–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been meditating morning and night a lot as I am staying near a meditation center. I go there and time flies. Wonderful. It is the meditation practice I have been doing for 40 years that now seems easier to stay grounded and in the center of my head since I’ve been practicing animal communication.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes! I communicated with animals that have been adopted at different times and are not quite bonded as a family: Lilly, the queen of the family says she will pay more attention to Henry the fearful dog struggling with abandonment issues. He in turn challenges the newcomer Kevin who arrived less than a year ago. I looked at past lives and sent them the Ho’oponopono prayer. And also asked if they needed a healing on the situation. I talk to their person tomorrow.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I just love learning and becoming more certain every time I practice.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None at the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! When I connected he said: sleepy, sleepy, sleepy. I laughed and thanked him for his wonderful sense of humour and amusement! What a cat! I didn’t post it because dear Margaret has had a FULL time job answering all of our comments!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? One time did I really KNOW what the cards were and was accurate with almost 40 out of 52. That was encouraging. I have done better than 50% this week each time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I spent approximately 1 hour meditating this week. I did a relaxation meditation, focus meditation and sleep meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I connected with a white parrot who was outside my house. He stayed while all the other birds flew away. He told me that he was not afraid and trusted me. I thanked him for trusting me and for communicating with me. He went on to tell me that he knows I was enjoying watching him and that he was fascinated by what most of “ us people do”. We run around and move around yet we don’t even stop to talk to him. He was glad I took time out to look, smile and appreciate him.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate that I feel so connected to every animal I encounter.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge I had this week was finding the quiet time and space for more meditation.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes and I posted my results.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have been feeding a beautiful outdoor cat who has been left behind while his human is looking for a home for him. He has a huge yard with lots of bushes and hiding places. He is unpredictable and will hide in all different places but comes out from hiding when I get there. As I walked down the road to go to his house, I guessed where in the yard he will be. I did this four times this week. Each of these times he was in a different spot and I guessed it correctly.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but less than usual. This week is just crazy.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I am speaking daily with little Sophie. And she listens well. For example she does not wake me up any more. Instead she waits nicely with her play request until I open my eyes.
The other orphan told me he was in bad pain, his belly was hurting. I gently massaged his belly and we managed to make him poop, but the next day the pain was back again and he let me know that he was not meant to stay in this body. So I left him alone, just holding him and keeping him warm until he died early Sunday morning.
I talked to a colleague’s cat. She is using the flower pots instead of the litter box. She told me she doesn’t like the litter. The grains are too big and hurt her paws. And she doesn’t like to go into the litter box, because the other cat in the house (A young male) is bullying her while she tries to do her business. I passed on the info and got confirmation about the bullying. For the sand my colleague is looking to find another brand to try. I offered her a bag of mine to try, but she found it too expensive.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Very busy week with lots of challenges and no time to practise.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Two times listening to Ananda Bosman, the rest of the week, sitting in silence to see what, if anything, comes up. Sometimes I get frustrated with this because nothing ever happens when I do this, nothing comes up except monkey-mind chatter sometimes, or just nothing at all, or I doze off. Being mindful as I go about my days.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, the kitties found a little tree frog in the basement night before last, and she (for brevity, I will call her a “she”, I have no idea if she was or not) was not in good shape, but remarkably still alive. I cleaned her off as best I could and took her out to the barn to see if she could recover. The temperature took a dive yesterday and I couldn’t tell if she was just cold or injured, as I couldn’t see any puncture marks or external bleeding. As I held her in my hand to warm her up, I could feel her moving, and the word “wet” came to my consciousness. I asked her if she was too dry, and the word “wet” came to me again. I took her over to where there was a little bit of water and put her in it for a minute to wet her skin, and when I did there was a thin film of stuff still attached to her that I was able to pull off. I put her back in the water again to re-wet her skin, then took her back to the barn. There may have been internal injuries, because she wasn’t able to recover. 🙁
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I find it interesting that the word “wet” just popped into my consciousness twice while I was with the frog.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Unfortunately, I really fell down on this this week. Missed meditation most weeks.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I fell down on this as well other than my continued attempt to communicate with Roxy. I think he is feeling OK now but want to really now this.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I have been prompt in replying to communications with Roxy and providing validation or gentle support to those who posted a communication with him. Also I joined the Platinum program.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I have continued to communicate with my Roxy with little success.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I looked at the games and was surprised to find my experience with the deaf cat who came to me when I called him about 30 years ago. I remember this very well. I had gone to the home of someone I knew but not all that well. She was not there, and her teen age son let me in and left me in a small room to wait for her. I decided to mentally call her cats while I waited, and this wonderful cat came to me and got on my lap. It was only when she returned home that I learned he was deaf and hid all the time. This is a wonderful experience and shows how we can communicate with animals who are deaf so cannot hear us.The first time I remember a 2-way communication with another species was with a houseplant. This was also about 30 years ago, a few years later then the experience with the deaf cat. I had a puny little house plant and decided to communicate with it. Actually, I thought of it as communicating with the deva of the plant. It was a fussy little thing and the voice I heard was sort of fft, fft, fft kind of a little voice. No matter what I did it was wrong. Either I was giving too little water or too much and he complained that I was getting his feet wet. I could not kill the plant after having communicated with it but remember being very relieved when it died.
PS – I edited this in Word and when I copied it here formatting got messed up. I hope I have it fixed enough to be readable.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes – I’ve done a 30minute meditation 3 times this week + a 15 minute practicing stillness meditation. Earlier in the week I was camping with friends, but tried to focus on being mindful, whilst out walking.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I tried connecting with Daisy again, but struggled. I also came across an injured pigeon yesterday, which I really wanted to help, but I couldn’t get near. I tried ‘being reiki’ and communicating by sending images to the bird to show how I wanted to help, but I didn’t get anything back and it wouldn’t let me near. In the end it was getting too scared and I felt I was doing more harm than good, so I had to leave it where it was, hidden in some trees.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Meeting like minded people.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I’ve struggled with time this week, as I’ve had to plan for school and an Angelic Reiki course I’m delivering this weekend. I still seem to get ‘stuck’ at times with animal communication, which I think seems to be a block I’m putting up myself.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week, as I’ve not had much time.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week as time has been an issue.

1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
Most days did either a Course 1 meditation or kirtan kriya. Of course, I expected to do both daily and more.
2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE
a. Tuesday morning three of the cats had appointments for nail trims, so I was trying NOT to communicate a vet visit to them. They suspected and ran from me but put up less resistance than usual.
b. I “flirted” with most of them at least once: made eye contact, closed my eyes for one to two seconds, then opened them for more eye contact. Sometimes they flirted back.
3. CELEBRATE
a. The vets and vet-techs almost always praise the cats for being so cooperative and behaving so well on the examination table. Only exception: once the male cat made a surprising gesture as if he were going to bite.
b. Example of Klaudia Schmidt’s communication with Sophie’s brother: learning that he wanted to pass and facilitating his journey by holding and encouraging him.
4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
a. Re that “row your boat” song I mentioned in the FAT posting with Roxy. I realize that fulfilling responsibilities, etc., can be part of the “dream.” Especially during animal connection attempts, I wonder if I’m just bouncing around in my own brain with its biochemical, neurophysiological, and goodness knows whatever other responses.
On the other hand, there have been times I’ve affected other beings. Margaret Dexter mentioned two-way communication with a plant. My anecdote: One summer I did secretarial chores as a Manpower (1970s name) temp. I loved watching a purple passion/velvet plant grow, so the engineers gave it to me when I left. I named it “Houghton” because I was writing a novel to submit for a Houghton-Mifflin literary prize. When the publisher rejected it, the plant weakened and died despite my usual care.
b. Technical fail #1: I didn’t see the three dots to modify my question for the 9/15 Q&A about whether an animal can intentionally lie. I’d prefer to have you (Val? Barb?) delete the question until I can state it precisely. I know animals (human ones, too) can play dead. I’m vaguely aware of a case involving a talking parrot who can identify the murderer of his guardian. For now, please ignore the question.
c. Technical fail #2: I tried to add four friends but pressed keys incorrectly and added only three; I don’t want Melanie Appleyard to think I dismissed her request. I’ve been registered on FB for many years but have done zero friending and posting until the closed groups this year.
d. Technical fail #3: The instructions this week for updating a profile were clear, but I don’t have a photo to learn to upload and I have nothing to say for a “signature.”
5. FAT COMMUNICATION
Posted with Roxy. Admiration of and appreciation to Margaret Dexter for her detailed and punctual responses regarding Roxy. So glad he’s regained his health.
6. INTUITION GAME, RESULT
Despite again setting the intention to guess 8 of 10 odd-even dice throws, I got only 3 of 10 correct (one with the number of dots correct though I wasn’t aiming at guessing those).

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated three times this week. Twice with Tina my horse which we both really enjoyed.she closed her eyes and would lick and chew occasionally. I needed that.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes the horses are starting to settle into the new stable they will be at till we buy property. They don’t want to leave each other so I have to reassure them we won’t be apart and I won’t take them out of their comfort zone.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That it really works. The animals respond more as time goes on.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No. I am down to my last 10 boxes to unpack.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated for ten minutes and 21 seconds or so.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I connected with my cats and will connect with Roxy the FAT soon. I also did with a pigeon in the parking lot at the grocery store. It wasn’t a long conversation, but the pigeon was taking his/her time and felt comfortable around me because he/she knew I wasn’t going to be like most humans where they just keep going making the pigeons feel like they have to get out of the way. I also did with a cat named Nutmeg. The human said I got 98% of the reading right, but that she wasn’t sure if the information I got was from Nutmeg or somewhere else. In the future it might be best to ask the animal for specific information. I remember in a lesson Val mentioned about asking the animal specific identifying information to make sure we’re talking to the specific animal. I think asking for specific identifying information about the animal or something else the animal would know that there’s no way I could know without the animal telling me might be good to do in the future to help the human know that I actually had a conversation with the human’s animal.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I was 98% accurate on my reading with Nutmeg!
I just connected with Roxy. He said he was sleeping and for me to feel free to come back later. It’s 8:23 am PST. It’d be interesting to know if he was sleeping at that time.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I’m talking with Margaret Dexter’s cat, Missy, right now. I excused myself to take a moment to write this so I can write occasionally while we’re talking so I won’t forget anything. When I first connected with Missy, she said that she is great, but that she had been feeling a bit neglected since her mom’s fellow animal communicator student’s had been giving Roxy so much attention. She’s very happy that I’m talking to her!
I asked Missy what’s new with her. She said not much is new, but she heard a strange noise outside during the night and she thinks it was another animal. I asked her if there was a problem from it. She said no.
I asked Missy about her favorite toys. She said she like balls and strings. As far as balls go, she said she particularly likes the balls that have the little bell type things inside them.
She said she remembers being a cat in Asia-Thailand. She said many life times she’s been a cat-always a Siamese. She said when a cat in Thailand she remembers being revered. I told her that the people in Thailand do honor the Siamese (cats).
I asked her about her favorite food. She said she likes chicken pate and fish pate. I asked about her food dish ad she said it’s silver-the stainless steel kind. She also said sometimes she can have a bit of a sensitive tummy.
She said she’s not a real curious kitty, but sometimes she likes to check out plants. I also got that she can be rather particular and when she doesn’t like something she gives a disapproving facial expression. She also said she likes the same treats as Roxy but doesn’t eat a lot of treats.
We closed the conversation. We welcomed each other to come and talk any time. We said bye to each other. I petted her head and gave her a kiss on the head. She rubbed my face and purred.
