Lindsey has volunteered to host her dog, Sadie, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT). You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher. Gold and Platinum members will have an opportunity to connect with Poppy along with Val on the Q&A call Saturday, November 14. We encourage all of you to connect with Sadie now and through out the month.
Tune into Sadie first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.
How does Sadie feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Sadie ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.

Hello Lindsey: I spoke with Sadie briefly and got interrupted but I will post the little bit I got from our conversation. I introduced myself to her and told her I was in the Coaching Club with Lindsey. I asked her how she is feeling today in her body and she told me she is feeling pretty well today. I got the impression that she is in generally good health. In looking at her picture, I got the feeling that she was maybe a Queen, or royalty in a past life. She is very regal in her posture and seems to exude confidence and composure. I was going to ask her about her bed and just got an impression of a round doggie bed, maybe brown in color. AT this point, I got interrupted and had to end the conversation. She is a real sweetheart Lindsey!

Thanks for talking with my girl. She does seem to be in really good health and is very active. That’s funny that you see her as being royalty in a past life…I can see that too! We often refer to her as our little princess pumpkin, especially when she is being stubborn…which she is a lot! She has become very confident over the past year or so and seems to be very proper in posture…often lying down with her front legs crossed (she’s such a lady)! She doesn’t have a brown dog bed but she does sleep most of the time on a brown fleece that’s draped over a section of the couch…her “throne” hahaha. It seems like you got a lot talking to her!

Good morning! I’m new to this so hopefully I’m connecting but felt like I was. I connected with Sadie this morning and she seems to be very happy enthusiastic, playful dog. When I asked how she was she said she is great!I asked what does she like to play with, she showed me a ball, play tug and run! She likes to lay in the sun. That’s all I got. I’m curious if any of this is correct.
Thank you for sharing Sadie this month.
- 11/08/2020 at 1:55 pm #81315
Hi Angela! Yes, you were quite correct…she is happy, enthusiastic and very playful a lot of the time, especially when she’s comfortable. She LOVES chasing balls and never gives them back up. She also loves tug of war with people or other dogs. She’s a great runner and I think playing chase is her favorite! She’s a sunbathing dog for sure, even in the heat of summer. Great job talking with her!

Thank you for the feedback! I’m super excited that I connected!

Hi Lindsey. Thank you for offering Sadie as the Featured Animal Teacher for November.
I tried to connect with Sadie and I sensed her energy to be very motherly, kindly, calm, serene and loving.
I asked Sadie what she loves to do and I got “I love to chase after a big stick when I am at the beach with Lindsey – the bigger the stick the better. I like to chase birds at the beach, to be out, to be free to run, to be a dog. But I also like to comfort others, this is the other side of me – to be a supporter, a healer of others. I love to give out my support to others – I am a dog but I am a spiritual soul, an angel of comfort.”
I asked Sadie where she sleeps at night and I got “on the bed with Lindsey. I am her comforter and protector.”
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. Angela

Thanks for connecting with Sadie. She does have a gentle and calm energy about her when she is comfortable. People often comment on how gentle she is. She is great around kids and puppies so I can see her as being motherly. We don’t live too close to the beach but we have taken her to beaches a couple of times and she absolutely loves running free and chasing birds. The times we have gone, we have taken her ball and she loves chasing after it in the sand. She seems very happy at the beach and she’d probably love going more (as would I).
It’s beautiful what you got about her being a “spiritual soul, an angel of comfort”; she is definitely my comforter and helps me heal. She is quite protective of me so I do think it’s part of her purpose to be with me and look out for me. She doesn’t sleep in the bed with me because I share a bed with my boyfriend and there just isn’t enough room for all of us. I often wonder if she would prefer to sleep in bed with me and she probably would if I were single.
I hope this feedback helps! It seems like you picked up on quite a bit 🙂

Hi Lindsey. Thanks for your feedback. Angela

When I connected with Sadie (before even greeting her and introducing myself) (I just heard her say I didn’t need to that she already knows me) she said that I worry too much and she knew I was anxious. She then started sending from her Third Eye to my Third Eye calming energy which worked instantly! I became more relaxed and took a deep breath naturally! She also later nudged me affectionately 🙂
She also asked me if I could help her with something. She asked me to tell you she has a problem with the water. She doesn’t like to bowl and she would like a fountain instead because it would be easier to use (if it’s high enough) and it would be fresher and taste better.
I also got or heard her say that she and I know each other from past lives that that’s how she knew me already.
She said she wanted to go play now. I thanked her for talking with me. She said, “The pleasure is all mine, Martha. I’m glad to have you in my life again. Ta ta!” She said “my tail’s wagging,” (as she was prancing away or running away to play). “I Love to play! Especially tug of war and with the little red ball!” “Oh! And belly rubs and having food and treats brought to me-I’m a Princess-Mommy’s Princess!”
I told her she’s a sweet girl and petted her head and gave her a kiss on the head.
- 11/12/2020 at 8:57 pm #81423
Thanks for sharing your conversation. That’s lovely that you and Sadie know each other from a previous life! I’m so glad to hear that she sent you calming energy from her third eye. There have been a few times when I felt my third eye extremely activated during meditation…maybe she’s sending calming energy to me as well. You’re right on the mark with her nudging you…she can be quite pushy at times and loves to nudge at people’s hands for more petting and affection.
Thank you for communicating her wishes about the water. This came up before in a Q&A call and Val suggested trying a fountain, which I did, but she didn’t take to that particular fountain and I haven’t tried another one. Maybe I’ll look for a taller one so she can keep her head up while drinking. She does drink from water bowls outside, but she still won’t drink anything in the house.
I love that you saw her prancing away and saying “Ta ta!”…that really cracks me up! She prances all the time when she’s happy. It’s pretty adorable. She does love to play and tug of war is great fun. She doesn’t have a red ball that I know of but her balls are orange and blue, so maybe the orange color looks red to her. She also loves belly rubs and eating is her all-time favorite activity! I am guilty of bringing treats and food to her…I realize I spoil her quite a bit. She’s my girl! That’s very sweet that you gave her a kiss on the head…I do that all the time.
I’m so glad you guys were reunited! Thanks for sharing what you got 🙂
- 11/16/2020 at 8:03 am #81521
Thanks for the feedback here and on the call. I Love that she gets the cup stuck on her face when she eats from it! That’s adorable!
As for the past life reconnection, I think it’s great! I’m glad she told me 🙂
About the water fountain-perhaps try one where she wouldn’t have to bend her head as much to get to the water. Maybe that’s not worded correctly, but hopefully you know what I’m talking about. Maybe it’s “not having to bend her neck as much”? Not sure.
I Love that you bring her things to eat. I think it’s great! You pamper her 🙂
I thought the prancing and saying, “Ta ta!” was cute, too. It also occurred to me what the color red was about when she showed me the red ball she plays with. I have had some lessons from two psychics who are big time psychics. In one of the lessons we covered colors. Based on what I learned and Sadie sending me an image with the red ball and the fact that you said she doesn’t have a red ball, I conclude and believe I’m am right about this, that the color of red for the ball was representing how much Sadie Loves playing with the ball (and maybe the ball itself) and maybe how much she Loves playing in general.

This is the weirdest thing. When I connected with her, she sent me images of all the animals I have been working with lately! It was almost like she could read the script inside of my head. It was wild! I said I have come to find out what’s going on with you and I feel like she was telling me to fully let go of my clients after I finish a session. So from this experience I feel she is a teacher in your life as well, sharing how to love and care for yourself as much as you love and care for her.
- 11/13/2020 at 9:46 am #81434
She does seem to me to be a very smart dog and a teacher. That’s pretty cool that she sent you images of the animals you have been working with with the message of letting go after sessions. That message resonates for me as well and I feel like I am in a season of letting go. She is my best teacher for how to love and care for myself, so thank you for reminding me. I always find it easier to love and care for others first. Thank you for sharing your communication with her…I am moved.

I connected with Sadie briefly today. This is what I got: she loves to run. She likes to play with a ball a bit. She is here to accompany you. She is athletic and also gentle. She has a very graceful gait. She is kind and considerate and loves to have fun. Does she have a blue or grey bed? She’s very encouraging and determined – determined rather than stubborn. She has very feminine wisdom. I think she told me she likes chicken.
I’m looking forward to connecting more later this week.
Thank you Sadie. Thank you Lindsay.
- 11/13/2020 at 6:17 pm #81450
You got a lot connecting with her. She does love to run and chase balls. I really feel like she is here to be with me in this life. She is very athletic and also very gentle and she’s quite graceful and agile. She has a grey bed that she doesn’t use very often although she likes to lay next to it, haha. Thanks for sharing the difference for her between determined and stubborn. I have always thought of her as being stubborn, but I’d consider now that she is determined…that sounds kinder to me. She really likes to have things her way and is quite persistent about it! I can see her as having a feminine wisdom…she does much better with feminine energy. She LOVES chicken and would love to chase one and eat it fresh (which we won’t let her do of course) 🙂
Thanks for sharing your insights!

Hi Lindsey, thank you for this opportunity to talk with your beautiful girl.
“I’m a happy playful girl. I jump up high a lot! It’s hard for me to calm down because I just get so excited. My body wriggles around and it’s hard to catch me and keep me calm. I just love people so much. My mom and grandma really love me a lot. I love being loved. It’s my wish to continue to be loved in this way. I really feel it’s part of who I am. I just need to learn how to love humans in a way that doesn’t hurt them. I am very strong. My body is sturdy. I have power behind me. I want to learn how to calm that down”.
Sadie comes through with so much love, She’s got excited energy and her playfulness and love she sends me with this energy makes me feel like sometimes she doesn’t know how to control it so may knock right into someone by jumping or if someone is trying to help her calm, she’s so wriggly yet strong that she just keeps going because that is her mindset at the moment.
She’s showing me much love in her heart. She says that her toys are prized possessions of hers. She’s very proud of them. She loves to have them.
She’s sharing with me an energy about being a mom. I asked her if this was coming from her. She is saying that she has that nurturing within her like a Mom would be to her babies. I feel she is getting that nurturing from you and your mom?? I also feel that Sadie has this within her. Has she had pups before?
She has a friend that she likes to visit with. I hear the name “Buss, or Boss” or “Gus” or something like that. Feels male and she is rather fond of him.
She’s loving, kind and just wants to bring such love into those she spends life with.
Thank you for this opportunity to talk with you beautiful girl Lindsey xo. I welcome your feedback.

Thanks for sharing your connection with Sadie! She is a very happy and playful girl when she is doing something she loves to do. At other times she is actually very calm, especially inside the house. She does do a little nipping behavior when she’s really excited, so maybe that is showing that she is having a hard time controlling her energy. She loves to run around the yard and get her energy out chasing squirrels and other wildlife that come in our yard. There are times when she does get really wriggly when she’s excited that I’ve come back home and she usually grabs one of her squeaky toys…she loves those toys! When she squeaks them it sounds to me like a representation of how happy she feels inside and it gives me great joy. I’m glad she told you they are her prized possessions!
She does get a lot of love from me, and my mother has watched her for me a couple times when I’ve been out of town, so I’m sure she has gotten a lot of love from her as well. She is definitely very strong and has a powerful and sturdy body. She can play rough with some dogs and I think she is learning how to control her body. I’ve seen her jump high while playing with other dogs or jumping after a ball. She does also love to jump up onto fallen logs and rocks when we go hiking.
I’m not sure if she has ever had puppies because when I adopted her she had been spayed by the rescue group. She is always interested in meeting puppies though and I can definitely see a nurturing energy in her. I myself can be a little overly motherly with her (I don’t have any kids), so maybe she was sharing that. I do know that one of my friends did some energy healing work on her not long after I adopted her, and she felt that her pelvis had been out of alignment after her spay surgery. Sadie shared with my friend that she was upset about the spay because her uterus was taken away from her without her consent. So, maybe she would like to be a mom? If you feel inclined, please ask her more about this…I’d love to know if she has had puppies.
She has a few friends that she visits with regularly and the males are Augie and Apollo. She’s very fond of both of them. I can’t think of any dogs we know with the names you mentioned.
She really is loving and kind and she brings so much love into my life. It’s so nice to hear that she shares that energy with others as well. Sometimes it’s hard for me when I see her get protective around certain people…it feels to me like she has some previous trauma that gets triggered in certain situations, but really she only means well.
I hope this feedback helps!

When I connected with Sadie this morning…she is such a lover. Sweet, cuddle bug today, snuggly, peaceful, wise, relaxed, she talks with her eyes.
She told me I need to be patient. She is an amazing teacher.
Lastly she loves you!

Thanks for connecting with Sadie again. She can be very snuggly and is such a lover. I’m glad she shared with you her peaceful and wise side. She definitely communicates with her eyes…they are beautiful and are what drew me to her when I adopted her. Thanks for sharing with me that she loves me…I feel it very much.

Here is the conversation I had with Sadie this morning during the group call.
Hi Sadie. Thank you for our last interesting connection. It really helped me think about how I end my sessions.
Sadie: Of course. Now it’s time to learn something new!
Barb: ok! I’m ready!
Sadie: You can only be observant when you are still(quiet) inside. See my example. I share with you my stillness.
Barb: Got it.
Sadie: Just be. There’s no need for other thoughts, worries or concerns. I am deeply connected with Mother Earth as well. It helps when you need to be amused. Life is fun! Don’t you love running? I love running!
Barb: I feel your joy and your acceptance of this world.
Sadie: Why not? That’s why we are here.
Barb: Thank You! Sadie.
Confidant, Outgoing. Huge aura—Orange—Very big. She is very soft. She has multiple kinds of energy: vibrant, introspective, sometimes watchful.
She is a teacher.
Next time I connect I’ll ask whether she wants a healing of any past issues.
- 11/15/2020 at 6:02 pm #81517
Thanks for posting your conversation from the call! I love it…she’s so wise. We overcomplicate life, don’t we? She makes it all seem so simple!
I love that you saw an orange aura for her…I feel that I often need more orange in my life. She does have multiple kinds of energy, including all the ones you mentioned. She can be very watchful and introspective. I do believe she is a teacher.
Please do connect with her again and ask her if she needs any healing from past issues. So far she hasn’t shared anything about her past with anyone.

Thank you for getting back to me on my first post. Here is what I got from the call on Saturday. I did say some of it on the call but here is all of it:
She was very excited for the call and I got the impression that she had been preparing. One of the biggest things that came across was her sense of humour. She seems to always see an amusing side to things. So she said:
Sometimes I tease my mom that I’m wild, doing things like chasing things like rabbits, but actually I like to come inside with her afterwards. I like the comfortable part about living with humans. She said she likes it when you’re going about your business in the house. I saw a picture of you in a kitch en with light coming in the windows and Sadie lying nearby. She is gentle with you and looks after you. When Val said: you can come back and ask her more she said: Yes, Yes,
come back. You can ask me questions about stuff.
So I asked: You’re very determined, how can I be more determined.
She replied: Know what you want. Be clear. Think about that in the moment. Put your energy there. Make it happen. And she showed me a picture of her staring at something and oozing out all her energy into it.
When you were talking about her having a darker side on the call she said: Of course I do. It’s my job to guard. It’s my job.
I asked about her health and I got a feeling to be aware of her heart. I felt a light pressure on my left side but I know the heart is on the right, but the understanding I got was to be aware of her heart – so maybe her chest? I don’t know.
She’s definitely an intelligent and able dog. Again I got a sense of her feminine wisdom. She knows stuff. She’s very fine.
I hope you are all doing well – it was great to talk to her again. I’ll be back – thank you Sadie and thank you Lindsay. xx
- 11/15/2020 at 6:17 pm #81518
Thanks for sharing your conversation from the call. I love the additional details you posted. It’s so interesting that you heard her as having a sense of humor. I guess I haven’t thought of that before with an animal, but she is quite playful! She does chase all sorts of wild animals in the yard…rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, deer, fox…sadly she has caught a couple of the smaller ones. She’s just so fast and is quite the stalker. I often feel like she’s so street smart that she could probably fend for herself in the wild. I’m glad to hear that she likes the comfort of the house. She’s has quite the cushy couch bed, haha. She does have a gentle and loving quality about her when she watches me while I’m doing house chores.
I just love her message about determination and it’s one I need to write down and read every day. This makes me smile: “And she showed me a picture of her staring at something and oozing out all her energy into it.” That makes me think of the times when I’m eating peanut butter (or something else SUPER yummy) and meanwhile she is just sitting there staring at me with full focus and drooling a puddle onto the floor. Hahahaha.
Since she has reiterated that it’s her job to guard, I guess I need to be a little more understanding of the times when she barks aggressively at people or dogs. At least I know that she has good intentions.
Thanks for sharing that I need to be aware of her heart health. When she gets her yearly check-ups, I’ll make sure the vet has a good listen to her heart. In the past there have been times when she couldn’t play for too long because she would be panting so hard, but it seems like she has built up her stamina and is able to withstand much longer exercise sessions now.
Thanks again for connecting with her and please share what you get next time too!

Here are my notes from when I connected with Sadie during the call. Let me know if you have any questions or need clarification on the notes below. ~~Martha~~
relaxed breathing like sleeping or resting
got image of her licking from a cup
I’m so friendly
I got and then saw gold energy
my Heart is golden-pure gold
I am Love and radiate Love. My message is simple: Love-be it. feel it. do it. give it. Love is the answer.
coat feels very slick.
to tell Lindsey: Just go for it. I got impression you’re trying to decide whether or not to do something or partake in something but fear is holding back. it’s to your highest and greatest good and will help you so much and enlighten you and help you learn about yourself and Soul. You’ll expand in your presence exponentially. I got that maybe you aren’t at the decision point but maybe it’s coming.
after beach comment: got image of her running on wet sand with head turned to side and smiling with slobber flying and jowls flapping.
pink-pink on bedspread or pink blanket or something. pink and white checkered pattern.
curious about many thinfs in the Universe particularly other beins and energy. sometimes humand confuse her with feelings, energy, and behaviors why not Love?
just reach out to me to Love-saying to Lindsey
Lindsey, I just realized why I got that she has a red ball. According to my psychic training, the red symbolizes how much she Loves to play with the ball!-and Loves playing in general 🙂
During Rosemary’s turn during the call, Sadie sent me an image of her lying on the floor right in front of you and her paws crossed resting on your feet.
- 11/17/2020 at 9:55 am #81536
Hi Martha! Thanks for sharing your conversation from the call. She was actually about to fall asleep right at the start of the call. Then she perked up once the communications started.
I really love the messages she shared with you about love and about fear holding me back. I do get the sense that I will be making some big decisions in the near future.
I can’t wait to take her to the beach and see the image you saw of her running with her tongue hanging out and jowls flapping 🙂
She does have a purple and white checkered blanket she sleeps on. There is also a pink rug she lays on a lot.
I was thinking more about the red and she does have a red Kong (slightly bigger than her balls) but she LOVES it because it’s usually stuffed with peanut butter or pumpkin. And yes, the red color could also signify how much she loves playing ball!
She has rested her paws on my feet before and it’s pretty sweet. She actually did that this morning when we were at a field and had just played chase. She had happiness oozing from her!
- 11/18/2020 at 10:02 am #81562
Hi Lindsey! Thanks for the feedback and confirmations. It must have been so cute when she was resting and then perked up when people started talking to her 🙂 I think her resting her paws on your feet was probably very cute and sweet, too. I get a sense she’s generally very sweet 🙂
I Love how much she Loves to play and how much she Loves and is excited for the beach! So much fun to be had!
I will enjoy my next conversation with Sweet Sadie 🙂 Love and Light to her and to you!

We visited the angels in God’s healing vault. In the red room, her root 1st chakra was set to spin in clockwise direction. They also said the Ho’oponopono prayer three times. We are so sorry these things happened the way they did. Please forgive us on behalf of those who hurt you either unwittingly or wittingly. Thank You. You are now deeply loved and safe. (She had sent an image of being kicked by a boot).
In the Green room she drank a green elixir for strengthening heart chakra and heart.
We then went to the beach room. She doesn’t like how the salt gets in her paws and irritates them. They said maybe Lindsey can wash your paws after you run on the sand. Then we received an image of being given a bath and breathing in water and feeling like she couldn’t breathe. They said that was then and this is now. We walked down to the water and she put her paws in and they said no one will ever force you to go in the water if you don’t wish to. That made her happy.
They did say do you know the difference between forcing one to do things and house rules that keep you and others safe? She sort of did. They said your momma will always keep you safe but there are certain rules to follow in life that keep everyone safe. Hmmmm. That was a new idea. They said you are deeply loved and we are so happy to see you today. Thank you for coming. Sadie and I thanked them and then returned to physical. She helped me close the book on this session and say The End and send it out to the universe.
- 11/17/2020 at 10:04 am #81537
It sounds like you had a deep experience and connection with Sadie. Thank you so much for doing some healing work with her. She spent a good amount of time outside sunbathing yesterday and I have to admit she looked very peaceful.
I don’t think I’ve heard of the healing vault exercise although it sounds amazing. Thanks to you and the angels for saying the Ho’oponopono prayer for her and also for strengthening her root and heart chakras.
I love what you shared about the beach. I will make sure to wash off her paws after we play in the sand. She has gotten much braver with baths in general and over time she has started loving walking in shallow rocky creek beds. I will never force her to go into the ocean or the bay and if she ever chooses to, I will happily join her there!
I love that you got her thinking about obeying house rules and she said “Hmmmmm”! We struggle with her coming inside the house when she is called in. We also struggle with her being overly protective of me in houses and around other people who are friends and family.
I really appreciate the care you put into spending time with her. Many thanks.
- 11/17/2020 at 10:37 am #81538
I read about another animal owner who sends pictures to her dog of the consequences of not coming in the house when called.
Also Val talks about best case scenario and worst case scenario.
Preparing Sadie ahead of time before family visits…worst case: staying home.
Best case: sitting quietly and a treat for good behavior.
Also think about being the emotional leader in your household and what that may mean to everyone…

I am very new at this process. I connected with Sadie who i felt is a beautiful girl, full of energy and finds it difficult to sit still. She was willing to answer my questions but felt we could do much more if we were able to move together. Sadie feels that sometimes this energy gets her into difficult and is hard to contain. Encourage Sadie to take advantage to time available to move and know that it is a process to learn the when and where of life’s flow. Let her know this is normal for all of us.
It has meant a lot to have this opportunity!
- 11/18/2020 at 9:00 am #81561
Thanks for connecting with Sadie. Sadie can have a lot of energy at times especially when she is playing with other dogs or in the colder weather…she gets really frisky! I do get the sense that sometimes it’s tough for her to contain this energy. There are also a lot of times when she is able to lay quietly in the house and nap or watch what’s going on around her. I make sure she gets a lot of exercise and mental stimulation each day so she is able to rest as well. I love what you said about the process of learning “the when and where of life’s flow”…that’s beautiful and speaks a lot to me as well. There is always a time for action and a time for non-action…a great reminder.
Thanks for sharing!

I connected briefly with Sadie a few minutes ago regarding what to do with my cats (Hawkeye in particular). She said for me to listen to my Heart. Great advice! Now I need to know what that is. I’m not sure, but I might have just heard her say, “Pure Love”-as in that being the solution to the problems. I just heard “Confidence,” too. I just thanked Sadie for the guidance. I think she has gone off to play or get attention.
Love to Sadie!

I’m glad you were able to ask Sadie for some guidance before she got distracted. I think she may have been on a walk around the time you posted, so maybe that’s why she left you…so distractible! Hope her message helps you with Hawkeye.
- 11/22/2020 at 4:26 pm #81679
What Sadie said helps, yes. She mentioned about having confidence and that is one of the things Hawkeye is teaching me, too.
I think that’s so kind and sweet of Sadie to take time to talk to me while she was on a walk 🙂

I connected in with Hawkeye this morning and posted it on his ATH page. Let me know if any of those messages resonate. I totally relate to your comment about wondering what your heart is saying when an animal tells you to follow your heart.
- 11/22/2020 at 4:29 pm #81680
Thanks for connecting with Hawkeye. I will go to the ATH page and respond. I wonder if animals can teach us how to know what our Heart wants.

Hi Lindsey. I tried to connect with Sadie again. Unfortunately nothing was very clear but I have listed some thoughts below in case anything is accurate:
Sadie loves to play with a big yellow/ orange ball in her back garden. She loves to go for walks through fields where there is quite long grass with wild flowers.
Sadie sleeps at night in your bedroom in a wicker basket with a navy plaid blanket or on a rug on the floor of your bedroom.
Sadie has a little black dog called Bruce as her friend. She has a metal food bowl and a navy plaited tug toy.
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. Angela

Thanks for connecting with Sadie again.
Sadie does love to play with small blue/orange balls in the back yard. We do have a garden but it’s fenced off so she can’t go in there. She does love walks and we often visit a large field where she gets to run and play with other dogs. The grass can be long at times when it hasn’t recently been mowed and I think there are some weeds that look like wild flowers during the summer.
She doesn’t sleep in my bedroom except on a very rare occasion when there is a storm and she’s scared. I don’t think we have any navy plaid blankets.
I don’t know any little black dogs named Bruce. She does have 3 good dog friends who are all black, 2 of them are big (dobermans) and the other is medium-sized (his name is Apollo).
She has a metal bowl that she drinks water from. Her food bowl is a tan ceramic bowl or a snuffle mat.
The navy plaited tug toy might be similar to a toy she plays tug with at her dog friend’s house, but we don’t have one that’s navy plaited.
I hope this feedback helps! Keep it up!

Thank you so much for letting us connect with Sadie.
I will write down what I got during the class and continue with what happened the next day when I connected with her again.
First impression: she is curious, excitable, she runs, runs and runs and she show me a red ball, as mention in the call I felt the color was to emphasize the importance of the ball.
She is very strong in her body, almost too much for you to handle, she will need firm boundaries. Rambunctious is the word that came to me to describe her even though I am not exactly sure what the word mean, I have to look it up. I could see her throwing herself at you, she likes body to body contact.
Now I go towards your house and we come to the entrance, When she comes in the house she says that she has to calm down this is the rule. I asked her if she gets fed right away and she says No, I would be too excited. This is when I see a big empty bowl of food that seemed to be metal as I mention. I realized now that I started to be press by time because the class was just about to start, I didn’t get the significance of the big bowl of empty food and also the sleeping arrangement I saw as she sleep in her own round bed with some plaid. Cannot go fast…
Connecting with the group during class:
I saw a different side of her, she was focus, calmed and more serious, conscientious I should say about her job with everyone. I see that she can be skittish and scared of things. – cautious.
I thought I saw her showing a sad face when she feels she has been disobedient?
Nov. 15, 20 (last Sunday)
Tonight I connect with Sadie with the intention of healing some of her past since you mention she has some trauma. Please take everything I feel I got with a grain of salt and I would like to know if it feels totally off or if it has some resonance with you, be honest. I am here to learn! I don’t know how it will change her?
I hear I am doing my best.
have you been abused? Yes?, I was neglected, some people don’t care.
Will you accept some healing? Ok, I connect heart to heart. I start scanning, I feel that she is not all grounded so i do some grounding with her with the earth energy, a technique I learned. Suddenly she froze, her body is like a statue of her. It feel we are back in time when something happened and part of her soul just left. I am calling my helpers to help me dissolved this moment in time past. It takes a while. I back off to get a perspective and see what else needs to be done, big wings of love envelope her body so she can feel this light and love for her going through her body replacing this trauma with love, light, forgiveness, confidence. I see the motionless statue of her again and pushing with a finger it all shatter into pieces. Gone. I keep surrounding her with love mentioning it is time to forgive and to have her beautiful spirit in its entirety now.
I blessed her heart, may you feel all of you from now on, all the innocence of a puppy. Thank you for accepting this healing, hope you feel more complete and settle. You are so beautiful. Love you.

Thanks so much for connecting in with Sadie and sharing it here.
Yes, she is curious, excitable and loves to run. It’s funny because whenever we get into a new house or building, the first thing she wants to do is go off and explore every room.
Her balls are her prized possessions, especially when they squeak!
She is very strong in her body and does like to push the limits. She has learned to be more gentle with me and other people. When she plays with other strong dogs, they play very aggressively and have a great time…they look like wrestlers throwing themselves at each other. Rambunctious is an interesting word that came to you. It seems a little too strong of a word to describe her.
She does seem to know that I prefer calm energy in the house and she has always been that way. When she gets overly excited, we are a little more stern with her.
I’m not sure what the significance is of the big empty bowl of food although it’s very curious. If you connect with her again, can you ask into this? She seems to have a bottomless stomach and would keep eating all day if we let her. She gets 2 meals a day and lots and lots of treats throughout the day, including some table scraps. Maybe the empty bowl is significant to her home before us? She was too skinny when we adopted her.
For sleeping, she has a plaid blanket on the couch that she sleeps on mostly. She also has a rounded/rectangular bed that she sleeps in a lot.
You’re spot on that she can also be cautious and skittish and it seems like she is constantly working through fears. I have gotten upset with her a few times when she has been disobedient and her response is to sulk and put her tail between her legs.
I really love the conversation you had with her about her past trauma. I absolutely get the sense that she has been through a lot and she is really doing her best. I often feel bad if I get upset with her when she is being overly protective. I realize that she does have trust issues with people and new things. What you wrote about the healing experience you shared with her is absolutely beautiful. I do not know what kind of trauma she went through but I do know that sometimes when she is very afraid, she freezes and starts shaking. This happened more when we first adopted her and hasn’t happened as much as she now trusts me. I really resonate with your comment about telling her to feel all of herself and go back to the innocence of a puppy. That brings tears to my eyes. I will say that over the past week, I have noticed a significant shift in the amount of playful energy she is displaying. At first I thought it was because of the cooler weather, and now I think it’s because so many people, including you, have been talking with her and helping her to heal. It’s so beautiful.
I wanted to let you know that I communicated with Sadie this morning and told her that you shared information with me about your communication. She told me that she did feel some of her trauma release while you were working with her. She was able to feel parts of her body that were frozen before. She loves feeling more of her body now. She is able to give and spread more love.
Thank you Berenice. This really means a lot to both of us.

Hello Lindsey! I was not able to connect with Sadie during our Coaching Call but I just had an awesome talk with Sadie now. She was excited to talk with me today. She told me she is feeling good today but is hoping to go outside to run. She has a lot of pent up energy. In a previous conversation, I mentioned that she seemed to be connected to royalty in some way. I asked her about this and she told me she was a cat in another lifetime and sat on a Princess’s lap to give her love. She now loves to show Lindsey love. This is her mission. She gave me a message that I will be getting more information when I talk with animals. I asked if she had a message for Lindsey and she said tell her I would like either a red doggie blanket or an indigo colored blanket. Either would be nice. She appreciated that we connected today as we weren’t able to in a few previous attempts.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful Sadie with us Lindsey.

I have gotten the sense this week that she has some pent up energy because we haven’t had any play dates yet. Usually we do 1-2 play dates a week where she gets to run her heart out. This morning on our walk we did run into a young dog and they ran and tumbled together in the field. It’s a beautiful day today and she will also get a chance to run with her 2 best friends in a couple more hours, so that should use up that extra energy!
I can totally imagine her being a Princess’s lap cat! Hahahahaha. Love this. I have often referred to myself as more of a cat person, so I was a little weary when adopting a dog instead of a cat (my boyfriend prefers dogs)…I was so pleased to find out that Sadie often acts very much like a cat! I have referred to her as my “cat-dog”. And yes, she shows me SO much love. I am so lucky to have her in my life.
I will absolutely get her a red blanket and an indigo one! By the way, one of her favorite dog friends is named Indigo 🙂
Thanks for sharing, Sally!

I am also tearing about what you wrote about Sadie’s response and yours to the healing work we have done together. Aaah! Sweet soul, I really want her to feel better.
Your comments and validations are so precious for my growth and confidence, to have both your insight and Sadie as well is wow so great, most of the time with friends/clients I worked with I am only expecting them to notice some change in the dog but sometimes it is not that obvious and I am left wondering did this work or not? You know? And as you said with all of us communicating with her something got to heal.
Reflecting: I was not able to get to the story as well sometimes it seems like it is unnecessary for the healing to take place. I am glad that she did not need to tell her story but was capable to just accept the angels help. I am not sure I will be capable to hear her story, it will be too painful to hear and will wonder how much is true since there is no way to truly verify such information. This is something I need to work on because sometimes the animal wants or needs to tell their story. I will ask Sadie about this.
Thank you for your insight about the empty bowl of food, this could be a good way to start the conversation about what you mention about the fact that she is always hungry. It feels related to not having enough in the past for sure.
Will be good for everyone to work on that with her?
Regarding the bed: thinking about what I saw again, I just saw a rounded edge of a bed and you making me realized that I fill out the blank with my head…Ha! Such a useful little mind.
Regarding ball: thank you for confirming that the color red was brought to my attention to express how valuable it is to her. It would of been interesting for me to go deeper and ask what kind of ball do you like? Describe or show me more? But often I don’t think to go deeper in these kind of questions with clients because it can seem so general, who’s dog does not like balls? But obviously in her case from her perspective it was important for her to mention.
I hope this is not too long of a response but it is making me reflect on what I got, how, and why and I wanted to share it with you because you were so helpful with your comments.
Thank you so much.

Lindsey: I connected with Sadie for a short while and this is what I got.
I got this from sadie-
she liked playing freezby and got a red and yellow colors for that. Bright colors.
She said She liked fish and rice? lol that sounds like me. fish and yum rice.
I got that she had a ver sweet deposition. I had a horrible hangover and was having trouble getting info. so I excused myself for that and explained to her that I have been drinking the night before with some friends watching a game and now was hung over.
Sadie said ” oh yeah my mom does that too” !!!!! plop ! lol I though that was so funny. Lindsey we have something more in common besides animal communication. 🙂
I send you and Sadie lots of love.
- 11/23/2020 at 5:17 pm #81688
Thanks for connecting with Sadie. She has one frisbee that’s blue and orange and she has chased it a few times, but isn’t as interested in it as her balls.
She definitely loves fish! The smells of tuna or salmon drive her crazy (she’s part cat, hahaha). We don’t give her hardly any rice because she’s allergic to it.
She does have a sweet disposition.
I can imagine that having a hangover and not feeling well would make communication a little more difficult. I actually don’t drink much at all. I used to drink more but I’ve become more sensitive to its effects on me over the past few years, so I prefer not to drink much and will occasionally drink more when I’m with a group of friends (hasn’t happened in a while due to covid). I’m also not much of a sports game watcher, but my boyfriend watches a good amount of football and he drinks much more than me…so maybe she was referring to him!

I’m connecting with Sadie as I write this. I asked Sadie how she is. She said she’s good and that there’s lot of excitement involving Thanksgiving. She asked me if she’ll get any turkey. I told her I didn’t know, but maybe, possibly, if you guys eat it and give her food you eat. Sadie said, “Well, I’d really like some.” I said, “Well, I have a feeling if there will be turkey that you’ll get some.” I smiled.
Sadie also mentioned that she had a little tummy ache and that she ate something weird while on a walk. She said, “I’m good now though. Mommy doesn’t need to worry. She tends to worry too much.”
I am asking Sadie about the beach.
I stepped away from the conversation and apologized to Sadie. She said it was okay and that us humans have too many things to do and need to not feel like we have to necessarily do things right away. She feels like we need to let things go sometimes and if we forget maybe it’s okay. “Move more slowly. Stress less. Just be,” is what I got. I breathed out a relaxed breath as what she said was comforting and thanked her for her advice, guidance, and wisdom.
I said, “So, Sadie, about the beach.” Sadie said, “Oh, we’re here! It’s great! Mommy and Daddy took me to the sand and water and I ran and ran and played.” She sent the same image as before of her running and slobber flying from her jowls and her jowls flapping. “This is awesome!” She also sent me an image of her paws running on the wet sand-prancing. I got that she got in the waves, but then that she didn’t really because she doesn’t like the water much. I’m not sure which is right as I think my ego mind might have been interfering with the communication.
I’m getting that the beach house is like a beach cottage and she was showing me an image of a room and I could see a chair with a pillow. I’m getting it has flowers-like paisley or like Victorian design. I also got “wicker” and “grill-barbeque”. I also got an image of a male (I heard younger) grilling.
Sadie said she Loves it there. She said you enjoy getting a little tan, too, but it’s kind of cold to do that now. An image of you wearing a dark blue sweatshirt came to mind.
I also got something about a blanket or quilt and am getting that you all curl up with it on a couch. I also heard “plaid”.
Sadie said she’s done now and wants to talk again another time. “I have some very important business to attend to-I’m going to eat” (or maybe “get a treat”). I also got something about “play”. It’s 2″11 pm PST.
I thanked her for talking with me and told her I always enjoy it and that I look forward to the next time we talk. She said she does, too, and said “Bye!” and sent an image of her daintily going on from behind-I guess prancing. I said, “Bye, sweet girl”.

Hi Martha! Happy Thanksgiving!
Sadie did get some turkey today which she was very happy about.
The day you connected with her I do remember her eating something suspicious on our walk, so I’m glad to hear that she started feeling better. I wasn’t too worried about it that time, but I do tend to worry about lots of stuff. She will find any little bit of food on any walk!
I love her message about moving more slowly and stressing less. That is great advice!
The information you got about the beach may be a compilation of multiple different moments in time. We are currently in South Carolina visiting my mom but we aren’t staying at the beach. I’m planning to take her there tomorrow for the first time in a while. However, my boyfriend and I did take her to a beach last year and we stayed in a house close to the beach with some chairs that I think had pillows with flowers (I can’t remember exactly). During that trip, she did run on the beach multiple times and had a blast. She ran into the surf a little chasing some birds but she didn’t go into the ocean. I’m not sure what the “wicker” refers to. Her image of a man grilling is definitely my boyfriend who loves to grill at our house. So this image was not necessarily connected to the beach. I do love to lay in the sun during the warmer weather and occasionally will sunbathe with her in my backyard. I do have a dark blue sweatshirt that I wear on occasion.
I do like to curl up on the couch next to her with a red blanket…there is some white mixed into it but not necessarily a plaid pattern.
When you connected with her that day, she must have just ended a walk and play date in the park. I’m on EST so it would have been dark here at that time and she would have been resting before dinner.
Thanks for talking with her again! I’m sure she loves the continued conversations!

Hi Lindsey. I tried to connect with Sadie again and this is what I thought I received:
Q: How have you felt about talking to humans?
A: Oh what a wonderful thing to be doing. It is so important. I am so glad to be chosen for this, it is my pleasure.
Q: Have you told your dog friends about talking to humans?
A: Oh yes I tell them everything, we share everything. They want to know if they can do it too, but they are excited for me.
Q: Do you enjoy meeting up with your dog friends?
A: Of course, we need to do this. We love to run and chase each other, to have fun, to play, to sniff. We are very energetic and rambunctious. I am very fit and active. I like to have fun with my friends but my most important role is as a carer for my family. I am so grateful to be with Lindsey. I have had some unpleasant experiences when I was young but now I am so grateful to be in such a loving home with such a loving person as Lindsey. I just want to look after her, to mother her, to protect her. She is my saviour, she rescued me, she is my stability, I want to protect her. I want to give her so much love. I am so grateful to her, I love her very much.
I also think I received “It is very important that you persist with this animal communication. We are all rooting for you humans, waiting for you to come back to us, to who you really are.”
How lovely to have an animal like Sadie in your life, with such a loving energy, helping and supporting you.
All best wishes. Angela

Hi Angela! Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks for connecting with Sadie again. I’m so glad she told you she has been enjoying talking to people this month. She has told me that as well.
That’s great that she shares everything with her dog friends and they want to talk too!
She plays very rough with her dog friends…very rambunctious. They do all seem to need their weekly play dates!
It’s so sweet what she shared about being with me and wanting to love and protect me. I feel that very much with her and also feel extremely grateful that she is in my life.
I’m glad she encouraged you and the rest of us to continue with animal communication and come back to animals. It’s so beautiful that we can talk to them and glean their wisdom!
Take care, Lindsey

Hi Sadie, it’s Marybeth, we connected a few weeks ago and I was wondering if now was a good time to connect again?
I’m hearing a sigh from Sadie, something that feels like sadness.
Sadie, is this sadness I feel coming from you?
No, it’s from my mom.
Oh, okay. Do you want to talk about it?
She’s trying really hard.
Hard to do what?
<I feel that there is something that feels stressful happening from Sadie’s energy. She is letting me know that she is okay but she is feeling sadness. When I ask her where the sadness is coming from, I keep feeling “my mom”. Is everything okay Lindsey?>
Sadie, thank you for sharing this with me. How can I help? Isthere anything I can do?
<I feel from Sadie that by listening to her is helping her. She is asking how she can help you in feeling better. Does this make sense to you Lindsay?>
“Please tell mom that I’m a happy girl, that’s who I am. I always want to be happy and I want her to be happy too. I am Sadie and part of my purpose is to make my mom happy. I want to keep doing that”.
Is there anything else you would like me to say Sadie?
No, <sigh>. I do love my mom so much.
Oh I know you do sweet girl. Thank you for loving her. I will leave this message for your mom to see if she can give feedback as to our conversation together okay? In the meantime, if you need to reach out to me, please do anytime okay beautiful girl?
<I feel Sadie’s energy pull away>
Hi Lindsay, does any of this communication make sense to you? I wasn’t able to get specifics from Sadie but I was getting some sadness about something, perhaps feeling some pressure and feeling sad. I was wondering if you could provide some feedback and if I can help any further with this? I’m here to do so with love xo.
Thank you for this opportunity to connect with your beautiful girl Sadie xo.

Hi Marybeth, Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks so much for connecting with Sadie and sharing what you received. This conversation brings me to tears. I have been very sad lately…going through some deep inner work and seeking clarity. Both my career and my relationship are uncertain right now, and at times it feels like a lot to handle and brings me great sadness. Yesterday, Sadie and I were in the car for a large portion of the day driving from Maryland to South Carolina to visit my mom. I wasn’t feeling particularly sad on this day because I did get to see my mom and spend time with her. However, this is the first holiday I’m spending without my boyfriend so maybe that sadness was also there underneath it all. I do feel bad when I am sad and I know that Sadie picks up on it. She really does cheer me up better than anyone else. She does a great job getting me to smile and laugh and have fun in the present moment. She is such a blessing in my life and is fulfilling her purpose of making me happy.
Thank you for allowing her to share her concerns with you. It means a lot to me to be able to hear them.
- 11/25/2020 at 6:18 pm #81712
Hi again Lindsey, I also followed up with Sadie on the question you asked about puppies. You wrote to me a couple weeks ago: “Sadie shared with my friend that she was upset about the spay because her uterus was taken away from her without her consent. So, maybe she would like to be a mom? If you feel inclined, please ask her more about this…I’d love to know if she has had puppies”.
I connected with Sadie on this and she said:
“I did not like that they did that to me. It was something that I didn’t know why they did that? Since the surgery I feel that there is more support that I am needing in this area. My chakras are looking for additional strength in supporting those areas that were removed. I am getting help with this from someone who has been working with my chakras. It’s helping me a lot”.
I do feel from Sadie that there is a possibility of a yes to puppies. I feel from here that she is okay now that the surgery is done and isn’t upset by it, not holding on to it. It was her preference that they didn’t do the surgery but now that it’s done, she is not spending time in worry about it.
I hear from her that there has been puppies in the past. It feels like one litter but also it’s unclear about the details and therefore, I don’t feel comfortable at this time in saying yes for certain she has had them for sure. I do feel a kinship of motherhood from her. It’s sweet and serene. Nurturinging and licking her pups. This is the feeling I get from sweet Sadie.
Thank you Sadie for talking with me about this. I love you sweet girl xo.
- 11/26/2020 at 8:23 pm #81720
Thanks for asking Sadie more about her surgery and if she has had puppies. What you shared seems very much in alignment with my friend Robin who has communicated with her about the spay and who has also been doing energy work with her to open her chakras. We haven’t seen Robin in a while so I will schedule an appointment for continued support in this area.
I’m so glad to hear that she isn’t holding on to any emotions about the surgery. I get the sense too that she has had puppies before and in general, she has a motherly energy to her. I imagine her as being a very sweet and serene mother. Who knows, maybe one day I will get a kitten for her 🙂
Thanks again. I’m sure it is very healing for Sadie to have someone to talk about this previous experience with.

Hi Lindsey. Thank you for your feedback on your very special dog. All the best Angela

I just connected with Sadie and she said where have you been? Then she said I want to go back to the vault. I want to see the angels. She tugged insistently on the bottom of my coat. I said Ok!
Click… We are at the vault and we bow down to the angels and I said she wants a rainbow shower but usually I don’t come here for those. They said please enter our realm. Sadie knows exactly the right places to go to find what she needs. We went past the beach room and then a whole entire new world opened up and there was vast space and a beautiful pool with the falls pouring down. So with the guides help we stepped into the falls together and all the colors rained down and cleansed our chakras soothingly and fully.
We stepped out and they led us to a very cozy space. They said let’s have another conversation about your backyard and following your person’s instructions. Sadie said that it is one of the places where she can feel independent and not dependent. So much of a dog’s life is being dependent on their humans and she feels a strong need to have some self sufficiency. Could Lindsey give her a sign like three claps when it is very important for Sadie to follow instructions. She knows how to follow instructions but really feels the need for some independence. They said that makes sense. I said I would pass this on.
Then we talked about her need to protect Lindsey from what she called “energy suckers.” She said Lindsey is vulnerable and Sadie feels nervous and helpless. So the angels shared just as Sadie has found help from their love and guidance that it is up to Lindsey to also find that. Yes. Sadie has come to be a healer and teacher and angel in Lindsey’s life. It is not her job to take all of it on. She can support the process. She was afraid that even though she is young now and has a good more time in this body that it would not be long enough for Lindsey to learn all the lessons she needs to learn.
They reassured her that others would come to help Lindsey as humans take a lifetime to evolve which is generally longer than a dog’s lifetime and she doesn’t have to be concerned about that. She breathed a big sigh and I felt she let it go. They asked anything else?
She thought it was time to go have fun so we said goodbye to them and we returned to physical so she could run happily away!
I wrote the end and shut the book and send this out to the universe.
