmed and about why she has been whining lately.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. My realization about the purposes of cats I have had who have past on as well as the purposes for Serenity and Hawkeye.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet-haven’t had time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Deck of cards: color: 6 right out of 11. suit: 2right out of 6-one of them that I guessed came right after the wrong one. face or no face: 4 right out of 5-one I got right had a face!
Also, in regards to my psychic senses: for a while I have been having a “knowing” without having been told or seen written anywhere one of my grandmother’s middle names. I found out recently that it was what I had a “knowing” that it was! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music, 10-30 minutes each evening before going to bed.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still focusing on Scooter being outside. I’m very proud of him, he’s staying close enough to the house to not get lost, and he’s ok with coming in while I’m away and at night. That seems to be working for both of us. He’s so happy when he’s outside, he follows me around, he got acquainted with the horses and the hay in the barn, when he sees me he runs to greet me with his tail held high and gives me rubs.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Learning to let go of what I feel is protection, while he may feel it’s being in prison. I actually arrived at a mental place where I was ready to let Scooter stay outside all day and/or all night. He surprised me by wanting back in the house before I left for work and before I went to bed.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, just staying open to any intuitive information that comes to me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I meditated on 4 days, for a total of approximately 70 minutes – focusing on my breathing and The Heart Rose Meditation and on one day The Waterfall Meditation as well.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Today, I tried to communicate with Jackson, a cat who visits me. I got a “hello” but the message was that at the moment he was more interested in looking at birds, which he loves to do.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I do feel that when I focus on my breathing that I am able to stay more present with my mind quiet than I used to be able to.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I know that when I try to communicate that doubt always comes up that I am able to do it.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher for November. I wasn’t able to get myself organized to do it in time.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the Card Intuition game. This week I got 11 correct and 9 wrong when trying to guess the correct color (a slight improvement on last week) -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am back on track with my daily meditation on light and sound at least 30 minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed. I have also done a clearing and centering meditation before each AC session.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with Pinkerton, a cat in spirit who left the body while her human was away just two nights ago. She said her body was finished and her mission here was also finished so she had to go. It is painful right now but in truth her leaving is a very precious gift for her human.
I connected with Kuma, a senior dog and he said he was happy but I felt anxiety and asked him what that was about. It turns out we had to go and find some negative energy in another realm and let it release so his way to transition would be clear. He then decided it wasn’t quite time for transitioning. His people wish he would go on walks with him but he is turning inward and doesn’t really enjoy them anymore and he is tired.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have decided to take a Zoom QiCong class which is helping me to center and find my peaceful relationship between heaven and earth.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. On my list for tomorrow. I’ll post it tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not make time this week for the games but connected with a squirrel sitting on my fence. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated 5 days this week for a total of 74 minutes. I sat in silent meditation and felt into my body until my mind cleared and my body sensations captured my attention. I also focused on grounding my energy and setting up a protective energetic field around me.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have talked to Sadie a lot this week although I haven’t communicated with her in the sense of sitting quietly and focusing inward.

I’m very excited that Sadie is the November FAT and I’m looking forward to hearing about the communications that arise.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? A little every day and the rainbow tornado – but not as much as I would like. Not getting up in time!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with Elsa, my dog. I avoid it because I’m scared of …who knows. But this week I wanted to tell her about new Covid regulations for her hydrotherapy sessions, reassure her that I would be back at the end of one day and I mentioned the virus to see what she said. She said: Oh that thing, yes. When I asked her to tell me more she said: it’s the thing that’s meant to make people more aware.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Finding it easier to get into my heart and out of head. Thanks to the rainbow meditations I think.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Still the one about: how do I know it’s her not me. But I think I just have to keep practicing anyway.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet, but I hope to be able to tomorrow. Work has been very heavy this week.
6.This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No – I haven’t but I have been focusing on doing the rainbow mediation and I caught up on the Masterclass session that I couldn’t attend. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Sunday 5 m. Monday 10 m morning/15 m evening. Tuesday 12 m morning/20 m evening. Wed 11 m morning (light burst + 11 senses)/20 m evening Aaron Doughty Higher Transformation Meditation Youtube. Thursday 5 m morning Val’s Stress Buster/10 minutes following Recording #1 & #2 from the 2nd Bonus of Beginners Course + 5 m reviewing all the colors during this meditation expanding the end of Beginners Course Class 3. Friday 15 m morning with Bonus Meditation recording Class #3 Soft Focus Continuum.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke to my sister’s oldest cat, Comet, whom I’ve known since he was a kitten. They live in Las Vegas. He has some health issues showing his age and decline. He’s indoors more often. I checked in with him and picked up a request for wet foot, so I made sure she bought some to start feeding him for the rest of his days. I sensed his kidney/liver, oral/digestion systems starting to break down. He was very happy with the new food treatment!
He had attacked my niece in their sleep 2 weeks ago, but he LOOOOVES her and insists sleeping with her nightly, so this was a shock. I connected with him and got a sense that it was an accident, that he adores her very much, and feels a duty to be with her at night. My husband shared with me that she used to kick the cat in her sleep, and my sister confirmed that Comet used to hate her as a baby. I asked Comet about that, and got that it was a long time ago that he didn’t like being kicked then. I told him it was an accident, not personal, because she was a baby trying to get used to her new body, fresh soul and all. He recognizes that, but he reacted out of instinct when she was having a bad dream and he only was trying to help her in her nightmare, not intending to hurt her. I told him that he won’t be allowed to be with her anymore, if that happens again. He cannot hurt her like that again. His helping actually was seen as an attack. She had scratches and she was scared. Did he want her scared of him? I got an immediate NO. I thanked him for explaining and I’ll tell the family that he truly cherishes her and will try to be better at his job. No nails or biting. Only cuddles! There hasn’t been an incident since, so fingers crossed it’s resolved? I’ll paste his pic below for anyone else to confirm?
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate getting all my 3 kitties to rotate sitting on my lap lately. I love a lap cat, but have accepted many not being lap cats until I learned that I could ASK them. I asked Obi and sent him images. I catch him in my lap once I’m asleep now. I asked my foster kitty that I would seriously consider keeping her if she were a lap kitty, and she’s delivered every night, so I sense she wants to stay ;). I think all 3 collectively take turns in order to receive my request. Even Bunny sits in my lap nowadays, and she’s never done that in all her first 11 years with us! She continues to show appreciation for us trying to hold space for her in these last weeks. We’ve been very graceful about her accidents and continue to communicate our thoughts, understanding and support during these mishaps.
I also want to celebrate completing Beginners Class 3! It seems to have ended after the color exercises, as my print out has more sections that have been edited and perhaps pushed to Class 4? We’ll see!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I got feedback from connecting with Shadow last week. I guess I got confused with having a conversation versus becoming one with the animal, because I did both with him. I only got a couple things correct, but I feel confirmed that my ego was too involved. I felt pain in his right front paw, but Patty reported that he seemed totally fine. I did feel all my senses heightened with vision, hearing and sensing. I got that he was strong and young, but he’s actually 9 and overweight. I tasted Tuna when I inquired what he liked to eat. Then again, perhaps all cats like tuna? Shadow does like it, of course. My question is regarding all those imagination exercises. Am I imagining too much? Is it getting in the way of receiving the authentic messages? I guess I’d rather imagine too much than not enough as a beginner.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not, but did do my monthly connection with the October FAT. Looking forward to this month’s FAT!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Automatic/Intuitive writing (transmuting) Monday morning to work out some stress kinks and remember my power. Automatic/Intuitive writing on Thursday to clear space and ground. Conflict with a co-worker seems aligned learning how to listen with all beings. I attempted pausing after hearing him before I responded, but I also caught myself jumping ahead and pulling the reigns, trying to respect his feelings and perspective. It seems to have led the conversation to end in agreeable negotiations and a commitment to be better for each other. Again, we’ll see, as this is the 2nd conflict we’ve had this year during Mercury in retrograde, of course!
I also listened to the first Bonus recording from the Beginner Course, which is the recording of the Gold Q & A from 9/13. Val’s opening pierced my heart and filled me with purposeful resolution that I’m on track. I teared up. Feed my faith and starve my fears! Needed that boost of support having pulled out of a rough Mercury retrograde. I get to change the powerlessness story to one of efficacy on my animal activism perspective.Attachments:

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra every morning and night. I did Val’s Energy Ball Clearing and Rainbow Tornado & Shower one day. The guided meditations I did were 21 Blessings of The Divine Feminine 9 min, Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min, Soul Energy Alignment: Self Love, Deep Healing and Awakening 25 min, Portal of Transformation 17 min and Your Peaceful Interlude 7 min. I also did 2 days of Reiki Meditation and self healing. Also 4 silent meditations of about 10 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Sadie, the FAT. I only introduced myself and asked her how she feels in her body. Her picture makes me feel that she is like a Queen. She exudes confidence and composure.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am feeling much better this week than last week. Meditating more and working more at self care.
I did talk with Sadie and will post in the forum as soon as I am done with this post.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the card game and did pretty good. I got 32 correct and 22 wrong.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did 4 days of morning meditation that were from 45min to 90min in length, (Wednesday’s session was 53min long and I went very deep and my mind was so quiet and calm. I felt greatly expanded. I was amazed when I looked at my clock timer expecting to see that 20min or so had passed when it was actually 53min. I truly was quite surprised …..time went away and I was in a space of oneness and ease.
I did daily meditation with my chakra clearing; 5-10 min every morning and night of calling in Angelic help in keeping my auric field shielded and protected; have been in a very calm state while doing hours of yard clean up over several days and spent a couple of hours on winterizing and re-adjusting Renie and O’Leary’s outdoor condo’s and protective hideaways (they are my feral kitties).
The work I have done these past couple of months with Alicia has helped me expand immensely and I feel stronger in my whole being.
I enrolled in a meditation course called TEM Total Embodiment Meditation. I was drawn to it after listening to a 2hr introduction webinar and wow, it resonated with me and my Higher Self said, Yes, Yes, Yes to taking the course. I feel a surety in me that this form of meditation will help me sky rocket my AC abilities.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Alicia’s kitten that she is adopting next week, telling him (she named him Uriel) about the upcoming move into his new home and what to expect. Uriel is ready for his new adventures in this embodiment and here to assist Alicia in more fully engaging in present moment awareness with a new and keen sense of understanding; Uriels says, “Happy magic is sparkling all over in Now Moments”.This week-end, I will be engaging in another communication with Alicia’s doggy, Angel, to further calm him into welcoming the new kitty coming to live with them. Anget, like me (tee hee) has some issues with Change!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I wish to celebrate my inner calm. I am happy to see my own kitties shifting a changing in their feeling world as I continue to shift and changes. I am not in an upset reactionary state and in turn am realizing how much more at peace my kitties are becoming.
I celebrate myself for diligently working on my boundary issues and am honoring my time as being special, myself as being special, and so I am in a more aware place of knowing when I am “doing” something to please others instead of saying NO to please myself. I feel I am growing by leaps and bounds and am closer to being Boundless and this is so freeing to me on many, many levels.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
The main question that has been coming up is about my frustration with not getting the results I desire with helping animals change their behaviors, but what I am realizing is that the main issue is around the erroneous focusing on the outcome and how being in a state of mind clouded by m ‘feelings of grandiose expectations’ truly does inhibit the changes I desire. Also, by falling into worry to be approved by the client, plus the clients own hang-ups both put a real stopper on the animal wanting to or even having the ability to change because of the mixed up feeling state we humans are in.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6.
Yes I tuned into the black beauty dog this morning and picked up some things – following this post I will go back to her and chat some more and post in the forum. She is a wise teacher for sure.7. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played any structured games but I am pleased that again this week, my intuition is having fun playing with me – I think about a person and poof within 24yrs or less, they call me. I am getting a kick out of this.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Yes, 4 meditations, one was very powerful with the divine mother.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still my own animals but I am looking forward to the new featured Animal Teacher. Tina has been coming to my energy at night to say hello which is really nice.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It really helps with transitions. Pam is helping me with the new arrival of a kitten family member. Angel the dog is starting to get adjusted.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I played the game of how you get your information from animals. I am Claircognizance but my sense of smell is always active in my communications and my meditations. I am starting to have some clairaudience episodes also. It’s interesting to see how things change over time.

I experienced a meditation during our online church service and in two teleconferences with Susann. I have been concerned about Roxy who has been sick and this week about election concerns. I have not been in a space to meditate and I need to be.
Princess my cat who is in spirit now. We talked about this election and she reassured me that it will all be OK. I said that I missed her and she said we may be together again in the future.
She was with me 3 times as a cat in my current lifetime and the only one of my cats I have been successful in communicating with. One wonderful morning we remembered another lifetime we shared in the ancient past.
The fact that I was able to connect with her this morning.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I get myself into the space to communicate or even to want to communicate with animals.
Not this week. I communicated with the current FAT during the Q&A call.
Nothing this week.

1- meditate: yes, I am regular in my meditation every day. I also meditated in the forest by the trees whom I made an offering to for my shamanic work with Elaine. I really like to feel the quietness of the forest, it feels so good. I felt a sensation in my lower back at some point. I wish to communicate with these trees but I am not hearing or sensing anything. Why?
2- practice: I had a fabulous conversation with a cat name Bogey, Elaine other cat who is living with her ex roommate who just separated from her partner. They wanted to know that he was okay not being with Elaine and other questions, all answers were very clear to me.
Also connected again with Rudy, the found cat my friend Kathy is taking care of, well he is very weak but not ready to die. Asked other questions about his pooping on the concrete floor, got some kind of answers but not sure… I felt i could not get some good answers from him about his feeling…
connected with my cat Sufi who got chase by a dog and ended up 30 feet in a tree. He came down by himself and felt, I was concerned but calmed, did some healing with him immediately, I felt an intense energy and calmed that down for him. Did not feel anything hurting or broken just shocked. I am very thankful he is okay, he is more scared to go outside now, I will have to help him get over that somehow.
3- celebrate: I really had an amazing connection with Bogey the cat and it built some confidence in me. I realized 2 things: this is a paying client as we exchange services and I think it makes a difference, I am expecting myself to do good, secondly her cats are very evolved and clear and it has something to do with it as well it seems to me.
I certainly connected with Rudy as well though? But it was not as clear it seems. I did get a lesson from him, I decided to pick an oracle card for him, and the card was “listen” LOL so I switch mode and just was present and quiet but I did not hear anything or feel anything in that mode… I could not hear what he feels or wants? Not sure how to do this?
4- questions/discoveries: Am I not trusting what I will be feeling if I let myself feel what the cat was trying to tell me to listen to?
5- FAT: no, never got feed back for Poppy last conversation? was it all wrong? Hope to get answer about my findings, can you help?
6- game: never get to them, I am sure I am missing out but I played with my oracle cards and I audit a horse whisperer workshop for a day with Josh Nichol, It was great to see more people awakening to cooperation and respect of the animals needs and building the skill to understand and work some issues from the horse point of view. It is our responsibility to learn the ways. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’M MEDITATING MORE NOW DUE TO A SHIFT IN CONSCIOUSNESS THAT HAPPENED A WEEK AGO.
IT INVOLVED ZORRO, MY BELOVED CAT THAT ENDED UP IN 5D WITH HIS PHYSICAL BODY.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
ZORRO! HE STARTED TALKING TO DOC WHEN WE WERE ON THE PHONE AND THEN STARTED TALKING “THROUGH” DOC. THEN, I TUNED IN TO 5D AND STARTED SENSING ZORRO A BIT. I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL AND HAPPY FOR THIS START.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I CELEBRATE THE INNOCENCE AND PURITY OF ANIMALS AND THAT WE HUMANS GET THE HONOR OF LEARNING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’VE BEEN QUESTION8NG WHAT ASPECT OF AN ANIMAL ARE WE COMMUNICATING WITH. ITS CLEAR THAT ITS SOME LEVEL OF THEIR HIGHER SELF OR SOUL.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I STILL DON’T FEEL READY TO POST ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT I MAY BE GETTING. IM NOT REALLY GETTING MUCH, IF ANYTHING.
SADIE IS ROYAL FEELING TO ME, LIKE MY DOG IN SPIRIT PONO WAS. SHE SEEMS VERY DEVELOPED IN “WAITING” AND WATCHING. MATURE, OLD SOUL. VERY CONTENT TO DO WHAT SHE CAME TO DO. IS SHE AN OVERSEER?6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
NEIGHBOR DOGS. I WALK THEM TO GET THEM OFF THEIR SHORT RUNNERS. I AM TUNING IN TO THEM A BIT MORE THIS WEEK SINCE MY SHIFT.
