–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I mediated some days but not all. Time ranged from 10 minutes to 30 minutes with a few longer meditations. Which meditation also varied.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No I did not get to it.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing to celebrate – just need to do better next week.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I meditated 4 times this week. I have done guided, Shamir drum music and scent meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes I communicated with my horse Tina who I have hit and miss communication with. The cold weather had them closed in the barn for awhile. I asked her what does she want to do, go in the arena or the pasture to run. She said, “you know I really want to get out of this stall. Hurry up.” Having an attitude is her norm. I never have to wonder if I am making it up with her because I am not rude to myself. She is only 3 and has always been impatient and entitled. I love her and am setting boundaries with her behaviors.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Being able to become one with my totem animals. I love them.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Just busy with holiday and company makes it harder to find meditation time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I printed the picture out. I will attempt a conversation.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I like the card game best. Still trying to get better at recognizing the subtle differences in color energy.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Again I chose meditation most nights this week. I’m not finding my reading that interesting right now. Sitting in silence, one night made it to 45 minutes (yay!). Some nights it just works better than others.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tried to merge with Shadow’s breathing. Not successful. Tried to have a conversation with Miss Willow about wearing a blanket as our temperatures have been really, really cold for an extended period. She’s been having issues with one of her back legs, the one she somehow injured last summer, to the point of almost being a tripod for a couple of days. Here’s how it went: Miss Willow, may I talk to you about wearing a blanket while it’s this cold? (Willow) No. Too much pressure. (Me) It will help to keep you warmer and maybe help your leg. (Her) Pressure. (Me) OK, thank you for talking to me about it. I don’t know if it was just in my head, or if it really happened, but I’m not discounting anything anymore.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Celebrating Val’s holiday sale. I was able to buy the advanced course!! I feel really good about this year!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, busy trying to keep my own kids warm.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, just trying to be open and listen on a daily basis.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very little, maybe 1 hour over the week.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I took over a 9 month old Labrador girl from a colleague, who is moving back to Germany and can’t take her. I contacted her a few times this week to prepare her. When I picked her up 12 hours ago she greeted me like she knew me since some time. She tried to play with my little dog Genie, but so far Genie thinks Vita is too wild and growls at her showing every single tooth as a clear warning. Most kittens are ok with her, the older cats are mainly indifferent, just a few join in with Genie, growling and hissing. Now, I left them all in the kitchen for the night.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing new.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My biggest challenge for the time being is to keep Genie calm and to get Vita to leave the others alone, when they don’t want to play or otherwise interact with her.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Did not manage.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No games.1/12

• 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 2 days of doing a 30min mediation – one was an online group meditation to bring in the New Year. And 4 days of 10-15 min heart focusing mediations from a download I have on computer. Listen and sing along with my Mantra CD.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I had some nice moments/talks with my Novia. One day her hips were feeling achy and I massaged them while we had about 20min of beautiful one on one bonding. I expressed my heart love to her and her to me. Having some issues with Izzy and her jealousy and her displaying it my peeing on the carpet in front of the litter box; I have to get help from Val on this issue because her behavior is not changing with my attempts to communicate my sadness and anger when she pees. Aargh! And KoKo…I have been working on the force feeding ‘thing’ that I continue to do because she refuses to eat soft food. I am and have been so patient with her and keeping my emotions calm while explaining to her why I do it ect ect. Hope to get some more help from Val on my upcoming Laser session with her.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate my Heart! I had lunch with a friend the other day with whom I have not seen in many months and when I shared with him about what I have and am doing with KoKo, he commented about how he would draw lines at how much he would spend on a cat. I told him “My Heart just has to do it.” Yes My Heart is important in my life and my animal’s lives and for that… I Celebrate!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I remain to have doubts about whether I am just making all this up – When I went in today to talk with Bungee with the intent on asking specific questions Manuela asked of us. I never really ‘hear’ anything – I guess my clairaudience is not on-line yet – and often think I am making/faking it up. It’s crazy.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I posted in the forum a long report but when I hit ‘submit’ the damn computer sent me back to the login page….it did not post it…..I was so upset (amazingly though, the ‘upset’ was quiet and calm like) my emotions were not over the top explosive frustration. I do believe my mediation has assisted in calming the highs and lows of my emotional body. Ok so Yeah, I talked to Bungee and will get my report posted….Again….and am sure it will take the second time. Tee hee
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Guessing how many emails I am getting before I hit send/receive button, guess who is calling and/or texting? I am lunching with a friend on Saturday and am going to give her some small boxes I have and ask her to place items inside each one for me to practice the game ‘what’s inside the box’. I will share in future accountability posts.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated for approximately 45 minutes to an hour this week. I allowed myself to sit quietly and be still. In addition, I practiced on my “hearing” sense.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I focused on communicating with the, usual, Kitty, Gizmo, and Zelda. I went back to listen to Class 1 on the Beginners Course and learned that I may have misunderstood “how” to communicate with animals. I thought they would use pictures/impressions; therefore, is the reason why I was “trying too hard.” However, when I went back to Class 1, I learned that I need to use my signature style to communicate, which is feeling, I’m Clairsentient. Therefore, I’m learning to “feel” and allow myself to sit patiently without thought to see or hear any subtly that come to mind. Basically, I’m starting from scratch.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
My celebration is, universe is always with me if I allow myself to open up and ask the “right” question. a
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I do not have any challenges or questions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I did not try to communicate with FAT. I am starting from scratch.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I played with Intuition Games. I played the marble game.
I was 1-4. I’m okay with that since, sometimes, I “heard” the word. This time I had an impression but couldn’t tell the colors. Also, the last two, I was eager and impatient to get through the game. -

1. Did you meditate this week?
Less than usual. Missed at least one day entirely unless I count meditating myself to sleep with the Reiki symbols. Days are running into each other so I don’t always remember when I did something or something happened.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I connected (I think) with the little possum when I forgot to take Aspen’s collar key off when it got dark. She dashed out and barked, jumping furiously at the little guy on the deck rail. I told him not to worry, he’s welcome and I love him, while I grabbed the dog and carried her inside. He did not run away, just stayed put a long time and then worked his way to the squirrel feeder and ate his fill.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am getting better at leaving myself out of the connection. Just feeling what is being offered without asking for what I want.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I babysat Moby, the deaf, white Great Dane, while my daughter went camping in the Okefenokee Swamp. He was very anxious at first, being away from home, and it took me awhile to feel whether he was hungry, in pain or needed to pee whenever he dragged himself around the house. I spent time offering him Reiki with my hands on him instead of the distance healing that I do for him almost every day. I think it helped both of us because after three days I pretty much knew what he was asking for and he calmed down considerably.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Again, did not. Too preoccupied.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
I did one day. I am learning to enjoy the game without keeping score. I like feeling the colors even though I don’t often get them right.

Margaret – Welcome!
Alicia – Appreciate that you are setting boundaries with love.
Patty – Celebrating your 45 minutes of silent meditation as well as shorter periods. Delighted that Miss Willow could express her point of view regarding the pressure of the blanket. I’m curious what she means by ‘pressure’. Maybe some of the exercises in your addition of the Advanced course will help with this. The animals sometimes don’t mean what we think they mean. ‘Round, red’ doesn’t always mean apple, sometimes it is the top of the cookie jar.
Klaudia – your compassion for animals is heart warming.
Manuela – connecting with your intuition is a wonderful opportunity. Delighted to hear your practice is going well.
Chigusa – Welcome! It’s great that you and your animals are already communicating with you and letting you know when they are bored. They can be characters.
Pam – We are thankful for your Heart. And remember that we receive messages differently, not all of us ‘hear’ the messages, some of us see or feel the messages. Be gentle with yourself about your practice with Bungee. Sometimes they just don’t want to talk about what our questions are.
Jeane – Congratulations on looking at other communication modes! Finding a strong one help us get started and with practice, some of the other methods gain strength as well just like training ‘new’ muscles. Gentle with yourself and your progress with practicing.
Claire – Excited to hear that you and Moby had quality time together and really connected. Yes, enjoying the game for itself, a wonderful metaphor for life.
Barb – My participation of late has been sporadic and not up to my preferred levels. My family has had some medical issues of late with several surgeries: some emergency, some scheduled, and I have my own surgery coming up Monday. Plus getting insurances in place, paperwork, it’s been overwhelming at times. The scheduled surgeries had great outcomes, my cousin has a long rehab, and I’m hoping for my own quick recovery. If you’d like to send healing support and positive energy, I’d be most appreciative.

Hi Barb, Thank you for your input! 🙂 I think in this case, “pressure” means the pressure of the blanket on her body. I tried putting a blanket on her once, and she destroyed it the first night. We had a conversation with another animal communicator a year or so ago, and we talked about my saddle and why she didn’t like it. She kept talking about “pressure” and how it hurt her. The lady that I used to take riding lessons from called her a “toe horse” and said that all I had to do was move a toe and she would know what I was asking. Or even from a thought. She is the most sensitive mare I’ve ever known! She is ultra sensitive to any type of pressure on her, energetically or otherwise. That’s why I was wondering if that conversation was all in my head or not.
I will be sending healing energy your way for your successful surgery and speedy recovery! Really hope all goes well! 🙂

Thanks, Patty.
I got the message that a spine vertebra or disk in the middle of Miss Willow’s back is what is supersensitive to pressure both that directly applied to it as well as that which is impact by being dragged down by gravity/load around it.Moderator

Really, Barb, like it’s out of alignment? I had her adjusted several times a few years ago to rule out her attitude being a physical thing and it didn’t seem to make any difference. But if it’s making her this uncomfortable, I will have her adjusted again. Maybe this is part of her leg issue as well? Thanks so much for sharing this!!

January 10, 2018
Week Number One!!!
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have a meditation practice and I spend 1 to 2 hours every day sitting. Being accountable is going to encourage me to stay more focused during this time as I often wander.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I have been practicing with a few animals:
1. Guinea Pigs: Perry and Harvey who don’t get along in the same space for very long. Perry is the instigator and pushes Harvey around. I have started communication with them and their people. I have a feeling Perry wants to make sure Harvey knows who is number one in the family. I’ll let you know what happens.
2. Kitty Conflict: Buddha keeps wanting to play with Indigo who is more mature and likes her space. I arranged with their person that she greet Indigo first when returning home. I asked A few questions and turns out she just wanted Buddha to respect her space. He wants a reminder every once in awhile. They now can share same cat tree. Turns out this is the same scenario that happens with their person and her boyfriend!!!!😊3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The kitty conflict resolution!!!! And how animals reflect our lives!!!!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Asking deeper questions, respecting my first impressions and staying focused when talking to the animal.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
OK. I have had a big discussion with Shadow. He showed me his home and I received a couple of descriptions correctly. Wood stove in living room and his favorite place to sleep.
I talked with him today about his behavior of attacking Boo, the little female who lives in “his” house (ha ha)….hmmmm.
Wow!!!! I got an incite on why the Doberman dog I sit gets aggressive when returning his ball to me ( see question I asked for Saturday call)Shadow says Boo acts like a victim and that makes him act that way.
This still need solution but I have to go to work right now….When Luchien, the Doberman returns with ball I Am nervous what might happen when Luchien returns. I need to give him the “sitz” command immediately.
Thanks Shadow!6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
1. Marble Game: 50/50
2. Talked to a squirrel and he showed me the tree where he lives -

Thank you for the encouragement Barb Cotta. I am including you in my morning meditations and sending love and Reiki for your successful recovery.
