My name is Heather BUndschuh. I currently live in Calgary, Alberta. Originally from British Columbia in the Kootenays (Southern Eastern of the province). I grew up on a farm, the animals that we had were best friends to me and had connections with them. From a young age I knew I was different from class mates in school. I sensed spirits and the energy all around me, was always called so sensitive/weird/odd, etc.
As I grew up I was (by divine intervention), went into Veterinary medicine and trained as a Veterinary Technologist, and have been one for over 26 years..on the side have done a variety of Reiki classes, other energy healing techniques, meduimship and psychic training and for awhile did put into practice these training’s.
I know from deep in my soul, this training and experience is what I am meant to do.
I am looking forward to learning and being open to all that you offer! -

Growing up on a farm with animals as your best friends, sensing spirits and energy from such a young age, then being led into veterinary medicine for more than 26 years… wow. You have gathered quite a collection of experiences, skills, and perspectives along the way.
And this especially jumped out at me:

One of the things I’m most looking forward to in working with you through the Apprenticeship is helping you bring all of those pieces together—your veterinary background, your sensitivity, your intuitive abilities, your healing training, and especially your lifelong connection with animals.
You do not need to leave any of those parts of yourself at the door here. Bring them ALL. We’ll investigate, practice, refine, question, experiment, and discover what becomes possible when everything begins working together.
And as someone who was called sensitive, weird, odd, etc. growing up… you’ve definitely found a community where that résumé will not alarm anybody. 😂 In fact, around here it may qualify you for extra credit.
I’m so glad you’re here, Heather, and I’m really looking forward to seeing where this journey takes you.
