–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continued my meditation practice and also participated in a group meditation during a local animal communication class I just started taking. It seems I having more moments of stillness which I am very grateful for.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with Aidan who is an 9 year old greyhound who has had chronic pain for 7 years. Among many impressions the strongest image I received was of an effervescent pearl colored rose enlarging and floating into golden light. I received affirmation that he was getting ready to transition soon. (and be relieved of his bodies pain finally.)3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The small fleeting moments of stillness in my daily meditations. I “1. That I “coincidently stumbled” across this local 4 month class on animal communication that I started taking last week.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The same impatience to want to know how to do this (yesterday) feeling…and that so have to let it unfold in the perfect way it is🦋
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. YES! Just posted😃
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
The marble game continues to frustrate. (My impatience to just know the answer gets in the way of “knowing” or “seeing”.
In Gina’s game with the two animals in spirit or not, I could not connect with either one, so I didn’t answer. I realize that connecting with animals in spirit is difficult for me..I can’t always find them.-

2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? – Yes, I was not very successful as I wasn’t able to get my mind settled
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? – I am still working at it even though I am traveling in Japan, taking care of my parents
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? – I feel, due to the circumstances (I’m taking care of my sick parents), I am not able to settle my mind which is resulting in not being able to sufficiently clear my mind and communicate clearly.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. – No, I just saw the post about FAT

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very little during the days. Tried again before going to bed, but fell asleep in my office chair every night.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Trying to convince 6 kittens to go to the vet, because they are all very sick (some virus), Playboy was the first to show symptoms. He was treated, but too late. He died within 24 hours of first symptoms of disease. Fleckchen and Lizzy came to the vet yesterday, but their brother Rondo refused and run away although he is in very bad condition. Tonight I will talk to Sternchen and Daisy. They are just starting (still eating and playing), but I will try to take them as well tonight.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Pascal, the stray dog, does hardly jump over the fence. He used to go for long walks on his own, but after someone cut his front paws multiple times, I explained to him that I can protect him only inside my yard and house. Now he decided to stay inside and follow the lead of the other dogs.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I am still fighting to get my mind out of the way. When Gina posted the latest pictures, I tuned in and felt both in spirit. That was about 2 hours after Playboy had died. So my mind kicked in and convinced me that I feel the black cat in spirit only because I have Playboy on my mind.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I had a short connection, but did not yet manage to post.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Last Sunday I played again with Gina. This time I did better than before. I was correct on 6 out of 10 and on the second block of questions 8 out of 10.10/12

Yes, I was able to connect with Vincent and My husband got a nice message from him. I also, connected with Binky and Tina ( I still have to post the conversation).3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I’ve been meditating every day and I’ve been practicing with the animals from the handspout. I’ve gotten feedback from some of the conversations I’ve posted in the forum and it has helped me build my confidence as well as to point out details I need to keep working on.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’m having trouble quieting my mind and mantaining a present and aware state of mind for a longer period of time. I’m still trying to figure out how to explain things to my dog.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I did last night and I posted in the discussion.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, except for a couple nights of reading. Still sitting in silence for as long as possible. Not very long this week it seems. Working on allowing thoughts to pass through rather than get involved in them. (Side note: PBS had a program on this week about mindfulness going mainstream. It seems some companies are beginning to see the benefits of meditation and are encouraging their employees to participate. How cool!! Wayne Dyer said if one generation of children could be taught to meditate regularly, the entire world would be changed for the better.)
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I’m very focused on my Cooper right now, trying to help him get better, so keep trying to make a connection other than the energetic one we already have.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I KNOW I can do this!!4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Just now saw Binky’s picture when I signed in. I’ll see if I can connect and if I do I’ll post it.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I’ve still been busy with getting my solar panel project completed.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been faithfully meditating 20min minimum in the morning and 20min minimum in the afternoon.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Spoke with the two animals Gina posted on Facebook as well as the FAT for this month.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I am in the groove of meditation and it is making a difference in my life. I will report/share as time goes on. I am determined, and actually really want to make this an every single day part of my everyday life.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Discerning messages I get from the Animal vs possible information coming from my Higher Self or Trickster Self.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I just had a conversation with Binky earlier this evening, and hope to read response tomorrow.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Quick Talk with animals in my outings; I have been having quick chats with Ayla the neighbor doggy across the street, 2nd house. I am trying to not project my worries about him spending so much time in the back yard alone. I went over the other day and gave him some lovin over the fence. Had a chuckle when I declared my intention of picking out of my deck of cards the Ace of Spades, boom, did it! Tee heePam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Report #6
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not as much as I should have. Very hectic week, about 20 minutes each day, 3 days this week. Two Meditations were self-directed and one was guided.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
This week I connected with “Katie” who is in spirit. I felt that she picked me to connect with.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
When I first began learning to communicate with animals, I had strong reservations about connecting with animals who had passed over. First, I thought it was an invasion of their privacy, and second, I had always believed from my early teachers including Penelope Smith that animals who had made a transition were in a “protected state” and it was inappropriate to encroach on that part of their journey. I still do not make it a practice to seek an animal out, even my own animals I always waited for them to contact me when they were ready and not the other way around. In this case, as I was going through the selection of animal teachers “Katie” seemed to “jump out” and want my attention.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
None at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Vincent earlier this month. I had three petsitting gigs this week so I got in lots of practice outside of the forum teachers.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I am still using a deck of playing cards and practicing identifying which card I pull. I am still holding at 3 cards correct out of 12. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 5-10 minutes silent sitting, walking meditation and mindfulness in daily activities.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I communicate with the squirells in our backyard. My cats and shelter cats. Tiger’s stomach is burning again and he feels nauseas but he still has his appetite. I found vomit downstairs also.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I talked to one shelter cat that was very nervous around the other cats while we were alone. She came down and relaxed. We have to do this again, because she is still nervous but not as much.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I forgot about it. The week flies so fast by on me.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Guessing colors, which didn’t work too well. I guessed on Facebook the two pets that were in spirit which was correct. I didn’t write in down on Facebook though.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated this week. I meditate for approximately 10 minutes to 30 minutes per sitting meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with Gizmo.
An incident happened the other day with a shelter dog. I was almost severely attacked. Luckily, my guides were with me and gave me a thought on how to control the situation. As I write this, I am better now than the day it happened. I was scared, and it screwed with my psyche. I took some time to sit, meditate, gather myself, and ask why?
I felt as though I couldn’t connect with any guides with intent; however, the following day, Gizmo appeared. I felt her and felt a need to meditate to feel the connection.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I’m learning to stop and NOT think. My mind moves so quickly that I’m learning (saying it in the present moment) since I forget, that a longer pause than I would like might be beneficial for me to receive information.
I was with a different shelter dog, and I received a question from him. He asked; “where have you been?” In the past, I would’ve acted in excitement. This time I was able to answer appropriately.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Same as before, being patient.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I have not. I did not have time.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played with a deck of cards. I’ve learned how I receive the color of the cards. In addition, I’ve learned that when my mind and body are congested with other thoughts and concerns as well as disquiet, I’ll get more wrong answers than right answers. -

1. Did you meditate this week?
Every morning first thing after coffee. A couple of days only 20 minutes but usually closer to an hour. Staying present and aware.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I often connect with Pam’s Koko and my daughter’s Great Dane, Moby, because I’m concerned for their health. I offer them Reiki and sometimes feel Koko drawing energy. She feels a little stronger but still shaky. Moby feels resigned and clings to every last moment he has with his mom. He feels himself weakening and has no time for anyone but her. I don’t feel him drawing Reiki.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am learning to trust what I feel instead of casting about for what I should feel, or even want to feel. I am learning patience.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’ve been wondering whether Moby, who is deaf, will hear after he passes. How strange would it be for him to hear and not be heard instead of the other way around while he was alive?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I connected with Binky and posted my feelings before reading what others posted. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s Q&A with Val because I enjoy piggybacking on her connection with the FAT. It usually feels stronger.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
I noticed that I often draw the same color many times in a row and wondered if there could be a message there. So, in the spirit of “ask don’t tell” I’ve tried focusing on the corresponding chakra, breathing energy into it, hoping I might improve my accuracy that way. Getting a lot of yellow lately so I’m working on strengthening my 3rd chakra. I suspect it will take some time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? yes everyday at least 30 min and some days twice. Really committed to carving this space out and making it routine.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Apparently i did as one of my former clients cat popped into my head as he too was not well when they left last year had passed the day i thought of him.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I got a score on Binky! see below
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Wondering why my radar is on high when an animal is transitioning but when asked to communicate on que its not coming so easily. It happened again this week. An old client popped into my head, next day his mom posted his passing. When i very first started this course i had a golden retreiver named Buddy come to me and tell me to plz let his family know he was leaving soon. I was in distress when i woke up because i wanted to help this dog but i didn’t know any goldens named Buddy.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. So i saw this lil dude sitting on his moms lap at the kitchen table in the sitting position. And i also saw a lot of people coming and going in the house and lots of fun. mom says he used to sit there all the time but she stopped and she had no idea he liked company so much but she doesn’t have that many people coming and going but when she does it s usually fun. I took that as a mis but when his mom said i didn’t know he liked company that much it never occurred to me that he was just sharing some moments that he enjoyed. I assumed i was wrong.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes with Klaudia on Sunday. True false i missed 6 out of 17

Barbara – Colors and their messages are really augmenting your communications. Learning patience takes practice. I wonder what color patience is for you. Copy paste can have a mind of its own sometimes.
Chigusa – It is wonderful that you are practicing you animal communication while in Japan taking care of you parents. Ask the animals for their help.Klaudia – Be careful with that chair sleeping. You may want to consider getting a seatbelt. My condolences on the recent losses to you colony. Rather than ‘fighting your mind to get it out of the way’ is there a way to ask it to show you its message and then let you proceed with other messages? Remember to be gentle with yourself which includes but not limited to taking time to grieve.
Ana – Wonderful progress. With practice and gentle nurturing, you’ll be able to extend your awareness. Maybe you can ask you dog to explain what he understands to you then you’ll know where he stands and see how he thinks and transmits information.
Patty – It’s exciting when mainstream starts to get interested in and begin to understand the benefits of meditation and better communication with other sentient beings. Yes, you can do this!
Pam – Congratulations on your consistent meditations. Both the Higher Self and Trickster Self can have important messages for you thought sorting out the ones from the Trickster can be, well, tricky. And the Higher Self sometimes delivers in unexpected ways and meanings. Just like computers can be pesky.
Cheryl – Wonderful that you are open to receiving communications from animals as well as reaching out to them and understanding if they are not available in the moment.
Manuela – Love that you are connecting with squirrels as well as cats. Reaching out to the shelter cats is a blessing to them and you.
Jeane – Great team work with your Guides and for taking the time to understand what was going on so you will be better prepared in future. interactions. I love your “to stop and NOT think”. This gives the inner wisdom space in which to contribute.
Claire – Thank you for your energy work with Pam’s animals with their permission. Involving the colors and chakras sounds like a wonderful exercise and learning experience.
Lydia – Sometimes it is harder to connect with our own babies as we have many distractions of thinking we already know. Practice helps. We’re delighted to have you and Binky as our FAT wisdom teachers.
Gina – My condolences on the passing of your former client. Have you talked with his animals? Some may be welcoming him on the other side while others are here and may appreciate your support. I don’t see the message of Binky liking company as a miss, and perhaps with this insight, they can have more company come by that he enjoys.
Alicia – Congratulations on identifying that Angel communicates in emotions rather than images or thoughts. We each have our preferred styles but often that gets overlooked when it is different. from the receivers; likewise when we are reaching out.

Hi Barb, thank you so much for your advice. I Have thought about asking Vincent how he understands things and how he thinks and transmits information. I will definitely do it. It is a great idea. Have a nice day.
