–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Did my usual 10 minute sessions 3-4 times a day. After the last session with Val, I started including some gratitude thoughts and believe it helps the overall situation.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, during my laser session we had some serious talk with some male cats about fighting. We let them know that there will not be any dinner, if I have to stop with the preparation all the time to stop them fromattacking each other and bullying other members of the group. So they postponed their quarrels until dinner was eaten. In the meantime, I adjusted as well. Now I prepare their chicken and let them eat it. Then I let them know that there will be wet food in a while, provided they stay calm. I then go and feed the feral cats. After this I go and get their wet food ready. I will have to make some more adjustments here, because they try to eat it before it is even in the plates / bowls. Finally, after they ate this part of the dinner I announce that the dry kibbles will be topped up before I go to bed after I cleaned the litter boxes – if they behave. We end the days with the message that there will be no breakfast, if they wake me up during the night.
I see clear improvements – yeah !!!! Still some minor outbreak here and there, but usually 1 or 2 reminders are sufficient.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
The improvement of behaviour is well worth a huge celebration.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I still find it difficult to communicate with the whole group. I tend to pick single animals and talk to them individually and when others intervene, I usually ask them to wait until I am finished with whoever I am talking to right then.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No more after our monthly call.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.2/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-10 minute silent sitting, headspace, mindfulness during the day.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I am talking to my cats all the time. Yesterday, I told Bungee that we will go outside when the lawn mower noise stopped from out neighbor. It stopped and I wanted to finish something. Bungee start meowing very loud and stretch against the glass door and is looking at me. Okay, I remember what I promised to Bungee, got up and went outside with him. I was surprised and thought it works!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Often not sure if this is my voice or the voice of the animal and stop asking deeper questions.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
This was during the monthly call:
He feels joyful, energetic, happy, always ready for action. I guess this is how his spirit is.
Health wise: right ankle hint leg painful, heart feels a bit heavy (sadness), body feels heavy sometimes. He is very observant.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, sticking with the silent meditations before sleep. Target is still 1 hour. I’m not sure exactly where I go during the time I’m meditating, if it’s actually meditation or if I’m going to sleep. According to Kyle (Cease), it doesn’t matter, so I guess I’ll just accept what is. 🙂
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
After the dogs walked me one morning, they alerted me to a mama cardinal on the ground who had flown into one of my windows and stunned herself. So grateful they heard me when I told them to “leave” her alone. I picked her up and carried her to the table on my deck where I put the bird food. She was alert enough to know what was going on, but not to fly away, so I talked to her and told her I meant her no harm. I asked her if anything was hurt. Got nothing from her and was going to move her somewhere else, but when I tried to pick her up again, she tried to fly down to the deck. I left her there since the wings seemed to be working, and checked on her from the house. It took quite a while for her to hop down into the yard and over to the trees where she was more safe. The next time I went to check on her, she was gone. Yay!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Didn’t try again after the call.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week?
Missed one day. One day only 15 minutes. Otherwise 30 minutes to over an hour. Been getting the feeling I need to be more open to whatever comes, less organized with Reiki symbols and “hitting all the bases.”
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I just saw Pam’s post about Koko and felt very hopeful and excited. I was drawn in to her beautiful eyes and felt her pain and frustration. I stayed with her for a long time, offering her Reiki and magic goo and just listening to her feelings. I wanted to hold her but she just wanted peace and rest. She seemed be trying to decide whether life is worth the trouble. She knows she is loved. She just needs time.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am feeling more at peace with the process. I am enjoying feeling love and respect for all life even when I don’t understand it. Not knowing opens my heart to learning.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’m still resistant to death. Even though I know it is part of Life and believe it resolves senseless suffering, it still feels like loss and separation, and it hurts.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
During the Q&A Ruby felt to me like an extra fine dog, very sweet but with a mild, free-floating anxiety that is just part of who he is. His legs felt a bit heavy and stiff. I checked back in on him again today and he still feels the same to me. A big heart full of love for his family, feeling his age but still game. And he is beautiful!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
I tried pouring my glass marbles into a basket–easier to reach into with less frustration. I seem to be doing a little better more relaxed. I’m beginning to think there are two many different colors what with deep blue, light blue, medium blue, aqua, bright green, light green, yellow, clear, orange, amber, red, brown, etc.. On the other hand if I ever get to where I can truly sense the colors there won’t be any question of luck or guessing!

• 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Just a few minutes a day of meditation on my breath and grounding. I need to pull out some of my recordings of Val’s guiding meditations – ie the Sphere of Light
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? This week has been stressful, a dear elderly friend of mine was in hospital for a heart attack. He and is wife rely a lot on my help and assistance and much of my focus has been on them and of course KoKo. I have been telling Izzy to accept KoKo back into her life and to be nice to her. She is feeling jealous and a bit unloved. I talk with each of my kitties a bit every day.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing to celebrate this week; I am very happy KoKo is still alive.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Main challenge is making the time to do my meditations and commit to a certain amount of hours each day to talk with the animals on the Gold Members Handouts. I won’t get any better if I don’t practice. All my kitties at home are pushing me to do this work.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I looked deep into Ruby and just sent love. He is a teacher and an angel. I will post tomorrow onto forum, because he has some things to tell Elsa.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Knocked around with my cards a bit, might get to the game store this wkend for some marbles, that has been sounding like fun.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week?
Yes. My little mini ones throughout the day and also did some of Val’s guided ones .
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Only with the FAT which I posted. Otherwise it is just talking with my own dogs and while I know hear and understand me, I cannot get anything from them except when they come up to me to let me know they want to go out or want a cookie or to tell me a friend is at the door.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
In this pursuit of animal communication I am learning so much more about the universe and am being more fully present.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
This has been a very challenging and emotional week as I am still diligently searching for a home for this 3 legged briard and that has taken up most of my time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Yes I did and posted my results
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games
I only did the marble game once and did terrible!

Klaudia – Delighted at your progress with reducing the kitty attacks and the impact of food. It was interesting that they were so literal in the beginning in only stopping attacks before meals. An important reminder for us all to be clear in communicating our actual intentions/meanings rather than just assuming others will have our same interpretation when we aren’t fully clear. Talking 1-1 is often better than to a whole group at once as not everyone sees/hears things exactly the same way even inside the same group.
Manuela – Yes, our animals are often more attentive and specific than we are, and sometime I find their focus is better than mine, ok, more than sometimes. I’m curious as to why it matters whose voice it is with responses to deeper questions. Perhaps you stop rather than go into deeper exploration as it get be scary to dig deep. There are gift in there.
Patty – I share your wonder at where I go when meditating and it may feel like sleep and then I pause to recognize the wisdom that came to me as a result of my request for guidance and decide the insights are more important rather than the name of moment. Great job by you and your dogs with the cardinal.
Claire – Thank you for sharing your gentle time with KoKo and us.
Gina – Flying with Birdie as your co-pilot. Communicating with animals in spirit is a gift which we don’t all have to the extent that you do. For some the lack of body means less distraction while for others in-body provides extra energy for stronger connection. Ruby is a black dog and the background is black so it may be hard to see so I’ll post a earlier image of Ruby below with more colors.
Pam – Let’s all talk to Koko and Izzy so no one feels let out or jealous. Plus virtual pats all around for everyone too.
Kathy – Excited that you are learning more about the Universe as well as animal communication. I love the way it all intertwines.
