–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!
Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).
Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
Much love, Barb & Val

No – I didn’t see it and forgot about it – very busy dog/house sitting.Hi everyone. I'm so excited about meeting more of you. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-45 minutes of silent sitting or body scan by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I am participating in the 6 week program of Mindfunlness based stress reduction (MBSR).
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with three animals and it worked pretty good. With one animal I am not sure if he told me or my mind because I see this dog every day. Maybe I am too close to him. He said he will pass on next week but we do not have the impression that this will happen so fast.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I think to get better and better to connect with animals. It feels more natural now.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Will do later and post it.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have different tools to practice intuition

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, June 22-Call meditation-dozed off I think-tried to meditate anyway, maybe it didn’t go as well as I would have liked for it to have gone.
June 23-to Delta wave music for meditation that had trickling water or stream water sounds. Imagined having feet roots going down into the ground and expanding all over Earth and beyond Earth to the rest of the Universe. Imagined finger roots or energy filling the Earth and going beyond to the rest of the Universe. Imagined healing coming from the music into my various chakras. Also thanked the Universe for things and asked the Universe for things. On June 26 I burned a little sage and then said in my mind certain things I want (similar to asking the Universe for things)-maybe this would be considered meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats. Also with the FAT and Barb G.’s kitty, Tiki. Hopefully my cats understood. Chino told me things involving his life as Chino, the dog. Tki told me things involving his life and Tiki, the cat. Tiki invited me to meditate and become one with him which I tried to do, but things didn’t go as well as I would have liked for them to have gone due to distractions. I think I also greeted a bird.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Feeling an increased connection to Tiki when I last looked at his picture.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted for Jo to see the communication.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, and I posted for Barb G. to see the communication.

MEDITATIONS: TYPES, TIMES 6/22 Platinum Group Zen breath, daily 20-minute guided chakra clearing breath.
INTENTION TO CONNECT AND COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL
I try daily with Rosalie, an outdoor feral cat who has been visiting since January 2018 and stays at least an arm’s length from me. Today, she has been sitting on the picture window ledge since 6 am; it’s now 10:35 am (on my clock which runs fast; 10:27 on your clock). Almost always, she arrives by 6 am for food and stays awhile. I want to tell her that Shoshana won’t be walking back and forth the twelve-foot length with her anymore. Maybe she is connecting with Shoshana. Maybe she wants more food than the 5.5 ounces she’s already eaten. When she leaves, she goes across the street and, presumably, through the backyard of the house across the way to the fenced-off drainage culvert where Shoshana used to live with other feral cats. (I don’t know if there’s still a feral colony there.)
I also try daily with the five remaining indoor cats to learn why they’ve drastically changed their habits: the four who’ve chosen to stay in the kitchen and Yossi-Yael who’s chosen the bedroom.
CELEBRATE Nothing in AC.
CHALLENGES, PROBLEMS Nothing new in AC.
FAT COMMUNICATION For a moment, it seemed I’d be able to connect with with Jo B’s Chino. In my imagination I was stretched out on my elbows on a lawn and Chino was similarly postured there. He put his paws over my hands, and we were quiet, but that was all.
INTUITION GAME I asked the pendulum if I could get at least 7/10 correct guesses of odd-even on a die cube. No, so I asked if at least six. Yes. I got 4/10.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some short sessions, but not every day.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I had some more serious discussions with Zoe, Puma and Grisi. They are like a hurricane leaving a trail of destruction behind them. Wednesday I told them that I will lock them in the bathroom, if they can’t stay away from places like my desk and the bookshelves. So far they haven’t destroyed anything else.
I started talking to Wuschel about spaying. She is not very fond of the idea, but understands that we are well overpopulated and cannot have any more kittens. Unfortunately, her son Leo (5 weeks old tomorrow) is not yet interested in food. Thus, we have to wait with the surgery, although Wuschel is on heat again and crying 24 hours. She is trying to get out of the house and I do my very best to keep her in.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I started on the go pro program – a huge reason for celebration.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My biggest issues are lack of time and money.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Did not manage.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes some breath and centering “reminder” all week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. My most intense connection was with a fresh from the best stellar blue jay. I was on my way to work in truck and pulled over because I saw a bird on road, either wings blowing in the wind or alive flapping wings. I found a very alive bird on his back and appearing to be struggling to get up and fly away. I held him to my chest and checked wings and they were fine. Head on one side injured but not serious on outside. But from my plethora of experience with coming upon and being sought out by injured birds, he didn’t seemed stunned, but actually having motor problems/brain injury. Typically the birds I find are stunned, I offer comfort, and they fly away eventually. Unsure if this was the case but hopeful, I made a nest in shade and placed him on it and made prayers/healing symbols etc. after work several hours I went to nest and he was gone. I feel in tuning in that he flew away. It is possible he was eaten but that is not the vibe I get. Either way he feels free. Always hard to witness injured birds but also a treasure to connect and I feel called to witnessing/allowing and supporting in any way i can.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Second posting due to computer glitch, my first one is floating in cyberspace. 2 or 3 nites I did some reading, the rest I returned to listening to Ananda Bosman’s “S’OM’A” cd since I got my new cd player. It puts me in a meditative state and relaxes me.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
The bunnies that live around my house. They come very close to the house and I always tell them they are safe around me. I try not to get too close.
The deer that were in the woods one morning when I took yet another mouse from my house to set it free. When I heard snorting and stomping, I stopped for a second, told them what I was doing, then took a change in direction. I didn’t hear them running away, so I think they stayed where they were.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
It feels good when it seems like my messages get through.
I offered a greeting when I came to post yesterday. Waited for a response, but none came to me.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.

Reposting my accountability (From the 27th of June). It was here on the day I posted but now looks like my post is no longer here.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did spend about 1 hour meditating. I did Val’s Soft Focus Meditation, Val’s Zen Breathing Exercise and a Morning Gratitude Meditation
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I communicated with a parrot that has been hanging around my yard while most of the other birds have flown away since the weather is getting colder here in Australia. I asked him why he chose to stay here and if he was able to keep himself warm. He didn’t want to leave because the other birds always chase him away. I assured him he always had a friend in me and could come talk to me anytime. He sent me an image that showed me a section of a tree up high nearby that had a hole where he hides for shelter when it is cold or raining.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that my cat Tiki is becoming more connected with me.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I didn’t have any specific challenge or question this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to communicate with Chino in spirit but he said he was too busy. Then he said that I should know he is always nearby.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I used a deck of animal cards and picked a card. I guessed it was an owl but it was a rooster.
