–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Every day. Short periods of 5 minutes 3 to 4 times per day with attention in center of head. I fall asleep during longer periods.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. A black dog who lives next door to a client’s home. He barks constantly. When I told him good boy, you are doing your job but I am not a threat, he listened for 10 seconds but then kept on barking and growling a little more and then walked away.
I also communicated with Luchien about the fact that I won’t be here to care for him for the next six weeks. He listened and then started grooming himself.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I love it!!!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Still not enough time…leaving on a six week trip TOMORROW!!!!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! Margaret told me I was accurate on the Saturday call. I’ll post the conversation after I finish this.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did not have time this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated about 2 hours. I did Val’s Grounding Meditation / Gratitude Meditation / Prayer Meditation and also did daily 3 minute calm meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I was out for a walk and there was a woman ahead of me walking her dog. I communicated to the dog that if he knew I was trying to talk to him to turn around. The dog turned his whole body around and wagged his tail. I did this a second time , the same thing happened and the woman just brought the dog over to me and said I think he likes you. He told me he was just loving his walk and it gave him a chance to smell so many things and he just felt so full of bounce. I also had communication with a dog who is going to undergo some surgical procedure this week. There also was a cat who is being left behind and will be in need of a home as his pet parent is in his 90’s and no longer to stay in his home on his own anymore. I have been spending time communicating with this precious cat all week during this transition.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would love to celebrate that I have this unbelievable opportunity to become a Platinum Member.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge I had this week: There were many more animals I wanted to connect with this week but unfortunately I didn’t get the chance or time to do so.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal for this month? Did you play of the one of the games on the new games handout this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes and I have posted my results.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did not have time this week. I used animal cards and had my husband pick out cards while tried to guess the animals but I didn’t get any of them right this time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I was focused on seeing Cooper running out in the hay field like he used to. I did this 2 nights before I made the appointment to help him transition. I was hoping that visualization would somehow manifest that freedom for him again, but it did not. I did that again the night he left, knowing that he was free and healthy again. One night I listened to Ananda Bosman’s “S” OM “A CD, the rest of the week I’ve been reading the first few pages of a book he’s getting ready to publish about his life experiences since he was 15. It’s quite fascinating, and a lot to take in. I’m re-reading it a second time, trying to understand and digest what he’s saying.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Besides Cooper, I tried to tell a mama wren where she could find her 2 babies after I rescued them from between some boards on a wall in my barn. She did finally find them, too late for one but she moved the other one to one of my brush piles. Not sure if I helped at all or if them calling her all day was what did it.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Not really feeling like celebrating anything right now. I miss my Cooper!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Why does this seem to be so difficult!?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, not really in the frame of mind for that right now.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Same as #5.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5- 20 minutes silent sitting. Mindfulness throughout the day. Walking meditation which I love to do. It relaxes my mind a lot when I am running my errands.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with an anxious dog that I walked yesterday. It was the first time walking him and I don’t know it helped. I would like to believe it helped because of the special attention and encouragement.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
During the Q&A call, I got the following: Rocky is not well, aches, tummy and joint aches. Is a leaned back guy, normally centered, confident. He knows that mom loves him and got her back, feels taken care of. He is just not doing so well right now. Doesn’t mind to get better, not time to go. Rocky loves to lay on the bed. Love food and to be in the kitchen.
His advise to me: Don’t mind other people opinion. Be stady and clear.
His aura is pink and also had dark and light colors.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? forgot

I have been posting on Friday, but after almost forgetting it a couple of times, I decided to post a day earlier. So this is for a 6 day week.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Most days I meditated at least a few minutes, focusing on moving into my heart and setting the energy for the day. I usually get my first cup of coffee and sit quietly using that time to move into the heart energy I want to live in always.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I continue to attempt to connect with Roxy so I can knwo if he is sick. It concerns me that he got so sick before I noticed. I am telling him that we need to establish a better communication so he can let me know when there is a problem without peeing in the bathtub or pooping in the floor to get my attention.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I feel I am better connected to Roxy than I have been before.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? i continue to feel my connection to my own cats needs to be so much stronger and more accurate.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Well, yes, Roxy is the FAT.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I have not even figured out where they are. I never was any good at those games so don’t think I would be now.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only twice. Short silent meditations due to moving.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I communicated with the horses daily about the move. Everything went smoothly. I was the only one frazzled.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Tina had a conversation with Martha and told her all about the move and it was fantastic. Tina said it really helped that I updated them constantly so they knew what to expect.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Just getting my mind quiet enough for feedback.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No time

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated for between 20 – 30 minutes each day. Some were guided meditations and a couple of times I meditated with my guides.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I connected with the FAT and Micky, from the Animal Handout sheet (See intuition game)
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Getting back into communicating with animals. I’ve been hitting a block recently, so being able to connect in a safe environment has given me a push forward.
Also making a commitment to hurtling forward with my animal communication skills by signing up to the Platinum group.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Discerning which feelings come from the animals and which come from me.
Knowing what questions to ask.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – I posted the results on the FAT teacher stream. Some of the information seemed right, but some wasn’t. One of the key things I learned was that I don’t question enough to ensure clarity. I have just been recording the first thing I get. An interesting situation came up with the date as I asked Roxy’s age and got 13. Roxy is actually 5 but was born in 2013. (More questioning needed there too I guess.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes – I played an intuition communication game and connected with Micky, the cat from the handout. I’ve only posted my conversation in the forum this morning, so no verification as yet. I experienced a sharp pain in my back whilst communicating, which I thought came from Micky, but I’ve been having joint pain myself all week, so I wasn’t 100% sure. I got a knowing about a road accident with that though when I asked for clarification, so I think it was from Micky. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Beginning of the week I did still 2 days guided meditation. Since Wednesday I am on leave and my whole daily routine is upside down. During those days I did no real meditation but daily exercises of being present with my animals.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tried to connect with Roxy, but all he told me was that he is tired and doesn’t want to speak right now.
And I had the usual conversations with my family members. For a couple of days they behaved a bit better, but the last 2 days they started again trying to destroy my kitchen.
I litter trained the new kitten. In the beginning I had her locked in the bathroom. I explained to her that she has to use the box to go for pee and poop and once she does that reliably, I will allow her as well in the bedroom. Within 2 days we had no more accidents.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I took the decision to join the platinum club member ship. It is financially and timewise a challenge, but I am happy I did and feel that this is the right way to go.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Finding the right arguments to convince my critters to stay off certain spaces and to leave my kitchen tools alone.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
See point 26. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I am using my intuition during daily life, but did not play specific games.9/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? not everyday but several times this week. The calm app is the bomb
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes check this out. During renovations here the house was a mess floors ripped up and baseboards pull off leaving cracks and crevices for bugs to come in. It appears that one of the cats doing there job killed one and I’m pretty sure dropped it on top the bed because i pulled it off to wash and when i pulled it out the wash a big roach fell out AHHHHH. So i communicated to the cats to please not put them in the bed but to leave them at the back door rug so I’ll see it and it won’t surprise me even if it is dead. Next morning the back door rug wash kind of rumpled and i went to straigten it out and guess what…? there was a dead roach under it compliments of my genius cats. I’d say that was pretty accurate communication.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? just crusin at a steady pace
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? none
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes Margaret asked about Roxy and without hesitation i got he didn’t feel well on the meds. Was not much more to say.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No honestly i keep forgetting. I had a box sitting on the table for the last year that my boyfriend would put things in but the box is gone in all the shuffle so i keep forgetting.

1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
S 8/11: during Q&A; W 8/15: 12-minute kirtan kriya; F 8/17: Course 1 soft focus.
2. CONNECT WITH INTENT TO COMMUNICATE Cedar tree out front; posted on FB.
3. CELEBRATE Moved up to Platinum Level.
4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
New school year; again, I’m not in school but have to plan activities and schedule as if I were. Cutting previous favorites to spend time, money, and energy on ATCC and a writing group (that project is unrelated to animals). To get up to speed, am dealing with frustration from computer challenges, including probably need to “friend,” etc. on FB. Not quiet and centered but disorganized and unsettled in dirty, messy house. But the clowder (group of cats) seems okay.
And, as previously, is the thought or feeling from the animal or from me?
5. FAT COMMUNICATION Posted about Roxy.
6. INTUITION GAMES, RESULTS Odd-even dice: 6/10 correct.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, for about ten minutes, perhaps more. I focused on breathing through my belly and noticed whatever tension I had in my body and tried to let it go. I also tried to slow down my thinking and when it started to pick back up, I acknowledged it and tried to slow it down again.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats. Also, with a dog I saw one day who was on a walk. I was going to see if the dog would like to talk with me, but I didn’t because I was overtaken by the feeling of pride I felt from the dog. The dog had a huge sense of pride that I could feel. It was truly an outstanding moment!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? As always Serenity and I communicate well 🙂 Hawkeye also seems to be understanding me better sometimes.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I am right now. I greeted Roxy and he was happy to connect with me. I asked him how he is. He said he’s doing well and asked me how I am. I told him I’m doing well. I asked him what’s new. He said not much and that his UTI is almost gone. I said that he must be feeling better now. He said he is and that it doesn’t hurt anymore (to pee and otherwise) and that his energy level is almost back to normal. He said that soon he’ll be able to sneak outside regularly (most any time you open the door) and drive Mom nuts. Then he laughed! He said he doesn’t have any antics or pranks planned yet (except for one or two), but he will plan some and do some unplanned. Then he laughed again!
He said he has regular communication with Rocki. During the Q & A Call I got that in regards to Roxy not eating that time that it was because he saw a bad Spirit. Today I got that it wasn’t actually a bad Spirit but it was Rocki doing something that made Roxy not want to go near the food dish at that time. I’m not sure that it was Rocki though. It might have actually be a bad Spirit.
He said he doesn’t understand what’s so great about coffee. He said sometimes he’s curious and wants to put his paw in your coffee, Margaret. I told him that I didn’t think he’d like coffee. I told him that a lot of people like coffee though and that some people need it to be able to function more easily in the morning. He said that all cats need is sleep! I told him that people and cats are just different. Then, I got a vision of cat paws kneading. I asked him if he was kneading. After a couple of seconds, he said, “Yes, and it feels so good.” I could hear how good it felt.
Then he started wondering if you, Margaret, were going to have chicken tonight for dinner. I asked him if he likes chicken. He said it’s his favorite!
Then, he said he wanted to go to sleep. He said he and I would talk again later. I said, “Good, because I wanted to ask him more things and get to know him better.” He said, “Don’t worry, my dear. I’m an open book and would love to tell you anything you want to know about me and cats in general.” I said, “Great! Thank you. Enjoy your nap and we’ll talk later.”
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I am talking to Klaudia Schmidt’s kitty, Benji. Benji came right up to me to greet me. I got the feeling that he and Stromer are the head cats. I got that he’s very curious and inquisitive and asks you, Klaudia, lots of questions so he can understand/know about things-particularly things that humans use.
I got a vision of an orange Tabby lying in the sun. I asked him if the vision was him lying in the sun. He said, “Yes, I love the sun.”
I got that he’s a very warm, loving, and affectionate cat. I also got that he is a very calm cat. I got that he likes the new kitten you got recently, Klaudia-the one you considered naming Sophie. He feels protective over her and feels like he needs to take care of her. He said he needs to watch out for her like “human fathers do over their daughters.”He said he loves to get up on things-the higher the better. He gave me an image of a tall cabinet or something else made of wood that is tall and he then showed me appearing on the cabinet.
He enjoys hanging out/resting/sleeping on your bed. He enjoys looking out the window, too.
The word “tree” came to me a couple of times. I asked him if there is a tree he likes to look at or climb. He said there is a tree he likes to look at. He said it has flowers and they’re beautiful. He said there are birds in the tree, too, and he likes hearing them chirp and sing.
I brought up about what kind of food he eats. He said he eats dry food, canned food, and gets treats, but that they’re probably different than food in the USA. I think that the part about them probably being different than in the USA might have been my ego stepping in. He also said he gets some of your meat, Klaudia, as treats.
I asked him where his mom learned English. He said she learned it in school and that she studied it many years in school.
He said it’s night time there (it’s morning in California). He said he likes to prowl at night for a bit and that he was going to go prowling. He said bye to me and told me to have a good day and that I can come back and talk to him any time. I thanked him and thanked him also for talking to me. I told him enjoy his prowl and to have a lovely weekend and that I look forward to talking again soon. After he went off to prowl he sent me an image of him rubbing my face. I sent him an image of me rubbing his face, too.
