–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
• This week I was sick. I meditated but when I tried to meditate on an animal, I felt dazed, the mind felt fuzzy. I was kind to myself and allowed myself time to heal, nonetheless, didn’t stop me from using my imagination.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
• I always try and communicate with Zelda, Kitty, and Gizmo. Also, try to say “hi” to birds and pause for a reply. However, nothing comes back. I am getting better at using my imagination though. For me? It’s kind of cute, I’ll make my own conversation up. Lol…
• On a serious note; I do make a conscious effort to communicate with Zelda. I’ve tried asking if she likes her name, if there’s anything she likes to do, does she like Mark, the other volunteer, etc. My questions change since I haven’t received what I feel might be communication. HOWEVER, in the last two meetings with her, I’ve felt a change in her energy. The energy isn’t as strong. It’s more accepting, which puts a smile on my face. In addition, when I walk with her, I know my mind drifts, but I am aware when it does; therefore, try to stay mindful on loving, caring thoughts.
• 11/21/17 – Today, I walked Zelda and I may have received open communication from her. I was open, asked her if she likes her name, THEN, I received a “sigh…it’s okay.” I was flabbergasted cause I thought it was my ego. I had goose bumps and didn’t want my excitement to scare her. Next, I casually asked, “Do you know what name you would like?” No answer. I said, “Windy?” No answer. I said, “Lucky?” I thought I heard a subtle sigh and then it ended.
• I didn’t stop there. We stopped on the grass, thought I would show her love by giving her a massage on her lower back. She looked back at me, which she hardly ever looks at me, then licked my hand. I pet underneath her chin simultaneously with the back too. This went on for approximately 2 – 3 minutes. We started back on our walk, I felt a sudden warmth around me. Thus, believe she may have thanked me.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
• I’d like to celebrate imagination. I was never taught to use my imagination and I really struggled with it at first. Then I realized, I could do anything I want in my imagination. “It’s my imagination!” In the past, during bedtime, I would review the day in my head and be a little cynical. The I should’ve done this or that…blah blah blah. TODAY!! I celebrate imagination since I’m slowly turning the tables around using optimism. When I review the day in my head, notice there was an outcome I didn’t like. Well, then I’ll use my imagination and use positivity to change it around. It’s made a world of difference in how I feel. In addition, I’ll tell myself a bedtime story where I am an Animal Communicator who has a two-communication with ALL animals.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
• Question: will they ever communicate with me?
• Challenge: I may have had an epiphany. I’ve been trying to protect myself since I’m a highly sensitive person. In the past, I didn’t realize how “open” I was. Last night, I realized, I need to keep myself “open” when I speak to animals; therefore, protective shield needs to be turned off when I want to communicate, but turned it back on when I’m around people.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
• I tried to connect with Ginger on 11/20/17 at 1:44pm PST; I didn’t feel any connection though except random, insignificant thoughts appeared. I did say, “hello?”6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played with the cards. I flipped the cards 5x. I received 3 right, 2 wrong. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Back to work and thus, back to the usual 5-10 min sessions a few times each day.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Some feral kittens were playing in the street. I explained them the dangers and asked them to come in instead. One girl of this litter was already inside most of the time (She is still small enough to slip through the fence around the kennel). Finally one of the boys followed me indoors, one came into the yard and stayed there and the third kept crossing the street, unwilling to listen. The next morning I found him dead in the street, just one foot away from the fence. Now, I am still working on the last one remaining outside.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I managed to get at least one of the kittens to the safety of indoor living.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
nothing specific5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, did not manage6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time for games.7/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Sticking with the “sitting in silence”. Up to 30-40 minutes as more normal with the goal still being 1 hour. I think the thing that seems to be making this difficult for me is that I have not, up till now, been able to just “be” in silence. I have always had to be busy doing something. It’s a process; guess that’s why it’s called a “practice”. 🙂
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Trying to talk to one of my kitties. He used to be a barn kitty, living outside 24/7. He’s ok being in indoor guy most of the time, but has managed to sneak outside a few times when I’m not paying attention. Yesterday I didn’t even see him get out, just went to feed horses when I got home and saw him out in the yard!! He doesn’t go far and always lets me pick him up and bring him back inside, but he seems to really want to go out sometimes. I have tried to talk to him about the only way he can make that happen is if he lets me put a harness on him, we can go out for a walk together. He wants no part of it! He has no idea the amount of predators that live around us: coyotes, owls, there have even been bobcats strolling up the driveway a few years ago. It’s just not safe for him out there by himself. I may ask Val to have this conversation with him, as I’m not having any luck.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Haven’t had time.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.

• 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Meditation was off this week, I only managed to sit quiet for a few minutes a day. I had to do some major yard clean up, as we had a break from the rain, and spent hours outside which is, to me, a form of meditation in movement. My body felt strong and my mind was quiet/empty while I worked.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? With my kitties: I am failing at getting a clear understanding as to why KoKo is staying in her body. Izzi has been acting out and jealous about my extra attention going to KoKo; been applying the Ho a lot with her. We did play hard a few nights ago which made her feel better. I had some quick conversations with some spiders I relocated from my home to the outside – both were very appreciative of me not harming them. One was a black widow; I told her how incredible I thought she was but that I preferred her not to be so close to my feral kitty babes outdoor condos. I moved her out into the alley along the fence line in a wooded area. She was cool with it.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am beginning to open up and tell more people that I am practicing the art of Animal Communication. I have a girlfriend in Colorado I told and will be talking to her rescue dog about her separation anxiety – will report on my session. Too, I have been listening a lot to classical music as of late as it helps me to get into a relaxed state and my imagination is more intense.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I have been in a weird funk for numerous weeks; as I commented last week, it has much to do around death. I feel like KoKo, half dead; or like in a limbo space, the old me with all her erroneous beliefs that keep me living in mediocrity and the new me filled with optimism about the unfoldment of an exciting life around the corner. I really do feel that in order for me to fully embrace my imagined life, a big part of must die in a Big way and I have been resisting it; hence in limbo. Much more inner work called for.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No. I did not take the time to do it this weird week.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Well, I have been knocking around with the Hologram field. The other day I had a really bad headache and instead of popping aspirin I quieted myself and envisioned going into Dr. Crusher’s (Star Trek the Next Generation) office and having her give me a hypo spray. The headache went away. I tried it with KoKo to heal her but will have to play with that some more.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week?
Lots of meditating since I discovered the joy of lying on the couch with the animals. I have been forgetting to make a note of my starting time so cannot honestly measure time spent. Where before I would “feel” the Reiki symbols until I felt I had “hit all the bases” and felt complete, lately I have been just staying open and allowing what comes without agenda. Images and childhood memories have been appearing and I sense blocks dissolving.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Just feeling love for all the animals in my life and listening for messages. None this week other than feeding reminders from squirrels and Aspen. The little possum is alive and well and stared back at me from the deck rail when I shined a flashlight on him in the dark. I felt courage and love, but that last one could have been wishful thinking. Or projection. I do love that little guy!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am celebrating finally learning to trust my feelings instead of judging myself unkindly. Also learning to love and trust Life.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge of offering healing and love and not being invested in the outcome.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I tried connecting with Ginger but didn’t get anything worth posting. She still feels quiet and gentle to me. Grateful for her safe home and not having to fight for survival the way many other cats do. I kept feeling a hint of sadness but that could be my own because Pam’s Koko kept surfacing in my thoughts. Koko is never far from my heart.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
I really enjoy playing with my marbles. Not at all successful at finding a particular color. This morning I could not find a green marble to save my life. I started thinking maybe there are no green marbles or maybe they look blue in the early morning light. The thought had barely crossed my mind when the next three marbles I pulled up were totally green! Maybe my marbles want to play a different game and it is my challenge to figure out those rules.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated 4 times this
week. I meditated for 15 minutes average. I listen to Native American meditation music.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I was driving in a neighborhood and a black and white cat was
crossing the street. I slowed down and said, “be careful, you could get hit by a car.” The cat
replied, “I saw you slow down. I wasn’t worried.” Then the cat finished walking across the street. I was amused by his confidence.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? My totem animals and I have started some communication. During today’s
meditation I asked if they had a group message for me. I received the message “we are all one,
united in your spiritual journey. I have felt so much love and protection from my spirit family.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
What continues to be a challenge for me is communicating with my animals. They receive my
messages but I am only occasionally receiving messages from them in person.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not communicate with the featured animal. I will next week.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I did. It was amazing. I did the deck of cards game. I picked up a card and held it to my
3rd eye. My husband told me if I got it right. I could feel the difference between the black and
red. I did not understand how a color could be felt until this. My first try I got 9 out of 12 right.
Yay !!
