Platinum Member1) I took some time to simply be present in nature. I blocked everything else out and focused on what I could feel, hear, sense, and see around me. It was very soothing and peaceful, and it gave me an opportunity to quiet my mind and just be present in the moment.
2) I connected with three animal clients this week—two cats and one dog. One of the dogs, Zeke, was experiencing anxiety after staying overnight at a kennel. When I asked if anything had happened while he was there, I got that there was a small dog who was screaming and terrified because she thought she was back at the pound. Her fear and distress seemed to be affecting and scaring some of the other dogs at the kennel as well. When Zeke came home, I got that he had carried some of the other dog’s anxiety back with him and was worried that he would have to return to the kennel. He started pulling the hair from his tail as a way of showing his mom that he did not want to go back. Even though he had stayed there before without any issues, this particular experience really scared him.
I also connected with a cat named Clawed Monet, who was upset that his family had not consulted with him, or at least communicated with him, that a newborn would be coming to live in the home. He viewed himself as the boss of the household and had started taking some of his anger and frustration out on his brother. After the session, his anger seemed to dissipate, and what came through more strongly was sadness and disappointment rather than anger. He also seemed more willing to coexist with the baby moving forward.
3) I am grateful that I finally got paid for a side job that I completed. My breakthrough came after receiving negative feedback from a session last week. I had been feeling discouraged afterward and wasn’t sure if I would be able to do a good job with my sessions this week. Before starting, I reviewed some of my notes, tips, and reminders, which helped me feel more grounded and confident. Once I began the sessions, everything flowed well, which was reassuring and helped me move past some of the doubt I had been feeling.
4) My new awareness this week is that I find sessions more challenging when clients don’t include any questions or specific things they would like me to ask or explore with their animal on the intake form. I have my own list of questions that I can use, but I feel like the sessions are more interesting and meaningful when there is some type of reason, concern, or direction to explore. I had one session this week where the guardian didn’t provide any questions, which made me a little nervous going into it. However, I ended up feeling like I had a strong connection with the cat, and she answered all of the questions I came up with on my own. It was a good reminder that I can still trust the connection and allow the session to unfold even when I’m not given much direction beforehand.
5) Yes, I connected with Beau and am currently just awaiting feedback from his guardian.
6) I have been practicing connecting intuitively more often with wildlife, specifically the squirrels in my backyard. I’ve been practicing sensing which nut they are going to choose from my hand, tuning into when there may be danger nearby, such as when the neighbor’s cat is in our yard, and sensing which squirrel is approaching since we have several different ones that visit, each with their own personality.

Bear (dog) from the practice page.
I’ve started doing one practice weekly, and trying to incorporate all the points Val guides us through (during the FAT practice), so it’s becoming more structured and easier.3. Celebration & Gratitude
What are you celebrating this week?
Share one thing you’re grateful for and one win, validation, or breakthrough.
I am very grateful that Blackie is doing better since Val’s sessions. Maybe he’s still processing the healing. I’m also grateful that we had a dry day today after a month of heavy rains, which throws up many challenges, especially with the dogs.4. Discovery of the Week
What NEW awareness, question, insight, validation, surprise, experiment, or breakthrough did you experience this week?
Val had recently asked for feedback about club experiences, and writing it out helped me remember the ways it has helped me evolve, and what I need to focus on.5. Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
Did you communicate with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher or another animal in the Practice Lab?
If not, what’s your plan for practicing this week?
No, I will do it during this week’s call.6. Intuition Development
What Intuition Development lesson or exercise did you practice this week?
What changed because you practiced?
I have been trying out some herbal teas and soups for immunity and healing, as we have been having issues due to the weather, so the lesson on “feel your food” has been useful. Next week I will go back to the pendulum classes. -

Platinum Member1️⃣ Meditation
I’ve been chanting as usual, but really focusing on Val’s meditation where you feel into your energy expanding.2️⃣ Animal Communication
No specific domestic animals this week.I’m focusing on feeling energy alongside the meditation practice. Sensing into spiders more successfully than birds this week – the week before it was the other way round. Also sensing into plants and trees alongside the meditaiton. I’m focusing on doing it through my heart and catching myself when I go into my head – come back down again. It’s practising the basics and is so useful for me.3️⃣ Celebration & Gratitude
Grateful to be finding stillness this week.4️⃣ Discovery of the Week
new awareness of how I’m always striving for the next thing and I think it is holding me back. I’m focusing on being me, as I am, with my abilities exactly where they are. It’s a habit to go back to striving, but I keep bringing myself back to practising rather than striving.5️⃣ Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
No I haven’t yet, although funnily enough I did tune in to Beau just before he came up as FAT. He seemed so ready to communicate and seemed to have been waiting – I did wonder if he was going to be the next FAT.6️⃣ Intuition Development
I’m practising daily feeling my energy field and expanding it – as per the meditation above. What changed because you practiced?

Platinum Member1. Meditation: a variety of my daily practice – instilling safety inside my body moving between sensations emotions of pain and sensations emotions of pleasure and shifting into neutrality and bliss while in nature, breath presence dance movement as added tools. tethering to my true ascended mind/ true self/high self/ multifaceted benevolent ancestry / clearing ancestral ick for all harm none/ uniting back into simple presence with this body this life this heart.
2. Animal Communication: fun feedback from my client Michelle about her cat Milo who I communicated with last week. She reported that last time she did yoga/workout, Milo did not get fiesty and “attack/bite” her but stayed by the door watching her. This had been an aspect of our communication, Milo relaxing by the door. Also, Milo had shown me an image of a small black blind dog in the neighborhood. She reported back that there was a small black dog that she wondered herself if he was blind. She asked her neighbor and yes, he is almost fully blind. So now to discern why Milo was showing us this dog. I had been asking him where he wanted to live (move with her son who is in college now or stay). He showed me a pool and this blind dog, both reported to be next door. But I think there is more to the story. I had some powerful connections with sandhill cranes and geese at a nearby wild sanctuary where i ride my bike. There were hundreds and hundreds of them. I did not record our conversation in words but my heart is imprinted. The swans today at smith lake told me that my understanding of why they haven’t flown south is incomplete. I wondered if/why they hadn’t flow south with the temperatures. They showed me their cell structure and how it will indicate that it is time, internally, food still available, and more importantly, they will sense what the temperature is where they are actually going. think bigger angela. also, they are relaxed and at peace now.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful for the crispness of Fall colors and temperature and the way the elements en-lighten me center me ground me to me. grateful for the daily beauty of living with such magnificent and gorgeous beings called cats.
4. Discovery: I discovered a deeper layer of letting go inside trying to make things fixed or corrected or perfect and letting myself relax. my animals plus wild animals notice and appreciate when my vibe is less erratic inside. and this mirror brightens my day.
5. FAT: not yet; live on call this saturday. what a cutie with precious ears and open heart. will be fun.
6. Intuition: I listen and I take aligned action/inaction. share when appropriate. feels good.Linus reported back, that the “warning” I had given him regarding a drive/trip he was taking. I said don’t be afraid just be aware as I wasn’t sure what the alert was exactly, just to be alert. He said he was grateful for my psychic info b/c in fact his truck broke down and he would have been stranded without camping gear.
