–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!
Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).
Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
Much love, Barb & Val

Short sessions during the day.

I told Grisi that she is now free to go out again. She answered that she is not interested any more. She actually likes staying in my bedroom and taking care of the 2 rescue kittens. I informed her that she has to go to the kennel, if she wants to be an indoor cat. Her answer: no, I want to stay here with the kittens. Me: but the kittens will go to the kennel, when they are old enough and big enough that they can’t slip through the fence any more. Grisi: at that time I will reconsider, but for now I stay here.
A few days ago I found poop on my bed. As Puma was the last one who had moved to the bedroom, I thought it was him and locked him up in his big cage for the next day. But when I came home, there was poop again on my bed in the same spot. This time it was for sure Zoe. So I let Puma out again and talked to both kittens together, telling them that they will go together in the cage, if I ever find poop again on my bed or if they destroy anything in the bedroom. Didn’t find any more the last few days.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Wuschel (Grisi’s sister) finally stopped trying to find a new place for her baby and settled for the box under the kitchen table. And she lets me pick up the baby and treat his infected eye, although she gets pretty nervous, because he is screaming like I want to kill him.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I spent approximately 2 hours meditating. I did a Morning Meditation 3 times and Val’s Expanded Awareness Meditation twice.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I communicated with a very huge spider who was hanging out on the dashboard of my car which was quite interesting. I was off to work at about 11 pm and there was stormy weather at the time. I got in my car and there he was. I explained that I could move him somewhere warm and safe (out of my car). I went back inside my house to get a “spider jar” so I could move him and I could be on my way to work. He disappeared and was nowhere in sight so I had no idea where in my car he was but I had to leave anyway or I would have been late to work. After driving a short distance there he was… back in my dashboard coming towards me. I asked if he had anything he wanted to tell me and he said laughed at me and said “You can’t make me leave”. I pulled over and found a dry place which was out of the storm. I told him I was sorry but he did have to go elsewhere. I explained we both could get hurt if he came too close to me while I was driving. I gently removed him from my car but felt bad so I used the H’oponopono forgiveness process.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I got to witness and experience my dog Chino ( in spirit) being a “spiritual therapy dog”.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was putting words to my thoughts and feelings during the live Q&A call to provide feedback to Val and my fellow students.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Chino and asked him to bring up and communicate a few things that we experienced together. I didn’t post it in the forum so I could see what conversations were already taking place.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I used a deck of animal cards and this time I just closed my eyes and picked a card, put it face down without looking at it until later. I kept seeing a white horse in my mind all day. When I looked st the card later, and saw that it was a horse. He wasn’t white but still and all, it was a horse.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am participating in a 15 day intensive with Susann Taylor Shier titled “Master Your Intuitive Connection” which involves lots of meditations. There are a series of calls with email on days without calls. The emails include assignments.
I am still in the middle of a mess from the move. I still do not have a land line – Comcast seems unable to port my phone number. And I have spent hours trying to get everything set up with Comcast as well as trying to get unpacked and settled into smaller space. I just have not had time for AC meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Not this week – see reply to question 1.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
The new apartment is so much better energetically that I expect to be much better able to do meditations and AC and other things in this new and so much Lighter apartment. Even walking around boxes and unable to find things still packed, it feels ever so much better.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet – I look forward to meeting her. I had to leave the call early due to a conflict.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No,there just has not been any time for games this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? I have been meditating a little when I go to bed at night and again upon rising. Also I find myself meditating in short spurts throughout the day. Even going back to my walking meditations like I used to, although have not done much walking lately due to both dogs having injuries.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Seems like more communication with my own dogs and others spontaneously more like it used to be. For instance, my neighbor just came back from being abroad for 3 weeks. I came home from work and saw her cat outside and going into her neighbors yard. I knocked on her door and said “first, welcome back, and second, are you now letting Winston out roaming the neighborhood?” She said no, she was not. She put him in the back yard for a minute and he disappeared. I told her where he was and she called him. He came but would not go to her, he came to be and I picked him up. When she got close to take him,he wiggled and tried to get free. He told me, she smells funny and he didn’t want to be near that. She did get sick and developed shingles while she was gone…don’t know if that was it or not. But p oint being, he talked to me without me instigating it, or going grounding, etc. Yea!3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I guess what I posted above, about the spontaneously connecting.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? This has been a very busy week for me, both with dealing with dog injuries and getting ready for company this weekend. Actually company, my daughter is coming – haven’t seen her since Christmas and she has NEVER come to see me since I moved down here to VA. She is taking time off work and leaving the family behind and coming to spend some quality time with me and then she and I are going away together for the weekend.. so clean house and dogs here, then pack and get things ready to be gone for a few days. So busy busy busy.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened?
Well I tried. I think I did. But didn’t post it because there was really nothing to post. I could relate my impressions of him, but he was sort of in a dither, rushing and finally said this was not a good time to talk, he was very busy, something very big was happening so I said I would try again later.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened?
NO. sorry, there just was no time.Kathy

Only twice this week, so busy with the baby.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, with Lucy daily about what we are doing to get the baby from the pasture to the barn. She is being halter trained because she runs all over and is hard to corral. I explained that if she needed to go to the vet it’s easier for her if she’s able to lead.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
My relationship with Lucy and the baby. Having their trust is a precious gift. Lucy is very protective and doesn’t want anyone to be near the baby except me. It’s a great honor.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I thanked the Universe for things and asked the Universe for things, but I’m not sure if that time was considered meditating. I’m not sure how long I did that. Chino invited me to meditate and I meditated with him though for a little bit. I got “crystal clear water” and something else, but I don’t remember what it was while meditating with him. I posted it in my post for Jo. Anyway, when I started meditating with Chino, it seemed like he was entering my body by me breathing him in. Maybe I was imagining that.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with my cats. They understood at least some. I also did with Chino and Daniel L’s Buddy and Kali. Chino told me about a ritual he had for eating and some other things about life as Chino the dog. Buddy and Kali gave me the idea to talk to both of them together and I did-or tried to anyway. They told me things about themselves and their life.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Being able to talk to two animals from the same household and go back and forth and not look a lot at the picture of one (since I would have had to leave the post I had started writing on the other’s picture). Hopefully I did well on the communications!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted about it above and also posted for Jo to see the communication.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, and I posted about it above and for Daniel L. to see the communications.

MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES 6/8 QA call group meditation; daily 20-minute guided chakra clearing meditation.
INTENTION TO CONNECT AND COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL Failed to connect and communicate with Shoshana.
CELEBRATE Nothing.
CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS In reply to an email with a timeline of Shoshana’s May visit and subsequent decline, the vet who administered the test for the feline leuk vaccine and vaccine telephoned his sympathy (in addition to the sympathy card from the clinic) and asked several times how I was, how the other cats were, and what he could do. I told him the symptoms Shoshana conveyed to Val Heart, an animal communicator. He thought if the vaccine caused them, they likely would have appeared in the days following the vaccination. However, reactions aren’t predictable, and he’s so sorry.
FAT COMMUNICATION Posted with Jo B’s Chino.
INTUITION GAME 6/10 odd-even correct guesses with die cube.
