–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!
Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).
Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I managed to sit in silence for a few minutes before falling asleep a couple of nights. Some nights all my body wants to do is lie down and recuperate from the day since I went back to work. It’s getting re-acclimated to a pretty physically demanding job. I’m hoping I will begin to adjust and not be so tired so I can stay awake for meditation again.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I’m telling all my fur family what’s going on with my new schedule. Not sure they’re understanding, or if they are, they’re just missing me while I’m gone. They’re very expressive when I get home, like they’re really glad to see me!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I spent 1 hour meditating this week. I did gratitude meditation x 2 and a relaxation meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Yes I did. There was a man I never saw before walking his dog a few blocks away from my house. I asked the dog if he was enjoying his walk. He explained to me that he was as it was only way he gets to connect with his per parent (Mark). The dog said Mark hardly leaves the house so a walk was a special time. I asked if he wanted me to give Mark any message but the dog said – “Not really, he won’t change, but that’s ok. I said hello to the man, introduced myself and asked him what his name was. He replied that his name was Mark.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I am on this journey filled with excitement and curiosity.

6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?I used animal cards. I picked a card, guessed it was a tiger but it was a lion.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, doing 20 minutes guided gratitude meditation during lunch break
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
In one of the toilet cubicles at work, I was greeted by a bee. Although I am highly allergic to insect bites, I greeted her and she sat on my arm and later moved to my leg before taking off again flying around the cubicle. I told her she’d better get out by the open window, because most people coming to this place were afraid of her and would probably try to kill her. She flew another round along the walls and then around my head. Then she headed straight for the open window and left.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I met this peaceful, beautiful bee, provided g once again that most animals don’t want to harm people.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
This year, we have a heavy infestation of mosquitos in Cyprus. Although I tried several times to talk to them, they are extremely aggressive. Thus, the only way for me to deal with them is to kill as many as I can.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I only quickly asked Lucy how she was doing when I saw her photo. She said “fine but getting heavy. I still like to run, but it is getting more difficult. Looking forward to having the foal out”.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No games.

Maby 20 min per day.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Only with my own cats. The appartement above mine has been renovated this week and there has been a lot of very loud noises coming from that appartement. At times it felt like the roof was going to fall down on all of us. At first my cats was terrifyed and for a short moment I was thinking that they will never come back to their old self again. But I decided to make this a power moment so I managed to communicate with them about what was going on and that they where safe even if there was all this noice going on. I sent them calming energy and reassurance and then we all ended up in deep meditation together. My cat Lion heart was most afraid but after our deep meditation in the midst of the sounds he was more calm than he was before the noices started. My other cat fell aslepp. Thank you God for animal communication!3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Just so grateful that I am on this journey and know how to do it to the extent that I can help my own animals when they need it.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Can not think about something special right now.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, I have already done so several times before.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did at least once by thanking and asking the Universe for things and again by thanking and/or asking the Universe for things. The second one was very peaceful as there were birds around chirping and I saw at lest one of them. The sun was also shining. I’m not sure how long the meditations were.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did with my cats. Sometimes they understood, but I’m not sure that Hawkeye always understood. Maybe he did though. I also did with birds who I sensed were happy and chatting with each other and also chirping from happiness about the lovely day. I also did with the FAT, Spohie, and Claire D.’s Noni.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Being able to sense their feelings, too.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Why does Hawkeye wake me up earlier in the morning than he used to?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. She told me about things she likes and a little about her home. I posted for Klaudia to see the conversation.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did. Claire D.’s dog, Noni, told me about things she likes. I also got senses about what she’s likes. I posted the conversation for Claire D. to see it.

1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
Hollow Body–but without listening to the guided meditation, it went too fast when I tried it. Sometimes the clear fizziness turned to violet (instead of cobalt as happened last week).
Listened to James Finley on Meister Eckhard’s meditation and sampled that.
2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE
I tried to tell Raven and Janie-Kate about getting into the carriers and traveling to the vet for distemper shots, so they could be safe lounging on the screened porch. Raven, as usual, went into a carrier with no problem; Janie-Kate, as usual, put up a fuss by adhering like velcro to the lowest level of the cat tower. But then the visit went fine, and Janie-Kate showed there were no harsh feelings on her part by asking for a belly rub as soon as we got home.
3. CELEBRATE
Most mornings this week, there was only one turd on the bathroom floor–probably Julie-Belle’s. And Lily-Grace has mostly peed in the boxes rather than on the floor. After we connect mentally, she’s eager to be physically closer to me.
4. CHALLENGES< QUESTIONS
A few weeks ago, there were more birds than usual around the house. They may have flown in from further south and seemed to be checking for the bird feeders on the front porch and back patio. I’m sorry to disappoint them, but the feeders aren’t up. The mourning doves, who cling in groups of up to six, pulled one of the feeders out of the ceiling. They’re greedy, messy eaters and then they “whitewash” the porch, patio, and driveway. The quality Kaytee fruit and nut seed is expensive, and they eat so much so fast. I don’t know how to communicate that all birds are welcome except them. I’m not planning to feed them elsewhere as the rat matriarch and her family were accommodated.
5. FAT COMMUNICATION
Will post about Klaudia S’s Sophie.
6. INTUITIVE GAMES
Cut short the dice throw game a few times after getting initial throws/drops wrong.
Need to find and make time for the Duke U-type parapsychology deck.
