–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know.

I just listened to the recording and was amazed I was able to tune into the Golden with uncomfortable feeling in car. I got it has something to do with going too fast. And it has nothing to do with fear of being left somewhere.
I will be retiring in June! So will have more time for animal communication then! Woo Hoo! :o)

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Centering and grounding throughout the day2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tuesday morning I took my foster baby (10 month old Labrador mix) to the vet for spaying. I had prepared her the day before, but then Tuesday noon I learned that the vet had to treat an emergency case first and my Vita was still in queue. So I contacted her to let her know what was going on and that she will have to stay until Wednesday night, before I could come to pick her up. I asked her to behave. When I picked her up, the vet told me she was a good girl.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That Vita behaved in the vet’s office. I was a bit worried.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Still fighting to get my opinion and feelings out of the way. I got an offer to re-home Vita to the police at Paphos airport to join their training program for drug sniffing dogs. I think this is a wonderful opportunity for her, but am not sure how she feels about this. This type of problems always comes up when I deal with animals I am personally involved with.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Did not manage. Hope I will get to it on the weekend.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Got together with Gina by skype on Sunday. We had prepared questions to ask each other (mainly yes/no questions). On the first set of questions l did OK, on the second set I was not good at all. This is a phenomenon that I observed before already, answering questions about the asking person herself I am usually doing rather well. But when I am asked questions about someone else (in this case a friend of Gina), I am lost. I think this is because the person asking me is more emotionally involved (thus, sending stronger energy) with questions about herself than with questions about someone else.
We will repeat the exercise next Sunday.3/12

1. Did you meditate this week?
Meditated every day at least 1/2 an hour. Also when I wake up in the night and have trouble going back to sleep I sometimes see those hours as opportunities to run energy, breathe into chakras and meditate on Reiki symbols and awareness.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Feeling very connected to the hungry birds and squirrels during this snowy cold snap. Keep refilling the feeders. We’re all dreaming of Spring.
Trying to reassure Aspen after the new in-house vet visit. She felt so betrayed that I allowed strangers come into her home to dominate, muzzle and hurt her. I did not expect it to be traumatic so I had not prepared her. Somehow it was way worse than going to the vet. It was a new experience for both of us. I’m trying to earn back her trust, fully acknowledging my failure to help her feel safe and promising to not let myself be blindsided again, at least not by the same situation.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I feel I am releasing a lot of restrictions on my awareness. Letting go of thoughts of how I should feel and what I should think so I am more aware of what I truly do think and feel. Accepting mystery instead of blaming myself for not knowing makes me feel closer to the animals.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I feel awful for what I put Aspen through. That I was clueless does not make it okay but I realize it is counterproductive to kick myself for not knowing what I hadn’t yet learned. Am I oblivious? Definitely a challenge.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I reconnected with Shadow. He feels very happy and confident. Definitely a sense of humor. He told me to “feel the awareness without judging.” He makes it feel possible!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
Tried it with Shadow’s “feel the awareness” advice. Much more fun and enjoyable and, surprisingly, my accuracy improved.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every night, more sitting in silence for as long as I can stay focused on it. Maybe “focused” isn’t the right word, because as I mentioned before, I just seem to disappear for a while. I find that interesting. 30 minutes was the average time per night this week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, trying to communicate with Cooper, one of my dogs (a former FAT), because we had to make a trip to the vet last week. He somehow injured one of his back legs and I thought it was not a big deal, but as it got colder it started really bothering him. I was trying to prepare him for the trip to the vet. Even with what I had told him, he was shaking when I put him in the truck, didn’t want to get out when we got there, probably because everything was unfamiliar to him. He got a chiropractic adjustment and she determined that he had pulled a groin muscle, and it will take a while to heal. That was a relief to find out because I was concerned that he had something out of place. Overall, everything went well, and I was glad I had tried to prepare him for the event.
Also trying to connect with Willow, one of my horses. With the extreme cold, she has also been having trouble with one of her back legs. Barb mentioned something that might need to be adjusted, so waiting for warmer weather to call the vet out to do that. Klaudia, would you be interested in talking to her?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
It is becoming completely natural for me to tell them what’s going on and still listening for their input. I KNOW one day it will come!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Why is it taking so damn LONG?!?! 🙂
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I talk to Shadow every day. Still trying for the two-way connection.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I’ve been busy trying to keep us all warm! This is just stupid cold!!

While connecting with Shadow during the Q&A call, I have received the following: Shadow said ‘I try to be good and won’t do naughty things but I ambored sometimes and just can’t help it.’ Shadow has a deep insight. He is playful, likes to run around, patient, high energy. Is he 2 or 4 years old? He says ‘I love to watch things within my home’. He likes to follow around. I asked him how he is feelig today and he said ‘bored’.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Forgot about it. -

• 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Just a few minutes every morning. Throughout the day I take a few moments to ground and center before I attempt to talk with my kitties.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I reconnected with a lady’s dog Bernie who I spoke with last month in early December. I was feeling that the woman was not happy with my work – probably just my own head stuff dogging me (no pun intended). I told her I would try again. She is going out of town and leaving her dog with daughter and her family. I told Bernie when he would be there and for how long. He told me he was nervous and that he gets lonely when no one is in the house with him. He asked if he could bring his bed with him. I said yes it is important to have your smells there. We also touched again on conversation in December about the issues with the little grandkids. I feel I got better with understanding his perspective since our Saturday call, but I must work more on this.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I am getting better at becoming one with an animal. I did it with Breck the other night when I was putting drops in his ears. I was feeling is discomfort, his fear, and his questioning. I held him tightly and lovingly and told him what I was going to do and why and that I know how he was feeling and that I was sorry for making him uncomfortable. He accepted the treatment and I really felt he appreciated me understanding him.
I did similar with Izzy and her feelings of being unloved that way she used to be since KoKo has been here. We had a chat and since she has been getting closer to KoKo without hissing – she is more curious and accepting of her.
I am listening closer to KoKo’s limits on how much soft food I can put into her before she gets upset and throws up. My gut knew to stop but my own desire to get needed nutrients into her disregarded it and sure enough she threw up. Dang it!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? LETTING GO!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet, just my quick impression on Saturday. Hope to get to Shadow plus some others in the Handout this week-end and into next. I need to push myself more if I am going to make it to go Pro…gotta stop my fearful dilly dallying.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I like doing the quick impression game. I have not done it with the animals on the Handout as yet, but I do it with every animal I see… dogs in the pet store, the squirrels in the neighborhood ect.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? i have a foster kitten that has been with me a few months now. My kiki girl cat has been rather nasty to her at times and the kitten backs down or runs away. She now nearly the size of kiki and just the other day they sort of got into a faceoff and i could clearly sense the kitten saying i m not so little anymore so you can’t push me around anymore and kiki is being much nicer to her and they play more
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That was really cool picking up of the kitten

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did daily meditation of about 15 min.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I try daily to connect with my two maltese, Inky (sister) & Binky (brother), especially the latter.
I feel that they receive my thoughts better than I receive theirs….
I feel that I understand their usual needs based on 13 years of living together, not necessarily because I am telepathically communicating with them. I fail to receive answers from them when I ask questions.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
The fact that I’m creating a daily habit of meditating and effort to communicate with them.
I know daily practice/discipline is important in increasing my telepathic ability.
I was very encouraged when Val confirmed my assessment of Shadow’s essense, ie very regal, curious, intelligent, strong cat.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I can’t discern between real connection and my imagination yet. I don’t feel that I’m receiving info from them, but they’re able to receive mine. Would be great to have more clarity in the info I’m receiving.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
yes. I communicated with Shadow. He is a regal, intelligent, powerful, curious cat. His energetic field was so powerful and all encompassing it overwhelmed me, bringing me to tears. When I asked him for advice on how to become a good animal communicator, he told me to to just “relax.”
It was a huge boost and a relief to get confirmation from Val what I picked up from Shadow.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I didn’t get a chance.

NOTE: The accountability timeframe is for a week that ends on Friday at noon Central time which is a bit confusing as this system will show that deadline time as 5:00 pm Universal Time.
Remember that you can post ANY time during the week for it to count and do not have to wait till the very last day or minute. Write about what you’ve done since your prior post.
Lydia, welcome. I’ve copied your post from above into this next week’s accountability so that you will get credit for it.

Week TWO: January 15, 2018
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated daily from 15 minutes to 2 hours. I meditate on instructions from my meditation teacher but it is quieting the mind, being still and withdrawing attention to the Center of my head.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I followed Val’s instructions to see the world from my daughter’s Doberman puppy, Luchien’s viewpoint. I became one with him for a few minutes really enjoying chewing on the new glow in the dark ball! (Boy is it squishy and lovely to bite, why should I give it up?). After acknowledging him and that feeling I told him there are a few things he doesn’t know about this game. That when he bites me, I might not be able to play the game because my arm would hurt and I might not even be able to drive him to the dog park as my foot might hurt too much. I asked him could he remember this? I had this conversation while walking along the street. I received a feeling that he understood. When he came over and we went to the park, he brought the ball back and sat and dropped it for the first time ever. When he started to get riled up I put my hand on his shoulder and said remember and he calmed down and got this faraway expression like he was “listening”! Also, Val said he was broadcasting quite well! thoughts, feelings and desires were very very clear. I had been overlooking much of his communication as too obvious.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I feel very happy that Luchien and I are more connected and making progress.
I am also excited to report that I just took an intro to Shamanism workshop and will be starting a three week shadow altar. This is an exercise that allows one to take a look at the characteristics that could get in the way of being of service to others and allowing them to leave….4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Val said to try a different track with Shadow so I told him to talk to Boo about their relationship and let me know if they are both happy. I haven’t heard back and not sure that was a very good question from me.
I may try when I’m feeling calm to become one with Shadow…..see the relationship from his point of view….I am also going to do a shamanic clearing of my space and ground myself into earth before the conversation.
I do feel I’m more successful with these conversations sometimes when the animals just “drop in” when I’m attending to other activities like walking or washing dishes.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I just posted above in number 46. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I played guess the black or red card game about six times and feel that when I randomly guess without thought leaving it up to random rights and wrongs I am about 30 right. 22wrong.
When I try to feel the energy: the red energy is hot and goes in a clockwise direction. The black is neutral and goes counterclockwise I get about the same results but it takes longer….
I would not want to hire me based on these results😥 -

I originally posted the above report under the wrong date so I just reposted it here in the correct week although it says 1/29 on the timeline.
