One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I fell away from meditation each morning for a few days but have got right back into that now from the last 3 days. I also have been meditating before communicating with animals and being mindful when walking outside in the beautiful weather with Nemo.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a kitty cat who was so very sweet. She wasn’t feeling her feet on the ground and was very uncertain about things. Root cause that was coming through was fear. We worked together on releasing trauma and cellular memory from the last 15 lifetimes! It was quite an experience to do this with her. We were guided to place the items for release into a container. She choose a football. We put them into the football and I could feel them being pulled out like a magnet from her cells. The football was then sealed with glue and she showed me her dad throwing the football into the “cave of lightness” where it was then transformed into light. What was released from this kitty was replaced with light, beautiful colours. There was some deep work also done with connecting with some kittens she gave birth to that are in spirit. I learned a lot from this session. I also was very tired afterwards.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the courage that this kitty from #2 above chose to take to help her life forward in a positive way. She’s a sweetheart. I also would like to celebrate that my work with animals is getting deeper in soul healing. I am being taught by them and by the Guardian Animals of Lightness (who I work with in spirit) how to do this.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not yet. I am feeling very tired the last few weeks and want to honour the communications I am having with clients at this time. It is my intention to communicate with Sufi as soon as I can.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played an intuition game this week. I hope to resume this as soon as possible as I noted in #5 above.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, a couple of time to guided meditations. Both were about 30 minutes. I also meditated on my own for shorter times (not sure how many times or for how long)-I opened my chakras and put golden white light in them and perhaps also worked with emerald green.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember everything. I asked Serenity if she wanted more chicken-I think my communication was off there. I also told Serenity that when Hawkeye behaves towards her how neither of us like when he’s hungry, that she’s still safe and to just ignore him.
I also did with Scooter and found out about how he feels and why he’s acting aggressively. I posted the communication for Patty Miller to see it.
I also did with Happy and found out why she doesn’t use the wee wee pad to poop and why she acts aggressively at times towards Tami’s husband. I posted the communication for Tami to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Figuring out how to work with my cats when Hawkeye is hungry and behaves towards Serenity how she and I don’t like. I figured out that maybe the key is working with Serenity so Hawkeye’s hunger behavior doesn’t bother her.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I haven’t yet this week-I hope to during the weekend 🙂
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I guessed what time I thought it was and when I looked at the time I was right! I also thought that my cats’ toys hadn’t been shipped with the cat litter and had the thought to check the other box. Sure enough, the toys were in that box. I also was trying to fill out a form using the computer and it wasn’t working. Then I had the thought (psychic thought I think) that I would be able to fill it out in Word (Microsoft Word) and sure enough I was able to fill it out there. There might have been other times when I psychically knew the time and maybe other psychic moments I had.

Week #1
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes I have done 5 meditations this week. Guided, 20 minutes each time.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have mostly been speaking with Angel daily about the schedule, eating, treat times, who will give her the treats and what door she is to go to to be let out for poop and pee time. I send her to the door and have my husband meet her there to let her out. Or she waits for him at a certain door to be let out. I like to practice sending her messages this way. She likes it too. If I send her to my husband to get a treat and he doesn’t do it right away she comes back to me and let’s me know and I tell her to go back and be patient and he calls her a tattletale and I laugh. The horses amaze me. In a recent hypnosis session I healed Tina’s past life where she was abused by a Shoer and was crippled. She has always pinned her ears at the Shoer and I couldn’t figure out why because I have had her since birth and there haven’t been any bad experiences. She has had to be sedated for her and the shoers safety. After the hypnosis session the Shoer came out 4 days later and I said that I wanted to try without the sedative. Her ears stayed forward, she was licking and chewing and nuzzling on me during the time she was being shod. I was speechless and so was the shoer.
Next I had to worm her which is always a battle and she was fine. I felt her smile.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I took a break from it because we moved into our house and I have been really busy with my hypnosis sessions but I had an amazing Akashic records reading last week and my higher self was present and I was able to ask her about anything and everything and I ask her if I should still be doing both the animal communication and the aura hypnosis and she said that absolutely I am not going to be taking a break from either one and that when I signed up for this mission that I knew that it was going to be difficult and that’s why I am going to have a lot of help from the other side. Chica my first chihuahua dog who is now in spirit has reincarnated as Angel my current dog is also coming back as a boy kitten and was born last week. He is going to help me with animal communication and with transmuting energies in my hypnosis sessions. Chica will still help me with my astral travels and everything else that she continues to do for me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It’s easier the less pressure that you put on yourself.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not since the class call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I am really tuning into my intuition and letting it guide me during hypnosis sessions for asking questions that reveal the root cause of the issues. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have been really off on my meditation this week after attending an amazing meditation retreat! I think I should be inspired and wondering what in the world is this all about…
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? 1. I connected with a cat who had taken a little journey from home and his human was upset. I felt he was still in the body but hurt. He was still in the body but wasn’t hurt…😥
2. I asked a dog in spirit what His job had been in the dog body. He said “lightworker.” He was actually a narcotics sniffing police dog…😥
3. Duke is not much better even after a healing session.😥
4. I did another healing session with ZuZu, a collie.
5. Connected with Grace, a dog who is almost ready to leave the physical…couldn’t feel whether her mission is complete 😥 but felt her love and compassion for all humans.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. It’s ok to have an off week. I celebrate being able to feel one dog’s pure love.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered I can easily miss the mark if I am anxious, out of sorts and do not catch the very first intuitive nudge.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any games this week. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, still staying with the evening meditation before bed, 15-30 minutes of Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Aside from everyday communication with my fur-family, continuing from last week’s post and also on the FB page, trying to come to terms with my cat, Scooter, in regards to attacking me and our new kitty. Pam had a wonderful communication with him tonite and shared it on the FB page. I got down on the floor with Scooter before posting this and reached out my hand to him in a peace offering. I told him I want him to be able to stay; I want us all to be happy together and I want him to be our benevolent Prince, and it all depends on him. I believe he was listening to me, although the only acknowledgement I got was a yawn, stretch, and eye blinks. I will see what tomorrow brings.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I have this wonderful community of people who can help those of us who aren’t yet able to communicate with our animal companions!
No, I’ve been quite busy with my own family.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
-> I’m having a hard time dedicating time to sit still and meditate. Which is exactly why I should be. I’ve been waking up hours before my alarm clock all week, I’ve been using that time to take deep breaths but more in attempts to try and fall back asleep.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
-> I tried a few times with Shadow again, but my mind is to scattered.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
-> I had a feeling last weekend my dog was going to have a problem with his eyes. On Tuesday, he started an eye infection. I need to trust myself more as I somewhat dismissed the feeling, but I’m definitely noticing these events more often.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
-> Maybe not a discovery, but really showing me the power of needing to be calm and centered to be able to communicate and feel good in general.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
-> I haven’t this week. Will plan time this weekend.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
-> I read through the intuition article online. I think its again a good reminder of needing to be centered to gain the best insight possible. Not only to communication with animals but to ourselves. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. The guided meditations I did are: Morning Courage Meditation & Affirmations 20 min, Wise Woman Affirmations 12 min, Gratitude Meditation 9 min, Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love 11 min, and Meditation for Self Love 11 min. I also did Reiki Meditations and self healing as well as just sitting quietly in meditation. This morning I did Val’s Balloon Heart Meditation to quiet, ground and center myself to talk with Sufi, the FAT.I did this meditation another day this week as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Joey the horse with the long standing wounded leg as well as his human, Jaime. Elizabeth Carlisle is doing Pranic Healing for both of them now. I told them that they are a unit, connected as one and he needs to stop mirroring Jaime’s perceived wounds. She said she does not have wounds and just wants him to get better, this will help her.
I talked with my pony, Pollyanna and told her how grateful I am to have her in my life.
I also talked with Sufi, the FAT and had a brief talk with him. I asked how old he was and if Berenise was in a past life with him.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel I am on the verge of getting more information. I am at a frustrated stage. I feel I have prepared myself by quieting my mind in meditation to find that when in a conversation, I ask a question and don’t get an answer. I wait and ask again but feel the connection has been lost.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have initiated setting my intention every morning and writing it down. I realize how important setting one’s intention is and need to remember to do this. Journaling this every morning, I feel, will make this habit stick.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did talk with Sufi and entered my brief communication in the Forum for Berenise to comment on.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I did the card deck game but did poorly. More wrong than right.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I failed to do any of my long meditations this week, due to crazy massage schedule; though I have been daily doing my Chakra Golden Ball mediations and Rainbow Tornado clearing.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had interactions with Patty’s cat Scooter and Shakti…..both of my long reports from the communications yesterday and today (this is why my post is so late this morning, and I hope Barb, that you still honor today’s post even though it is late). I learned from these communications how important it is to have my head out of the game entirely, and to call on the Unseen for support with tricky situations in behavior.
Also, I had a quick check-in with Tami’s chiwahwah (I like this spelling better than the correct way) Happy. I just ‘read and intuited’ her energy and will get today to have a thorough conversation with her.
I will be doing a healing with my friend’s cat Milo later today to offer help in expediting his wound healing from a recent cat fight which left two gaping holes in his right front leg.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel I am adopting a more of “I refuse to give up attitude” even when I fail at helping animals change their behavior. I was totally elated that the other day I was sitting out on my porch with KoKo on my lap and Izzi refrained from running back inside and instead came up to me; I picked her up and held her close to my heart…..she was only inches away from KoKo and she staying in my loving arms for over 5min. I was overjoyed. As my energy continues to clear and change, so are my kitties…..keep doing the small steps and celebrating them.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why do I find it so challenging to get animals to alter their bad behavior? More practice to gain more experience; more clearing of my mental body; more calling in my Higher trust in myself that I have the ability help.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I had plans to chat with her before my posting, but the emergency with Scooter took that away. I will try later today. My intuitive games are the usual quick interactions with animals on the fly. In fact, I did have a quicky with a Fly – he was one of those big, slow flying dudes. He landed on my paper and I asked him how he was – he said I am old and cold, am on the last moments of my life. I told him how lovely he was and I actually was able to give him a light finger pad pet. Amazing. I wished him well on his soon to be journey to the Spirit world.
As I was driving to work the other day, i say a doggy being walked by his mom and her friend. I could so feel the sacred respect this dog had for his human and I was delighted to see and feel that the woman was staying ‘in tune’ with her dog even though she was visiting with her friend. I, all too often, see people walking their dogs and they are not at all present with them because they have their heads in their phone or are so filled with their own head stuff that that are walking without awareness…..they are like robots. I feel the saddness in these dogs. A walk with your dog should be a shared experience.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

I am now convinced it would be most helpful for me to practice stilling the mind even more. As I focus on being aware of myself I see how quickly thoughts take the lead, over and over. I don’t judge myself for this or try and push away the thoughts as that is resistance and most of us know that “resistance is futile”. We’re pushing away, denying, a part of ourself. Best to thank the thoughts for trying to control my life but let’s try a different approach now.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’m allowing my broken heart to heal around Zorro – not knowing if he’ll be returning from 5D. I’m doing better with Rich’s passing because I have closure (but haven’t felt him yet). It doesn’t feel like I’ve progressed an inch so far so I’ve decided to not worry anymore. Instead, I’m trusting that my Divine Self knows how deeply I wish to communicate without words to animals (and all beings) and that the shift will happen within me when the timing is right.
So, I still read the website and practice. This week I couldn’t help but be drawn to PISTOL. Geez, those beautiful eyes. All I can say at this point is, it’s not what I’m getting, it’s the fact I’m not giving up. That’s it.3.
That I’m part of the coaching Club and am slowly meeting lovely, caring, compassionate people.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I read from Val or Barb that if you do not yet know if you are “Clairvoyant” or “Clairsentient” it’s a bit of a roadblock (my words). I don’t know yet.
Where is there a good article or voice recording to find out more on this?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Yes, I stilled my mind best I could and asked Sufi if we could talk, etc. Nothing came to mind.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I did. My question is this:
I read that someone played the card game practice. Where is it? I couldn’t find that one but would like to???I’ll end with saying how much I 💕 LOVED the interview that Val had with Loesje Jacobs. WOW, I laughed and cried. Mahalo Val for sharing that with us. I’ll listen to some others. Now I have to find it again. Ha.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – doing the rainbow tornado meditation every day.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did the Barometers of our Souls programme and followed the meditation there to connect with your own animal. I saw a wounded view of myself and I saw a different view from Elsa’s standpoint -she was so happy to see me so it showed me that my view of myself is misguided. I asked her about her barking and I think I picked up that there aren’t really many vibrations of security in our house despite appearances. I think my deep tendency is always to be ready to drop everything and move / leave / run. I need to work on trusting myself to manage situations and places to develop a more secure energy in the house.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I communicated with the FAT on my own and got stuff! Not sure if it’s right or not, but it was a valid session rather than me just giving up and getting down on myself.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Allow it to happen.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – second communication with Sufi. I haven’t had feedback yet but I did enjoy it! I posted in the Forum and will see.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Focusing on doing the rainbow tornado. -

A few times, not as much as I planned to. I need to meditate more.
I have tried without success to communicate with my Roxy. I just tuned into Sufi and asked her help but she really did not get anything from him either. Not enough practice this week – Note to self meditate and practice.
I really do not have anything to celebrate this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Question – how can I connect with Roxy? What if he just does not want to communicate with me? Val said he was popping out of the box to get my attention. After my session with Val, he did it again. He had my attention. I had no idea what he wanted and was unable to connect with him.

1- meditate: yes, twice a day and I have been doing the heart breathing and awareness to my heart anytime i think of it and realized I am not in my heart during the day and when i feel overwhelmed with some emotions I do the breathing and also the EMDR eye movement. I also was practicing being more aware of my desires and manifestations for exemple before I meet with people or situation thinking ahead and see what I want to create with them and it is amazing how it worked, I wanted fun, ease, genuine heart connection and productive meeting and this is what I manifested several time! yay!
2- practice: not much, it takes a lot of my time answering the other students about their findings with Sufi and I have been focusing regarding help with starting my animal communication business and 2 people showed up to talk business. One friend introduced me to a canadian program that could potentially help me and pay me to start my business if i qualify and another friend showed up with her daughter who will help me with starting a website when I am ready with the content.
3- celebrate: I feel on the edge of something shifting in me, from needing to be healed to healing others… also I feel less scared to be wrong with my communication, taking chances to tell people about my finding with my communication as with Juliana.
4- Questions/discovery: often i get images that feel like a charade how can I decipher the message accurately? I forget to ask more questions about it I guess and probably don’t ask the right questions?
5-FAT: yes, all the time since he is the FAT and answering all the students about their findings.
6- Games: no games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes every morning for about 20 minutes on week days and more at the week ends.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mookie and Chouquette (my dogs), we are moving at work and Mookie is very upset by all the changes. I have been explaining things to her every morning before we start the day and throughout the day when I see she is upset.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that I can see more clearly (almost every day) what my girls are telling me.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I need to SEE Abby, she communicates with me on a very subtle level and I miss most of it…I only see it with hindsight.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I didn’t 🙁 The whole week has been taken up with the move and helping my girlies manage it as best they can whilst having very little energy or time to give them what they needed.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again no, I have been taken over by the move but things are getting back to normal now. I have however thought of an intuitive game that I might try out soon. -

Sorry for the delay, I’ve been relocating my office after a tumultuous summer and haven’t been as attentive a Moderator as any of us desire. 9 The real translation is I was at our summer family cottages on a lake in the norther Maine woods with limited internet access and while there my mother died in AZ of Pneumonia after weeks in hospital and rehab with blood infection so with other restrictions hadn’t been able to see her since December. At 90 years, she was ready and requested nor heroic measures. She passed peacefully after the end of our last video call. The sadness comes in at unexpected times but details are getting taken care and I look forward to providing you more attention.)
Not to worry, you will all get credit for your postings applied to the appropriate week and if I have any questions, I will contact you if something is missing.
