We encourage all of you to connect with Sunny now and throughout the month.
Tune into Sunny first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.

Sunny is quiet.. when I asked to connect, not shy, but quiet!..
I picked up quiet, young childlike innocence from Sunny.. (not to do with age), a little happy tail, but not to much!.. very attached to you by the hip!
Loves her walks outside in the sunshine.. and he does little whimper sounds to get your attention ..lol
She has a little soft toy of some kind that she really likes or really is fond of and carries it and puts it in his bed or cushions..
She loves the space and running on the floors.. you can hear her nails before you see her!
I did get 95% life force!…
Her right leg or paw or all sometimes hurts.. I picked up a 5-6 for pain in that leg..
Did Sunny live with a man or couple before you perhaps?…

I find it so interesting that you picked up on something quieter and more reserved than expected. In real life, Sunny is the most open, warm and sociable soul — she rushes towards everyone with her whole heart. But I think you may have captured something very real here — this was her very first time being contacted telepathically by anyone other than me, and perhaps she was a little more inward and still in that space. That actually makes complete sense to me. 🙏
The childlike innocence you felt is her to a tee — she just turned 11 months and will celebrate her very first birthday in July! 🎂 And yes, she is absolutely glued to my side — my little sunny shadow, following me everywhere, especially outside in the sunshine. You captured that so beautifully! (And we are working on separation anxiety 😉 )
The whimpering sounds made me laugh out loud — that is SO her! She makes the sweetest little whimper sounds, especially when she wants to be stroked. If you don’t react… it escalates into a bark very quickly! 😄 And the wagging tail — oh yes, always going, always enthusiastic! You were spot on there.
The soft toy resonated deeply too! Just a few weeks ago she picked out a brand new, absolutely enormous cuddly toy — she chose it herself! Our daughter now carries it to bed for her every night and the two of them sleep together with their plush toys. It’s the most adorable thing. 🥰
And the nail sounds — this one genuinely made me smile! Sunny was recently clipped very short, and ever since, you can hear her little claws tapping across the floor long before you see her. The timing of your impression was perfect! 😄
Now, regarding her right leg and the pain you picked up — I haven’t consciously noticed anything yet, but this is something I will absolutely look into more carefully now. She has recently jumped from heights that felt a little too high for me, so it’s very possible she may have some discomfort in her limbs from that. She also sometimes seems bothered around the base of her tail, and her skin is generally quite sensitive. And just since yesterday she has also had some mild digestive issues — so your reading feels very timely! I will keep a close eye on all of this. Thank you for flagging it so clearly. 🙏
And her message — *”Stop cleaning!”* — I laughed so hard, because it is absolutely TRUE. She wants me to put down the duster and come play with her instead! Message received, Sunny. Loud and clear! 😂🐾

Lisa1. Sunny has a bright disposition, is small and quirky. She shared that she is particular. Finicky with my food. I like it a certain way. Placement has to be perfect. So that I can reach it. Regarding her personality, Sunny said I have charisma. I can charm the pants off of you. I’m an old soul with a young spirit and don’t mess with me. I get an impression of her happy barking, feeling fierce. She says she’s fierce and that she’s a protector.
2. What would you like to talk about? My meal prep. What about your meal prep? Needs to be done just right. I like little bites. Throughout the day. Not just in the morning. In what way is this important to you? Feeds me.
3. What else is important for me to know? I’m a goofball, when asked to elaborate, I got an impression of her jumping up and down in front of her human, and the person trying to catch her in midair. When asked how’s this being a goofball? Brings a lot of joy. It makes her feel very happy.
4. How do you feel about your water? Could be more fresh. In what way? Trickling that she would like to drink water that trickles. She likes the sound of the trickling water. When asked if she likes the location of her water bowl, she said no, it’s messy. Water gets on her face and her ears. When asked what we can do to make it better? Another water bowl, a trickly one. What is a trickly water bowl? I get an impression of a water fountain.
5. What advice do you have for mom? Laugh more. Tell me more about this. Sunny, loves when you have this hearty, deep laugh. That laughter, it changes everything, the emotional well-being. Sunny shared that mom’s already a pretty happy person, and that she would like to see it magnified. I sense an explosion of happiness (Imagine a super hero comic strip, and it has the “POW”)
6. Do you feel you have a job to do? Yes. I’m a protector. I protect my home and everything in it. I patrol. I make my rounds around the house. Mostly check the front door. Make sure mom is safe. Nothing gets by me. How do you feel about being a protector? I felt a sudden sense of pride.
7. What is your soul contract with mom? I’m not sure what this means, but Sunny responded with Potato chips. Eat healthy. In what way is this your soul contract? I light her up. I get the impression that Sunny puts a bright sunny smile on mom’s face. Tell me more about this. I am mom’s sunshine. That’s why I’m called Sunny. I come after the rain.
8. Sonny, is there anything else you would like to share with me? My poodle. Tell me more. Oh, never mind.
9. This weekend, Sunny would like to play pool. I have an impression of her in a little kiddy pool, with some small balls floating in the water, and paws splashing the water. Is this something you’ve done before? No. But it sure looks fun. Where have you seen this before? Neighbor’s yard. It’s big. What’s big? The yard.
10. Do you have any concerns that you would like to share with me? I am so loved and that it’s okay for mom to leave her once in a while. That mom feels a sense of reluctance to leave her by herself at home. I get the sense that Sunny’s saying this grudgingly, mom has a social life, and that she understands. She shouldn’t be home alone with me all the time. She should get out. That she’ll stand guard, but she also loves it when mom is home with her. She feels safe and secure in her home and feels so much love.

And what feels almost prophetic: just three days ago her hunger suddenly increased significantly — I had already been thinking about splitting her meals into three portions and adding snacks in between. Your reading may have just confirmed that decision! 🙏The water observation was fascinating. As I connected with Sunny, the very first impression I received was that she was feeling popular, special, and genuinely excited to be the Featured Animal Teacher. She seemed eager to speak and happy to have the opportunity to connect with everyone.
Right away, I was struck by her joyful energy. She feels very sweet, loving, and full of happiness. There was also a strong sense of curiosity coming from her. I got the impression that she enjoys knowing what is going on around her and likes to be where the action is. She may even enjoy being the center of attention at times. I was shown a visual of her constantly checking in on her people—coming around a corner just to see what everyone is doing and making sure she knows what’s happening around the house.
I also picked up a playful side to her personality. When it comes to affection, I got the impression that she truly enjoys being petted, particularly receiving scratches behind her ears. However, I did not get the sense that she enjoys being held very much. Rather than being carried, she seems happiest simply being near her people, lying close by and sharing space with them.
When strangers are around, I got the impression that she tends to stay alert and aware of their presence. She may bark or announce that someone is there, but underneath that vigilance, she feels very friendly. In fact, she jokingly described herself as having a “sunny disposition,” which felt very fitting for her personality.
One of the first things she wanted to share was how much she loves helping people. She seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with others and helping them build confidence in themselves. Along with this message, she showed me impressions of flowers and what felt like a Hawaiian or ukulele-type energy. I’m not sure if this is symbolic or meaningful to you?
When discussing things she enjoys, I got the impression that she loves sniffing around, discovering treats, and investigating new smells. She emphasized how good her nose is and seemed quite proud of it. It feels like she is always exploring scents around the house. Another interesting impression she shared was that she enjoys looking pretty. There was a sense of pride around her appearance and being admired. I also got the impression that she goes to the groomer and views it as a form of pampering. While she seems to enjoy the experience itself, she especially enjoys how she feels afterward and wanted to emphasize how pretty she looks when she’s all cleaned up and groomed.
She also showed me an image of a green stuffed animal. I’m not sure if this is a toy she carries around, plays with, or simply has an attachment to?
Another impression I received was of her playing with people’s feet. I wasn’t entirely sure whether she was describing something she currently does or perhaps recalling a memory from when she was younger, but it felt like a playful image she wanted to share.
She also highlighted spending time on the couch, giving me the feeling that this may be one of her favorite places to relax and simply hang out with her family.
When I asked about dislikes, the only thing she brought up was not liking it when you’re sad or upset. She seems quite sensitive to the emotions of those around her.
Regarding her food and nutrition, I got the impression that she is generally satisfied with what she is eating. She seemed to indicate a preference for softer, juicy, flavorful foods. The feeling I got was that she naturally gravitates toward softer textures rather than hard or crunchy foods. When treats came up, she again emphasized soft and chewy options, suggesting she enjoys gentler textures overall.
I then performed a body scan and did not detect any significant pain. However, my attention was repeatedly drawn to her mouth. The impression I received was that there may be some sensitivity present, specifically in the upper back portion of her mouth. It felt as though the sensitivity was located near the gums rather than directly involving the teeth, and I was picking up this sensation on both sides. The area felt tender and somewhat sensitive. I also got the impression that this may make it more difficult or uncomfortable for her to eat hard, dry, crunchy foods. The feeling I received was that this has been lingering for some time rather than being something entirely new.
When I asked about her purpose and mission with you in this lifetime, she said she is here to help you have fun, let loose, and enjoy life more. She wants to be a source of lightness and joy—a distraction when you need one. She feels she helps lift the mood, encourages you to reconnect with your inner child, and reminds you not to take life so seriously. Her energy carried a strong message of going with the flow, embracing joy, and allowing yourself to enjoy the present moment.
For her final message, she wanted to express just how much she loves you. The feeling came through very strongly: “I love my mom so much.” She feels incredibly grateful for the care you give her. She also emphasized that she is treated like a princess and once again mentioned how pampered she feels. She also wanted to leave you with a gentle reminder: trust your intuition more and don’t be so hard on yourself. She feels that you often doubt yourself when you don’t need to. Her message was to trust what you know, believe in yourself, and give yourself the same kindness and compassion that you so freely give to others.

I honestly don’t know where to begin — this reading brought me to tears. 🥹💛 You saw Sunny so deeply and so clearly, and we both felt truly, truly seen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Yes to everything about her personality — the joy, the sweetness, the curiosity, the friendliness. She absolutely wanted to be the Featured Animal Teacher and loves being in the spotlight! She adores people so much — in her whole life there have only been two people she wasn’t sure about. Everyone else gets the full Sunny welcome! 😄 And you captured her “checking in” perfectly — I literally have to announce when I’m going to the bathroom or the kitchen, otherwise she’s up and following me even from a deep sleep! 😂
The ear scratches made me smile so much — absolutely her favourite! She’ll lie right next to us, get her ears scratched, and the moment we stop she barks to demand more! 🐾😄 And yes, she loves to be close and to decide for herself when to come and go — on her terms, always.
Regarding being carried — she actually does need to be carried up and down the stairs due to her build, and she feels safest when I’m the one doing it. So that landed very precisely! 🙏
The Hawaiian/ukulele/flower energy — I had no immediate concrete connection, but the moment I sat with it, it felt so right. That light, warm, playful Aloha spirit… that IS Sunny. Over the rainbow, warmth, friendliness — absolutely her energy. 🌺🌈
Her nose — oh my goodness, YES! Nose work is her absolute greatest joy. She finds the tiniest old crumbs of cat food hidden under furniture! 😄 Her nose is extraordinary even for a dog, and I tell her so often.
The grooming observation was so beautifully nuanced. She really does enjoy going to the groomer and comes home glowing and happy — which is remarkable because brushing at home is genuinely one of our biggest daily challenges. Her skin is extremely sensitive and despite trying countless brushes and combs, it remains difficult. She had to be clipped very short recently because her coat had become too matted. So both things are true at once — she loves the groomer, and yet I would so love to be able to give her that same feeling of being pampered and cared for at home too. It is something I deeply wish for us both. You caught that complexity beautifully. 🙏
The green toy! 🟢 She has a green turtle in the garden that we throw for her — relatively new and not played with as much yet. Perhaps she’s telling us to bring it out more! 😄
And her mouth — Tatiana, this is extraordinary timing. Just this week we noticed a discolouration on her canine teeth and redness in her gums, and we have a vet video call scheduled today! We will absolutely follow up with a full in-person dental check. Thank you for flagging this so clearly — it feels so important. 🙏
Her final message to me — I am still holding it in my heart. She truly is my sunshine, our sunshine. She heals joy, lightness and the inner child in everyone she meets. Her reminder to trust myself and be kinder to myself… I receive it fully. 💛

Hi Melanie,
I’ve just connected briefly with Sunny to get a feel for her initially. I picked up that she is a very loving dog, who can be a bit timid with strangers. I felt a slight hesitance with her when I first connected. I also saw a very brief image of her curled up in a lap. Her energy felt very calm and she told me that she was a healer and was doing some healing with you. I’m not sure whether that meant healing with you, giving you healing, or both, which feels more accurate to me.

I enjoyed being in her presence. I asked some questions, along with things that came through with my intuitive senses:
– right as I first connected, I heard little quiet squeals from her
– I asked what it would be like if I came over and said hi to her, and got a sense of shyness around strangers, can be timid at times.
– saw an image of you holding her closely; felt like a representation of your relationship
– sense that she gets easily worried, but it feels more like she worries on your behalf and absorbs energy when needed for you
– likes to be near to you as much as possible
– yet also got this feeling she can be opinionated with certain things, could see her barking at something
– soulful, depth of connection between both of you — you really understand each other
– with her body: could sense her sneezing… does she have allergies? I also could sense some tension in her back/spine area. Sensitive body.
– I got this feeling that she likes wet food and also smaller size kibbles
– sensed/heard the words “rescue pup”
– kind of random but this came to me at one point: small backyard (when just asking about what her home is like)Message for you from Sunny: She wants you to take care of yourself too.

I’m happy to share that the appointment finally took place on Monday! The vet found that both teeth are firmly in place — including the milk tooth — and has decided to take a wait and see approach for now. We are applying antiseptic gel to her gums and gently trying to keep the area clean to protect the tooth. We have a follow-up appointment next Monday. 🐾

A little health update on Sunny 🌞🐾
Dear community,
I wanted to share a little follow-up, as several of you picked up on sensitivity around Sunny’s mouth and teeth during your readings — and it turns out you were absolutely right! 🙏It has now been confirmed that Sunny has a persistent milk tooth. Unfortunately our in-person vet appointment has already been postponed twice, but we are hoping for Monday. The vet will then decide whether the tooth is loose enough to fall out on its own, or whether a small surgery will be needed — as the permanent tooth and gum are already being affected.
I won’t deny that I’m feeling a little tense about it all. If surgery does turn out to be necessary, I deeply hope she handles the procedure and anaesthesia well — but what weighs on my heart most is that she might lose some of her lightness and boundless trust afterwards. That joy and openness she carries is so precious, and I would hate for a difficult experience to leave a shadow on her beautiful spirit. 🥹
I am moved by how precisely this came through in your connections with her. Thank you for tuning in so carefully and for helping us see what needed attention. 💛

A little update on Sunny’s tooth 🌞🐾
Dear community,
I wanted to share a quick update — the vet appointment finally took place on Monday! 🙏
The vet examined both teeth and found that they are both firmly in place, including the persistent milk tooth. She has decided to take a wait and see approach for now rather than rushing into surgery. In the meantime we are applying antiseptic gel to Sunny’s gums and gently trying to keep the area clean to protect the permanent tooth. Hi! Thank you and Sunny for volunteering to work with us! I just had a great conversation with Sunny. Unfortunately, I lost my first post so am going to try to remember it all and try again.After asking if this was a good time to talk, I asked what it was like to Sunny, how did it feel? I got the impression of floating, lightness, almost bubbly. Then I saw a view from in the air, flying over a backyard with grass, trees and bushes. Sunny was showing me that he (she? I did get a male impression, but not super strong) likes to fly, but then explained it was just in his imagination because only birds can fly, and he’s not a bird. This seemed like a funny joke to him. He said he can see the birds in the trees better from the air than from his place on the ground. I think he may be experiencing something like an out-of-body experience when he does this flying. He really enjoys it.
I asked about other dogs, and could see a big black or brown dog running with him, but not right now. It seemed to be a dog that was no longer there, or maybe visits, or is a neighbor. Sunny likes to be outside, but not alone for very long. He’s too small and a large bird could carry him off.
I asked if he has a favorite place and thought I would get an image, but instead felt something soft and fluffy surrounding me, like maybe a dog bed or super soft blanket. I think it is up off the ground, like maybe on a chair or couch. I think he can see the TV but he doesn’t watch it very much. He does like a male voice that he hears on it. Some high-pitched noises hurt his ears, and some women on TV have voices that hurt his ears.
He says that mom thinks I need a bath, and he agrees that maybe he does, but not as much as you think. He doesn’t mind baths that much, but says they aren’t as important as you think. I’m not sure if he was joking, or serious, or just like a kid trying to get out of taking a bath.
I wanted to know if there were any cats in the house, and he seemed to say, no, but wouldn’t that be something?! It seemed like a joke. He seems to have a very funny personality, and cracks himself up.
He loves you very much and likes that you are learning to talk to him. This makes him feel very special. He thinks you are wonderful!
He heard something and said he has to go, but basically, to come back anytime. He said maybe we would talk tomorrow. He is looking forward to being a special guest this weekend. It’s exciting for him.

Her favourite soft and fluffy place — absolutely the sofa and our daughter’s bed. Her own little basket is actually on the floor and doesn’t seem to be quite as popular! 😄
The male voice on TV made me think — I myself am often more sensitive to certain high-pitched female voices too, so it’s quite possible Sunny has picked that up from me as well. That felt like a surprisingly precise little detail! 😊
Now, the cats — this one made me laugh! Sunny actually lives with three cats. Two indoor cats upstairs and one free-roaming cat downstairs, whom she knows well and unfortunately tends to chase quite enthusiastically. So “no cats, but wouldn’t that be something” was perhaps her attempt at a little joke! 😂🐱
And the bath — oh this is wonderful timing! Just yesterday our daughter suggested Sunny could use a bath. So your reading landed perfectly on that one. 😄 And yes, she absolutely has a big sense of humour — I can just imagine her trying to get out of bath time like a cheeky child!
One small correction — Sunny is actually a girl! 🌸 But her energy clearly came through so strongly regardless.
She loves you very much and likes that you are learning to talk to her — that line melted my heart completely. 🥹💛

During the call, as I connected in I heard “where are you going mum?” I I don’t like being left alone.” I think at that point I was connecting in with that point in time.
Her energy felt clam and gentle and I felt she recognised me from our last connection. I got a lick on my face.
She felt both excited to be here, but a little overwhelmed too.
I get yellow with her. Everyone doing the body scan tickled her.
I got a lot of clairaudience and clairvoyance with her. Her voice sounded quiet and calm.
A felt her put a paw on my knee. In terms of balance I felt a very slight lean to her left. I felt that she likes a firm, steady stroke on her back. I picked up again that she is a strong healer.
She showed me images from her view – low down as she walked through the hall, then an image of her gently jumping up and putting her paws on the kitchen cupboard – white cupboards.

Here is what I got on an initial reading for Sunny.
I felt instantly her tail wagging. She seems to be confident in herself but can have a shy or hesitant side to her.I see pulsating light emanating from her body, and a strong mid-yellowy-green light symbolising the heart.
She size does not equate to mission in this life or character. My impression is that her mission and character are huge. She loves being a dog. She greets everyone. She says: Lets all go together, I will take you to joy. She says she looks after everyone in the house and keeps everyone on the right path – she uses the expression “on the straight and narrow path”. She says she comes when people are upset and I get the impression particularly of a child.
I think she barks at windows, alert to everything that is going on. She is an old soul. She seems to be like a mother in charge of everyone in the house, looking after everyone.
I see her sniffing around outside, but she also likes to snuggle on the sofa. Sh e loves to play but can’t manage as much as when she was younger.
I see a soft toy, that is ragged and she shakes it like a beast playing with it.

Hi Melanie; I just finished connecting with Sunny.. I felt coolness right away.. like the atmosphere or something, water came up.. Something is very different today!.. not sure what!.. company or people outside..
more laid back today..
I got a pain level of 5-6 with pendulum for her body.. a discomfort .. Sunny was bouncing around before this..
I got a L3 in the Lumber spine vertabrae..with my pendulum on the Spinal Column chart.. I also picked up some twisty going on in front right leg.. feels Sunny is heavier in her chest area and when she jumps down.. it’s like a jolt or really hard landing on that leg.. which feels like still growing and some inflammation around the disc in spine and the front leg feels like it’s higher up in almost shoulder area.. she seems more bothered today..

The coolness and water energy could well reflect the heat we’ve been having lately — perhaps she was showing the contrast or her relationship with temperature right now. 🌡️
The sense of people or company outside resonates — the day before she had been out visiting our daughter’s friend and her dog, so there had definitely been more social activity and outside energy around her than usual. 😊
The more laid back energy could absolutely fit — after a busy social day she does need to recharge. 🐾
Now, the physical impressions — these feel very significant and worth taking seriously. Sunny has a Dachshund mix in her, which means she naturally carries more width in her chest area and we are already careful to avoid unnecessary jumping for exactly that reason. The landing jolts you described are something we actively try to prevent. 🙏
She also currently has dental discomfort with her persistent milk tooth, so there is definitely some physical unease present right now. Whether that connects to the pain level you picked up I cannot say for certain, but it feels relevant.
The lumbar spine and front right leg/shoulder area are things I will watch carefully and mention to our vet. Thank you for flagging these so precisely — I take this very seriously. 💛

Thank you for the opportunity to practice connecting with Sunny. Îm new at this so I start out slow but gradually pick up speed 😉In session 1 it took a while to connect. When I did, I felt Sunny’s energy as a large orange ball. Then I heard, Who is this? I introduced myself and asked who I was talking to. “Fifi”. I said I was wanting to connect with Sunny. “ That is my other name, but you can call me Fifi. It was my name in another time. I was a fancy girl.”
Were you the same kind of animal? “Yes, I was a dog, but larger with curly fur.” What was your home like? “Our home was much bigger, and longer. It took longer to go to each room.” Can you describe the things in the rooms? “Not many things except to sit on, and the things were bright and shiny.”
Did you enjoy your life in that time? “Yes, I was lazier and didnt do very much. There were other dogs, and sometimes we would chase each other when we got bored. The food was very tasty and fresh.” The connection stopped abruptly.In session 2 I felt Sunny’s bright orange essence. I asked to speak to Sunny. “That’s me!, she said.” I could feel her wag her tail and stomp her feet impatiently. You told me about another time and your experience as Fifi. She interrupted me and said”I’m Sunny now.” What is your life like now, Sunny? “I’m very busy. So many things to see and do! And fun! I make people laugh–and I’m still fancy!” What kind of food do you like to eat? “Sometimes my mouth hurts so the wet food in a container is easier to eat, but it is not very tasty.” Do you have any favorite toys? “Indeed I do, and some of them i wear around my body and people laugh.” I asked what activities she enjoys most.”When I was younger and could run fast, I loved running in the yard. Sometimes I would pretend to be caught or run just out of reach. Mostly I enjoy the attention I receive from my people, like scratching my ears. My back is stiff so I cant reach as far.”
This connection ended abruptly as well.In session 3 the connection was quick. I asked Sunny if she tires easily. “Sometimes. I get so excited and then I feel tired all of a sudden.” I used a pendulum to identify pain or discomfort in her body, and both responses were No. I asked Sunny if she was tired now, and she said she was sleepy. I thanked her for her time and released the connection.
