–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
Again, for this brief reporting period, only the 4-4-6 breathing with the same problems: not taking in a full breath, not exhaling slowly enough (though I get another beat or two when I exhale through my mouth), and not preventing yawning.
2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE
I’ve been trying to explain to the six indoor cats that I’ll be far away and that their usual petsitter will take care of them instead of me. Also: how many more nights till I leave and how many till I return. Also trying a brief version of this with the feral or stray cat (who’s back after her two-day absence) because the petsitter’s visit may not coincide with the two or more of the cat’s daily visits (canned food only, no kibble) and she might not, therefore, get fed.
The behavior of my six indicates they understand there’ll be a disruption, but that may be because of packing and extra cleaning.
3. CELEBRATE
The possibility of learning advanced techniques to help animals at the shelter and at the zoo (if I finally get to either). Though I’ve been aware of techniques like shape-shifting and time-travel, I never thought to practice them–they were something for shamans or science fiction. So wonderful how Val and her students have enormously benefitted animals with them.
4. CHALLENGES, PROBLEMS
Yes, this is early in the week to post accountability, and it’s even early in the day. But I’ll only become more fragmented, distracted, and frustrated as tomorrow draws nearer when I have to leave. I’d need a deep background in meditation to feel otherwise.
a. Lack of confidence in learning techniques and, in general, posting what are intended as connections with animals. But curiosity propels me. I suppose I’ll learn, for example, how to identify essential and sufficient characteristics of an animal to shape-shift into, and whether there is spirit-help for this. I tried to connect with a blue jay on a fence outside a window but was slipshod about the shapeshift, so he flew to a branch where I couldn’t see him and didn’t call out when I asked him to.
b. Rosalie the Lorelei, the feline visitor to the patio, is showing up more frequently during the day and night. She’s even awakened me with her cries at 2 am. Physically, she seems fine, and she’ll now come within an arm’s distance from me. I ignore her when it’s dark because if I try to take food to her, Shoshana will run out when I open the door. It’s expensive: I have to put down an extra dish for Shoshana in the kitchen before she’ll let me carry out a dish to Rosalie–at about $1 per 2.8-ounce can. Well, I guess that’s a way to keep me home and not traveling, but I resent the extra cost (as I resent Julie-Belle pooping outside the box and other cats following her example, one of them peeing outside as well–though; the six boxes are scooped daily or, sometimes, every other day).
c. Not noticing what’s in plain sight. The weekend that ATCC members were discussing Rosie on FB, I noticed that the tops of her teeth had black spots on them; I failed to interpret that as decay. As many times as I looked at Rosie, I didn’t see the bump on her nose until Pam(?) pointed it out.
d. I bought the iPhone 8 in February to ensure I’d master it for the Savannah trip in May and this upcoming trip. It’s still sitting on a shelf, and the battery must have drained out long ago. Why can’t I make myself learn it?
FAT COMMUNICATION
Will post about connection with Daisy earlier this morning.
INTUITION GAMES, RESULTS
a. I try to guess at events like whether it will rain at night or not when the chances are about 50/50 or whether a Netflix DVD will arrive in the mail as scheduled (often doesn’t) or which DVD will arrive when some on the list are “short wait,” but then I forget to notice results, much less record them.
b. Die cube: Tried rubbing hands together after I dropped the die in an effort to make them more sensitive, but only 4 out of 10 for odd-even and no specific number came to mind.
Then decided to toss the die, try to feel odd or even in my palms, and follow it with a pendulum swing. Felt odd with palms, pendulum swung even, and even was correct. Wanted to try more times but too distracted by too many things to do today.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
– Yes, I spent approximately 2 hours meditating this week. I did 3 Gratitude Meditations, and 2 Morning Meditations.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
– Yes, I was in my back yard and I connected with 3 different birds (All were Magpies). They all gathered around me and were all trying to talk to me all at once. As I tried to talk to them one at a time, the other 2 got very vocal and made noise. I then tried to speak to them as a group as it seemed like there was no leader so I asked the group about their day. It was very amusing, as they each seemed like they were in competition for my attention. I asked them each to come back another time so we could talk one on one.3.What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
– I want to celebrate that no matter how stressful my day is, I can always find an animal to make me smile.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
– My challenge this week was that I didn’t get to connect with as many animals as I wanted to.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
– Yes and I posted my results.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
– I used a deck of animal cards and tried twice to guess the correct animal but I didn’t guess correctly. I did it in a hurry and I had a lot on my mind at the time. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I tried daily, but kept drifting off, because I am extremely tired.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I tried out the shapeshifting with my feral kittens, but they did not react. I guess I have to exercise this technique a few times before I really get it.
I had a few serious talks with Pascal. He carries stuff out from the kitchen into the kennel and then chews it up. Last week he destroyed a shopping bag, a feeding dish and a cat bed.
I keep telling him that I don’t have sufficient money to replace the broken things and also buy food and therefore have to buy less food for everything that broke. But he won’t listen. He sits in front of me and lifts his head looking straight at the sky or he tilts his head looking just past me.I communicated with a lady’s cat who is losing fur on his belly and inner legs. I got that he feels well and is eating well. The story with his fur is a seasonal thing. Everytime, when he is changing coat, he feels itchy and starts licking and biting his skin.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing really
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
See above
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No time
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played again with the lifts in our office building predicting which lift would stop on my floor. The whole week I was 100% wrong.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Attended a meditation workshop and practiced staying in the center and connecting with light and sound with a group of people.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I tried shape shifting technique to connect with my son-in-law’s dog, Duke who is in a kennel for 10 days. Duke will bite anybody who is not Todd, my son in law. They isolate him which makes me very sad. I did not feel successful because I thought I would visit Duke in spirit form as Duke is not friendly to anybody but Todd when Todd is not present. He also doesn’t like other dogs. He will tolerate Luchien, my daughter’s dog who I take care of on a regular basis so I tried to get Luchien to join me but he was too busy.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I went through a very dark week of personal transformation last report and am now out of it thanks to something called the emotion code.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Feeling the difference between remote communication and connecting via an energetic body.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
More sitting in silence this week than listening to Ananda Bosman (2 nights). At Val’s recommendation during our last lazer session, I’m focusing more on the Ho’Oponopono prayer. When I catch my mind falling into chattering, in meditation or just during the day, I bring it back to focus on the prayer. Also trying to focus on it while walking Ginger in the mornings.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
The two horses I took care of for vacationing friends for a week may possibly be moving to Florida. As I’m sure no one has informed them of this, I told them it’s a possibility and to not be surprised if/when it happens. I don’t know if the message got through, but I did try.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing in particular.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I just really wish I could FEEL more of what’s going on energetically. I hear people talking about their energetic experiences and wonder why I can’t feel things the way they can!!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Didn’t have time.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, but if I’m not by my phone when a text comes in, I try to intuit who it is from. Only successful once in a while.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes – I did a meditation with Val on the platinum call and 2 short 10min shamanic meditations. Not as much as normal, but I’ve had a really busy week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes – I connected with 2 dogs and a cat in spirit. The parent of one of the dogs told me that she was very possessive and had become snappy with people over the last couple of years. When I tried to connect at first I got an image and sense of her snarling and growling, then barking at me. I tried to persist and explain that her parent had asked me to connect, but the dog was having none of it. I then tried Ho’oponapono for the first time and was about to break the connection when the dog suddenly seemed to come around and want to talk. We seemed to get to the root of the problem and suggested some solutions for the parent and dog.
The parent of the cat in spirit was distraught that she hadn’t been able to find her when she went missing. The cat told her she wasn’t supposed to and was able to reassure her parent that she was fine and happy now and her parent shouldn’t worry.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I feel like I’ve had a breakthrough and started to get a bit of confidence back with the communication.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What other strategies could you use to help you when you get stuck in a communication? Does communication with an animal ever get easy and flow, like you’re talking to a human? I always feel like a lot of preparation is needed before hand e.g. grounding, quiet space, meditating etc before I can sit and properly tune in.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Daisy is the FAT this month. I have spoken to her a lot, but not tuned in to get answers as yet.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played the card game again and got 13/20 correct again. It was interesting because the ones I got right I was very sure of and the incorrect ones I felt unsure about when I chose the colour. One card came up 3 times – The Ace of Hearts. I was unsure of this 3 times, but on one of the occasions I sensed it was and Ace, but the wrong suit.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-20 minutes silent sitting or laying in bed meditation, walking meditation and mindfulness with many activities I do like washing dishes and my mind is all into the moment of washing dishes, baking, cooking, taking a shower in the morning, brushing teeth and so on. A beautiful exercise which minimize any stress level.
Thich Nhat Hanh has a book about mindfulness for daily exercises and many other great meditation books like walking meditation etc and many broadcasts.
Jon Kabat-Zinn has many books about mindfulness meditation. In case anybody would like to get into this. I have been practicing their mediations for many years and also teach them.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I talked to my petsitting dogs that they will move back to Florida on Friday. So they are not surprised by all these hours of driving and that I will stay here and will no longer take care of them while their parents are at work. I hope they got the message. I talked to them and sent mental pictures about the journey.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing really to celebrate. Tried the shape shifting with my feral cat that I feed every day. She still hisses and meows at me the same time when I put out the food for her. I tried to shape shift myself into a kitten.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The question is what is the right physical body to shape shift into? Is it for cats a kitten, for a dog a baby dog or another dog. What do they find a friendly fellow to not get afraid of? I find this hard. I guess, I have to shift from a creature into another until they seem okay?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Sorry, didn’t.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Keep forgetting. Are there other intuition games that can be practiced that seem more interesting? -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I had mediations on calls with Susann two days. Tuesday evening I had an amazing Journey. I was on a spaceship and went to a spaceport. It was so real I felt I was there. It was more like remote viewing than just creative visualization. It was so familiar I know I was there in a past life or perhaps am there now in a concurrent life. I missed meditation some days.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I continue to attempt to connect with Roxy. It feels as if I am getting closer. Tonight he was in my lap and I felt very connected to him although not yet to the point of getting information. My goal is to open communication so he can tell me if he is sick or needs something and I’m not getting it. Usually I know by body language what he needs.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The Journey with Susann. I know that the problem has been not being in touch with my intuitive gifts and getting them with animals or in other ways all leads to the samd goal.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? It remains challenging to connect with Roxy. I want to connect with Missy too, but am focusing on Roxy first. Actually I am closer to Missy but not to the extent of her telling me if there is something I need to know and don’t realize.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No I did not get to that. I plan to next week.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, that feel through the cracks again this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Not very much this week. You know i set a financial goal that would allow me more time at home. That goal is being met as i type this meaning business is so slammed. I ve just hired a new girl full time and have come to terms with the idea of no longer working in the field. Very soon i will be able to retire from the rat race.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Pam and I worked together to help a client of mine who has just moved in together and is having issues with cats peeing on EVERY THING. I’ll check is wit them this week.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I also had another goal that was met today. I was hired to handle marketing, facebook and adopotions for a big rescue called Big Sky Ranch. The job popped up on face book and before I knew it i had applied! The job is remote which allows me extra income so I can hire out my pet sitting and be home to practice more animal communication.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? none
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. As above no i didn’t and I’m very regretful of the little time i have to do so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? no

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated. It was a short time. The meditation I did was where I calmed my mind so there were not a lot of constant thoughts-some thoughts though, and I inhaled for four counts, held my breath for four counts, then exhaled for six counts. I also had my feet flat on the carpet and my palms facing upward.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with my cats. I told them things and asked them things. Also, I did with some birds. I also did with flies. I also did with a rabbit who has a new home and told me his likes and dislikes, that he was going to need time to adjust to his new surroundings and family but that he thought he could and that he’d grow to love them all (humans and non humans). I also connected with a bat and a fish recently, but I don’t remember if that was last week or this week.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing in particular.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing in particular.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I’m writing this as we Daisy and I communicate. When I greeted her, she right away starting giving me kisses on my face. She’s so happy to see me. While kissing me, she said, “Martha, Martha,”. Lots of happy energy and warmth.
I asked her how she’s doing. She stretched out on her back with legs in the air and said, “Faaaaabuuuuulous!” I asked her to tell me more about that. For some reason, “Apple,” came to mind. She also said she just got back from a walk. This was at 7:47 am PST.
I also got dirty, smelly teenage boy socks. I also got breakfast food-pancakes or something. I got an open field for her walk, but then I got a walk in a neighborhood with houses around. For the walk in the open field, I got a vision of a tennis ball or a frisbee or a big stick and then a vision of Daisy carrying the big stick and a vision of her carrying either the frisbee or tennis ball. She showed me her treat container. She showed me a white ceramic container around 10-12 inches right with a lid. She said, “This is where Mommy keeps by treats!!!” She loves her treats! I get the sense that they’re healthy treats and that they’re dark in color and air dried meat that looks like beef jerky but is not beef jerky.
She said you, Melanie, take or keep water for her in the car. I got a plastic, spill proof dog water bowl. I also got an image of an aqua colored human water bottle.
She showed me an image of her walking alongside a bike being ridden.
She also gave me an image of clouds from her view when she’s lying in the grass looking at them.
She sent me a vision of her with a squeaky toy in her mouth and sent audio of the toy squeaking. She loves to hear the squeaks!
She also sent me an image of you meditating and sitting on the ground or a red pillow with your legs crossed and your eyes closed and your arms bent with your palms up (well known meditation position) and of her next to you. She wants you to know that while you’re meditating, she’s also meditating and can feel your energy. She enjoys this.
Daisy said she also likes “family movie night”.
Then, she said, “(Sounds like “Wup”” Gotta go.” Then I scrolled up to her picture again to clarify to make sure that that actually came from her. When I scrolled up to her picture, she showed me an image of her getting in a vehicle-seemed like an SUV or something else a little high from the ground-not like a low car. This was around 8:10 am PST.
I said “bye” to her and told her she can come talk to me anytime. She said the same. I hugged her and she kissed me, then I kissed her. I could feel her absorbing my love and energy and I could feel her love and energy and absorbed it. Then, the vehicle started backing up to go somewhere. we then said, “Bye” and that we’ll talk again.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I got creative with the intuition game this time. The intuition game I played was based on the marble game. I used the new stones I got recently and tried to guess which one/which color I got. I didn’t get any right, except for maybe one. Maybe this is because the stones and crystals I played with are new.
