–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a bonus session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn bonus session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? YES 20 minutes everyday. I did breathwork, guided Val meditations, and walking meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? YES I connected with my own 3 cats morning and night (at least) to primarily check in and be of support and listen and just feel their energy and share mine. I am out of town for the holidays, so this has been great. I have also connected to several animal teachers the last couple of weeks and will report back soon with details. I have also been connecting with lots of wild animals that live near my parents neighborhood. Specific and intense connections have been with a rowdy donkey and a beautiful horse that I am sharing some snacks with (figuring out what he likes). Staying in my center, my heart, and my own power, and learning how to best connect with him. making strong intentions to let it be known that I respect any hierarchies and confirmed internally that I was okay to proceed with connection. Tomorrow I will be visting him again and working on my approach and working on his manners. I let him know that I was very grateful and I cant help telling an animal i love you thank you etc. I do see that I need to work with boundaries and making sure that I do not foster bad habits (in this case feeding) with the animals I connect with. I am curious to see how the dynamics have shifted when I bring snacks tomorrow.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? fun and plentiful
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? challenges around protocol of working with horses and feeding. I am not new to this, and have wanted to be around horses again (was around them more as a youngster), but I am newer (though not clueless as I feel connected on a heart level) in terms of understanding horse protocol and behavior. I am learning more each encounter with this majestic one and his collective.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I look forward to it.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I’ve played lots of intuitive games with oracle cards and a playing card deck.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated approximately 2 hours this week. I did Val’s Love Meditation / Gratitude Meditation / Relaxation Meditation / Prayer Meditation
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I did connect with my cat Tiki to use a healing technique. He was suddenly limping and when I connected with him there was the feeling of a stinging sensation in his paw. He was calm and expressed to me that he was not in any pain. I used the healing techniques from Val’s advanced course… Feel my touch and magic goo. I took him to the vet to be sure nothing was stuck in his paw but the vet said he could not find anything wrong.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I have managed to spend time each day to meditate this week.
4) What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was taking on too much information all at once in my eagerness to learn all I can.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did and posted my results.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very few short sessions. 1 longer session during lunch break.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Talking daily with my critters, but lately it is not going well. I asked them to stay out of my kitchen, because I simply can’t cope anymore with all the soiling and the broken devices. So I installed a folding door between kitchen and utility room. It took them 2 days to figure out how to open it.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing to celebrate lately.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Not sure, if I even get through to my critters. I have a feeling that the cold has frozen even my thoughts. My house has no heating and we have temperatures of 40-50 F outdoors and 50-60 indoors and I can’t afford to use the aircons excessively.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Guessing colours of paperclips -got them all wrong.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’ve added in something new this week. An app called 10% Happier is having a meditation challenge, allowing anyone interested to join the challenge at no charge. It’s an introductory program, and as I’m trying to help a friend get started with meditation, I thought I’d check it out. They’re very short sessions (this is day 4, so not to late to get started if you’re interested), and I feel they explain meditation very well for beginners. I do these in the evenings before bed, and as they’re so short, I go right into my sitting in silence.
I’m about 50% this week on my RPM (challenge by Kyle Cease) in the mornings for an hour. I find most mornings I would rather sleep that extra hour than RPM (Rise, Pee, Meditate) 🙂 I’ll keep trying.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Not with an animal, but with the trees. After re-watching “The Celestine Prophecy” last weekend, I was re-inspired to see if I could see the world “the way it really is”.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Synchronicities keep happening. Inspirations keep coming.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new. Just travelling down this path wherever it leads me. Trying to “let go” and “surrender” a little more each day.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, just trying to stay tuned in to my intuition about everything.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated this week by thanking the Universe for various things and asking the Universe for various things. I do not know for how long.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did with my cats. They understood me. I also did with a goat. We talked about something her human wanted to know about. I also did with two cats who are not mine. One of them was one with whom I connected with before. One was getting more answers. The other was a new cat. His human wanted help with a matter involving the cat and to also ask him something. I also connected with Sammi and will again shortly.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did yesterday. I also am communicating with him as I write this.
Sammi remembered me and I didn’t even need to tell him it was me. He knew why I wanted to connect with him earlier than when I said I’d connect with him again.
He said he got lots of love and snuggles today. He also just sent an image of a little dog and him on a bed together near each other.
I asked him if he could give me identifying information about himself. He said he’s orange. That was funny! Then, I asked him for identifying information that isn’t obvious from his picture. Then he said he loves belly rubs. I asked him if he kneads a lot. He said he kneads some, but he isn’t a huge kneader.
Then, “tree” came to my mind. I asked Sammi if he likes trees. He said he does. He likes to see trees and there is one that produces fruit that he likes to look at. He said when he was a kitten he liked to certain trees. He said he likes the energy from trees. He said in his previous lifetime he loved trees, too, and there were many around him.
He said he likes playing with running water and the sound of it.
He said he likes crunchy treats.
I thanked him for talking with me. He had another person to talk to. We said we’ll talk again soon.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did with Tina and posted for Alicia to read about our conversation.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did a 7-day program with Susann Taylor Shier which included 2 teleconference calls and emails every day we did not have a call. Both calls and some of the email recordings included guided meditations and I listened to the meditation from the first call a second time.. I also sat with first Roxy then both kitties in my lap asking for Reiki for Roxy because he has not been feeling well. Reiki is a meditation. Not every day but most days and the length varied.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I tried to connect with Roxy because he was sneezing and one eye was runny and I was trying to find out how he felt.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Again, nothing to celebrate.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I am still unable to connect with my own animals on a consistent basis.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No. I’ll wait ane meet the new FAT on our call Saturday.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No. I am just not into playing games.

MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
Only sitting quietly ~10 minutes most days. Couldn’t get quiet inside with workmen fixing the front porch four days this week (no complaints about, only praise for them) and with having to set up and begin using the iPhone (so weird of me about that, but next week have to learn to take photos and post them online so more ridiculous stress; more work to be done on the porch, too).
CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE
a. When Rosalie the Lorelei (cat visitor to the back patio) starts her desperate calls in the morning for food when the lights start going on, I try to tell her I need just a few minutes and food is coming (have to take care of the indoor cats first). There was a time months ago when I thought she quieted down, but now she keeps calling. Maybe she gets the message but likes to vocalize.
b. Julie-Belle seems to respond to mental treatments to let her fur regrow, which it seems to be doing rapidly.
CELEBRATE
a. Julie-Belle’s apparent healing of this bald spot problem; there are other problems to work on.
b. Last week when putting food on the patio for Rosalie and Clooney (the orange male cat), I marveled that after a year she still runs a few feet away when I’m putting the plate down but he comes within an inch of my fingers. I thought that I’d like to pet him because his all-over orange fur is so attractive. This week–first try–he let me touch his head and upper back while he was eating. Grateful that he seems to have forgiven me for standing between him and Rosalie while she was eating because I thought he’d be mean to her as other male cats were to Shoshana and Yossi. Coincidence: Val’s email this week about her orange cat when she was a child.
CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
The usual about connecting, sending, receiving clearly and correctly; settling down to meditate more.
FAT COMMUNICATION
Will post about Robin S’s Sammi.
INTUITIVE GAMES
4/10 correct about odd-even die cube, so my FAT communication just before this may be as faulty.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes 5 times the Hemi-Sync meditations. They’re very powerful. They’re 45 minute meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. There are 2 ponies at the stables who were loose and running around like the pony express. I said to one of them, I see you are having fun running loose, I have some treats I think that you will like if you want them. The pony slide stopped in the snow and turned and said, “you do?” And I hurried to get treats and gave them to the ponies as we walked over to where they escaped from.
I loved how responsive he was for the offer for treats.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That Tina cooperated when I asked her to not kick at the horse she was being led with. Her and Katey kick at each other when they’re in season. I made Tina stay in her stall when she kicked at Katey and talked to her about how dangerous it is and if she can’t be safe she will have to stay in her stall and not be turned out. The next day she was an angel as she and metallic were led to the turnout.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Herd issues. The 3 horses are picking on Lucy. I don’t know if it’s because she is pregnant. The make her stand away from the group.
I will ask Val about this.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet tomorrow.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?no time this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do?
I spent about 1 hour every day in meditation, doing manta meditation; heart meditation, breath meditation and bodyscanning meditation.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I have communicated with two horses this week. They both had several physical issues that came up. The humans of one of the horses took it to the Vet after my communication as it seemed that the information I gave was matching up with what they had been thinking about and the horse was showing up/behaving in ways i described for them. I have not received feedback yet.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I have received very good feedback on physical issues I have been picking up recently. Vets and body worker has found what I have described and it has been making a difference for the animal and their human. And that I am willing to put my self out there trying to help animal who needs physical attention and help even though I get so stressed out that I want to quit and never do it again. It takes a lot of courage for me to do it. Taking one step at a time dealing with my fear that is coming up no matter how deep it is.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Fear kicking in at a very deep and persistent level when I do animal communications.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I hd my hands full with the horses I had taken on to communicate with.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I have still not gotten to explore the games. This week my main intention was to keep up my meditations and add to it communication with animals. -
