Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) for January 2023 is Klaudia S’s Sternchen

Klaudia S has volunteered to host her cat, Sternchen, also known as Little Star, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT). You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher. Gold and Platinum members will have an opportunity to connect with Sternchen along with Val on the Q&A call Saturday, January 14, using the call in numbers found in your course materials. Check your time on a world clock for call time of 11:30am Eastern / 10:30am Central Texas. Call reminder emails will also be sent to you.

We encourage all of you to connect with Bailey now and throughout the month.

Tune into Sternchen first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.

How does Sternchen feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Bailey ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.

Hi Klaudia,
I am connecting with Sternchen. He says he is the Wise One. He said he guides you in subtle ways. Sometimes you don’t fully realize it, but your Soul knows. He says other times it’s more obvious and you fully know and thank him. He says I am not the Boss type Cat unless I need to be firm to bring order to bring Peace. He says sometimes with so much energy there’s a disrupt in Peace briefly. If chaos is too long, I shift it. He says he sends Healing vibes to you and anyone who needs them and a lot of times when he watches you that’s what he’s doing.
I am rubbing his ears now. He says he doesn’t let everyone do that. He says he isn’t a cuddle bug usually either and would like very much to sleep with you at times and has mentioned it/tried.
I told him I Love him and thanked him for talking with me. He gave a half smile to be silly and affectionate and now is rubbing my face with his head.

I am looking forward to talking with him more. Thank you for offering him as the Featured Animal Teacher.

Hi Martha. I feel Sternchen as a wise soul as well and she guides not only me but as well the other cats and sometimes the dogs. You are very right, she is more the quiet and subtle type but in case of need, when a fight breaks out, she goes in and reestablishes peace.
You are spot on, Sternchen is not the typical snuggle bug, but she like to cuddle occasionally and she likes to have her ears massaged. I know she would love to sleep in my bed. She grew up in my bathroom and bedroom, so she knows my bed very well. But if I let her sleep in my bed, the others want to sleep there as well, and I don’t think I would have a restful night with 38 cats and 2 dogs in my bed.

I tried to connect with Sternchen and this is what I got:

I got the impression she is very sure of herself – seems arrogant but actually is just very clear and knowledgeable. She is an old soul, with connections to Ancient Egypt and gods which were male.
She says she lives with many other cats.
She says: this is not ideal but I am safe.
I don’t like being groomed very mcuh because the comb pulls my hair. I am better at grooming myself.
I’m not sure how old she is – somewhere between 4 and 7 I think.
She enjoys aerobatics, climbing and swinging from bars like a bird.
She likes fish.
I think she was found on the street either as a kitten or with a litter of kittens.
She says she has had kittens, I think.
I asked her about her purpose in life.
She said: to be on the land, part of this land, to climb trees, to connect with the sun, the hold the sun in my heart. All of us – our mission is to live with our hearts.
She says about you:
We teach her. She expands with us. We aren’t always helpful. I don’t always get on with the other cats.
I asked for tips for animal communiation. She said: establish a heart connection. LIke a passageway. The more it gets used, the easier it gets.
I asked how she is in her body. She said: I am well. I prowl.
I aksed for help with my life at the moment. She said: Live. Keep your paws on the earth. STep by step. Be true to your nature. Let nothing else bother you.

There is another cat nearby that is important to her. A male I think. They have a strong relationship. He matters to her. they get on well.

This is my first attempt at communication so may be way off beam!
Sternchen comes across as calm, confident and quiet. She seems a little worried about you right now regarding a relationship (I think) and has advice for you. She is very much her own cat, knows her purpose well, has been around a long time living many lives, and has much wisdom to impart. These are just feelings at this stage and would be interested in hearing if this makes sense to you.

As for her worries, the only thing I can imagine is that she is worried about my health. I will tell her that she doesn’t need to worry. I am be dealing with all issues.

I think I know what happened. I sent my reply and didn’t wait long enough before I closed the session.

Here we go again. This time I copy in your reply and answer between the lines. That saves me some typing.

She is an old soul, with connections to Ancient Egypt and gods which were male. Old soul is my impression as well. Connection to gods in ancient Egypt very much resonates with me. Somehow it fits for Sternchen, she has something regal about her.

She says she lives with many other cats. – Definitely 🙂 At present there are 38 cats (and 2 dogs).
She says: this is not ideal but I am safe. – Agree

I don’t like being groomed very much because the comb pulls my hair. I am better at grooming myself. – True, but as I can’t afford to buy flea treatment for all animals on a regular basis, I need to use a flea comb on them to keep the hopping monsters under control.

I’m not sure how old she is – somewhere between 4 and 7 I think. – She is 5.5 years old, right in the center of the period you are giving (born 19.07.2017).

She enjoys aerobatics, climbing and swinging from bars like a bird. – Oh yes. She loves climbing up the fencing around the kennel, the beams of the pergola that forms the upper floor and I even find her sleeping on the rail around the staircase (trying to attach a photo of that).

She likes fish. – Sternchen loves food in general, but when she is nearby while I eat a piece of salmon, I better give her some, because otherwise she will help herself from my plate.

I think she was found on the street either as a kitten or with a litter of kittens. – She was born to a 13 months old feral cat, who had already lost her fist litter, due to inexperience, and therefore had come inside the kennel to give birth and accept the help I had offered her. When I found them upon return from work, I immediately moved them to my bathroom / bedroom area to give them some privacy.

She says she has had kittens, I think. – Probably she would have liked to have kittens. I believe she would have been a wonderful mother, but still, I could not allow this to happen.

I asked her about her purpose in life.
She said: to be on the land, part of this land, to climb trees, to connect with the sun, the hold the sun in my heart. All of us – our mission is to live with our hearts. – What a beautiful message.

She says about you:
We teach her. She expands with us. We aren’t always helpful. – I fully agree. At least she realizes that they are not always helpful 🙂
I don’t always get on with the other cats. – Sternchen is a rather peaceful cat and hardly ever picks a fights. I guess, what she is trying to say is that she gets involved in fights to call the others to order and establish peace again.

I asked for tips for animal communiation. She said: establish a heart connection. LIke a passageway. The more it gets used, the easier it gets. – she is a clever little girl and so very right here.

I asked how she is in her body. She said: I am well. I prowl. – I can confirm that Sternchen is (and always has been) a strong and healthy cat

I aksed for help with my life at the moment. She said: Live. Keep your paws on the earth. STep by step. Be true to your nature. Let nothing else bother you. – That is a brilliant advice, not always easy to follow, but in my experience well worth every little bit of work you put into getting there.

To you she says: Thank you. – 🙂 I thank all the animals for being in my life. I would surely have a much easier life without them, but they make my life so much more rich and worthwile. I definitely wouldn’t want it any other way.

There is another cat nearby that is important to her. A male I think. They have a strong relationship. He matters to her. they get on well. – can you investigate a bit more? Right now, I have no idea who that could be. Maybe Sternchen can describe her special friend?

Happy, relaxed, well behaved, polite – yes, most of the time. Just inside the house she needs supervision. Otherwise, a couple of things may fall down due to her love of heights and climbing

Touch her: soft fluffy – very much so. She feels nearly like a cotton ball

Sound: low – in fact, Sternchen is a very quiet cat. She hardly makes any sounds. She even perfected the art of ‘silent meows’, during which she will open her mouth, but does not produce an audible sound. It looks a bit like a person forming words with his lips without speaking them out loud.
Loving energy – yes, she has a lot of love to give
Might be a successful mice hunter? – There are not often mice in the kennel. Very rarely one may be stupid enough to take a shortcut through the kennel. The cats do hunt however flies, ants, cockroaches and moths. And they play hunting games with leaves, twigs and feathers that partially the wind blows in and partially they exchange against small balls with the feral and stray population in my yard.

Likes to be petted, the strokes on her body and the warmth that results of it – Though she is not too much into cuddles, she does enjoy being stroked once or twice along the whole body (Ear tip to tail tip)

Sternchen likes her name – Glad to hear that. Do you speak German? Or did you look up the meaning (little star) in the dictionary? I named her because of the white marking in her face that looks like a start stretching from the tip of her nose into her cheeks and forehead. I attach a photo of her at the age of 2.5 months, which shows that much better.

Speaks German with her mum – Actually, I speak to my cats in a sort of German mixed with English and the occasional Greek. Sometimes, we also have days with silent communication, like at the moment I have a Bronchitis and too much speaking causes me to start coughing.

Feels fine in her body, not hurting – correct, she is a healthy girl

At this point I sensed Sternchen was bored with my questions… and many remained unanswered, but I continued nevertheless:

I sensed she did not really like hunting – Her attitude seems to be: there is no need for real hunting and killing prey, but the occasional chase (of toys or even life animals) is fun. I have never seen her kill anything.

When you start consciously trying, you involve your mind and get in your own way. No need to apologize, you had a nice (not at all poor) conversation with Sternchen until your mind interfered and shifted your focus.

Thank you so much for your detailed reply that warmed my heart up, especially the last paragraph.

Thank you for the picture. How cute Sternchen was at the age of 2.5 months – and she still is! You are right, that’s exactly a Sternchen on her forehead. Her name suits her so well. I admire the immaculate white of her fur.

If I understand it right you are a rescuer of stray and feral cats and look after them in your kennel? You said in a previous post that there were more than 30 cats? That must be quite a job. What a generous loving soul you are. Your cats must be so grateful for the help, care and better life you are offering them! Personally I have had several rescued dogs, not stray but unwanted, and I am every time moved by the huge gratitude they show to us.

I do hope you have and wish you to recover quickly from your bronchitis and that you are feeling better now!

2. Name or species of communicated – I have been letting a young man in the neigh hood walk Eve. The other day I asked her, where are you and I saw a open field. He latter told me he took her to our local church and they do have a big field!
3. Celebrate – Eve came to me one afternoon when she had gotten lose of the young man who is walking her.
4. Question -She has two kind of hair. Fur and hair. She is starting to lose her fur. This is months to soon. Should I be worried?

I am connecting with her now and right away I sensed she gets sad about various things. She says she understands and it’s all karma. She says she tries to help as best she can.

She is saying she had some fun with you and the dog recently. She said the dog is Pascal. I thanked her for telling me and told her I met him before. She says she likes having fun with you and you two have fun in various ways. She said she has fun getting on the counter with you while you eat and you give her pieces of chicken. She said she enjoys watching you and the mystery in what you do! Lol. I laughed! Now she’s grinning!

She is giving me advice to relax. I thanked her.

I thanked her for talking with me and gave her a kiss. She kissed me, too. Love to Miss Sternchen.

Hi Martha,
can you please ask Sternchen again what makes her sad? Not sure what to look for.

I think she actually likes the dogs. Most of the cats like Genie, the smaller dog, but when it comes to Pascal the cat community is divided. Some really like him, some are indifferent to him and some are afraid of him. Sternchen likes to cuddle up to him and she likes to steal his food 🙂 And when I am speaking to one of them, the other one comes and pushes in between.
When she happens to be in the kitchen while I eat, she tries to steal from my plate. Obviously stealing others’ food is big fun for her. By the way, she gets chicken every day. That is their main dinner.
She gave you good advice. She is very good at relaxing and at calming down others as well.

Hi. I was only able to connect with Sternchen for a brief moment before I was interrupted and the connection was lost. I invited you to bring Sternchen to my safe place. As I was talking to you, Sternchen was exploring the space, checking out the different beds and toys for various animals. When Klaudia left Sternchen and I began our conversation. Sternchen was stretched out in a window seat, soaking up the sun. When I called her name, she twisted her body and said “I know, you want to talk to me”. We discussed why we were put in each other’s path on this day. She wriggled in the window seat, now to maximize sunlight. I asked her if she enjoyed being the FAT. She sighed a little and said for the most part she is enjoying it but she finds it hard to communicate with people who have different skill levels. Sometimes she can get through and sometimes she can’t. She loves her Mom and feels confident when around her. Then I was going to ask if there were any other animals in the home when dogs and humans came in the room and interrupted our connection. After they left I was not able to reconnect at that time. Sternchen is a beautiful cat, who knows it but is very humble. Thank you!

Hi Terrianne,
thank you for talking with Sternchen. We don’t have proper window seats here, but the second floor of the kennel is touching against the window into the utility room. And below the other window are some cabinets that allow the animals to sit at the window and look out.
Sternchen loves sun bathing. There was however not much opportunity the last 3 days, as it is pouring down with thunder storms making things even worse. So when she showed you the sun this was her memory or her wish to see the sun come out again.
Yes, she does enjoy talking to a lot of people. I find it interesting that she finds the different levels of skill difficult. That sounds like she wasn’t expecting this. But I am sure she is up for the challenge. It seems you were just talking to her when I got into the kennel for cleaning and the dogs came right after me. You picked up very well on her traits of curiosity and confidence. She knows very well how beautiful she is and she takes very well care of her fur.

I think I’m doing this wrong or not making myself clear… I apologize. So in order to focus (I have a hard time with that), I invited Sternchen into my quiet and safe place. Maybe I’m not suppose to invite them to go to another area. So when I said she was exploring and up on a window seat, it was at my safe place that I invited her to go to so we could talk and I could focus. Well that plan failed because it was my dogs I was referencing that came barreling in the room resulting in the lost connection. Wow, I guess I really made that so very complicated. I did get that she is a sweet girl that is confident and likes to help others. The information about being the FAT and trying to connect with people of different levels is legit (I’m a good example of that 🤣). Anyway, thanks for taking your time sorting out my convoluted posts).

Hi Terrianne, thank you so much for clarifying. I hadn’t understood that the conversation took place in your space, because this idea never crossed my mind. But now it makes sense. I don’t think there is a right or wrong way. The only thing that counts is that you can connect with animals and tap into their huge wisdom.

I was not able to get a good connection with Little Star during class. It helps to call her (or him) Little star rather than focus on pronouncing his full name.

I introduced myself and told him what a beautiful cat he is. And commented on how brave he is to balance on that post.

I also said that I was one of those who was learning to communicate with animals and asked if he would help me. He said he was but then said I already knew how. I said yes but seem to have forgotten how.

I told him that I new his Mom and he said “you do?” I asked if he had a message for her and he said to tell her he loves her. I said she loved him too and that it is an honor to be the person of such a wonderful cat.

He is a very high level soul. I look forward to getting to know him (or her) better.

Hi Margaret. Sternchen is a girl, your first feeling was right (at least the first pronoun you used was female). I wonder how she reacted when you told her she is brave for balancing on that pole.
She is very correct, we all know how to communicate. We just need to bring that knowledge back out. I must say, as soon as I accepted this as my truth, communication became much easier.
You are right, I love her very much. She is such an easy going and uncomplicated cat.

I just had an amazing and deep talk with Sternchen without reading what the others conversation or listening to the QA call. He is a very wise soul and gives me feeling of having a great bit of pondus and a strong harmony. And he also gave me metaphors, like small riddles to solve. In other words he spoke about my questions with examples in different ways. Maybe it is in that something for me to learn, different types of communicating.

He told me that the theme is to speak slowly. I want to talk about that and I asked him please explain.
– see my ears are long and sharp at the edge. I can hear a needle fall in my house. And the seeker shall find that hastening slowly is good.
Sometimes I hear sounds from a nearby church and I think that they shout a little to loud from time to time.

I ask him tell me more about why it is good to speak slowly?
-those who sing eat good energy in their mind when they make fantastic sounds in their mouths. Dull tones and sharp tones combine some are light and free and some hard and heavy. The energi that is then combined will become a coordinated company, symphony.
To hurry slowly.
Different aspects of life give worry and stress in people in all ways of their lives.

I ask him why do you tell me all this?
– He says: I Sternchen did not go to my home without reason, the person feeding me knows I am wise and smart.
When others wants to give me stress and displeasure I shake of that energy and go to sleep for a while.
When we sleep our senses rests the laws of the mind. Directly when we wake up new connetions-lines-energeticly is created to other beings. Both good and bad connections and from different perspectives.

Finally he closes by saying: See me, remember me and smile with me.

Klaudia I hope you understand what he was telling me. I feel it is very deep but wise.

Good evening Britt-Marie. Yes, I feel as well that Sternchen is a very wise soul and I fully agree that she has a strong harmony. It’s interesting that you and some of the others got this theme of slowliness. It just keeps coming up. I believe Sternchen wants to tell all of us to be more present and more aware, not to draw hasty conclusions, but rather see things for what they are, without interpreting or contorting them. And then we have this theme of harmony and balance, which is very important for Sternchen. She does all she can to pass on her balance and inner harmony to everybody around her. Possibly her explanation regarding sleep is directed at me. I am far away from sufficient sleep. Thank you for sharing this beautiful conversation.

Hi Klaudia,

Sternchen is so cute! This is my first time doing this…I saw her as very curious, her head tilted a little upon starting the movie and her ears moved.

I said it was nice to meet her and wanted to know about her and who she is. I didn’t hear answers to my questions but she did say ”Hi Maria” at some point. She got real close and sniffed me – her nose right up to mine. She seemed to like me, rubbed against me. I sensed that she felt good, is comfortable and confident – has a spring in her step. She did a stretch by me and I saw her looking out a window.

I also saw red as a color – not sure if that was her aura or not. She’s lovely to be around! I said it was so nice to meet her and sent her love. Kept it open if she wants to talk with me later 🙂

You did well, Maria. Sternchen is a very curious little cat. She has to know everything that’s going on. The tilted head sounds just like her. She always does that when she is watching me. And her ears are moving a lot not to miss any sound. When she is in cuddle mood, she often comes to touch noses and rub against humans and animals. She is a very confident cat. Yesterday she was sitting quite a while on a cabinet in my utility room looking out of the window and watching what’s going on in the street. Maybe the red color was her aura. It could also be a glimpse of the fencing around the 2 open sides of the kennel. It is painted in a rusty red tone.

Yay! Thank you for the feedback Klaudia. I seemed to have been less blocked for my first time. I tried to communicate with Sternchen again and only really saw her moving her head forward to sniff, looking up and around, and she got on her back and showed her tummy – I pet her head gently. She likes to climb and be up high on things. I tried asking if I can come into the video with her and it seemed like she said yes. I couldn’t see much but I was standing beside her as she was on top the fence/kennel and observing me with her big eyes.

I can feel I’m having anxious energy and meditating and still feeling it afterward. And then feeling like I can’t do it which makes it really difficult :/

The red color I saw before was a bright red so not sure, maybe she has different color auras. I seem to often see auras underneath the animal.

Here is what I got from Sternchen. I don’t know how much you can verify but I’d be so interested to hear if this resonates with you. She is such a little star!

Firstly, I got that she really likes a male dog. He is her buddy.
I can’t remember what I asked her about but she wanted to talk about being like a bird. She said: Cats are not ground people. We are tree people. We straddle heaven and earth. She showed me an image of a cat in a tree and digging her claws into the tree bark. She said that this exercises their muscles well and looks after their body well.

She likes to prowl outside in the sun and to sit on the ground in the sun.
There was something about insects – I think batting them.
I saw sparkles in her energy field. I got a very joyful sensation and saw the sparkles shooting out to the universe.

I asked her about her role in your life. She said: she is guide for Klaudia and harmonizes energy. She keeps harmony. She sorts out and leads the cats.

She showed me a picture of herself walking on a beam with sparkling diamond like energy. She said: keep your energy sparkling. Have fun. Stay in the sparkle. Don’t allow your energy to just fall out all over the place. Place it carefully like a dancer and she showed me how precisely she places her paws on the beam.

She said: you can do this work (I am finding my work difficult at the moment). Fly like Tinkerbell trhough the crowd spreading sparkles. This will protect you from being contaminated by your fears. She said: Stop, slow down. Listen. Don’t be controlled. Stay in control.
Stay with heart sparkle energy as you do things, even the things you don’t want to do. Doing things is about the energy, not the task.

Hi Rosemary. This whole conversation resonates strongly with me. As there is only 1 male dog around here, she must be talking about Pascal. She is a member of the group that likes him. Often she is weaving around his paws and rubbing against his jaw (she can’t reach his forehead, so she aims at his lower jaw).
Cats are definitely tree people. I often witness feral mother cats sending a whole litter of kittens into a tree to sleep. And climbing is great exercise and body care at the same time.
Especially in summer Sternchen loves to stretch out on the wooden first floor of the kennel along the fence to catch as much sun as possible. Chasing insects is a much loved pastime for many of my cats. I have never seen Sternchen kill anything, but chasing and batting is fun for her. So the sparkles in her energy field are very believable. Sternchen is a very joyful and happy cat. Harmonizing and balancing energies is a big subject for her and this theme shows up in nearly every conversation.

Thank your allowing me to communicate with lovely Sternchen. Thiis is what I received. Hope some of it resonates with you.

Conversation spread over two sessions. The first connection was short and broken during the Sat Val’s session. I said I will come back and talk to her, which you replied. Make sure you do. Have combined the 2 sessions. PLEASE NOTE: Never seen an aura or dealt with chakra’s before, therefore the messages received may relate to nothing or something different.

Sternchen is sure of herself, rises above things and doesn’t let anything bother her. Softly puts others in their place. Is majestic in stature, movement and manner. Very kind and laid-back. Enjoys her food, whatever you give her. Knows you love her and do your best for her and you do for the other animals in the family. You are the ‘chosen one’. Asked her to explain but declined. She likes to lounge around and sunbathe. Soft, silky coat of fur. Tips of ears felt cold. Heard a word for a person/animals possible health issue. Received message that Chakras ok..Shown her surrounded by a blue aura.

When I connected with Sternchen during Saturday session she was playful and looking around in wonderment that so many people wanted to connect with her. She was strutting proudly back and forth in a nice way as though we were under scrutiny. She said it was great and amazing that she was the FTA and liked talking to us all.

Second session. Sternchen stretches from wakening a whole body taut, gave big yawn before settling and curling into a ball head resting on her front paws and tail. I re introduce myself and she remembered.

She enjoyed the session with the group saying, it was good and everyone listened but in a way too much chattering and everyone asking questions. Just as well we can talk to everyone at once. Told her how special she was and we humans tend to listen to one person at a time if they are talking over each other. She smiled, a smile that seem to say, in a nice superior, not mocking way but a moment of truth, that we humans, are incapable and added,. We know we are very clever. She sat up on her haunches.

I asked if there was anything she would like us to know. She replied. What, as a group or as an individual energy. I replied. Whatever you want us to know. I heard and shown a grassed topped mountain landslide. She explains. that’s how knowledge comes to you. You believe you know nothing then suddenly it all comes together. I thanked her for the insight.

Her purpose is to make mum happy and to teach. The lesson is to be kind to one and all, the planet and all it contains. I am a teacher and healer, for those that will listen. Teachers everything, kindness and to learn our (animals) ways. Your world is falling apart. Asked her to explain if she meant the world, the planet we live on or own individual world. Both, she replied empathically as though compelling me to question and ank questions. I explained there was a number of reasons for this to which she replied anxiously. Yes. Yes. I know the reason. She moved away, her back turned towards me and leaps into the air landing on a brown beam with struts in the shape of a sail situated high in roof of a building.
Her eyes were piercing, questioning me, egging me on to either say something or do something as she said, Humanity is wasted on you humans’. I replied. We are not all the same. There are a lot of humans who do care and see the senseless of things and what is happening. Shown a volcano erupting red hot molten and rocks spewing from the gaping hole at the top of the mountain. Also shown battlefields, theatres of war, fires, wind and seas raging.

I am now looking down on earth from afar watching the world and disasters. Shown a smiling face with long flowing beard and arms holding the raging world encased by locked fingers and arms, similar to a big hug, of shimmering bright white light. Hear the words. This is the world you humans created. Sensed, also meant on an individual basis too. Hear words – humans are infants. There is yet a lot to learn but one day, one day the voices will rise up and triumph. If you listen, you can hear it now, like a baby’s cry. The figure and the world drift off till but a spec in the universe. Now stillness

Sternchen is by my side. It is present day. I ask her why she has shown me this. She replied, So you know and others will too. Asked what is expected or what should I do. Her reply. Do as you are doing, a bridge between us and humans and others will follow. Feel tears falling from my eyes, my throat tight so cannot speak of the madness of it all.

A message from Sternchen to mum, Klaudia. Tell her I love her. We are one. I am her teacher by being me. Don’t be scared. I am here beside you. Lean on me. You are safe. Shown a single dark coloured red rose.

Hi Sandy. You got her essence very well. Majestic in stature, by the looks yes, by size not so much, as she is one of the smallest cats here. But she makes up for the smaller size with a huge personality.
Health concerns are always an issue here. Apart from myself struggling with a couple of things, I presently have a young cat inside the kitchen in a big cage to keep her as much away from the others as possible. She has a severe case of cat flue, and I am not sure, if she will make it.
Probably we were under scrutiny😄. Sternchen loves being FAT.
I guess, she has a point. Thinking how we humans communicate compared to the animal way, we are definitely not looking too good. Also her images of the world falling apart strongly resonate with me. I will thank her for the nice message she gave you for me.

I tried to connect in with Sternchen again. I decided to not start with questions but let her lead with what she wanted to talk about. And then I asked questions anyway 🙂
I did bring the impression I got of her being very focused on helping us learn.
She showed me she was helping us connect by sending energy to the group. I asked if it was hard work. She said: No, it comes from love.
I asked about the different dimensions in life. She said: these different dimensions are part of the riches we are given/bring with us.
There is not such a split between physical and energy with us. Energies are very real to us.
I asked her if there was meaning in her being such a pretty cat.
She said: I take pride in my appearance. I enjoy being pretty. Why not?
I asked why she was quite a small cat.
She said: You don’t need to be big to be powerful. It is all about concentrating energy.
I asked why she chose to come as a cat. She said:
We enjoy multidimensional realities. She just loves to be in trees and stretch and climb. It feels so good.
Come to do what you enjoy. You can do what you enjoy. Don’t block yourself.
Humans are waking up. They have quite heavy energy. It is easier to be with cats.Cats can flit about and come and go.
I asked about her dog friend:
She said: Dog is funny. He jokes and plays with us. He is solid. Different from a cat. He is kind.
I said: I so much want to be able to do this and be part of this magical world.
She said: Yes. Life is magical. Step up from the heaviness. Do not sink or allow yourself to be brought down. Look after your health.
This energy world is more real that your real. You always ask about your worry about how to make money. Forget about the money and allow yourself to enjoy this for a while.

Then I asked about you and your mission together.
She said about all three of us: We have true hearts.
The club: we are all part of the same soul group working towards… – and left this blank. I asked why. She said: the goal mutates and grows all the time. The more seriously you take it, the more significant it becomes. Everything is in becoming.
Then she showed me:
She covered you (Klaudia) in a sheet of light. A very relacing light.
She is showing me what she does as well as teaching me how to heal.
Then she wrapped all three of us in a blanket of light. The session was finished. She wanted to go and enjoy the afternoon sun.
We said goodbye and I said I would go and report to you.
Thank you both. Sternchen is such a master teacher and healer. I can feel that she is working on our group all the time, not just when one of us connects in.

Hi Rosemary. I wish all this energy work would come as easy to me as it comes to Sternchen (and all the other animals). The way she talks about it sounds so natural.
I can confirm that she takes excellent care of her coat. She doesn’t like me to brush or comb her, but every time I touch her, her fur is smooth and very clean.
Sternchen is powerful in spite of her small size. I think she is slowly taking over the role of matriarch.
I can feel her joy of being a cat, being able to move like a cat, on a daily basis.
Yes, Pascal is having fun with his cat friends chasing them around, but since I explained to him shortly after he joined us that the cats are friends and not food, he has never touched or hurt any of them.

Her teachings are really powerful and she is teaching everybody to relax, be present and aware. And I know that life is magical when you succeed being in the moment. I love how she brings light to everybody.

Hi Klaudia,
Thank you for allowing me to speak with Sternchen. This is what I got from connecting during the live call and again later….unfortunately I’m not very practiced so didn’t get many details. Also, I haven’t looked at the earlier responses in order to be more objective.

Sternchen has a glowing, vibrant personality, but is composed with a no nonsense air. She is wise and serious, and maintains her distance and dignity.

She senses energies around her, and I get the feeling that the past affects her. I’m not sure why I got that, but maybe you know her background.

She has thick and luxuriant fur, a warm body, smooth to the touch, and a deep voice, though I also hear a softer purr. I sense slow measured breathing.

She shows me fish in a bowl (is that what she eats, or do you have fish?) and that she can run fast.
Her aura is orange and yellow, less around the hips and where the tail begins. Is there an issue with her stomach, though it’s nothing major.

She has taken on the task to protect the family and feels she is a guardian or protector for you. Her message for you is to stand up to the world….I’m not sure if she is referring to a particular situation.

I asked for help and she gave me the usual advice to practice more!

Dear Nita. You picked up Sternchen’s essence brilliantly. As far as her past is involved, I know her background since her birth in this present lifetime. Her feral mother had come asking for help short before giving birth. She was only 13 months old and had already lost her first litter due to inexperience. So I let her in and allowed her to have her new babies in the safety of the house. After lass than 2 years Sternchen’s sister Daisy caught a virus and died. Shortly after her mother Penelope (aka Penny) decided she needed her freedom and rejoined the feral community. She still comes for short visits to the kennel but won’t stay longer than just a few minutes.

Sternchen has a thick and smooth coat, especially now in winter. She hardly ever meows respectively she meows silently, she just opens and closes her mouth without making any sound at all. And when she is in cuddle mood, she can purr up a storm.

I do not have fish, but I was thinking about buying an aquarium for the cats, but then decided against it, because I didn’t want to subject the fish to such a stressful life.

With her advise to stand up, she probably referred to me taking years before I could tell people that I actually had conversations with animals.

She says when you get sad when the cats are sick or injured and also when you feel like you aren’t able to provide everything you would like to provide in regards to food and creature comforts. She is asking me to thank you for all you do and she wants you to know everyone is happy and are very grateful to you and they don’t feel they lack anything and are quite content because of your Love and each other’s Love. She said some would like to have more snuggle contact with you, but other than that she feels life is pretty great. They all Love you infinitely for eternity and are beyond grateful to you. As I tuned into her, she came right up to me. She stretched her whole body and she jumped down from above.

I created my mental images and told her that your mom sent me here and I am one of the students.
Then I asked her to share about herself and her favorite things in life.

Immediately I sensed her calm and gentle energy from her. She has a very young body but she has an old soul.

She said she loves to be outside and be in nature. She said she loves her mom and she often communicates with mom. she is one of the most intelligent cats you have ever met. She said she loves to patrol her territory and she likes to observe everything. She likes to jump up on a tree or somewhere in a very higher place than a gourd and observe. She said she is a very skilled hunter. She showed me how she can climb up on the tree and catch small creatures. she showed me how she proudly carries prey in her mouth and she would bring it to you. But she does not kill them.
She likes to be inside the house but she mostly likes to hang out by the nature. outside. She showed me a place where she can sleep and keep herself very warm during nighttime. It looks like a cat house that you made for her.
She feels very safe there and she likes to stay there quite a lot. She showed me she will come up to you and rub her face again your leg and body by the patio ( or somewhere she can be more private to be with you) She also showed me she was on your lap and feeling content. But She seems to have her own bedroom that she likes to sleep in.

I asked her if she can show me her routine.??
She showed me again the house she likes to stay in ( there are several small tables and a looked-like cat tree inside the place. It feels like it was a separate room from the house you live in. She said she sees other cats and dogs there. But she likes to have her personal space and her own time. She gets along with everyone. She showed me how she is rubbing her body again one of the dogs who she likes to follow and she is close to.
She said she knows her daily routine. She will let you know when she is hungry and she has a high pitch meow. He is not vocal but she only now when she wants food. After breakfast, she said she spent a few hours with you, and she likes to be petted very gently by you. She will often roll over on the gourd and she would start purring very loudly when she feels happy and content.
Then she will go outside and start some patrolling. She said she has quite a big territory for her to patrol but she knows how to be safe out in the wood.
She said she sometimes brings you a souvenir but she said you are sometimes not pleased by what she caught in a day. But she feels very proud herself so she likes to bring one for you anyway.

I asked her how long do you know mom? Can you tell me how you met mom?
She said she was small and she was with other siblings. She said you picked her up and helped her to feel better. She said she was very cold and shivering. Because of her experiences, she does not do well in cold weather. She likes to keep herself very warm.
She said she is very affectionate and she let you hold for a while but she would let you know if it is too much. she said she has a very flexible body and she would just slip away from you when she is done cuddling with you.

I asked her if there is any favorite toys or favorite food.
She did not show me any toys. she did show me sometimes she will play /chase a few your hands or your feet but she prefers to chase insects or small creatures.
she likes to watch birds and she will make hunting noises.
She also said she will sometimes eat real meat but not often because it will cause her constipation/ upset tummy. She showed me something she is drinking gravy or lt looked like milk. She also likes crunchy food.

Can I scan your body?
Her body seems to be very young and healthy. She is about 1.5 -2 years?
Her heart sometimes pumps too much. So she needs to take care of her heart. she said her stomach is a bit sensitive side and she needs to care about what she eats. She sometimes needs to eat greens to get some fiber. She also likes to groom quite a lot and almost excessively so she needs to be careful with her hairball issues.

She said she is very healthy and she said not to worry. she makes sure to come back to be a healthy cat this time.

Any message to mommy? Are any other memories that you shared with mom?
She said she knew that she needed to come back to you to teach and practice communications. she believes that you are doing so well and she is one of the reasons that you started learning /opening up to animal communications and your spiritual journey. She said she used to do things that make you wonder what is she thinking and she did a thing that made you like to know what she is thinking etc. She likes to sit and meditate together in the morning. She feels that is a very special moment that she shared with you. Because she is a bit different from other cats you have ever had.

Anything you would like to tell me and learn from you?

Keep healing other animals and do what is best for your animals!!! and you need to pay close attention to what they really need from you instead do what YOU wish to do or what YOU wish to happen to the animals.

Hi Nami,
Yes, Sternchen is calm and gentle and I sense as well her old soul. In her present body she is now 5.5 years old (born 19.07.2017). She is mostly outside in the kennel. From there she can watch what is going on in the backyard and in the street. She loves high places and always observes her surroundings. She enjoys chasing insects and bugs. I have never seen her kill anything although I am sure she easily could, if she would rely on prey as a food source. There are small wooden boxes for the cats to sleep or just relax on the upper floor of the kennel.
Sternchen does not have access to the great outdoors. Most of her time she spends with all other animals in a big 2 floor kennel. When I am home, some of them come indoors for a while. They used to have 24 hour access to the house, but this got too expensive, as they destroyed dishes and cups, pots and pans (by switching on the cooker with empty pots on it). The worst act ever was when they opened the water at night and the sink filled up and then overflowed. When I woke up in the morning, the whole house was flooded, all electrical appliances were destroyed. So now, they can come in only under supervision.

Sternchen is very intelligent and she does get along with everybody. She can be very affectionate, if she feels like it. As for her daily routine, I wish I could spend time with them after breakfast, but unfortunately when they are fed I have to run to get to work on time. Obviously, Sternchen showed you the ground floor of the kennel. There is a small table in and various platforms for the cats to jump on. And there is a big cat tree and some branches for them to climb. And yes there are 37 cats and 2 dogs in the kennel.
You are right that Sternchen is not very vocal and if she meows it is a more high pitched sound. But generally she is a master of silent communication.

Sternchen was born inside the kennel to a feral mom, who had come in asking for help after she had lost her first litter due to lack of experience. She was only 13 months when she gave birth to Sternchen and her sister Daisy. When I came home from work and found them, I picked them up and transferred the whole family to my bedroom / bathroom, until the babies were old enough to go to the kennel without slipping out through the fence (usually 4-5 months).

Sternchen likes to sit at the fence on the upper floor and watch birds hop around in the trees just outside the kennel. Sitting upstairs brings her to the same hight as the birds.

For dinner all animals have a choice of chicken, wet food and dry kibbles. The kibbles are available 24 hours. Sternchen likes the dry food but she always has some chicken at night as well. Sternchen is one of the healthiest cats here. I don’t recall that she ever had any health issues. She does groom herself a lot.

We do sit together and share some quiet time, however in the evening. Sternchen has a very strong energy and has the ability to calm down everybody around her (including myself). And she is a very good and patient teacher. But I started my animal communication journey long before Sternchen was even born. I participated in a live online training with Val that was the foundation for her first home study course. I think that was 16 years ago.

This time was different and so strange. I am probably very wrong, but there it is. After introducing me and asking if she want to talk to me, I had no answer at first, but then, I felt sadness, and she came to me, it is like I felt her head on my shoulder, very strange! Then I felt love so mush love, and she told me I need to love myself if I want to succeed. I send her love, and thank her for her wise advice. Thank you for the extra pictures of Sternchen ! She is so pretty and funny and such a lady ! She was adorable as a kitten, too! She is saying that is the face Mommy woke up to every morning and sometimes in the evening. She is showing me images if her getting in your face with her face as a kitten and as an adult now. 🙂

I asked her if we could talk about some things going on in my life. She said now wasn’t the time and indicated it was because more had to be revealed and for us to talk later. She then said we could talk now and later. I said,  « Okay. Thank you. »

Me- So, Sternchen, my cats have high thyroid levels normal range and one has high level of boron. I feel like the causes are supplements I had been giving them and foods from the sea in regards to the thyroid. I feel like the boron might also be from supplements I had been giving them and their previous stainless steel water bowl and food dishes. I switched the food, stopped the two supplements, and switched the water bowl and food dishes. Do you feel this will Heal them ?
Sternchen – at first I got that I need to Heal. That might have been another source, maybe my ego mind. Actually first what I got when I was asking the questions was that I am doing the best I can.
I believe this is from Sternchen – You Healing is good. You need it. Your cats will benefit, but will Heal from the changes you mentioned. They are trying to help you but know you need them and you are doing the best you can and will not let themselves get unhealthy. They know you need them and they also want to be with you in general. They Love you and understand. Listen to them and your Self. Be True to yourself. Have fun! She is showing images of swinging from trees or on monkey bars and another image but I forgot what it was.

Me- I’m asking about having fun. She mentioned about playing with my cats (I agree and have always found that fun). She is saying whatever comes to your heart for fun or enjoyment is good.

Me- I have been going through a difficult time. Do you feel like things will get better soon with changes I have made and working with the new doctor ?
Sternchen -I believe so. Follow your instinct and your heart, my dear Martha.

Sternchen – now that you mention it, yes, there is. Why are people so selfish. I saw my mom asking for help from someone and the person didn’t help her. What is wrong with helping when you are able ?

Me- Sometimes people are selfish or for some reason don’t feel comfortable helping. Sometimes maybe they don’t like the other person or don’t like the reason for asking for help. People are very different than animals.

Sternchen – I can’t imagine not helping if I was aware and able unless I was afraid. I don’t experience much fear. The only time I was really afraid was when Mommy found me as a baby and when the toilet overflowed. There were strange sounds, I didn’t like the water, and Mommy was out of sorts energetically.

Me- I can understand that. Your mommy was probably out of sorts energetically because of stress dealing with the toilet and time.

Sternchen – i don’t understand getting stressed about time. Everything is the same time line and we have endless time. Humans feel differently though. Perhaps this would be a good future conversation because it’s time to eat!

Sternchen’s advise to you strongly resonates with me. This is my experience as well. When I am relaxed and well balanced, feeling content and happy, my animals are usually also doing quite well. I am glad that Sternchen senses that you are on the way to get better and I wish you from the bottom of my heart that the dark clouds over your head will soon dissolve and you will find happiness and joy.

As for the help issue, possibly she overheard a chat with one of my friends, who would do everything to help me out with one exception, she is not willing to look after my animals, under no circumstances. But in general, I am very lucky. I always get help, when I really need it.

It is right that Sternchen is not a fearful cat.
Sternchen was born to a feral cat inside my kennel. I had asked her quite young mother to let me know when she was ready to give birth so that I could move her to a more quiet place, because I was afraid the newborn kittens could get injured with all the other animals around. So when I came home from work and found the cat with 2 babies in the kennel, I immediately tried to get them all in a carrier to move them. Unfortunately mummy would not let me touch her nor her babies. So this was a bit of stress, especially with the dog trying to get to the babies to lick them.

Are you sure Sternchen mentioned a toilet overflowing? The worst ever situation we had was when some of the cats opened the tap in the sink one night while I was sleeping. When I woke up in the morning, the whole house was flooded and every single electrical appliance in my kitchen had died and needed to be replaced. That action cost a small fortune. On that day I was not just out of sorts, I was mad like hell.

I fully agree with Sternchen that it is not worth getting stressed about time. My employer however has a very different take on that issue. I am in constant trouble for being late 1 or 2 minutes in the morning…. No mention of being late half an hour or sometimes up to 2 hours when it’s time to go home in the afternoon. So probably she is picking up on that.

Sternchen: Of course, this is amazing for me. I am so happy you have reached out. I am blessed and blessings to you. I am pleased and honored. I want to be heard, as do we all, I take it very seriously. Relax, have confidence in yourself and believe. I am a very wise being, I have lived many lives and suffered a lot but now I am ok. I have been chosen for this wonderful job. Anytime you want help I am here. Don’t be shy, it is an honor.

Me: what do you love to do?
Sternchen: I love to sunbathe, relax, just watch the world go by. I am a cat of course and love cat things, but I love most to just be, to meditate, contemplate the meaning of life, things like that. I am a very old soul and I am not into doing frivolous things. I also love to be stroked in a slow gentle way, my lovely fur, in a nice sensuous way, it relaxes me. I’m not really into hunting, I’m more of a thinker. I love tranquility.

Me: What do you love to eat?
Sternchen: I am grateful for anything I am given – you see I had a hard life before.

Me: What do you need?
Sternchen: To be spoken to, to be stroked, to be loved, to be appreciated, to feel safe. To be able to share my wisdom with others, this is my purpose.

I sensed that Sternchen is a very tranquil, loving, serene, wise being.

Hi Angela. You are spot on. Sternchen told me as well that she loves to talk with people and to help us center, ground and connect. I also sense that she is an old and wise soul.

She loves to have the sun on her belly. She is quiet and well balanced. I can just tell you a big yes to everything you picked up what she likes to do. This is Sternchen, 100%. And another yes, she eats everything. She is not at all picky. The hard life she mentioned must have been a previous lifetime. In her present life, she is with me since her birth.

Sternchen loves to share her wisdom with everybody, humans and animals alike. She has a calming influence on every animal in the kennel and thus contributes a lot to all the animals living peacefully together most of the time.
