One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. late again
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes I just stayed aware and in my breath throughout the day. Also deep meditation during quantum field work sessions with my kitties.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
this week I connected deeply with all three of my kitties for in depth energy healing work, that I call quantum field work. They really seemed to like it. And they were actually prompting me several times to actually do it, b/c I had planned to and not followed through immediately. thank you animals for keeping me on point. I connected with more of the wooly bear moth caterpillars…finally remember their species name. They are orange and black, likely venomous, and cute as hell. I pray for them and wish them well on their journeys. They seem to be saying … no worries Angela no worries … all is well … I’m just scooting along.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
potent quantum healing with animals. learned a lot about them and also addressed deep seated health and emotional issues … in them .. but also really felt the benefits and healing for me and the kitties. I actually worked on my own field simultaneously. felt really powerful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? 6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes every morning before going to work…it really helps the girls as well as there is a lot going on at the moment2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Dee Dee (dog). I asked her how she was feeling and got the message that she is very tired and can’t fit the illness in her body much longer. I sent her Reiki healing and set her up in my Reiki grid so that she can recieve he healing energy which I hope will make her passing easier for her.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that, thanks to listening to the Q&A sessions I knew to say things like ‘I’m so sorry this is happening to you’ in a calm and neutral way without my emotions gushing all over Dee Dee.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t really have any questions. I discovered that I ‘knew’ as I read the text about Dee Dee what was happening. Dee Dee confirmed what I had felt reading the text then her human took her to the vet who confirmed it also.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Again no 🙁 Time seems to be running away with me and I don’t see it passing.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again no 🙁 My free time this week has been taken up with listening to the audio book ‘The New Earth’ by Eckart Tolle. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. Almost every day. I believe there were 2 days that I didn’t take some time to do so. Today, my mind was really full from a full day yesterday and it was more challenging to be still and present. But I still did the best I could.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Scooter the kitty and also with Happy who is Tami’s chihuahua. Sufi, the FAT this month was so helpful with Scotter as when I communicated with him for the weekly check in, he knew of Scooter and his situation and that he wanted to help. Such a wise soul he is. I’m currently working on getting in touch with Tami to share with her some messages Happy has shared with me. I’d like to message her privately on this and asked her to send me a friend request as I cannot seem to find her to send a message to.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate Darwin’s funny personality. A few days ago, he said the funniest thing to me. It’s private so I won’t share here but when I said to him “Darwin, did you actually just say that to me?”, I heard very clearly “he he” with a laugh. He’s such a delight! Also, it’s been 1 year since he came into our family and we are celebrating that tonight!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and Sufi provided some amazing insight in helping another animal. He’s a wise, connected boy who is making a difference in the form of a cat. Such a blessing he is. The communication has been shared in the forum post.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The lesson I am on is the communicate with an animal in the forum. I came across Tami’s post about Happy and that was where my direction was lead to. I’ve included this information in one of the above notes. Happy I have been able to finally get to doing this intuition game!

1- meditation: yes, every day I do my regular meditation plus I did some breathing into the heart meditation as often as possible and also remind myself to breathe into my heart during activity and with others when i think of it. I take equine conscious lesson and we do scanning of the body before we meet the horse I will be working with, Sunny, it was just amazing the information I got from my body about how I was feeling and what needed to be let go of, it was so accurate. I had performance anxiety and I found it in my body and we talked about it and I had a wonderful session and learn so much from Sunny. I feel so much more confident.
2- practice: yes, i practice with Hana, my friend’s dog, I have a hard time connecting with her. I got answers but I am doubting because I feel like I am missing something here. connected with Domino, horse, and did some healing on him, he accepted and I feel that he was feeling better when I worked with him after that in the arena. i also practice approaching most of the horses at therapeutic riding, with my new skill that I am learning with Juliana, my teacher, I felt totally confident and all the horses came to me for greeting. it felt so good. the horses are Domino, Rainbow, Chip, Timber.
3- celebrate: spending time with the horses and learning how to connect with them in a respectful way is building my confidence in so many ways, it is incredible. What shows up as well is how difficult it is for me to speak up my truth and to ask. I feel it in my throat, it hurts, when we scan and I am practicing to let it go. Let the unsafe go. I celebrate this.
4- question/discovery: May need to do some past life work as it is some past life issues I am talking about above.
5- Fat: yes, always connecting with Sufi and answered everyone that connected with him.
6- game: no game 🙁 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I had very scattered meditations this week. I did chakra clearing instead three times.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Alaska: puppy. Helped her let go of trauma and begin to adjust to the new family that just adopted her.
2. Phoebe and Lily: 2 cats that were having trouble adjusting to Alaska, the puppy moving in with them. We discussed how love can grow and I listened to their feeling. They were able to invite Alaska into a healing circle with the angels of God’s healing vault.
3. Shooks: connected and began a healing session but need to go deeper as I didn’t feel we got to the root of the trauma yet.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Ha ha…When I feel that I can’t do this(animal communication), I get more clients giving me referrals so guess I am in it for the long haul.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have had a tough week with myself and realized there are periods of growth and then periods when “the pot just needs to simmer.”
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I see there is a new FAT and I will make time this weekend to connect.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I made a few attempts with guessing cards and failed to be accurate.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did. I did deep breathing, opened my chakras and checked their colors, prayed to the Universe-not sure how long each one was. I might have done a guided meditation for about 30 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity-I told her a few times about going to the vet today to prepare her. Hawkeye: I asked him what could help me get out of my head from my busy mind and he suggested having more fun. Also, a dog named Rocky-we talked about his legs-he was having a problem walking and a couple of days ago wasn’t able to walk. Also, a fly who told me that he/she felt safe with me because I don’t kill them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Developing more confidence and also being able to stop the busy mind thinking.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How do you know when it’s the ego mind or you’re misunderstanding or misinterpreting and you’re wrong with the communication you get if you don’t find out the right information from the animal’s person?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I haven’t yet 🙁 Too busy. I really want to this weekend!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play one of the games. However, my intuition came into my awareness when I intuitively guessed the time correctly before checking it. There might have been something else that I intuitively guessed correctly before knowing for sure or perhaps had a psychic hit of it happening before it happened.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My regular 15-30 minutes before bed at night, Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music, and staying mindful as much as possible during my days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
We seem to be in a holding pattern pending my lazer session with Val to ask for help with Scooter. I have left him sleeping in the sunroom when I went to work this week. He seems not to mind it, but sure is happy to get into the rest of the house when I get home. It’s good that I decided to do this because Monday when I got home, the door to the new kitty’s room was completely open and the things that I had barricading the door were all askew. If Scooter had been in the house, I would have blamed him for something he didn’t do, and he might have gotten into her room, which hasn’t turned out well in the past.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I didn’t realize we had a new one. I’m so far behind on e-mail, along with everything else.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have several times attempted to meditate although not very successfully. I have had difficulty calming myself to focus within.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I attempted to communicate with Roxy and Missy but with little to no success. Princess is the only one of my cats I’ve ever had any success communicating with. I tuned into her again this morning. She is very happy with her new life and she reminded me that there are other experiences after this one. She said everything is OK here although I cannot see it from my perspective.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am grateful that I can still tune into Princess so easily. She is a comfort to me.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What can I do to connect with my current cats? They seem OK and just not interested in communicating with me.

I am not doing anything specifically to improve my intuitive ability. I’ve never been into playing games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra every morning & night. I did Reiki Meditations for 8 minutes and self healing for 20 one day. Guided meditations were: I AM Free: Healing from Invasiveness 11 min, Soul Energy Alignment: Self Love, Deep Healing & Awakening 25 min, Ho’Oponopono Inner Child 4 min, Intuition & Acceptance Meditation 18 min. Tuesday through Thursday I did meditations listening to James Van Praagh’s Spirit Worker workshop 3 days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with my pony, Pollyanna. She told me she was hungry and wanted hay. A lot of this was her body language, but I got the message loud and clear.
I talked with the new FAT Poppy. I mostly got her essence. She is excited about talking with us humans.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am becoming awakened to energy happening all around me. I feel like a “receiver”. The full moon is very strong and strange things are happening to the people around me, including me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I feel like I haven’t been able to become still enough from my meditations in order to talk with the FAT. I seem to lose the connection. I stay quiet to listen a while longer but maybe I’m not staying with it long enough.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I talked with Poppy and put what I got in the Forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the card deck game. I got 29 correct and 25 wrong.

This week as been fun and weird at the same time. I have been doing several different meditations in addition to the chakra meditation – a couple being guided meditations from James VanPraagh.
I have not spoken to any animal, other than my own which has really only been one-way conversations. My birthday week has brought up much stirrings in me regarding regrets, my deceased parents, my life direction…ie my body really wanting to retire from deep tissue bodywork and propel myself fully into AC. It has been lovely spending time on long conversations with a few of my old friends that I have known for 30-40 years. Since the couple of deep sessions with Scooter I have not communicated with any Club members animals; some big shit came up in me that I have been working through. I had a bit of a breakdown last night, thankfully, I had Alicia on the phone to help me through it. So, this has been a very non-productive week regarding my AC. I shall start new again this week, and am certain I will be back on target to report good work on next accountability post.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. 4 meditations. 30 minutes each. Holding labradorite crystals and connecting to my dragons and seeing the most amazing colors and mystical places.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My husband’s horse has never spoken to me. He prefers my husband which is fine because the other 4 horses prefer me. I was combing the knots out of his mane and he deliberately stepped on my foot and said to me that he would rather have Dad do this for him. I said so would I and I will slap you if you step on my foot again because you could injure me and that is crossing the boundary. He understood. I said that I will have dad brush him more often.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My clairaudience is improving
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I use my intuition in my hypnosis sessions. I had a session where the client had an attachment for 13yrs and went back 5 lifetimes. Lots of unraveling and intuitive processing but resolved karma and soul contracts and the the person that was stuck in the 4th dimension then made the decision to leave. Many people removed the entity and he just came back. He needed to be heard and acknowledged that the decision to leave was his. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, about 20 min, then about an hour 3x this week2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Dog – Poppy – working with her to understand that when she is rough, it hurts me. Working on “polite” – showing her that when she’s gentle (polite) that she can have all the attention she wants. She’s making progress, and my arm isn’t as wounded.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Making progress with Poppy. “My” birds – the wild birds are coming around more, as are the deer.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Still challenged talking with my own animals, yet doing pretty well with other people’s animals.
Question about how to help a traumatized guide dog. The guide dog was attached by a pit bull and seriously wounded. I offered to do some healing work on the dog with my red light therapies.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, with Poppy, this week. I talked with Sufi a couple of weeks ago.
I sent in some questions – is it okay for me to post the “issues” I’m having with Poppy (this month’s FAT) prior to our monthly session with her? Haven’t gotten an answer yet.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I didn’t know about the intuition games. I don’t know where to find them.
I did some channeling this week – several hours worth on several different days, so that builds my intuition. I also play the “who is calling” game with myself – seeing if I can know who is calling before I look at the phone. I’m pretty good at that one. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I’ve been getting up early to chant and do the Rainbow Tornado and did a 5 minute one at work – Great! It might seem like a lot but I really need it. For the first time I slept every night in a whole week. That hasn’t happened since I was a child. Something healing is going on.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Elsa had to go to Marc, her usual minder when I have to leave her. The first day she barked all day. I had assumed she would be fine – she likes Marc. But it was the first time in 6 months and I guess I hadn’t prepared her enough. I tuned in that evening and was able to reassure her that I would come and get her. I think after operation and lockdown and everything she was out of her routine.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My joy in resting in the non verbal world. I work every day in a world of words – it’s wonderful to start to trust and be and communicate in the non verbal.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
That being in my heart space is the place to communicate. Been trying too hard with my poor little head brain!
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
No. the new month arrived so quickly! I was still in Sufi’s world. Looking forward to the new adventure though!
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Daily rainbow tornadoes! I highly recommend. Healing is happening. -

1. Did you meditate this week?
I’ve started doing Hoffs 30 deep breaths and then holding the breath for a minute or so which is easier than it sounds because the body has become alkaline and oxygen saturated. It’s definitely a meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about?
A beautiful black cat named JC who is in spirit. All I felt is him saying in a sing song manner, “I’m back”.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I was telling the ducks at my place they weren’t getting more to eat and that I had things to do now so bye-bye. I turned to go and the word “water” came to my mind and I knew I was being told they were out of water so I checked and their pail was empty. Not a big deal to you seasoned ones but it reminded me that this is how I receive, when I do.
Btw, it’s still Friday and I’m doing this later than usual but my password wouldn’t work to log in. Weird. It took me some time and I finally had to reset my password. How odd, yes?
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I be so sensitive and empathic yet not developing my intuition much, if any? Perhaps I still need more healing time after two major losses in my life and then my body shutting down for two months.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did try. I did. Nothing to speak of.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m still waiting for new “games”. As I said last week, there’s only a few I can find and I’ve done them several times. I’m being helped to remove negative programming from my energy field. I believe this will help clear my fields for greater receptivity. It will unfold and evolve if this ability is to be.
