–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a bonus session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn bonus session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? Yes, I have been meditating about an hour a day. Heart meditations, praye rmeditations and mantrabased meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I had two paid communications this week that needed my attention. They both showed me physical issues that needed attention and treatement in different ways. The horses also gave input on how they experience being ridden and what they needed at tis point. One of the horses has alredy been to the Vet as the horse requested and the the stomach issues that the horse was talking about turned out to be ulcers. Further investigation will be done as soon as the ulcers has been adressed.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I have started to do paid communications.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Same as last week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I had my hands full with the paid communications.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, had no time for it.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my practice of meditating on light and sound every morning and night although this week I have been lazy and did more laying quietly in the bed meditations.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. Continued my accountability posts.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? A big win for a client! A dog who had pooped and peed continuously in the house for 7 years, stopped after my connecting with him.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My own self-confidence.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No. I have been traveling and stuck in airports.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Cards. Still only a little more than 50/50….😥

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I only did a 10 minute meditation this week.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I communicated with a little bird at work. He “walked” into the warehouse at work and came right over to me. I told him to go back outside so he could be free. I also explained there was danger with big industrial fans that were running if he stayed inside. He flew outside and then poked his head back in and said “What about you? Don’t you want to be free too?” I was really tempted to leave work and be free.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate that I have not given up on myself.
4) What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was that I had to work so many hours due to shortage of staff. I worked night shift and day shift which left me very little time to sleep and left me really exhausted.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I did not have a chance.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week. I did not get a chance to this week due to working more than 12 hours a day. By the time I got home each day, I could barely think.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some short centering and grounding during my work breaks.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I lost 2 cats last week, 1 I found dead unexpectedly when I got home at night. Was asking the others what had happened to him, but did not receive anything useful. The other died Sunday. My feeling is he had an autoimmune deficiency.
Blacky, a feral cat, who is presently living in my bedroom after having a tumor removed from her front paw, developed new tumors on the same paw and additionally hernia. I took her again for surgery. When I tried to explain what was going to happen, she wouldn’t listen, because she was so angry that I put her in this box once again.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Lately, there is not much to celebrate.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The worst issue over the last days is lack of time.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I finished listening to the 10% Happier 15-day meditations. I only listened to the last few because the meditations were not actually helpful to me. They would talk and then there would be enough silence for me to almost get to a meditative state and then they would start talking again. This, to me, is not helpful. So I continued with sitting in silence for as long as possible, sometimes 20-30 mins., sometimes only 5-10 in the evening. In the mornings, I’m still only about 50%. Will continue to work on this.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
My friend brought her dog, Oso, (that I kept for 3 weeks in December) over to have a “play day” with Ginger. He was just beside himself when he saw me, slept on my lap and followed me everywhere while they were here, and let me know he didn’t want to leave when it was time. My friend said she had “never heard such a racket” as what he was making when they first got here, and I told her “we did sleep together for 3 weeks, what do you expect?” 🙂 Ginger didn’t seem very happy to have him here because he wouldn’t leave her butt alone, and she really didn’t feel like playing with him. He’s such a special little guy!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I had an message/insight this week that I need to “step up my game” if I want to be able to do all the things I want to and know that I truly have the ability to do. So, even though I’m not exactly sure how I’m gonna do that, I’m gonna give it my best shot.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Nothing beyond the impression I posted about last week.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Breathwork and kundalini yoga meditations. Meditating silently before animal communication and before intuitive card readings.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I definetly connected with this intention at least once a day, with one or all of my own, a wild animal out and about, and an animal teacher(s) which I have been posting to the forum To describe. As far as communicating with my own animals, an example today would be, letting the cats know that we were having a visitor, a woman they met before, and I imagined her voice so that they would remember and be aware. They each have very different reactions with humans.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Fun and a few good validations regarding moments of accuracy, which helps if I trace back to that particular communication details/image/impression and note how I felt etc.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Focus
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I have been posting regularly as online logistics/time allows. Communications are happening regularly. I communicated with Sammi and can post this coming week.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5 – 20 minutes silent sitting, mindfulness moments as often as I remember to do it. Being in the moment.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I don’t remember. Maybe I did subconsciously.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
None.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Didn’t.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? My game is to sense into people like I saw a new doctor and as he talked to me, I saw him in a military uniform. When I went home, I checked on his website ‘about me’ and he mentioned that he was in the Navy for several years. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes 4 meditations, Hemi-Sync and silent grounding meditations from 15 to 45 minutes each.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I had some quality time with Tina who has been upset because Lucy is having a baby and she won’t be the baby anymore. We had a long brushing session and I reassured her that our special bond won’t change because the baby is coming. I reminded her that she communicates with me more than the others and we will stay close. She asked me questions about moving to our property and I sent her mental pictures and she said that it’s nice and quiet. She nuzzled and cuddled with me and she hasn’t done that for awhile.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Getting more confidence4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?none
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I put Sammi in the healing box.

1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
I didn’t do the plan for daily meditations as expected last report, so did only the silence and centering before trying to connect with an animal plus an occasional course meditation.
2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL
a. Rosalie the Lorelei (ironic title) didn’t come to the back patio for three days. On the fourth day, she was huddled against the storm door and quiet. I put out wet food and water for her, but she wasn’t interested. Gradually, I began to see that she had a slight limp and sat down awkwardly as if her left back end and tail were painful though there wasn’t a visible injury.
Instead of her demanding shrieks to be fed, there was a kind of sobbing. We conversed in syllables back and forth; her exchanges were often longer than mine. Eventually she walked to the front of my property, crossed the street, ran alongside the curb, and continued up my opposite neighbor’s property, and, I guess, down the incline to his backyard and the drainage area with the culvert.
Being too desperate to help her efficiently, I was trying different healing techniques from the Platinum 1/19 class and Advanced Course Class #2. She still sits down gingerly but she has been eating, sometimes only about half a 2.8-oz. can, for the past three days. Our conversational exchanges don’t include an image of how she was hurt. There’s much wildlife, including coyotes, just one house down from mine, in the horse ranch, the ravine, and the woodland.
Shoshana’s left back paw was bitten last January and she, too, returned on the fourth day. While I could put her in a carrier to take her to the vet, Rosalie stays inches away from me. She allows Clooney (orange male cat who’s also a guest) to come close to her, so he couldn’t have hurt her or she’d be afraid of him. As I’m typing this, I saw Rosalie run very fast across the front lawns of the houses on the opposite side of the street. Even though she still sounds piteous when talking with me or to Shoshana on the screened porch, she must be feeling better.
b. In February, I will have a laser session with Val about my first cat, Persephone, who died in December 2000. Though I haven’t been aware of an OBE (out-of-body experience) since before then, I may have had one last night. Uncertainty because there were no vibrations as previously. Instead, I was afraid I’d hurt Lily-Grace, who tends to sleep on my side, by rolling over on her and then turning and hearing a thunk as I thought she hit the floor. But I was then aware of being back in Southern Utah, though at a site I was unfamiliar with. I was climbing the red rocks and looking at other tourists, some in a summit arch, in the crystalline gold, late afternoon light. Reluctantly, I remembered I had to go back to Texas and called to Persephone (who has not been to St. George with me) to leave. At first I was surprised she’d wandered off and worried about finding her. She came immediately and I picked her up. Her appearance was a little different because she had dark grey rather than black fur, and it was even flufflier than before. She also seemed more mature. Then I was aware of being in bed with Lily-Grace safely sleeping on my side.
If the lean-in technique wasn’t affected by my wish, I did meet Persephone.
3. CELEBRATE
a. Rosalie and Persephone in #2.
b. Managed to take and upload?/send photos on the iPhone 8. Looked up how to fix complaints I have about it–jiggling icons, low volume on incoming calls–and saw that others have those problems also with this model. Have to learn about those photo bursts and video.
4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
I didn’t know if proudly independent Rosalie was hoping to come inside when she was hurt; it was a cold spell with overnight temperatures dropping into the thirties. She’d have to be examined by a vet first, and she doesn’t let me close enough to pick her up. There’s too much clean-up with six cats, and I’m behind on it.
Maybe I became centered enough that I could send some healing to Rosalie; maybe she’s healing simply with the passing of days.
b. I plan this year to make weekly 60-minute visits to one of the two shelters to help socialize cats and try out communication and healing techniques. However, my own–six indoor, two outdoor, three in spirit–overwhelm me.
5. FAT COMMUNICATION
May try with Robin S’s Sammi later today.
6. INTUITION GAME
a. Die cube: only 6/10 correct.
b. Bought a package of marbles, so I can check if I can tell the difference between red and green marbles as an Advanced Course student did.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated at least once by thanking the Universe for various things and asking the Universe for various things.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did with my cats who understood me some or all of the time. I also did with Sammi, the FAT. He told me about another cat not sharing the blanket and bed with him and I offered him the idea of talking to Robin to ask about perhaps getting a blanket for him. Sammi also invited me to lie next to him in the sun and we shared our energy with each other. It was mostly him sharing his wonderful energy with me. I also did with a human’s cats who have crossed over and asked them questions for her as well as her two cats in their physical bodies and asked them questions for her. I also told her things the four of them wanted me to tell her. I also did with a pigeon who was hungry.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I’d like to celebrate the animals themselves for the wonderful beings they are, how they deal with things in life, their love, their wisdom, how they care, and how they can help heal others.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I’d like to know how to communicate with animals who have passed on and there isn’t a picture. I know Val hasn’t answered this for me before, but I’m not sure how to connect with the human while the human envisions the animal if I’m not on the phone with the human. I also don’t know how to connect with Val unless she and I are actually talking. I’m sure once I know how exactly to connect an animal who has passed on and there isn’t a picture that I’ll be able to do this.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. I posted the results for Robin Skov. I will also be communicating with him again, if he’s interested, after I finish this sentence and will post those results, too.
I’m connecting with Sammi as I write this. I greeted Sammi and he said he’s handsome. Then, out of his eyes, he shined a red beam towards me. I was sitting with my arms folded because for that brief period it was comfortable and maybe it could be a tad warmer. Anyway, I told him this and he said, “Get a blanket.”
I asked Sammi about the red beams he shined towards me. He said they were to acknowledge me and accept me and to let me into his world. I asked if they were to get to know me better. He nodded his head. I also asked if they were to help me to relax. He shook his head and said basically he can help me with that, that I have my cats to help, and that I’m well on my way to relaxing more (as in the busy mind and calming it).
I asked Sammi what he is doing right now (7:59 am PST). He said lying on a blanket and that he had a great breakfast. He showed me a picture of canned food, but not pate style. It also has gravy or that jelly type of “stuff”.
He said he wants to be a master meditator and enjoys it. He said he was sent here to do that and to help heal others and to teach other cats/other beings to meditate. He said he meditated frequently with a horse in this lifetime and in a previous lifetime. For this lifetime, he sent me a visual of a country scene or farm maybe with a dirt/dirt and gravel road with him walking along it. There was also a water wheel. It’s a very peaceful place. The word, “boots,” also came to me. He said he lived near a farm where the horse lived and would walk to the horse. He said they would go out into the sunny pasture together and meditate and enjoy each other’s company and energy.
For his past lifetime it was during a war time, the Revolutionary War I think, and he sent me a visual of him as a cat walking on a cobble stone street. He said the horse from his lifetime then who he meditated with a was very close to was a military horse. He said it was George Washington’s horse and that he knew George Washington!
In regards to his life with you, Robin, he is trying to tell me something about the dog. I think he might have been saying she smells and that he believes it’s an internal thing with the intestine or liver. I asked if the dog (Cookie?) needs to go to the vet. I think he doesn’t think so and that he said you know about it. I might be completely wrong about that though.
I asked him what kind of food he likes and he said lamb, chicken, and fish.
We closed the conversation and left it at being welcome to talk again.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did. I posted for Angela Carter to see.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I was on multiple teleconfeence calls that included meditations and we had a meditation in church on Sunday.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No this has been quite a week, lots of stress and not feelign well, and this just dropped through the cracks other than my ongoing attempts to communicate as best I can with my own.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Difficult to get into the space to meditate or communicate with so much going on in my life just now. This too shall pass.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Everyday for 10 mins in the morning and a short grounding meditation before connecting with a dog.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, we’ve adopted a 7year old dog this week, so I communicated with him to try to explain what was happening and see how he felt about things. I didn’t really get anything that I hadn’t already been told, so I’m not sure how effective the communication was. Likewise I tried to connect with Daisy to let her know what was happening and see how she felt, but I didn’t really pick anything up from her.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Adopting a new dog and hopefully connecting with him to let him know what was happening.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I just can’t tell if I’m really communicating or having an internal conversation with myself.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week. My time has been spent trying to settle Rolo into his new home.

5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.No I have not had the time this week.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have started to ask spirit for what I need to be aware of when it come to an animal I am going to connect with. Then I see if i get the same info from the animal. It is like a game.
