To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. I’ve done the Stress Busting meditation several times (this has been a stressful week), the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation and the 12D Healing meditation, which is becoming my personal favorite.

      2. I communicated with Goofy, a horse in spirit. Goofy was my first horse as an adult and I officially owned him for the last thirty-six of his forty-two years. When I went through a terrible financial patch in my life, I had to find another caretaker for him, and I found the most wonderful woman who loved and treated him like he was her own but let me maintain a connection with and ownership of him. Goofy had been my longest adult relationship and he transitioned a few days ago.

The last time I’d seen him six months ago, I’m pretty sure he had dementia. His silly personality that led to the name Goofy was gone and he seemed desperate, like he was hungry all the time and couldn’t get enough food to quench the hunger, even though he maintained his weight and was fed extremely well. He didn’t know me or have any interest in interacting with me (and this was a horse who LOVED most people). It broke my heart. I didn’t know if he was angry with me for leaving him or if it was simply that his mind, along with his sight and hearing, was going.

Given all that, I was hesitant to reach out to him, but I did anyway, and there was so much love from him! I did Ho’oponopono to him and he forgave me for everything. We had the most wonderful reunion. He was silly, funny, and like the horse I knew so well. I cried through the whole thing. His role in my life was to be a teacher and a guide and he still wants to do that. It was lovely. We’re definitely going to be talking a lot more.

I discovered that animals are a lot more forgiving than people can be.

      3. I’m grateful for Goofy and everything he taught me about horses, love, and life over the years. He encouraged me not to be afraid, both while he was in his body and now. I’m thankful that I now have the knowledge to connect with him and that his true spirit is still intact.

      4. I discovered that Goofy was with all his friends from the time he and I were living together. That felt wonderful, to learn that my little herd was reunited. They were all so happy together in this realm! I’m looking forward to reaching out to all of them.

      5. I haven’t talked with Missy yet this week. I spoke to her last week during the live call, but haven’t had time to post it to the forum. She and I have a connection and I love her dearly.

      6. I’m still practicing how to discern the time of day without looking at a clock. When I wake up at night or first thing in the morning, I’m almost never wrong about what time it is, but during the day, my mind is often cluttered with work and other things, so I’m frequently wrong. This tells me my intuition is on target, but I need to find ways to focus in on it throughout the day. I’m going to up my meditation game.

So sorry for your loss Elizabeth…..and how wonderful that you have been able (and can continue to) connect with him. Ho’oponopono is truly a very powerful technique, especially the way Val suggests we say it for animals. Love and blessings.

      1. Meditations?
Heart wisdom love meditation, using affirmation phrases to clear mind, relaxing meditation music. I wasn’t able to meditate much the last week because I spent 6 days without air conditioning in TX heat so that was rough. Good golly did I get cranky at times. I got to see just how vital meditation is to us, especially during stressful times. That was when I should have meditated the most. It teaches me that I need to press past the physical pressures that prevent me from meditating and meditate! I bet I would have been less cranky had I done that. 😅

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
A friend’s cat. I learned that he is afraid of storms, and he let me know that one was about to start because he hid behind a gigantic life-sized teddy bear. His momma later confirmed that he does that when storms come in. He showed me how he makes biscuits, then wrapped his paws around my arm and gave me a love bite. It startled me at first because I didn’t know if he was trying to bite or what, but he did it ever so gently and when I asked him about it, I felt love from his eyes and knew he meant it as a loving sign to me. Later I looked it up and sure enough, cats apparently will sometimes give love bites when they want to show you love. AW!!! I felt so honored that he was showing love to me. 😄 🥰

I also talked to several critters in the backyard, some baby birds, and my pups. There is usually a snake who hides in a rosemary bush in my backyard, so I warned him to move because I was having an A/C installed and the tech needed to get in that space. I didn’t want any snakes or people to get hurt so the day before, I asked them to be sure to leave before morning so they could live. I don’t know if any were in there but the next day, they weren’t there, and the tech was able to do what he needed to do. I did the same for any critters in the attic. We had signs there may be critters (either rats or squirrels) up there so I asked them to leave and not stay in the house anymore or they may die if the tech encounters them during the install or if I am forced to call pest control then they’d be forced to leave. I would rather try communicating to get them to leave. (If I am unsuccessful convincing them to leave, I will find one who traps and releases but prefer not bringing that stress to their lives). I tried Val’s tips from the pest class, hoping that will get them to leave. Not sure if any were up there when I asked them to leave but none were present when the tech did his work. I need to figure a way to get them to stay out. May need to listen to the pest class again.

      3. Grateful for?
I am very grateful for how AC is becoming easier and clearer the more I do it. I really notice more now how the communications come from the heart (the place where love resides, not the organ) and not the mind. Now when I communicate with animals and listen for their messages/responses from that heart-love space, it flows more freely. I don’t just meditate to reach that place, but I go there to send and receive messages/responses from animals. Basically, bringing the meditation to life, sending/receiving messages from a place of love and not thought. As Val teaches us, drop out of the mind and drop into the heart and the communication will come from that heart-love space. I am now experiencing that in my ACs! AND, I am super grateful to have air conditioning again!

      4. Questions/discoveries?
I learned that being cranky all those days just because I was “inconvenienced” from no air conditioning, I wasted valuable time and energy. I knew it would get resolved so why I let things like that upset me, I don’t know. In the moment, it is hard to imagine a better time. But, if I can’t imagine a better outcome for myself, how can I truly do that for animals? I learned that I need to be able to do that for myself and if I can master that, I could be unstoppable in giving those positive outcome messages to animals in need. I need to stay positive, hopeful, loving, and calm in stressful situations no matter what. Will work on that. 🙂

      5. FAT communication?
I was not able to this week. So far, just once this month but I really do want to talk to her again before the end of the month. Maybe she can give me some wise guidance on how to stay in a place of peace and calm during stressful moments. Her last message to me was amazing. I need some more of her wisdom. ❤️

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
Still sticking to the talk to every animal you meet exercise. Also, still focusing on sounds and dream recall. Trying to get the clairaudience and clairvoyance honed.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation, The Great invocation, special full moon meditation, Heart wisdom love meditation.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I could not go back to the ATH but spoke to another dog, and awaiting feedback. I also sent a message and healing light to a dog who I could hear yelping in the village below….there was no way of knowing the cause or an owner (possible) but in a couple of days it stopped. It was a confirmation that messages can be sent even without seeing the subject.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am grateful that I am keeping better now.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I wonder if “walk ons” that I’ve read about actually happens, and will post this question for the next call.

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, and will post today after another session.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
This week I’ve focused on speaking with every animal you meet…included a few Himalayan Jays and a couple of pigeons who nest on our roof. It’s been one sided, but I am affirming that they have heard me!

      1. Which meditations did you do

Stress busting several times Prayer to the universe to help resolve, not an animal, situation. Quieten the mind numerous times.

      2. What is the name of the being you practised communicating with

A Whale. Asked how we humans can help the whales. Reply: Tell the world about us. We cannot fight those that are against us alone. Message for me. My time is near. You are ready to step forward. You have enough knowledge, ability. We and all animals are waiting for you. Thanked the whale and apologised on behalf of the human race and sometimes I am ashamed of humans behaviour. It will change but will take time. It will happen. We will all be loved and safe………….
My thought: I need to believe in myself

As always, where possible, speak to any animal, be it an insect, cat or dog that I pass, even though don’t expect a reply or gesture but grateful when they do acknowledge my presence

      3. What are you grateful for this week

The lovely and mostly accurate feedback received in regards to my communication with Missy the Jul FAT, especially the ball suggestion

Always grateful to any animal that passes my path and stops for a greeting

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

What is the best way to inform a guardian that their actions/behaviour, that has been witness by another person or an animal has informed an animal communicator of the inappropriate/harmful behaviour without doing further harm to the animal and without causing friction between the guardian and animal communicator plus keeping the communicator’s credibility

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

      Not this week

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

Getting used to guessing the time without referring to a clock, sometimes in conjunction with observing the elements, the feel of the time of the day/evening and the sky

Discovery – how much better things are if I let stuff go and be.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I did on the call. I was fairly accurate. I got about cherries. I Hope her person offers her cherries !

1.Quiet the mind, Stillness- music to help with meditations by Dean Evenson. I meditate to sit still and let my thoughts drift by. I also detach at the end of the day or if something triggers me.
2.Talked to a fly and it let me help to put it out side. Today another fly landed on me several times. I said I will leave the door wide open and he can just fly outside which he did.
      3. I am grateful for Val’s lessons and Jades help with technology. I am also thankful for the messages I get from Layla’s actions and the universe for helping me achieve my goals.
      4. When dogs (or other animals for that matter)go to sleep for the night, do they go to a higher plane or Astro travel?
      5. Not this week. My internet was in and out. After the big storm, lots of water causes trouble with the underground cable internet.
6.Went over 5 simple steps to developing intuition. I am going to post this on my bulletin board. I am using my senses again, newly cut hay, growing corn, the earth after the rain, smells on the wind. I love to try and identify the different sounds on my walks. I love to feel the evening breeze on my skin promising better things tomorrow.

      1. Meditations: Heart Wisdom, breathing, soothing music

      2. Who did I talk with: Missy, this month’s FAT. I posted our conversation, but the main ideas were she is gentle, enjoys walking, enjoys being brushed, is eager to help, and loves her mom so much. Her message to me is that it is important to not always be doing but just to be.

      3. Gratitude: I am so grateful for the week-long RV trip we took with all three cats. They all got along well and the younger girls took right to the RV. We had no negative experiences or reactions. Also, I loved the feeling of so much love that I got from Missy when talking about her mom. It was powerful.

      4. Discoveries: I am often practicing AC skills and communicating without even realizing it. I like how it is becoming ingrained into my life despite my avoidance of practicing.

      5. FAT: I did speak with Missy as noted in #2 above.

      6. Intuition Exercises: As with last week, I continue to find that if I just sit calmly with Lexi and talk about why we are doing her meds, she is easier to pick up – especially when she has been running away from me. It’s like we both need a short time-out together so we are not just reacting. I am glad I thought of doing this. Also, I listened to the recording of the Gold Member call and did exercises along with it.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting. I haven’t done any solo silent meditation but followed along a guided meditation. I did two days of lots of chanting which felt great.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tuned in to Rose on the masterclass and Stupsi. I didn’t manage to follow everything that Val got but I did get similar impressions on some things. I definitely got that Stupsi wanted us to back off and keep our distance at the beginning. I also go that Rose wanted to make friend with the neighbour.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I really enjoyed the masterclass. I felt that I could be useful and help hold the space for animals who needed help even if I couldn’t do the detailed work that Val does. It felt great to support these animals.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I would like to know if there is a way to make the images I get less as though I’m looking through tracing paper. Perhaps that’s the way it is. When I get a knowing, it feels much clearer.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t communicate with Missy again but I did get really helpful feedback – so I’m looking forward to building on that and tuning in again.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising listening while I’m going about my daily life.. Trying to be aware of my thoughts and quiet them, and listen to other things.

o 1. Which meditations did you do?
o The Heart meditation, the stress busting & quick connect meditation and the extended awareness meditation.
      o 2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
Ranger the dog – more clairaudience/claircognizance, with a little clairvoyance and clairsentience. I tried to help him a little with separation anxiety, when he told me he worried that he couldn’t protect Amy when he wasn’t with her. I’ve not had feedback yet, so unsure about accuracy.
Rose – I tried to connect with Rose with Val on a call, but couldn’t get much. Maybe I was more focussed on listening to that conversation.
Stupsi – I connected with Stupsi on the call with Val, but only through Clairsentience this time. I got a horrible taste in my mouth and I felt very sleepy and heavy-headed. I wonder if my Clairsentience kicked in primarily because I was listening to the conversation at the same time.
      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Being able to watch and learn from Val whilst she communicated with animals to solve problems.
All the animal teachers and their people, who are allowing us to practice with them.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
How you receive messages can vary depending on your current situation – one to be further explored.
Helping to resolve animal problems is very similar to an approach I use to support the children with social, emotional, mental and behavioural problems at school.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Not this week, as I’m on holiday and not had much time.
      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I practiced with cards again. This time I gave 10 cards to my husband to hold up whilst I tried to intuit the colour. The first 3 I was wrong on, so I switched and put them in a pile in front of me and one by one put my hand on them, connected in with them and tried again. This time I got 6/7 correct, so a 60% score on the 10 overall this time. It will be interesting to see whether I was more accurate when I touched them because that works better for me, or because I took my time connecting with them more. One to explore further for me.
