–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I didn’t meditate as much as I normally do and will change that tonight! I will practice a Kundalini Yoga meditation after some needed dance movement to help me recharge and clear out the sludge.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have been connecting with my kitties as well as my friends dog Osa, so very sweet she is. I felt loving communion and that they felt seen. I have been hearing the kingfisher bird alot this week and tuning in to what they are all about. I also did a meditation with a cow and asked about his message, lessons, and how I could integrate this. Essentially, I can integrate by seeing how I can sit still more and be with what is in a silent and energetic and centering way … not solution or movement or doing.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am still connecting with animals this week in spite of having a lethargic week. And tuning into animal wisdom as a means to address the dis-ease I sometimes feel.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? No specific questions, just having he energy to stay focused on the goal.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I am going to communicate with Rocco tonight and joyfully keep that conversation going until the live call!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? still working with my playing card oracle alot; however, I need to find some new ways to work on my intuition. I often ask friends to play number games with me but no one really appreciates the awesomeness of it, like I do, and like all of you do.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Despite working 6 days straight this past week, I was able to sit in silence 2 or 3 times. Nothing ever comes of it, and sometimes it gets discouraging, but I continue to do it when I feel I can focus on it.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

When letting Ginger out one morning, there were 2 deer out by the pond. We all stopped and looked at each other, me offering greetings and telling them they are safe around me and how beautiful they are. Them – standing watching me for what seemed like a long time compared to our usual encounters. They then continued on with their day and me with mine.

Just had an encounter with a red bird that I have been hearing for several years, but only caught a glimpse of once up until today. Not a cardinal, but another red bird that I don’t know the name of yet, but now that I’ve had a better look I can go look him up in my bird book. As I was going to the barn, he flew right up into the tree above me and sat and looked at me for long enough for me to get a real good look at him and offer a greeting. He has such a distinctive song!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Not allowing myself to get discouraged.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Not yet, haven’t had time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No time.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Continued my daily practice although this week was a little off kilter. Could not find my deeply silent place.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I learned something new as well. Ozzie and I went in search of “universal love” actually finding out that thinking of the warmth of a fire and experiencing it made him happy. When we returned to physical I asked him if there were fireplaces in his home. He said no but I will remember this experience so I can be happy. Turns out there are two fireplaces in his home. When I asked him about them and he only considered them as fire “places” if they were burning so when I asked (even though I thought there might be) they were not burning so he didn’t have any. Over and over I learn something new every time I connect.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I keep learning new things.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
When I make mistakes my self confidence plummets.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet.

Yes, I did two 10 minute morning meditations this week.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

Yes I did try to connect with my friend’s dog Rosie who is now in spirit and used the Ho’oponopono Technique. Sadly, Rosie while out on a walk with my friend, broke loose and was involved in a vehicle accident. Unfortunately, she was unable to be saved.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I would like to celebrate that I have this accountability every week. Even when life and work are busy and crazy, this accountability is there for me to check in with myself.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

The challenge I had this week was that I let stress from working long hours and other emotions distract and overwhelm me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.

I tried but found it difficult to connect.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I did not because I did not have a chance to do so. I have been working 11 – 12 hour shifts this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Very little, just a few short moments practicing presence. Too much going on at work and at home.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Still trying to get Grisi to eat. She did not touch any food for 8 days now. With her baby I already lost the battle. He died Monday morning.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Although I am a bit frustrated at present because of the disaster with Grisi, I can still accept what is and play and be happy with the other animals.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I get from Grisi she is not yet ready to transition, but at the same time she refuses any type of food, I offer her.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I connected just a few minutes and posted my first impression.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Not really games, but I consciously use my intuition in various situations and then see, if the outcome is what I expected.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Several times including the group meditation in church on Sunday. I led my monthly group in meditation on our call Wednesday night and offered reiju to everyone. Some mornings I have enjoyed my quiet time with my first cup of coffee as I prepared for the day. Some nights I have attempted to pray or meditate to shift the energy when I was so concerned about upcoming move.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I might have, but I don’t remember for sure.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with my cats who understood/responded at least sometimes. I also did with the FAT, Rocco, and Chigusa Sansen’s dog, Mig. Rocco told me about himself and his life a little bit. Mig told me about her paw and what she’s been up to and asked for a massage. I also did with another cat who told me about himself and his life a little bit. I also did with another dog, but there wasn’t much conversation there. I think that was because the dog was in a car going somewhere and I was in my car going somewhere.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? When my cats understand and respond as well as when I’m accurate on communication with other animals.

Yes, and I posted the communication for Daniel L. to see it.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, and I posted the communication for Chigusa Sansen to see it.

      1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

5x 20-minute guided chakra clearing meditation, group akashic record meditation, square breaths during day as needed.

      2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE

Treatments for Raven-Raffaele and Lily-Grace for their allergies. Less intense talk with the other cats.

Again tried to learn why Rosalie the Lorelei is still afraid of me after almost 1-1/2 years (she runs a few feet when I’m putting food out for her) and why Clooney seems sad and taciturn.

      3. CELEBRATE

Instead of cries at windows, Shoshana has been sitting on the screened porch with Yossi. Maybe they’re becoming buddies?

      4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS

To rid the house of dust mites, need to wipe everything with white vinegar and maybe get a vacuum with a hepa filter.

      5. FAT COMMUNICATION

      Posted with Daniel L’s Rocco.

      6. INTUITION GAMES

5/10 odd-even correct guesses with die. Must try more often and other games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have spent less time with meditation this week and more time with prayer. I do not know how much time but atleast several hours. One of my cats also asked me to connect with my inner cat so I have spent some time, maby 1 hour in meditation with my inner cat, or grounding in my inner cat.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I have communicated with one of my cats. He said he thinks I am much more present than I have been in the past and that I am a better listener. He asked me for some healing as his back and neck was out of alignement after him climbing trees and running trough the fields and landing a bit harsh. I have also continued to communicate with a cat a communicated with last week. I told him how important it was for him to take some fluids he needs because he is in kidney failure. It helped, his person now managed to give him the fluids. I also have communicated with another cat doing a bodyscan on her and helping her adressing some issues she has and letting her person know what her cat thinks she needs to do to be more grounded.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I think it is so cool you can communicate with an animal across the world and have a meaningful and helpful communication!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I have some difficulties to not be affected by animals feelings and health if they have chanllenges.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, no time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, no time.
