One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only a couple of short sessions over the days to focus and center.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mowgli started now showing up regularly when I bring food.
A feral cat brought her 3 kittens to my veranda. In the beginning they were very skittish. I keep talking to them every night telling them that I mean no harm. Now, after a few days, they stopped darting off the veranda, when I come with food. Instead they go a few steps back, out of reach but close enough to see what I am doing.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I mostly manage to keep stress and anxiety at the office, when I leave and reach a comparatively calm state by the time I enter the house, respectively the kennel.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Still under a lot of pressure in my day job. So I don’t find time for anything else.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games.8/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have meditated most days doing the Kryon morning meditation. I have been awakened in early morning hours with messages from animals and so not every day was a meditation done.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
a) I communicated with Rosemary’s Elsa as there was some follow up from when Elsa was FAT last month. A very interesting piece of information has come forward and we are discussing how to help Elsa with this aspect and whether to do this or for Rosemary to work with Val on this. The message has been communicated in the FAT section feed.
b) I communicated with a beautiful dog named Mizzy. She was pooping in the house every time she was alone. It turns out there was a little boy spirit in there and he was loving MIzzy but also doing things like pulling her tail. So she was really upset by this. Anxious and fearful. I worked with the Angel Squadron and the little boy was reunited with his mom and they went to heaven together. It was beautiful and since then, Mizzy has not pooped in the house and has been calm and relaxed. I am truly grateful for this experience as a conduit.
c) I was awoken this morning with a powerful healing message from Horse. I have documented and channelled their message and will be including it in my Soul Healing With Animals upcoming program.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am remembering that I need to practice self care. It’s very important to do so and I feel good about remembering to do this as in the past, I haven’t done so.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know if there is a certain time frame that should be waited for once an animal crosses into spirit before communication is made.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and Sufi is precious! I posted what he shared with me in the FAT forum section. He told me about his personality and how even though he may be strong energy on the outside, sometimes domineering etc, he’s really loving on the inside and he’s all about love.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Because of everything that is going on, I have not played any of the intuition games. Look forward to doing so as soon as possible.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily practice although this week I have had headaches and emotional trauma so was really unable to get to my still place so felt most of the meditation was a waste of time.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Duke, Belgian Malinois. We continued to work on trauma connected with beeping sounds and why he is still panting in the car and peeing on the furniture. I did the REM with him as we viewed the stressful situations and pray it will help.
2. Connected with Mama Kitty a feral cat who lives near her human’s home and has a lot of burrs embedded in her fur. I asked her if she would be willing to go to the vet. She said no. She was very capable of taking care of these problems. We worked on having more trust in the humans who lovingly feed her and she was willing to heal trust issues and possibly let the humans help her with the burrs.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I keep learning And growing even when I have been disappointed when setting intentions and having intentions not pan out the way I “thought they should.”
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It’s been a terrible and emotional week so haven’t wanted to discover anything.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No. Not up emotionally for any games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

That I see more and more that I can get clear information of my own animals even when it is can be very emotional for me
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still not sure about the conversation it self.. I don’t know when it is the right time to ask what question… I wanted to know how can I get better at that..?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. The guided meditations I did were Portal of Transformation 17 min, Your Healing Journey 19 min, Wise Woman Affirmations 12 min, and Affirmations for Conscious Evolution 16 min. I also did silent meditations on the days I didn’t do guided ones.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Joey the horse about not mirroring his person so he can heal. I also talked with my pony Pollyanna when I awoke in the middle of the night. I just told her I woke up and was thinking about her and how grateful I am that she is in my life. I didn’t get messages back in either discussion.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got an intuitive hit about my step-daughter dating a nice man but didn’t know that she was. She called me later that day and told me she met a man and they are hitting it off and had gone on a date. We both were so excited that I intuited this.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I tried a sample of Barbara Ann Brennan’s Books Hands of Light and Core Light Healing. They both are amazing and I am eager to order a hard copy instead of one for my Kindle. Some books you just need to be able to put book marks in to refer back to them. I love books. Val had talked about this book in a recent Masterclass. I don’t recall which one though.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I was going to talk with Sufi this morning but have to go out rather early. I am hoping to come back home and chat with him and edit my post.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. I played the card game and did pretty well, 31 correct, 23 wrong.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
-> I did, however less than I would have liked. I was very distracted with work… also why I should have done it more.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
-> Samara – horse. I had a feeling she wasn’t doing well when I brought her in at night. I spoke to my mother about it (her horse) and she told me she changed her food that morning, so we ended up walking her to prevent any issues… happy I listened to myself.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
-> I realized I’m starting to be more mindful of my intuition. I often have feelings/knowing of something, ignore it and then find out I should have listened to myself! I’m starting to change that.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
-> When I don’t initiate the communication, I get information by simply knowing. I’ve started to recall many times since I was a kid where I just knew things. I remember one time as a teenager were I told the vet I felt something was wrong with my horses eye. The vet said nothing was wrong, a few years later, another vet said she had extreme pain in that eye and it must have been something that started years ago but it was just starting to show now and was already to late to fix – she’s now blind from that eye.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
-> I did, I got that he loved walking around the property freely, he loved being out in the sun, loved to eat tuna and he was playful but reserved.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
-> Still focusing on paying attention to all of my senses. I am planning to start playing one this weekend. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Tuesday and today (Thursday) I meditated for about half an hour each time to guided meditations. I also meditated on my own opening chakras and bringing in light and putting light around my cats and green energy inside them and white around them.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. We didn’t have any deep, wisdom-filled conversations this week. I don’t remember everything we talked about, but I did tell Serenity that if the red on her gums is something she’s mirroring on me that she needs to give it back to me and if it’s her own stuff she needs to let me know so the vet can look at it. I also told Hawkeye that I don’t want him behaving how he does towards Serenity when he gets hungry.
I also talked with Sufi. He told me he likes kiwi and affection time with Berenice, playing with Vayu, and the outdoors and seeing wildlife. He said other things that I posted for Berenice to see. Sufi also said to have a clear mind in the moment and that in Nothingness is Everything.
I also talked with a spider this morning who was on my kitchen counter. I told the spider I didn’t mind him/her being there as long as he/she didn’t harm my cats and me or bite me. The spider said he/she was just minding his/her business.
I also talked to a cat named Taylor who was not doing well health wise. She said she wanted help passing on, but not euthanasia and not at the vet’s-just for her caretaker to take care of her. After she passed on she thanked me for telling her caretaker she didn’t want to go to the vet’s and didn’t want to be euthanized. She just now sent me an image of angel wings and then her face.
Also during the call last Saturday I talked with Sufi and Berenice confirmed a lot of what I got.
I also got a message from Zorro and posted it in the forum for Zarah to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How my cats are helping me to Heal!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I talked a little about it in a previous question and also posted for Berenice to see the communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play one of the games, but I had an intuitive moment. without even guessing and then checking to see if I’m right. I also received communication from Angels and my dad (he might be an Angel, too). I also found healing meditation music that’s at 528 Hz and realized that when I saw the time 5:28 in the past it was probably telling me that that’s good healing music for me and will come my way or that that’s a good Hz level for me for healing or something along those lines.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, every morning for 1/2 and hour. This week I’m meditating with Archangel Raphael.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a cat called Oaui. Her owner asked me to connect with her and find out where she was. The first impression was, ‘I’m on an adventure, I’ll be back soon’, then my ego stepped in and told me that I couldn’t say that to the owner because if I was wrong I would be giving her false hope the I imagined the cat being run over and dead in the road and I had the though OMG if I say that to the owner and it’s not true then she will be really sad and upset for nothing and as I tormented myself with these self doubts the owner of the cat sent me a message to say that the cat had just returned!!!
I learnt to trust my first impression!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I would like to celebrate my growing confidence in my animal communication skils
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would really like to know how to help my little dog. Life circumstances are really piling on the stressors for her and I can’t seem to get through to her and help her calm down. My discovery is to really watch out for my little dog and help her manage her stress levels better.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not communicated with Sufi this week. Things are very hectic and I try to spend as much time sitting quietly and being present for my ‘worry pot’ dog.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again, no, not this week 🙁 Spiritual courses, moving work, and my little dog have not left me with much time to consecrate to intuitionModerator

I was not successful in quieting down enough to meditate on my own. I had two group meditations. I need to meditate more.
I communicated with my cat Missy for the first time.
Last week when I connected with Sufi prior to the Q&A call, Missy jumped up in my lap just as I was starting. I explained to Sufi what had happened and put Missy in the bedroom. Sufi said that Missy wanted to talk to me. I asked Sufi to help me connect with her since I’ve never been able to hear her.
Last night when Missy was in my lap, as usual, I asked her about it. She said she wanted me to talk to her not to another cat. I reminded Missy of when she had been FAT. She remembered and said that was fun. I explained that this was Sufi’s turn and that is why I was talking to her. Then I asked Missy what she wanted to tell me. She said nothing, she just wanted me to talk to her and not another cat. Jealous!
I am celebrating finally being able to hear Missy.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
That I really can communicate with Missy, I just have to do it. And I need her to want to tell me something.
I communicated with Sufi before the Q&A call – see above – and again during the call.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every morning I have been doing my Chakra Rainbow and gold ball meditation as well as throughout the day doing my rainbow tornado. This truly has helped propel my communication to a much higher level. Yippee I intend to get back to my long morning meditations this coming week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1/ spoke with Chase, the pit bull in Florida again the other day. She is out of hospital and home convalescing. Her dad is feeding her 4 times per day to help her to gain the necessary weight – 10lbs is needed. When I went to talk with her I had a download of information about her physche splitting off – she has had major trauma in her early life being forced to be in fighting rings. After she was rescued she tucked all that pain, abuse and suffering into a compartment; but when the sickness (we think she ingested something through her nose) that caused much sickness in her system and became very ill – so much that the Vet had to remove her spleen. She was in hospital for a month or more. This new added trauma made it difficult to compartmentalize this and so she split off from herself in a way. When her family looked at her they said it was like their Chase had disappeared and the dog they were looking at was not theirs. I did lots of work with Angel Michael and shielding and integrating – I did Matrix enegetics to help re connect her mind with her body and helped balancing. I look forward to positive improvements hence forth.
2) Had a visit with a friends cat named Lumen who recently got re-homed following a week at a no kill cat boarding place. His mom is feeling high emotions of guilt, fear, worry about how he is doing. I assured her that he is fine and he told me that the tether that is connecting her to him – the one that carries the emotional electricity of above said energies is not serving him nor her and that she must cut it. However, the heart string, the fine line that will always connect their hearts will never be cut because this is the thread that links true, positive, heart love energies to and from their hearts. Me and Lumen explained to Janna the difference. I did a long round of EFT tapping with her and she felt 100% better following our session.
3.) don’t remember now if I already posted this, but I had a delightful experience with a precious kitty that her mom asked if I could ask kitty what name she would like to have. She told me quite frankly and what I was so amazed at was two-fold …..No other names came in, only the one and I felt myself move out of my heart and into my head trying to search for names – nope drop back into you heart….. and when I did there was only one name. Kitty said she is named Ariel and wants to be called Ari for short.
When I was talking on the phone with Alicia about my communication (the client is her friend) she received a text asking about a recording of Archangel Ariel and remembering he was the angel who is overseer of animals. This is no Coincedence – both myself and the cat were tapped in, tuned in and turned on. I was happy to hear the woman LOVES the name Ariel and adores the nickname ARI !!!!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My telepathic communication is becoming more smooth; my heart to mind understanding of what the animal is speaking to me is flowing easier.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I made a discovery about heart communications: when I am fully in my heart when communicating with an animal, the messages that come through are 1)rapid in their arrival, 2)the answers to questions come almost all at once, 3) in order to decipher all the information coming in so fast requires my mind to Wait for the words to describe all I received – -my heart has to interpret for my brain because it is a different language.
I really feel/sense/know that my mind is readily allowing my heart to lead first, then I communicate to the client I am working on from that interpreter point. The work is truly beginning to be much easier because my mind is not fighting to understand; it is patiently awaiting for my heart to tell it and so the struggle is going bye bye.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I only did on Saturday’s call and the day prior. I will attempt to make contact this coming week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – normal meditation and doing the rainbow tornado every day – I’ve been spending a lot of time on that because I think it is key to helping me access my heart space, my confidence – all the things I need for A.C.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been trying to talk to my dog Elsa and the FAT Sufi. Sufi: I posted what I got online – got some of it right, not all. I realised, I think through the rainbow tornado meditations, that it’s about allowing it to happen. I tried that with Elsa, and I picked up some vibrations – I can’t verify this so now I need to find the confidence with another animal. I shall try and think of questions to ask Sufi.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Increasing clarity on getting into my heart space! It’s helping at work a lot and it’s helping with my anxiety too. Also, I picked an apple from a tree, and gave it a kiss to say thank you and felt an electric and beautiful connection for a split second.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have a very different experience of communication if I don’t try and label my experience with words – so how do I unite these seeming disparate worlds? Words seem to distract me and lead me back into my head.

Yes – I explained above. Some right, some wrong.

1- meditate: yes, I am regular with my meditation, I did not do any extra meditation of a different kind, I have been doing more yoga and stretching for my lower back and back into walking despite the smokes from the fires going on on the west coast.
2-practice: yes, Maestra, follow up from last week, she will be coming here soon, I wanted to let her know that and the set up here with other mares, plus needed more info from her. Sunny, horse I will be working with today, learning equine conscious, I wanted to connect with her before end to see her personality, etc. and I can get validated by the young girl that is teaching me.
3-Celebrate: I haven’t been as prolific as I wanted with my animal classes and communication but have to accept that. I am working of creating a workshop and a line of animal products and organizing my house and it’s taking my time right now.
4-FAT: yes, I am practicing with him and responding to students about their findings.
5- Games: when I meet dogs I say Hi and try to have a quick interaction with them. I did this on the ferry, waiting for the bathroom and a dog was watching me from his car window. I had a good sense of who he was, he looked like a bear, very strong dog, very kind eyes. It was not clear what I was getting but I sure felt connected to him.Moderator

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’m still doing about the same every day. I’d like to “be still” longer but I’m still moving slow and way way behind on my off grid living necessities.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Although I did look and feel through the pet list I found my focus of practice to be with my 23 year old cat, Shima. I don’t usually focus on my own pets but she called my attention. I asked if she is happy. She said (allegedly) under the circumstances she’s happy. What can I do for you, I asked? She may have said, I know you’re helping me and loving me. Thank you. Are you hurting? I asked. Nothing I can’t handle, she said.
3. Celebrate! Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That even though it may not appear I’m opening much yet, I’m grateful that I know I will. Isn’t that worth celebrating?
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that an animal can move physically to the 5th dimension through a vortex but how would they ever get back to 3D? Or would they?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I so very much wish I had gotten something more than last week but I didn’t. Please be patient with me.

It’s a bit confusing. I looked at the list again and reread some things. Are we supposed to just keep repeating them?

1. i meditated with awareness throughout day.
2. i talked with lots of catepillars like last week; spacing out on their species again … oramge and black furry and adorable but also poisonous so they say. just really doging them mostly on road and sayingi love you, doing forgiveness work, and doing my symbol/prayer for dead or near being dead ones. my cats have shared healing magicwith me and i feel that we have connected well during the day just about day to day stuff. ezla seems a bit weary but he says dont worry and he goesfrom lounge lizard to happy dog ready for hike. so i send beams of confidence to him amd see him in his glory. bears everywhere but they leave my cabin and space alone. i think we have an understanding. apiritually, i will be connecting to butterflies tonight bc they teach me about flight and many other topics.
3. i celebrate that i have a unique perspective on animal communion; one i will share once i understand more about it ha!
4. not sure about challenge just need to get back into deeper one on ones with animal teavhers.
5. i will soon chat w beautiful sufi. i will look out for recording again.
6. no games this week though use intuition all the time
