Lee O has volunteered to host her cat, Roo, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT). You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher. Gold and Platinum members will have an opportunity to connect with Roo along with Val on the Q&A call Saturday, July 9, using the call in numbers found in your course materials and check your time on a world clock for 11:30am Eastern / 10:30am Central Texas. Call reminder emails will also be sent to you. If you have trouble getting into the call, email Moderator@ValHeart.com.
We encourage all of you to connect with Roo now and throughout the month.
Tune into Roo first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.
How does Roo feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Roo ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.
Have fun!
Roo

I’m just tuning into Roo for the first time. He looks a bit startled or frightened in the picture but that is probably just the picture. I’m having a little trouble getting past this. I sense he may be a bit uncertain about meeting strangers this way. Roo, I’m one of those strangers. How can I make it easier for you?
I offered Roo some Reiki that he is welcome to accept or not, is choice. He is sort of looking at is as in what is that. Curious. Not accepting it at least not yet. I assured him that he does not have to accept it. He can just ignore it if he prefers.
I assume he is a he but that may be becasue he looks a lot like my Roxy.
I asked him how he feels now. Tuning in I do not sense that he is frightened now. Maybe the flash caught him off guard. I think he may be one of those cats like many who are slow to warm up to strangers. He may find the class with everyone at once a bit much but I’m sure he will be OK with it. If not Val would not have OKed him to do this.
I’ll tune into him again and perhaps wait back stage with him during the call as he waits for everyone to talk him at once. He wants to know more about that.
OK, Roo, here’s what will happen.
I explained to him how the call will go and assured him he can connect with people as he wants to and let everyone else wait. I assured him that he will be with his Mom and the rest of us not really there but just talking in his head like now. We chatted a bit about it and I thanked him for being out teacher this month.

Hi Martha!
You are right on. Roo is a bit suspicious. And He is indeed a “He”, btw. I am sure he will take you up on the Reiki when he is a little more familiar with you. He does like it. I learned it just for him.
I really appreciate you taking the time to prepare him. I think that will go a long way. I was a bit surprised myself that he consented. Your impressions of him are indeed correct. He is very cautious and easily startled.
I am hoping that Sal will boost Roo’s confidence during the process, since he seemed to be all about it when he had his turn.
I would be so happy for you to be “backstage” with him during the call, that is such a lovely idea. I so appreciate your support, and I know Roo will as well.
Looking forward to your next encounter with him.Love and Light,
Lee -

I tried to connect with Roo just now, he didn’t seem reserved at all – happily joined me at a park in the Colorado mountains and curled up on my tummy for some snuggles! He loves the outdoors, had some fun chasing bugs (not much interested in larger critters, definitely stays away from snakes). I got that he has several other animals in his home too, that he enjoys chasing, he sounds like quite a hunter! Loves fish, especially tuna! His favorite toy is small and maybe yellow?
That’s it, I hope I got something right!

Hello Greta,
It sounds like Roo really took to you! He is a cuddler, not so much with humans, but with his brother and sisters very much so. Maybe he dreams of outdoors or watches from the window? They do have a lot of fun chasing eachother. I am not sure he has a favorite toy but I will try to pay attention. I may be missing something.
I never feed them fish foods, but maybe I should try!
Thank you for tuning into Roo and for your feedback
Love,
Lee

I just got off a long 24 hours of international travel.
Hope I sm not too late to reach out. I have tried over this past week to reach out to Roo.
He did not want to communicate just now but twice seemed preoccupied (thas t is what I sensed) with something going on behind him at home. Plus I think I was a bit rushed so he was hearing me but totally focused elsewhere.. guess I need to learn to earn respect.-

Hi Monique,
I am starting to think that communicating with Roo is like he is in his cat body. You have to wait for him to come to you. Give it another try and see if that works. His energy is very subtle and sort of creeps up on me. Let me know what you get!

In the call, I got that he was almost dancing when Val said that it was not time to focus on him. I felt like his aura was orange and not very big, it was mild “subtle”. At first he was surrounded by auras from al of us and I left my aura of love get near him and his love aura touched mine as I got near, but then he sort of realized and went to the “other” side of his love radiance.
He was sitting at first then he seemed to relax and curled up on a bed with white sheet or cover. Later he licked his paws a bit and then that was all I got. Still need to learn how to communicate and “talk” and receive back.
On the subject of past lives, the feeling is he was a pursued soul and Lee helped him somehow. So he really prefers to stay around Lee and not interested in venturing out in the cruel startling world.
I really would like feedback as to his physical reactions during the call and other feelings. I really need to focus on receiving the communications hopefully I get that soon! -

Hi Monique,
I’m so sorry, I hadn’t seen this next post. I think this one further reinforces what we were saying about his subtle energy.
Regarding his past lives, I think that would really explain why he is so content to stay in the house with his people.
So interestingly enough, I could not gauge his response, because he was not with me. I had my “Grand Daschund” with me and the cats make themselves pretty scare when there is a dog in the house. After the call, I found Roo with the other cats asleep on my bed which has a white down comforter on it. You saw exactly where he was! And what he was doing during the call! Awesome job, Monique

Wow! That is so exciting! That is the first time I ever saw. Or at least the first time I got confirmation of seeing an animal’s surroundings and actions when not with me.
Thank you!
I feel like I don’t know how to talk to people or animals. Like why waste time empty chatting. If “I” have nothing important to say or something like that then why waste “air”.
That just made me realize, maybe it is not what they need from me which I cannot provide, but “hey, I need them to let mw know I am succeeding in communicating.” So I can practice.
I think I will ask Roo for his help if he is willing to help me with that.
Thank you Lee

Monique,
Very exciting indeed!
I just couldn’t resist sending this photo to confirm your clairvoyant experience.
The pillows pictured were not on the bed during the call.Val and I discovered that Roo really likes have a job, so I am thinking he will be happy to help you.
He has been pretty full of himself since the call, which is unusual for him. I love seeing him feeling so confident.
I am going to tell him you would really like to learn from him and we will see if he takes that to heart. Please keep me updated.
Maybe he will show you some other places in the house….

Hi Lee,
Before the connection when looking at his expression and his powerful eyes on his picture, the first thing I sensed was (Roo speaking) « even if I look like a lovely sweet cat, be cautious. I have eagle’s eyes, nothing escapes my attention. It’s not easy to lead me down the garden path». He shows me that he is looking after everybody in his home, like a caring mother would.
During Q&A call on July 9, 2022
At the very beginning of the communication Roo was so impatient to start that I had to ask him to wait a little bit since I had to listen to what Val said first before I could talk to him, which annoyed him.
When we had to notice how close he was, his message was « that’s close enough ».
His energy: like the one a conductor of an orchestra would have.
Roo is more clairsentient.
His personality: confident,
his energy: strong, balanced,
his aura: looked like a really big sparkling golden rainbow,
his chakras: strong, balanced – all of them,
his furr: felt soft on a firm body,
his job purpose: keep an eye on the home, make sure everybody is ok,
his role: moral assistance to Lee.Connection on July 14, 2022
When we connected the first thing he did as a greeting was sending me a huge love energy straight into my heart which was wonderfull. I did the same for him.
Asking him about last Saturday’s Q&A call he said it had been stressful for him. Reassured and congratulated him because he did great during the call.
His favourite place in his home is a round cushion on which all cats can sleep together.
Yes, they are playing together.
His favourite things to do: to stroll around the various places in his home.
Roo feels fine in his body.
When I thanked him for his indulgence he sent me kind of a warm wave that poured into my whole body.
Does he have anything he would like to tell you: Roo sais you belong to him and yes, you are a wonderful cat mum.
Anything Lee can help Roo with: no, everything is ok.
Anything Roo can help me with: yes, he advised me to connect with my heart and listen with my heart. Cat Rosie (June Q&A call) gave me exactly the same advice!
When I asked myself « who is Roo in his soul and spirit » I sensed he was a security guard, protecting his family. But his main purpose was to protect you. I sensed something peculiar which I’ll try to translate into words: Imagine you have a fruit bowl on your table in the kitchen and you unfold and put a napking over it to protect it from the wasps and other flying insects so your fruits are protected from them. So Roo kind of shields your family to keep you SAFE.
When we ended our conversation, sending him lots of love and hugs, he again – as at the beginning of iour connection – inundated me with warm powerful love energy. It made me feel so good! After this connection with Roo I have read again the one with Sal and I found there were quite some similitudes…? May be Roo and Sal are both doing the same job – sharing their tasks? Or Sal invited himself into the conversation?
In order to have a neutral approach I have not read the messages prior to this.
Looking forward to your reply
lots of love to all of you -

Evelyne,
What an incredible conversation and connection you had with Roo. I am still so incredulous that he was so agreeable to do this in the first place. A part of me thinks he did this to open my eyes to his true nature. I have always felt as though I am the only one in my family that has ever had a connection with him, and he is here for me and me alone. Your communication with him further validates that , and it seem as though he is okay with that.
I think it is quite possible that he and Sal are sharing tasks. As a matter of fact, I think Sal might have even recruited him for the job, as it has been just recently that Roo seems to be more grounded in his purpose.
I love that you you sensed that his chakras are well-balanced, as I can assure you that has not always been the case. I have really focused on animal healing modalities for him specifically, and Val has really helped me to understand him better and confirm how ungrounded he was when she and I started with him. As little experience as I have had, it seems that my healing efforts have been fairly successful. He has shown remarkable changes since we started, which have been evident to other people as well.
It rings true that he is primarily clairsentient, as am I. I have always felt like I know what is going on with him. I can sense when he needs balanced , or healing, when he has a headache, or stomach pain. It just took a while for me to trust my intuition. I know now now that he has always communicated with me that way.
I had to laugh when you said he told you, “That is close enough” because he tells us all the same thing. You got his message loud and clear. He will only curl up to me when I am sleeping or perfectly still in meditation.
I am so happy he inundated you with love. He has has very subtle loving energy.
And yes, the “round cushion” is a large round ottoman that he loves to share with Sal and the girls. I keep a tray on it most of the time, so maybe I will take it off if he really likes it that much.Thank you so much for your insight, Evelyne
Love and light,
Lee, Roo and Sal-

Hello Sal,
here’s some of what I got when I tried to connect with Roo.
He’s smart and playful. He lives with other cats. Is his mom there? I’m not sure if that’s you or his cat mom. There are no children. He likes to be high up. He plays around the house. He is mischievous and likes to trick people. Things like reaching his paw out from under a chair as they walk past. He’s confident and has a bit of attitude – a bit like the cartoon Top Cat. He is short haired, with a smooth clean coat and a brown tail. There is some sadness – he lost a someone close. He is very wise and he is your advisor.
I don’t know if any of this resonates – thank you for sponsoring Roo to help us all practice.

Hi Rosemary,
Thank you for tuning in to Roo. Roo does live with his other cat siblings. Most would not describe him as playful, except under occasional circumstances, however, he may very well see himself that way in his own mind. The thought just occurred to me that in his younger days , he was extremely playful and a master jumper. He would chase a teaser toy and leap high into the high, looking like an acrobat.
He went into a depression of sorts years ago when he lost his two former cat siblings. It was so bad, in fact, he became critically ill and we nearly lost him. I believe that is the loss he grieves. I ended getting 3 more cats ( Sal, Zuri and Hershee) to fill that void for him, which it did end up doing, thankfully.
It was my pleasure to sponsor Roo. Thank you so much for your communication and insight . It proved to be very thought-provoking for me reviewing the past.

I connected with Roo today. I got the impression he is very smart and intently listens because he wants to make sure he understands. He doesn’t want to get it wrong. Also, he comes across to me as understated and a bit unassuming.
I asked if he likes his green collar and said, “Yes, it makes me stand out to be seen. Sometimes I blend in so it’s good to have this kind of color.” I asked if he’d been stepped on and he said, “No, but close calls – some brushes by others and some stumbles in order to not step on me.”
I asked what he likes. “I like to observe and watch and then get more curious sometimes, not always though. I remember when I used to be more scared, I was nervous about things like people getting too close or accidentally getting hit by falling objects (I saw an image of a vase like container falling over).
Roo said he’s a teacher and a guide for Lee, but mostly a teacher. He said he’s happy to be my teacher too. I asked if he would mind giving me a bit of advice. I asked what he’d suggest for me to get out of my mind when I find I’m stuck there. He said, “Breathe your way out. Remind yourself you are not your mind and your mind is only a tool. for you to use to organize things. It’s like those closet organizers that keep things nice and tidy. Stop. Breather. In. Out. In. Out.In. Out. Feel your feet. Breathe. Put one hand on your tummy and one on your heart. Breathe. Breathe. again. Now re-open the doors of your heart.” I thanked Roo for this.
I asked if Roo had a message for Lee. “I’ve been sharing quite a bi with her through the others. I will always reiterate how grateful I am that she has brought me home with her. I probably wouldn’t still be in y body had she not made the decision to bring me into her life, so I’ll always be grateful for that. Also, I think she knows that I sometimes worry about how busy he can et. Truth is though she does manage it pretty well sh she’s a bit of an inspiration. She has come through quite a bit in her life. She’s quite special! (Roo showed my an image of Lee with a crown on her head)
The aura colors I saw were blue and pinkish/magenta for Roo.
As we were ending our conversation Roo started throwing small green energy balls at me (for fun) and then I saw him turn into an adult Tiger. I asked him what happens when he hits me with the energy balls. His response was “I get points!” He said it’s like a video game. I laughed out loud.
I thanked Roo for his time, talking to and teaching me. Then he thanked me for wanting to learn their language and help others get comfortable doing so too.

Hi Beth,
Oh my goodness, I love it!
Roo is quite the observer and not much for playing, in his body that is. He has always had an element of fear about him and is just extremely sensitive to sounds and touch. He has recently settled in more and seems to be less nervous. This is great success!
I often imagine that he “plays games” while he is sleeping, dreaming or meditating. I think he is a big meditator. And he is probably responsible for guiding me to the practice, as he knew how beneficial and necessary it has been for calming my mind. Not surprised that he is teaching you to get out of your head as well.
The message you had for me from Roo literally brought tears to my eyes, as it does again now when I type this. I am so grateful for that. We had a couple of close calls with Roo over the years and I often think that most people out there ( our group here is the exception) would never have gone to such great lengths to get to the root of his issues. He is responsible for starting me on this journey, so as to better understand him. And to learn healing techniques to help him, as he refuses to go to the vet now.
To think that he is so cognizant of this is truly a revelation for me. Not to mention how aware he is of my tendency to “overextend” myself. Remarkable. He probably throws energy balls at me to keep me going at times. That makes me laugh out loud, as well!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart Beth, for relaying this conversation to me. It could not have come at a better time. You truly made my day.
You were were spot on with him, which isn’t all that easy, he is a pretty complex fellow…
Love and Light to you and your pets,
Lee and Roo -

Hi Lee,
Thank you so much for taking the time from your busy (or as Roo might say, overextended) life to provide so much feedback and encouragement to me! I’m so happy the timing of Roo’s message was perfect for you! I’m also very grateful Roo is more settled and less nervous than he used to be! Kudos to you and all who have helped him along the way!
Roo is truly a special cat and for sure he knows a queen when he’s in her presence!
Thanks again!
Much love to you, Roo, Sal and Zuri,

Hello Lee. Thank you for the opportunity to talk with Roo. I connected with Roo and this is what I recorded:
Me: Would you be willing to talk with me?
Roo: The pleasure is mine, this is wonderful, I am so excited. It is my duty, I take it very seriously. I have spoken to others too, but not you before. It is amazing to do. Wow what an absolute honor, I love it, it’s great. Now how can I help?Me: Are we connected?
Roo: Yes, don’t stress, just relax, just be with me. Don’t complicate things, you are safe with me. Just breathe, relax and be with me. If you relax it’s easy.Me: What do you love to do?
Roo: I love to climb trees. I am a very powerful and active cat. I am a huntress, I am very proud of my abilities. I also love to look after Sal. He is quite nervy and timid, not like me – so I like to look after him.Me: Why is Sal nervous?
Roo: Sal is anxious because he had a bad experience when he was young. But I am helping him, this is my duty. I take my duty very seriously.I sensed Roo to be a confident, loving cat with a great sense of duty.
I am not sure if this is me or Roo but any feedback would be great. Thanks. Angela

Hi Angela,
Please forgive the late reply, we were traveling al day yesterday going to FL. We are in Sarasota with our kids planning my daughters wedding in October. I just read this post and read it to my daughter as well.
Our impression is that Sal actually hijacked your conversation and was the one communicating with you. Everything you said rings true, but Roo is the nervous one and I believe had a bad experience when he was young. ( we actually had him shipped to us in WV from Illinois and it never should have happened, He flew cargo and I believe it scarred him. Had I known , I never would have agreed to that and will never ever allow any pet to be be shipped again)
Sal really truly is confident with a great sense of duty, especially to Roo. He has tremendous respect for him as his elder, and is a stable calming force for Roo.
I love this conversation! So interesting that Sal actually got involved in it. Very cool you were right on!
Big Hugs from all of us!
Lee

Hi Again Lee,
I tried to reach out to Roo a few days ago. I have been busy since and have not tried and right now, I believe my Maximus is jealous as he is really asking for more stroking, grooming, combing and wants to be on my lap as much as I can let him.
But, I digress,
I reached out to Roo and as I reached out to him I said” hey Roo, it is me again, can we try this communication thing again?”
All I got was him in a darkish hallway not sure if it was long and he was halfway down it or short and he was at the start of it. Wood cabinets or something on the right side, maybe a kind of dresser like you could have in a hallway (Roo was with his back sort of against it facing the end room of the hallway crouched and ears back). A room with an open door at the end with lots of light as from some larger windows and at least one possibly smaller doorway on the left in the hallway before the open one at the end. There was another room not far from where he was standing also on the left but I could not see it. The physical appearance of all of this was secondary, as it seems he was not happy. He was in the midst of a hissing protective stance against either another cat or maybe a dog just inside the open door at the end. I could not see them. He was not in the mood or he was preoccupied at the time (my luck he was not available lol). This was short lived, as in it did not last long and he retreated to the room closer to him and let the bad feelings go. He was still a bit frazzled but I felt he was okay and letting the whole scene go.
I did think that I should immediately reach out to you and see if you were home and saw what happened, but I was in bed and to get up get my phone and set up the hotspot to write here was more than I had energy for. I have been very busy the last few days so have not had time to do any of this except try to be more “receptive” to my Maximus’s messages. So I am writing this now.
I am mostly caught up with work so will work on this course for the next few days.
I would love to know if I saw something that sounds familiar to you.
I will see if I can connect to Roo again soon. Maximus is literally blocking me however every time I reach out he seems to be saying “pay attention to me!” I will have to discuss this with him lol.- This reply was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by Monique Lewison.

Suffice to say, your Clairvoyance is developing amazingly well!More to follow later,

Hi Monique,
Thank you so much for your patience! London is getting married October 29. The week after your daughter. It sounds as though you have a lot to look forward to with two kids getting married back to back. How exciting! Our trip was very productive and almost everything is in place for the weeding. Thanks for asking!!
So it seems to me that Roo was showing you a situation that happened on a different day or time. But, nonetheless, you picked up very accurately.
My sister and her husband just moved back to our area with their dog, Brownie. Brownie is a sweetheart, but she really wants to chase the cats and Roo is terrified of her…. We generally keep Brownie downstairs and I warn to cats to stay upstairs if they don’t want to interact. Occasionally, Brownie sneaks up the stairs before we can stop her and the terror ensues.
You actually described the typical scene in the upstairs hallway. Credenza on the right, long hallway leading to my bedroom at the end, which has French doors, hence all the light. There is also a hallway off to the left. I have seen that exact interaction when Brownie catches Roo off guard and he has that initial terror, which generally dissipates very quickly when he reaches his safe haven in our bedroom (several cat trees in my room). All in all, Roo knows Brownie is harmless.
Kudos Monique! This is really good stuff!

Hi Terrianne,
Don’t be discouraged at all. It can take a very long time to connect with Roo. His energy is very subtle and sort of sneaks up on you. I generally can feel what he is feeling. He communicates with me through claircognizance and clairsentience.
It took me a very long time to trust what I was getting from him. But I will receive pain from him when he is not feeling well. He has actually awakened me with tooth pain and a headache in the morning. Talk about a rude awakening! I did some energy healing with him and the pain subsided quickly. It was pretty cool.
If you try and connect with him again, just be patient and don’t have any expectations. See what kind of feeling you get from him.
Love and Light,
Lee

Roo is a very wise, old soul. In a prior life, he lived in China, and says that he was taken by the bubonic plague. (After speaking with him, I had to use Google to confirm that the bubonic plague had actually happened in China…it occurred in the 1300’s.) He walked with a cane before he died, but he wasn’t older than around his late 50’s.
Roo is eager to communicate, and has a very Zen quality when doing so. He asked me to follow him into a thick forest, where he sat up and then transformed into the Chinese man who he mentioned. I get the name Xiang Chen. He had a wife and a son who was his namesake. I actually get a sense that you were either the wife or son in that lifetime, and he has incarnated as a cat because you have an agreement to stay close to each other. While showing himself in this form, I asked him if he likes to play, and heard a strong ‘No’.
Prior to living with you as a cat now, he was a burden to someone who didn’t like him. I kept hearing the words ‘swatted for playing too rough’. He says that he’s not what he appears to be.
I asked Roo quite a number of questions, but he insisted on talking about his past life. When I initially started asking him questions, I got all the same answers that a lot of other people got, including a liking to play as well as being outside. It may well be that he likes to play outside, or thinks that he would. Play to him, though, may mean ‘explore’. I do not get a sense that he feels cooped up. But the cat body feels edgy. It’s like two different things going on with him — the cat side and the soul side. Soon after we connected and he gave me the ‘cat chat’ answers, he said that he sees me (“I see you”). And that’s when he decided to start a different conversation. He placed his front paws on my temples, and asked me to hear him.

Hi, Lee!
I hope that this message finds you well.
I know that my feedback on Roo was odd. It certainly came as a surprise to me.
It looks like the technical issues have been resolved. Hopefully, you’ll be able to share your insights again without any snafus. 🙂
Kindly,

Hi Krys,
This is my original response that I was unable to post at the time. So very sorry for this delay. Life has been in the way…
WHOA!
Now that conversation blows me away. Talk about thought-provoking.
Now I too have started googling Bubonic Plague and how to pronounce Xiang Chen.Oddly enough, Roo very seldom responds to his name. I have always thought that it just doesn’t resonate with him.
Again, in this lifetime, Roo has had no interest whatsoever, in going outside. He likes his safe haven. Roo is pretty tactile defensive, which I really feel does have something to do with a past life, so makes total sense. And like you said, I agree his cat body feels edgy.
I am really the only member of this family that he has a connection with. I really do feel like he is here just for me. I am so appreciative of this amazing insight you bring from him, Krys. This has been an invaluable experience for me. Roo is definitely an onion with many layers.
I have started discussing your conversation with him, as it is so very interesting. I think he definitely feels a deeper understanding from me. He has been particularly attentive to me, recently.
Thank you so much.
Love and light,
Lee and Roo -

That’s interesting that you say he doesn’t respond to the name Roo. During the early stages of our conversation, he told me that you don’t know his real name. I brushed that off after he changed the subject to his past life. Before he brought up the life of Xiang Chen, he said that his name is Charlie. If memory serves me correctly, he said that the name Roo is okay.
Roo sought me out yesterday, and told me that you were his wife in China, and that your current daughter was your and his son in that lifetime. After I heard this, I looked at your “Introduce Yourself” page and saw that you have 2 daughters. (I’m a researcher at heart. LOL And I always look for confirmations that I’ve heard something accurately.)
I understand that Roo doesn’t like to go outside in his present life. But as Xiang Chen, he enjoyed being in the forest. What’s interesting about Roo is that he seems to remember that life very clearly. He may have an animal body, but his mind is not confined to the type of body he’s currently occupying.
Beautiful soul, as well as content with where he is now.

Hi Krys,
Krys,So I couldn’t wait to get home today to see Roo.
I said to him,” hey Buddy, is your name really Charlie??
He didn’t pay any attention to me at first and then I said , “Charlie?”
Again, “Charlie?”
This time he stopped and stared at me , so I said that someone told me this was his name. He walked up close and just gazed at me right in the eyes for a long time.
I’m not sure yet if I am just imagining it, so I will reserve my judgement as to whether it is actually resonating with him.
I’ll be sure to let you know what happens next!!Thanks so much for sharing!

LOL That’s funny! Thanks for coming back to me with that update. I’ve communicated with a lot of living and departed dogs (practiced with friends’ and neighbors’ companions). Roo is the first cat that I’ve ever communicated with, and I have to say that he feels more like a human being. The dogs are often (not always, of course) wiggly and waggy, chatty, speed-talkers. Roo, on the other hand, feels like an old, wise man.
I’ll definitely be interested in hearing how the name “Charlie” works out. 🙂 I continue to get a really good feeling of happiness from him.

Hi Lee,
Thank you for allowing me to connect with Roo.As I tuned into him, he came right up to me with a short meow. He said he had been talking to many people, so he said to ask me anything.
I sensed He has a very calm, gentle, and old soul, but he is cautious.I asked him to tell me about himself and his favorite things.
He said he is intelligent; he loves his family. He loves his life right now. He said he loves to eat. He could eat all day if he could. He loves to be in front of his person and demand for his attention or food.He prefers to eat when people are watching him or petting him. He showed me the image of him getting up on the table when you or your husband? ( I sensed a male energy there as well ) is watching TV or something on the couch. He would stand in front of you. He would use his paw and meow ; then trying to get attention. He would lead you to the place where his food bowl is located. He usually walks slow but he will trot and meow when he is taking you to the food area. It felt like he was walk trotting down to the hallway and he went to one room was a bit smaller room compared to other rooms. He has few steps or something( a table ? ) that he can jump up to the food area. It felt like the surface was cooler. Also there was his litter box close to the food area.
He likes to follow everywhere you go. He likes to sleep on the cool floor. But he also enjoy sleeping on the soft surface and kneading. I felt like he was kneading on you or his cat friends. And feeling very content. He said he does not play much anymore. He was never really into a toy. He loves to eat and sleep or meditate.
He seems to be with you all day or most of time. I sensed that one more person ( male energy) that he also loves. I sensed one small dog energy there but he is not so close and he think the dog has a much younger energy than him. There are two other cats that are very close. He likes to watch and observe what you are thinking. He has a soul contract with you. He said his job is to support you emotionally to build the confidence in your intuitive works.
But in the exchange he demands for attention and food. He also needs to learn from you and grow together emotionally.
He is very affectionate and funny sometime.I scanned his body briefly. He has a bit short front legs compared to hind limbs. ( or the way he walks he is always carrying his head lower ) He seems to be a mid age, somewhere 8-10 years. But he has an old soul. He said he is very healthy but he tends to put extra weight easily and he needs to watch. He has an extra flap on his tummy. He said His tummy is very soft and it is very charming. His neck and the wrist gets tight sometimes. He gets out of breath easily if he runs too fast. He said he needs to watch what he eats. Something to do with sugar or balancing hormones . His urine seems a bit diluted. But he said he is feeling good and feels healthy.
He gave me an advice at the end . He said you are doing better communicating this way but you need to relax more to talk to me. Just relax and believe what you are getting from me.
I thanks to him and came back.
Thank you so much for letting me connect with Roo. I appreciate any feedback from you .

Hello Nami,
Thank you for your patience waiting for this reply. I am so glad you had the opportunity to connect with Roo.
Roo is very gentle, not always so calm, but much more so lately.
You definitely sensed male energy around him(my husband and son).
He does seem particularly content with his life right now, which makes me very happy because that has not always been the case.He actually is never demanding at all, but I believe Sal does all of the requesting for him.
He does love to sleep, eat, and I do believe, meditate. He is an old soul and is not much into playing. I am very certain his purpose is solely for me, and now my spiritual journey.
He is 11 years old, and I honestly had doubts for a while if he would reach this age. He feels much healthier now, since I started communicating with him and doing healing work with him. He is so much healthier now, than 10 months ago. He does tend to pick up weight, because he’s fairly sedentary. However, recently he has been zooming around the house with his siblings, which makes me really happy. He is in really good shape currently. But still, he does have some extra belly fat. He is pretty soft and squishy. And a precious little soulThank you so much for tuning in and I hope this feed back was somewhat helpful.
Much love,
Lee and Roo

Thank you Lee, for allowing me to speak with Roo. I’m posting without looking at earlier responses.
I connected to Roo twice, as somehow I could not get much information. He wanted to know why I was speaking with him, and I told him that I lacked practice and confidence and needed his help. He was tired, but still willing to help.
He came through as a forceful personality, but who can see beyond the physical. He wants to help his parent to achieve her goals.
He has enjoyed meeting different people while being FAT.On a lighter note, I had a glimpse of a maroon rug, and saw him enjoying rolling around on the floor.
I am sorry I haven’t been able to connect too deeply with Roo.-

Hi Nita,
Thank you for tuning into Roo!
Roo is a very subtle yet forceful personality. He’s not needy and any affection is on his terms. I am now totally convinced, he is here just for me to help me achieve my goals. He loves his cat siblings, but I am literally the only human he shows much interest in.
It’s actually kind of funnyHe’s not always the easiest guy to connect with, so I think you did great!
Love,
Lee and Roo -

Hi Lee.
Thank you for offering Roo as the Featured Animal Teacher.I sense he’s a gentle, inquisitive, and cautious Soul. He says he’s a Healer and a Guide and an Angel.
He said he rules the house but not in a mean, bossy, interrogating way, but by sweetness to get what he wants. He said he uses his eyes and sweet energetic vibes.
He said he Loves when Mommy talks to him and he said he talks to you and Loves it. He said he Loves to make biscuits and purr. « My favorite thing to eat is tuna, beef, lamb, and treats «
He had to go. I thanked him for talking with me and he thanked me for talking with him. I petted his head and sent him Love and warmth energy. He smiled and sent it to me, too.
Love and Light to Roo.

Hi Martha,
gentle and cautious totally describe Roo
He does seem to love when I talk to him. He is not demanding, but could literally get anything he wants from me. He completely communicates through his eyes are. They are wide open and gentle. I can read him like a book. We are definitely soulmates..
He’s very picky about what he eats. Treats, yes. Tuna, beef and lamb might be from his past lives lol. He’s actually talking to me right now as I write this, which is funny. As he is not much of a talker.
Much love to you,
Lee

Hi Lee!
I have connected with Roo and you know as I am a beginner I only get short videos, not actually talk. 🙂
I have hesitated if I should write or not, but in the end I have decided to give it a shot. 🙂He was standing in a room with dark flooring, either laminate or solid wood. It was lacquered, as it was glazing. He looked at me with big round eyes, questioning me, who on Earth I am. I have told him my name and that I am a practicing student for AC from this school. He relaxed, and than made a few steps and jumped on a window sill also with dark brown glazed wood. The window was white framed, and the curtains were light grey. He started to wash his right paw, and than stopped and looked at me expecting me to continue what I wanted to discuss with him.
I asked him, if he could show me something that I can tell his Mom about and that she could also confirm. He jumped off and he made again a few steps opposed the window, and there was a staircase. I than have realized we were actually in a hallway illuminated by natural light from the window. The stairway had dark brown stairs, with white banisters.I got interrupted and had not yet time to continue my exploration with Roo.
I have to mention that I have not read any other post yet, even though I love reading everything posted on the FAT.
Well, it’s not exactly a message from him, but I felt that he was opened to me, even though I was a stranger to him. He was not scared of me, as if he was used for the students to show up.
As a personality I see him quite independent, and even though he likes to be alone, he wants to feel someone else’s presence in the room. He looks a lot from this point of view with my Boumba. 🙂
The type of cat that knows his boundaries, and also wants everyone else to respect them, and he is successfully succeeding to do that just by using his attitude.
When he wants attention is fine to pet him, but if he doesn’t want it, he may leave to doze somewhere else, in the same space area, not too far, not too close. 🙂Well, I hope I haven’t stole your time for nothing. 🙂
Lots of love and healing light!

Hey Lucia,
This is a learning forum, so please don’t ever feel you have stolen my time!! I love reading these posts and providing feedback.
Regarding the surroundings, the majority of the house has dark hard wood. And I am guessing he was showing you the hallway upstairs , as it is bathed in natural light The only curtains I have are in our bedroom, and they are light gray. However, there is carpeting in that room. Even though the banister on the staircase is actually dark wood, there is white paneling on the opposing wall, so this may be what you were picking up. I feel confident this is the area he showed you.
My question to you would be if your view was from the top of the stairs or the bottom?
If it was the bottom, it could have been a different room.I will try to include a couple photos of the area.
Roo is indeed very independent, enjoys being alone, and definitely expects us to respect his boundaries. He does very much, however, like to be in the same room with me or my son. And always with at least one of the other cats. He is also respectful of other people’s space. He is not the cat that jumps on the table or counter surfs.
Thank you for your insight, Lucia, and I hope this was somewhat helpful.
Much love,
Lee and RooAttachments:

Hello Lee! ☺
I apologize for the delay in answering! It’s not an excuse, but summer seems not the best season for studying. 😊
There are too many distractions around, and I think we all might be caught up with other things.
WOW!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the pictures!
The walls are grey!
I am speechless as both pictures match what I saw!
I hope that these premises communicate with each other.
It was like passing from the lower picture to the upper one, but with the stairs on the right side in my vision.
I just remembered that when Aston was the FAT, Nami has described the apartment in extraordinary detail, but with everything on the other side as if it would be seen in a mirror! Extraordinary!
The banisters looked white to me because if you see them under sunlight or strong light the glazing would shine and appear somewhat whitish (or because it is a loooong distance call and we have distortions on the line 😄)… but I am so thrilled to have caught this glimpse! The dark brown windowsill must have been the cat tree… anyway I thought it was the window sill, because it was something dark brown that he jumped on and started washing, so the brain made the logical human assumption that it would be the windowsill…
By the way, I can not refrain and must say to you, I hope you won’t mind, you have a beautiful house!
I have been so afraid that my mind could have stored information from when Sal was the FAT. Honestly I was afraid that I might cheat myself, or my mind to cheat me.
Love to read about his personality, and that I got a glimpse of him. I personally think that this kind of boys, that play as the tough, grumpy ones, are the ones that loves us most, but in their own specific ways! 😊
You know, tough shell, soft inside. 😊Thank you so much for sponsoring Roo, and all your lovely animal friends! I will always remember that Sal, was the Rescuer for me. 😉
Lots of love and healing rainbow light to all of you! ❤🌞🌈

Hi Lee. I tried to connect with Roo again and this is what I recorded:
Me: Is there anything you would like to say to Lee?
Roo: I am so grateful being in this lovely home, I am so lucky.Me: How do you feel about Sal?
Roo: I love SalMe: How do you feel about Zuri?
Roo: Just fine but Sal is my favorite. Zuri is more independent but we are all ok together so all is just fine.Me: Have you had a bad experience in the past?
Roo: I thought I would die. I hope it never happens again. It was so unexpected, I was very confused. I am frightened it will happen again. ( I tried to explain that this was a one off occurrence)Me: Is there anything you would like to say?
Roo: I need to know I am safe, that I can relax. I want to be happy. I love to be petted , it is vey relaxing for me.I asked where Roo slept at night and got the impression that he had his own bed which was up off the ground.
I was wondering if the Bach Flower Remedies flower essences would help Roo with his anxiety from his traumatic experience. Their website is http://www.bachremedies.com. The following flower essences may be helpful: Star of Bethlehem (past trauma) and Aspen and Mimulus (anxiety and fear).
All best wishes. Angela-

WOW Angela, Roo really seems to connect with you. I love it!
No doubt Sal is his favorite and vice versa. The are thick as thieves, and total polar opposites in personality. Zuri also loves him and mothers him a lot, which I know he loves. But they will square off sometimes and wrestle which is really quite entertaining.
I am wondering if Roo was referring to when he had Pancreatitis about 6 years ago. He did nearly die, and spent 3 nights in the hospital. It was really traumatic for him. He was always pretty anxiety ridden, but that particularly stressful for him.
So interesting that you brought up Flower Essences. Actually I have been using them for years. I buy them from the Cat Faeries Website, Convivial Cat, Territorial Rescue, Multicat Household, and I cant recall the other one for anxiety. Oh and Kidney Kitty lol. I have had minimal success with all but the Convivial Cat.
I also use the calming diffusers. And Roo used to wear a Calming collar which helped take the edge off, but he flips out if I try to approach him with one now.
I actually started taking this course and joined the club specifically to address his issues. I have also taken a couple specific Animal Healing courses. And of course, I specifically work with Val’s various techniques. He responds beautifully to energy healing and will let me know when he is not feeling well and needs a dose.He is a work in progress and you wouldn’t believe how much better and grounded he has been since I started working with Val. He literally had no Wei Qi when Val first met him, until she worked her magic and coached me through it. He is a totally different cat than he was 5 months ago.
Thanks so much for your insight and helpful advice. I forgot I had wanted to see if Val would cover flower essences in one of the Master classes. It’s really interesting.
Big Love to you and your Fur babies, Angela,
Lee and Roo

Elephants are symbols of strength, power, wisdom, and good luck to many cultures and religions. They represent the ability to understand metaphors and abstract ideas. In some parts of the world, elephants have long been an emblem of royalty and power. Elephants are related to earth and water elements, which are associated with healing, stability, regeneration, and endurance.

Sandy,
Roo is getting so Prophetic these days. My goodness. Who ever knew? This has been such an enlightening experience. It’s funny, I feel like Roo has so much more respect for me since I have become enlightened. And that now I too know, “There is much more to the Universe”
What a vision with the elephant. It also made me tear up just reading it. Elephants are truly wonderous creatures. I long to go to Africa to see them in the wild. Maybe in a year or two…
The only thing I am wondering is why he lied about his food. He wont even SNIFF cooked chicken and none of his food bowls are blue. They are all stainless. If you tune in again, ask him about that. In the meantime, I am going to try to give him chicken again just to see if he has changed his mind. You are not the first one he has told that to!
Much love and thanks for sharing your insights,
Lee and Roo -

Hi
Many thanks for lovely feedback – appreciate your time an effort. Hope you are both doing well
Am glad something resonated with you e.g ‘universe’ plus the food. I assumed I was way off the mark
What Roo showed me was very profound and I too ‘tear up’ when the picture of the elephant comes into my mind. With you wanting to travel to Africa maybe there is a message for you. I live in UK and many many years ago (more than I will admit) travelled to Africa inc Zimbabwe where I encountered numerous animals inc wild elephants at a very short distance away. It was truly an amazing experience. Everything will be more ‘touristy’ now but if have opportunity then maybe go…… Thanks for letting me talk to lovely Roo Take care Sandy
