–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a bonus session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn bonus session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes about 15 minutes each day with a few guided and also my own breathwork/energy practice. I also am deepening into learning about a particular playing card oracle deck I am using and plan to use to do intuitive readings with others. I am working to balance the relaxation into intuition while also efforting into particular techniques to activate and sharpen.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? YES! I communicated with my own kitty cats, as usual, and really let my self expand into imagination/moving into imaginal/moving into trust. I just left town from Alaska to Texas to see my family for Christmas and I connected with each kitty about my travels and that I would check in each morning. I started this morning and really felt into the energy to make sure I was speaking to each one individually. This felt like a strong link.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? A feeling a deepened connection.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I don’t have a particular question on my mind right now. The challenge is just the tuning in accurately and allowing space to listen.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. yes I communicated with Missy again. Interesting and fun. I will post to forum as time allows.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? YES. I used my Playing Card Oracle Deck.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I spent about one hour in total meditation.
I did a Relaxation Meditation and Guided Sleep Meditation.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did.
I connected with a dog who was at Christmas celebration. He was keeping his distance away from all people and other dogs. I went to him and he explained to me how he wanted peace and quiet away from everyone. All the noise and excitement made him feel stressed. I told him that I understood and asked him if I could join him and sit quietly with him before going back to the party celebration. We had a few quiet peaceful moments together.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I am continuing on this amazing journey no matter what else is going on in my life at the moment.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was trying to balance my time. It was challenging to have time to practice between the holidays and having to work long hours.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried but I think my mind was too busy as Missy was not interested in talking to me.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
There were these little wooden balls with numbers on them given out at a game played at Christmas party . Numbers were from 1 – 100. I picked one of the wooden balls and guessed that my number was “74”. My number was “47”.

I continue my weekly practice of daily meditation on light and sound morning and night.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Posted every day in December except 12/25 but realized even on that day I connected with Luchien, my daughter’s dog who stays with me and reminded him that my husband was getting older and when he pulls on the leash it is not safe. I did a calming exercise and Luchien rolled on his back and splayed his legs and totally relaxed. The walk went MUCH better this morning! 😊🙏🏼

6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Continued with picking correct jigsaw puzzle pieces.

Yes, i got Angels attention then I visualized Angel coming to give me a kiss and then we went into the kitchen for a treat. I waited for a few seconds then Angel did exactly what I showed her. My normal sitting in silence before going to sleep, and also some guided meditations with Kyle Cease as I’m going through his “Love Rising” videos.

I’ve been focusing on my little guest, Oso, again this week, mainly because he’s just so darned expressive! I’m not used to that. Of course I talk to the rest of the family all the time, I’ve just been hoping something will kick in with Oso around.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-10 minutes silent sitting, mindfulness throughout the day, trying to be in the here and now with whatever I do.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connected with a very sad and scared adoption kitten that only have been at the PetSmart Adoption Center for a couple of hours. The sister ran around and was very playful. She just sad in her condo. When I put here out to play, her eyes were in panic, so shortly after I put her back in. She needs more time and was not happy at all where she was and strangers looking at her. I tried to play with her inside the condo. No interest. So, I said to her in a very calm and heartfelt voice ‘I am so sorry. I love you. Please forgive me. Thank you! Three times. She closed her eyes and relaxed. The transformation in five minutes was after 1.5 hours being very unhappy, she start playing and played and played with a furry mouse toy, I gave her. She was in the moment with just playing. This made me so happy for her. She found a way out of being terrified. Hallelulja.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
The story about the kitten that I just wrote. Opono’ pono is so powerful. I love it.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Oh Missy. Missy is not amused and finds that she gets misunderstood. She feels that she can do so much more than just being in a home. Like she is underworked kinda sort of. Maybe she wants more space. She seems a bit crumpy sometimes or it is just the impression on the photo. Lol. She wants to be taken seriously and being heard. Nothing goes without Missy. She is the boss lady. Lol
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Sorry, I know my loss. I always forget. -

1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
Sitting or lying silently for 10-20 minutes daily. Sometimes a Course 1 meditation afterwards. Meditation(s) usually followed by attempts to communicate.
2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL
With Shoshana (cat) when she had yipping spells when I was at the Mac and she seemed to be sleeping on the next table. We went to each other so I could cuddle with her, but I still don’t know what prompts the distress.
With Julie-Belle when she’s on the nearby wavy cat-scratcher and starts licking one of the sores she’s created. Don’t know the cause of her distress either. Otherwise, all seems well with the six inside cats and the two outside visitors.
3. CELEBRATE
Grateful for learning about and taking baby-steps in animal communication. Should make an auld lang syne list of the charming animal teachers and their generous guardians I’ve met this year.
4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
Might be able to communicate better with Julie-Belle and Shoshana if I didn’t feel overwhelmed by personal, project, kitty, house, and yard (boring) tasks. Obstacles for everyone, and maybe especially so at the start of a new year.
5. FAT COMMUNICATION
Posted attempt with Margaret D’s Missy.
6. INTUITIVE GAMES
Share a time when you experienced an animal understanding you.
When Julie-Belle, Janie-Kate, Raven, Lily-Grace, and I were on our 1300-mile trek to Waco, three kitty carriers fit on the back seat and one was on the floor beneath where an air bag could explode. Lily-Grace was in that last carrier and was unhappy about it (another story).
Except for car and environment sounds, it was a quiet trip because I prefer not to hear music or talk. But in West Texas, I suddenly called out, “Checking on Julie-Belle”–and in a second or two she answered! Then I did the same for Janie-Kate and Raven who also answered and Lily-Grace who didn’t. We did that over and over and over again for more than an hour with Julie-Belle trying out her various voices. They wanted to keep up the game, but I was panicking because I got lost following the AAA trip-tik directions (I’m prone to getting lost, but the directions really were misleading). Then, I didn’t want to play when I was looking for a place for us to stay in Abilene, our second of two nights, when it had grown dark and my phone and flashlight went missing in the stuffed, messy car. Sadly, they haven’t wanted to participate since. Maybe because the only times they’ve been in the car is for the two-mile drive to the vet.
7/10 correct odd-even die cube guesses. For weeks now, I’ve been wondering if what I think when the die is falling influences the result.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some days, yes, some no. A mix of guided meditations on teleconferences and just sitting quietly with Missy on my lap.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I attempted to connect with Missy last night since she had been reported as being unhappy and a bit snippy with students. I have not sensed any problems with her and did not when I attempted to ask her about it. Then we both fell asleep.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? none
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – see above. Missy is the FAT
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No – I never think of those games except when answering this question. I’m not big on games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated by thanking the Universe for various things and asking the Universe for various things. I do not know how many times I did this, nor for how long each time.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats. They understood all or some of the time. I might have also communicated with two flies and a fruit fly. One of the flies said he/she was hungry. I also told this fly I was surprised to see a fly this time of year. I also did with a cat whose human wanted me to communicate with her. We connected and she told me things involving her life with her previous human, about herself, and about her current human and life with her current human.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I am as I write this. I greeted Missy and she gave me the image of a Christmas tree and then sent me an image of a red light. I remember you, Margaret, saying you don’t do much for Christmas these days. I asked her about these. She said she likes Christmas trees and the red light wasn’t a Christmas light. It was another light that she sees in your apartment.I asked her what else? (meaning what else she’d like to say/talk about). She told me to not worry so much and to just be.
She then wanted to go take a nap. We said our good byes for now.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played the deck of cards game and got 8 right out of 20 on the colors. I got 6 right out of 9 on the face or no face part of the game. In addition to that there was also one that was a face and I was thinking it was a face but said in my mind it was not a face card. I got 2 right out of 13 on what suit the cards were. This time playing this game was not one of my better times for intuition.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
10-15 minutes in the mornings. Centering and being present throughout the day.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
The last 2 days I was busy taking young cats for spaying/neutering. I was talking to them the whole time asking for their cooperation and explaining why this is a necessary procedure. Unfortunately only little Sophie cooperated. The others gave me a thorough physical training.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am too exhausted to celebrate anything.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Obviously, I did not find the right way to ask for their help, when it comes to spaying or neutering.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not even think about it. I was busy with vet visits and taking care of sick and injured cats. A 9 month old kitten died on boxing day. Blacky was vomiting all over the place. The freshly operated ones are suffering……
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
See 5.
