–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 10 minutes with headspace
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connected with the FAT. It was easy to connect and with just looking at Ruby, I felt hype and restless and ready to do something. lol
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Should the pet owner send us an up-to-date picture for us to achieve a better result? I know it would help me to see under what condition the animal is.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with Ruby but did not put it on the forum. She seems a high energetic dog, happy, needs a lot of stimuli, loves where she is, loves walks and playing. Loves her people. This is what a sensed so far.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? This is the hardest for me to do. No improvement to guess the colors of the balls.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Trying to keep high awareness levels throughout the day. I think I am improving on that, although I am pretty tired lately.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I am constantly talking to my furry family. Unfortunately they don’t always follow my pleads. Like when I ask them to stop fighting and bullying weaker cats they usually disregard me until I threaten them. But 2 days ago I was really impressed. One of them jumped up on the kitchen table, right onto a plate. The plate fell down and we had pieces spread all over the kitchen. I yelled at them to get out to the kennel and wait until I tell them I am ready cleaning. Within seconds the room was empty and stayed empty until all splinters were removed.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I still survive the hooligans in my bathroom / bedroom. End of next week mommy will get the stiches removed and then the whole family will move into the kennel. Then I will be finally able to sleep through the night again without any of them jumping on my head, legs, arms or any other parts of my body or trying to carry away some of my hair and getting angry that it won’t come off my head.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Every now and then I try colour guessing games, but I can’t see any improvement.

. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Sticking with the silent meditation at night before sleep. Still focusing on that elusive hour mark. I would really like to have success with that before I do anything else.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I had a wonderful lazer session with Val this week. I asked her to talk to my dogs and cats about a friend’s little dog that could possibly be spending a month with us while his mom goes on vacation. I want everyone involved to be on board with this, or it won’t happen. She first spoke with the little visitor (name is Oso), and found out that he didn’t care much for being on a plane because it frightened him and hurt his ears. Val explained to him what was going on and how he could yawn to get his ears back to normal. He was glad to get that information, but even then chose the other option of staying at our house. I was feeling tightness in my solar plexus as she talked to him, and Val said that wasn’t mine, I was getting that from Oso while he was telling us about how he felt being on the plane. So I was tapped in with him without even realizing it. My dogs had some concerns, but after we explained that I have enough love for everyone (adopting the “more is better” feeling and opening my heart more), Val said everyone was on board. She also reminded me that it’s up to me to maintain that vibe since they all pick energy up from me.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I really enjoyed learning from Val by listening to how she handled the conversation with everyone that will be involved in this month-long “sleep-over”. I have so much to learn!!
I would also like to celebrate that I had a little bit of time to devote to the beginning A/C course again this week.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Again, I have so much to learn!!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No time.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time.

• 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I had a couple of long morning meditations sessions about 30 to 45 min. The other times have been just a few minutes here and there. I feel, since Novia was healing from her raccoon incident and now KoKo, one would think I would be kicking ass in the animal communication department, but I feel I have slipped by thousands of feet. Shit! My head is spinning with so much stuff, I can’t even think straight. I KNOW meditation will help and yet everything in my outer world is consuming me. I don’t know….I am crazy.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have been trying to connect with KoKo and am just totally dumbfounded as to what to do. I have been talking to Izzy and reassuring her that I have enough love to give her and all the other kitties as well as KoKo. She is very slowly warming up – somewhat. I had a talk with a facebook friends cat with liver failure. I posted about some of it on the Animal Facebook page.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? No celebrations! I am really mad and frustrated with myself .
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I can’t understand KoKo.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No not as of yet. I have had past communications with Ruby and I hope to get in a conversation or 2 this coming week with him. I had some great communications with Tiger. I was happy I got some cool visuals with our last talk.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I have not been in a good or fun place to play games. Did have some love shares with more animals from the vet office.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week?
Not much. Still having trouble finding a quiet time without being disturbed. Think I am relegated to just doing lots of min or two meditations throughout the day.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I don’t remember that I did. The other night I tried to just mentally talk with my own dogs but didn’t get anything from them. They are either completely ignoring me, or think I must be totally dense to not hear them. Oh, but they do let me know when they want something, go outside, want a treat , want dinner. Or when I need to come to the door, we disconnected the doorbell and yes they bark, but when it is a friend they come get me and tell me to open the door.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Don’t know that I am learning how to communicate with animals, but am learning how to appreciate life and everything in it.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I need to make the cat across the street stop coming into our back yard. When I first got into this course and was pretty good at it, I talked to the cat and asked him to not come into my yard as it was dangerous for him and he stayed out for a year. But now he comes over all the time and I am afraid that sometime the dogs might get him. But also I am very upset with him right now as we have a bevy of doves that practically live in our backyard, I feed them and they are so peaceful. The other morning when I went outside I found a pile of feathers. Really upset me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Only for a minute. I just looked at him and got that he is full of energy and happiness. A fun guy.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened?
I did the marbles a couple times. wonder of wonders, I was 100% with them. !

Manuela – glad you are enjoying connecting with our FAT which is great practice. If you are having difficulty with a particular intuition game, try one of the others as some are more aligned with our own unique gifts than others. Start with the ones that are easier for you first and grow you ‘muscles’.
Klaudia – Sounds like you have had your hands full recently and are ready for some easy quiet calm time for Klaudia. Remember to be gentle with yourself. I’m celebrating your progresses even when you can’t see them.
Patty – I’m curious, why is the one hour mark for meditation a goal for you? How will this help you? No judgement, just curiosity. Great opening to Oso and your crew. Yes, our animals do pick up on us and our vibe. I bit ago I felt very stressed and my Rumery kitty came in to check on me and instigated a game of fetch to help me calm down and realign. He’s near by now to be sure I continue to calm.
Pam – GENTLE, be gentle with yourself. Yes, I need to remember that as well. Neither you nor I are crazy, we just get a bit overwhelmed with things which can make us frustrated and angry and make calming gentle more challenging. What can we do/create as a gentle reminder when we need and want to realign ourselves?
Kathy – Pretty cool, you have live doorbell dogs. Appreciating life is one of the lessons our animals are here to help us learn. Great job with the marbles!
Gina – You are converting your lemons into lemonade. Delighted you and your animals are working together on this.
Remember to post your insights from connecting with our FAT Ruby in that discussion so we can all learn together. Rudy is anxious to assist us in our growth and uplift us. Both Ruby and Rumery kitty wanted to be sure you knew that. Me too.

Hi Barb,
I got the idea for the hour of silent meditation from Kyle Cease. He meditates for at least 2 hours a day, not all at one time always. At one of his events he asked everyone to try starting out with an hour. He suggested setting an alarm an hour earlier than normal in the mornings and using that hour to just “sit in silence” and see what comes up. I tried that a couple of mornings, and when the alarm went off, I was not feeling like meditation. So I decided to try it at night. That’s where the hour target comes from. I would like to be able to get there to see what comes up during the hour. Just to see what it feels like to sit in silence for that long. It’s just a personal goal that I would like to achieve. I’m not sure how it will help me, or even if it will. Just trying different things. Your kitty sounds so sweet, keeping tabs on you. 🙂

Thanks, Patty. That makes a lot of sense to me. Sometimes the sitting longer is tough to get to and there are great insights when happens. I do longer sessions not quite once a week but not as a daily practice, those are shorter. And have their own insights.
Rumery must of heard your message because as soon as I opened this discussion to read it, he came in running and hopped up to help be read it. Well that and it is lunch time. 😉

If you haven’t listened to Kyle yet, I highly recommend him. He used to be a stand-up comedian until he got the calling to bring his transformational insights to the world, so he’s kind of a funny Wayne Dyer. https://kylecease.com He sends out free videos from time to time which are quite insightful. Yesterday he sent one out about how we set ourselves up for undesirable results just by always trying to get somewhere else. So true. I’m sure it’s on YouTube also. He has lots of videos there.
Give Rumery a big hug for me. He sounds like a cool little guy to have around.
