–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
When I Center in the middle of my head before starting the mantra I use really gives me a head start. I do this practice morning and night every day for st least 30 minutes.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
1. Today I became one with Bonnie, a horse who lives at the Rocky Mountain Horse Therapy center.
She is a fairly new member of the herd but has been accepted by the others. They also give her the space she needs to be happy and she is enjoying this very much.
The purpose Bonnie came into this life was to help people connect to their souls and learn to love themselves and their physical bodies.
I can see that this purposeful life makes her happy. She told me not to waste the rest of my life.
She also knows that this will be her last life as a horse and her soul is already big and glowing at the thought of becoming a human. I have been told that this is uncommon for a horse(to reincarnate as a human). This was an amazing experience and in two weeks I will be meeting her physically!
2. Priscilla, my son’s chihuahua, stayed with me. One night I felt her wiggling around and I mentally asked PeePee and HEARD YES!
3. I say hello to LeeLou and Dakota at the dog park. They come up and acknowledge it.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I have moments of knowing that I can do this.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My self doubt. (Is this really real?)
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I did a quick check-in and thanked her for taking part in our group. She said “Don’t waste your life” OK! Getting the nesssge!6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. 50% on cards. I start out about 70% but as I proceed through the deck I loose my focus or quit listening and then start getting wrong answers then I loose my confidence, regroup and try again but aim always way more accurate in the beginnning. -

But I learned a lot through process. Trust yourself. Maybe do a muscle test in this case (just thought about it).

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated about 45 minutes this week. Meditations: Gratitude Meditation / Guided Meditation (Relaxation) / Val’s Centering with Love Meditation
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I connected with a friend’s dog who was having some issues around other dogs. I was able to communicate with “Bowie” and he communicated that he was just being protective.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I want to celebrate that even though I was extremely busy and stressed this week, I still did set aside a bit of time to keep my journey going.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was that I had a hard time focusing due to extreme demands at my job. I allowed myself to get very stressed out and did not sleep or eat properly which affected my emotions deeply and my ability to focus.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I made an effort earlier this week when I attempted to connect with Novia again. She wasn’t interested in communicating with me. In fact she ignored me. I believe the reason was that my mind was very distracted at the time I tried to communicate. I do however take this as a lesson about how I was not being in the moment.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I did not. I had trouble navigating through the new website earlier this week and did not have time to try again. I will make sure I commit to play at least 2 intuition games next week to make up for it.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Went back to my short sessions spread over the day. I was way too tired to try longer sessions before bed.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
An orphaned stray kitten who moved in with us about 2 weeks ago, developed a painful condition on her left front paw. The pads underneath the paw got a cloudy cream color and she had obviously pain and wouldn’t use the paw. I was trying to find out what was wrong and how it happened, but was not able to pick up anything. The vet thinks it is a bacterial infection.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing to celebrate.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Plenty of challenges. Trying to keep them calm for grooming. No success keeping Pascal the rescued beagle inside our boundaries and off the street. Unable to administer medication to certain cats.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Had another quick check-in with Novia (not posted). She said she likes high places. That gives her good overview and helps her being in control. She thinks she always has to be the one in control.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No games.6/12

1. Did you meditate this week?
Another spotty week but at least 20 minutes every day. Mostly meditating on the difference between unwanted and unacceptable and the realization that nothing true is unacceptable.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I tried to connect with Moby again but felt shut out, not intentionally by him but by the emptiness caused by the drugs and his need to be with his family instead of visiting me while they couldn’t be with him this weekend. He has almost stopped eating except for treats wrapped around his pain meds. I think he feels himself slipping away and needs the security of being close to his loved ones.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I can celebrate the growing realization that I am already communicating with animals in many different ways and at times when I least expect it. I am learning not to second-guess myself in these moments.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Mostly the challenge of accepting Moby’s unwanted decline.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I connected with Novia and posted it. Thank you Pam for the encouraging feedback.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
I am learning to feel the difference between guessing the color of the marbles (which rarely works) and asking (which often does.) Sometimes I try asking for a color, say yellow, and that works too as long as I don’t slip into guessing which marble is yellow. It’s a subtle difference in feeling that I hope will become more obvious with practice.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, except for last nite, we were in a tornado warning situation and with all that media chaos around those things I was trying to stay calm and centered and realize that we are protected from all harm. I guess that could be considered a form of meditation, just staying grounded.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I am trying to read Cooper. He’s not getting any better and wouldn’t eat anything but a couple of bites for 2 days. Trying to tell if he wants to stay and get better or if he’s getting ready to leave.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Can’t think of anything.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, busy with my kids.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, but I have been getting the nudge the past few months to have my roof inspected, so I called someone last week. He came out and even before he got up on the roof he could see what I was talking about. He showed me pictures where the shingles are gone down to the fiberglass, so yes, I do need a new roof. Fortunately, we had some hail recently which did some damage and insurance will pay for it!! The nudge had developed into almost a shove, so I decided I needed to listen, especially when I found a piece of shingle laying in the yard after a storm.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Every day, same old routine. 5-10 minutes
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
My cat sitter just moved in my area and she asked if I can one of her cat that is hiding since the move. She only comes out at night to eat. I try to connect she would not let me know where she is. All I felt it was dark and she was sitting in something soft. What she did tell me were things I should tell her mom. Announcing when someone is coming and that she will come out when things are more quiet and when she stops buzzing. I think she ment with buzzing that her mom is very stressed, her mind is running crazy and that she can not rest and find a piece of mind. On the picture the cat looks highly sensitive and likes she to hide between sheets.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I have problems with seeing out of the animal’s eyes.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Feeling I am stuck when connecting with Pam’s cat. I have problems with seeing out of the animal’s eyes.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? This week I was guessing who is calling me. I was 80 percent correct. These were unannounced call, so I had no clue who is calling.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes everyday and hypnosis all last week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I was walking 2 jack russell pups today. We walk down to the road dead ending into someone driveway. They have a big stop sign on the fence post before you enter. I said to Dewey as we were on approach in my mind don’t go past the red sign. This little dog that had been pulling since we left stopped right at the stop sign. I’ll call that a success.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I went to a NLP hypnosis seminar all last week. I discovered a on going performance anxiety I didn’t even know was there. I’m clearing it out but I think that’s what’s been blocking me when I m asked to do something as opposed to just doing it on my own. Needless to say the accountability is a performance task and i think that’s why,….No i KNOW that’s why I’ve struggled with the FAT. It should be significantly improving everyday as the old belief is replaced with a new one.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I did not. I DID speak with Pam on the phone and shared my performance anxiety with her and where I am in the process of letting it go. I shared with her my take on Novia’s overall character as having lived several rather active life’s and this one was intended for mostly leisure. Pam agreed.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week.

She is delighted and the other horses are jealous. There is a rivalry.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated. It wasn’t long, but the effect was amazing! I hadn’t experienced an effect like it before from meditating. I did a meditation Barb suggested where I breathe through my nose deeply and fill my belly, then hold the breath, then exhale through my mouth making a sound and let it out through my feet, too. The interesting thing was that it really relaxed me and after the first time of doing it (I did it three times as Barb suggested) I imagined the breath leaving my body through my third eye in addition to my feet the second time. The third time I exhaled, I imagine the breath leaving my feet, third eye, from my head, then my whole body and then I imagined myself deflating as it I was some inflatable and someone was deflating me. It was a nice experience and interesting!
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I did it more than once. One time was when I was going to be leaving home soon and I told my cats that if they wanted to eat before I left to come to me. They came! I fixed them food and they ate! They wanted to eat!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? What happened in #2 and also when I asked them if they’d like to be a possible FAT and to also be in the ATH and to let me know if they did. They let me know that they want to!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? How can we know if we’re actually communicating with an animal when the animal is an animal in a picture who we don’t know?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. I asked Tina if I may connect with her. She very calmly said, “Sure,” then she said “If you rub my nose and face.” I told her I couldn’t physically but I would try to mentally. So, I mentally rubber her nose and face. We both enjoyed that a great deal! Tina told me she like walks and runs. She also said she likes apples, carrots, and sugar cubes. When I saw her picture on Friday morning, Tina asked me when I’m coming back to talk. She also told me she wants to go for a ride with me. I guess I told her without realizing it that I don’t know how to ride (horses that is). Here’s something I found so sweet and absolutely love!…she said she’ll teach me!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I asked one of my cats, Serenity, if she could tell me a joke. I’m not sure exactly what the joke was. What I did get though was an image of a box with cats on and in it (like one I have seen online before on Facebook I think). During the joke I also got something about popcorn being thrown.
