High Level 12D Energy Hygiene Practices for Communicators and Healers

Normally in our Heart Wisdom Masterclasses, I focus on teaching about important animal, healing, intuition development, and communication topics.

This class was different because not only did students learn advanced healing techniques they immediately put to good use, it was  also their opportunity to receive 12D Soul and body, healing, plus spirit repair work.

Do you find yourself feeling fatigued, weak, depressed, lethargic?

Here’s the thing:

When you connect with other beings, especially as an empath, healer, communicator, or a highly sensitive person, then you can open yourself to negative energy attacks that will then drain your soul and vitality.

Just like some guides won’t take you where you want to go, not all spirit guides have your best interests at heart either.

Some are quite nasty and will take you down a bad dark path, and some are mostly indifferent to your needs because they are just doing their own thing. 😉

You have to learn how to discern if your spirit guides are good, high level love and light beings that are in alignment with you, and they are helping you for the highest best good, or not.

This is one of the hidden subtle reasons why that can happen, but your doctor won’t be able to help you.

As big hearted, loving people who care about animals and want to do good in the world, we are often attacked by the dark side.

If you don’t clear the dark energies out of your field, and learn how to shield and empower yourself properly, then you can wind up sick and broken, weak and depressed.

Examples of dark energy attacks can include curses, hexes, spells from witchcraft, voodoo, sorcery, black magic, and the like.

These practices are prevalent in many areas of the world, and can literally come from anywhere when you least expect them.

My intention isn’t to scare you, it’s to empower you.

Curses are nasty and insidious, ranging from ill wishing to casting a specific spell on an individual or a family or group.

Some take effect immediately, and some are on what I think of as timers. They activate when certain things or events happen in your life.

How can you tell if you might have one (or more)?

You may have curses if things never seem to go right, in spite of your best intentions and efforts.

Homes and vehicles can be cursed too.

So, if things break constantly?

Pay attention.

That’s a sign.

Time to clear it.

If your bank account drains like water flowing through a sieve… and you cannot hold onto money or your financial dealings always seem to go bad, or never pan out the way you’d hoped.

If you or your animals are frequently sick…

Could be a curse at work undermining your health and well being.

It can feel like having dark heavy clouds over your head all the time.

You can easily sink into depression, anxiety, overwhelm, and wonder if you’ll ever find your way out, life feels bleak and hopeless.

I’ve been there and done that, and almost committed suicide because of it when I was an unaware teenager.

I don’t want that happening to you.

Whether you believe me or not, I invite you to give me the benefit of the doubt.
