–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I used Val’s relaxing meditation 2 times and continued with my meditation practice every day. I sit without moving and chant my mantra silently while withdrawing my attention to middle of my head. I do this for 1-2 hours daily.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I attempted to connect with Aslan who is an Absyddian(sp?)cat who disappeared while his person was on a trip a few years ago. I felt that Aslan is still alive and found a new Family but this cannot be verified. His person, my friend wants closure but I can’t absolutely say what I got is true.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I feel happy with the connection I have growing with Luchien. He still needs more training but he is being more respectful to me. I am now caring for two cocker spaniels as well and have been able to get to know them better with silent communication as I walk to their home.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge with whether I connected with Aslan or not.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Shadow told me to chill. He will talk to Boo on his own.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I continued the card game but was only 50/50 on most times but higher percentage when I took time to ground myself. I also played with whether cars would wait to turn or turn in front of me while I was driving. I was accurate 75%.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Had some short sessions of grounding throughout my days.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
My Labrador girl Vita (foster) is still with me. None of the 3 options I had did materialize. I am asking her how she sees the situation and get she is happy right now. But my logic tells me she can’t be, because I don’t have enough time for her.
And certainly I had plenty of conversations with my cats, most of them not so friendly. As always around that time of the year they completely acting out.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I slowly manage to explain to the feral cats that Vita is ok to be round them and also a medium size stray dog who keeps jumping over my fence to play with my dogs and beg for food and water.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
It is extremely challenging to stay calm.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No time6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Had another session with Gina, no major improvement.5/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I am taking Val’s beginners course and this week I’ve done several times the meditation she has for us in week 4. I try to meditate every day when I get back from work and then I practice some communication.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did. I am eager to talk to animals and although my brain plays games on me, when I am doing my exercises and I have that intention in my mind I feel more confident and secure.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am taking Val’s course because my dog told me through an animal communicator that this was something I needed to do. I was putting it of for months and I am really happy and glad I am taking the course right now. I rarely do things for myself and I know my dog noticed that. I consider this a gift from him. I am feeling happy, hopeful and greatful. This has been a huge step as another thing my dog told me I needed to work on, has to do with letting go of all my stupid fears.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I consider myself a visual person and somehow I’ve been having a hard time seeing things. It might be the squeptic inner protector that gets in the way. I’ve been asking myself why I can’t see a clear image and if I am actually visualising things in a correct way. I also find myself doubting if the conversation existed or not although the animals have said YES we are talikng. So I am working on being present and not listening to my brain to much.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I am new to the club. I registed yesterday the last day of the month so I wasn’t sure how it all worked. However, last night I did an exercise with Ava (Patty Baga) and Gizmo (Jane Takeda).
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? As I am new I only saw all the great games last night so I haven’t had time to play one of them, but I surely will be doing it so really soon.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated five out of seven times during the week. Time frame has been between 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I meditated on Gizmo. Somethings changed, in the past, I was able to feel her very quickly. However, today, it’s changed. I get a busy signal. I feel as though it’s fuzzy. It’s the best adjective I can use to describe what I feel. If that makes any sense. I’m worried.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I’d like to celebrate my gift of being a Clairsentient. I’m ecstatic to know that what I heard and felt in the past has led up to this. In the past, I tried so hard to find out my path; today, I celebrate being on a journey.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My challenge has been the same every week. When will the flood gates open to receive the information?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I received a playful cat. Sorry, I can’t elaborate. I was going to try again but there’s something funny going on with the website; therefore, couldn’t meditate on Shadow again.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I played the Intuition Games with Gina and Pamela. It was hard. I was practicing with a deck of cards; then one of the ladies started the true or false game. I found it difficult because it wasn’t tangible. It was fun though. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I downloaded Val’s Stress Busting Meditation, introductory Meditation and the Energetic Communication meditation and used them at the beginning of the day and in the evening. I also participated in a guided meditation for the Full Moon on Wednesday evening. Estimated total time 3-4 hours.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. One of my clients contacted me about difficulty getting her 12 –year old tuxedo cat to take some new antibiotics to prep him for a tooth removal. “Kingsley” has been diagnosed with renal disease and the other medicine was giving him diarrhea. I was concerned about him not eating and becoming dehydrated. I made two attempts to connect with him, tell him how much he is loved and wanted and how important it is to take his meds. I thanked him for being here to share his love with the universe. At one point I received the idea of dipping his pills in tuna water, so I shared that with the owner. Two days later the owner texted me and reported that Kingsley was taking to the tuna water-dipped pills like a champ!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I was helpfully involved with getting a client’s furbaby to take his meds and staying hydrated.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I still have not reached the “sweet spot” that I hear more experienced animal communicators describe, but I also realize that this takes practice and I just need to be patient, be accountable, and keep progressing, which is why I joined this coaching club.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I attempted to connect with another animal instead. I had read other comments about the FAT and did not want to “color” or influence any of my own impressions. I will be more in step this month, however.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. My favorite go-to practice game is taking a deck of tarot or oracle cards and in advance, set the intention to “sense” a particular suite, male/female, or number. I have not practiced in a while, so my percentages were lower than usual, 3 right out of 10. Again, I need to focus my attention more and practice. In January I was building a new website and had a deadline of Jan 31 to finish. Now that that project is complete, I have more flexibility with my time. -

Vipassana and walking meditation. Listened to the Mindfulness and Meditation summit for 10 days which also included short meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connected with the sqiurrel and the shelter cats, preparing them that they will get adopted on Tuesday.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Sorry, I didn’t. Now, my mind is too tired.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Did the game on Facebook guessing which sentences are true or false.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Sitting in silence for as long as possible, 20-30 minutes each night.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I’ve been trying to connect with Cooper (former FAT from last year) about how to help him with his leg. He was not doing well yesterday, as I posted on Facebook. I told him last night that I needed for him to get better, I really don’t think it’s time for him to leave yet, and I’m sure not ready to let him go! He was better this morning, more alert, actually ate some food and went for a normal walk, which he hadn’t done for the last two days. It came to me to take him back to the vet to have her see if the adjustment she did a week ago has slipped out, since at least in my mind, it seems to be related to when he stopped using the injured leg. We have another appointment in the morning.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing in particular.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Hoping I’m getting the correct information about taking Cooper back to the vet.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I talk to Shadow all the time. My main focus this week has been Cooper.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Again, focusing on Cooper. I’ve (attempted to) post a recent picture of him in case anyone wants to see what’s on his mind.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Only a few minutes a day, one day 40min. In addition, I continue to listen and chant along with my chanting CD, I am at the point where I cannot begin my day without listening to it 3 or 4 times in a row as it calms me greatly!
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, more and more I am taking time to really tune in and visit with my kitty babes here at home. KoKo is doing really good and she is getting stronger. I am working with Izzy on her jealousy issues around KoKo. I told her I understand her upset about KoKo ‘needing’ so much from me. She is trying. I also spoke to a couple of animals from posts on Facebook page today.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing really to celebrate this week, I have been in a limbo place and feeling a lot of frustration with my massage practice. I feel I am in big resistance about moving forward and making the necessary changes in my life to really move me to where my Soul wants me to go.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Simply that I am not practicing more than I am with all the animals on the Handout Sheet.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No, did not connect this week with Shadow.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? The only game I played was with the True or False questions that Gina posted on Facebook. One lady I got everyone wrong….jeez, how did that happen? Then the next lady I got all correct except one. Talk about a huge difference.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week?
Every day up to two hours. Awareness mostly.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I saw Kit-Ten approach the community water bowl and turn away. It was almost empty so I refilled it with fresh energized water but instead of calling her to check it out I “felt and tasted the freshness of the water” with my imagination and then expanded my senses to include Kit-Ten while thinking “you don’t tell a cat what to do.” By then Kit-Ten was sitting by the front window with her back to me. She turned around, gave me a surprised look, then walked into the kitchen, over to the water bowl and drank. I strongly felt she connected.
I was so excited by this connection I tried it again last night when Aspen was barking at possums and I couldn’t sleep. At first I screamed “NO” over and over before she would stop a little but she kept starting up again. So I tried feeling how much I loved the possums and all the wild animals and how much I needed to sleep and expanded this feeling to include Aspen. She quieted down for the rest of the night even though at one point we were woken by animal noises on the deck outside the window where she sleeps.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am so excited! I think I’m finally starting to get it! I think for me the breakthrough is putting it out there and allowing the animal to respond or not.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’ve been getting a “loud” message from an unknown source. “Stop answering your own questions!” It confused me at first because I couldn’t tell which animal it came from and because I didn’t think I was doing that. But I started paying attention (as in being aware) and caught myself doing just that. I will wonder about something and come up with an instant answer, usually something negative like “I have no way of knowing that” or “it’s just my imagination.” I’m hoping stopping myself and waiting for a response from outside will open my mind to the answers I need.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Poor Shadow is all squished on the site! I haven’t tried to ask him any of the suggested questions yet but every time I try to “feel” him I just get “lighten up.”
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
I’ve noticed some slight improvement when I take the time to ask “which color marble should I find?” and then wait for the feeling of which one to pick instead of just picking and guessing. Another reminder to stop rushing and pay attention?

Also she cut her eyelid and had to be stitched and I explained the process before the vets came and she was cooperative beyond what I expected.
