Hi! I’m new here and have a question about the monthly calls from prior months. Do we have the permissions from the animals and their humans to communicate with them if I’m watching coaching calls from prior months? Can I follow along the communications exercises when I watch a call replay say, from last year? Thank you!

great question, and I’m really glad you asked.
Yes, you absolutely have permission to communicate with the animals featured in the monthly coaching calls, even when you are watching replays from prior months or years. The animals were chosen by Val because they are open and willing to communicate with our students, and their humans have also given permission for students to connect with them.
You are very welcome to follow along with the communication exercises while watching the replays. Many students like to pause the video, do their own communication with the animal first, write down what they receive, and then continue the video to see what Val and the students received. It’s a really great way to practice and build confidence.
