Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.

Thank you for offering wonderful Missy for us to practice communicating with!She didn’t particularly “talk” to me but she sent me bits and pieces of images from more of her spiritual self rather than her cat side. I’m wondering if they mean something to you…
Her energy was so clean and beautiful when I first connected with her. And she showed me an image of fish that she was pawing on. Then she showed me being sort of surrounded by crystals or something very shiny like glass or crystals. It felt beautiful and calming.
Rather than trying to guess what they are, I’m going to wait for you to give me input so I know how to proceed to have conversation with Missy. If the answer is that you have no clue, that’s also a good feedback, so let me know!

Well, Chigusa, I don’t have a clue.
She often sits on a table where I have some crystals so maybe. As for the fish, clueless there. She has not communicated much at least in this lifetime.
You might want to ask her about her previous life with me or a past life she says she had in ancient Egypt. I find cats not really all that anxious to talk about past lives – they live in the present – but there is not much going on in her life now. If you remember communicating with Roxy, they are litter mates so you might find something to discuss there.
Thanks for communicating with her. She is a sweetheart but maybe not as chatty as we would prefer.

Missy is definitely not a chatty type and feels like she is pretty guarded, but willing to work with me (but no handout). I agree that she doesn’t have much going on in this life and perhaps that’s why her “cat side” wasn’t really talking to me.I think you are right that the crystal had to do with the fact you have it around. She really didn’t mean anything with it, just felt like showing me. Throwing in a bone, sort of…
I’m still not sure about the fish but I asked her to show me when she was in Egypt. She showed me an image of a solider. Not sure if she was one or she was around one. Doesn’t seem like fish came from this past life so I’ll see if she would be willing to let me go explorer other parts of her past life. Will see…

Hello Margaret,
I’m not sure if you saw my post yesterday, but I decided to go deeper on fish problem. This morning, I decided something different because Missy has not been very forthcoming in her communication, but I felt that blockage might be me…I decided to do the exercise where I have two fingers linked together and pull to see if it is hard or not. (I forgot the name.)
I asked series of questions. And the current conclusion is that, she did not mean “fish” in a literal sense. She meant fish as an expression or an example. It seems she meant “fish” as in “swimming” or “in the water.” Long story short, did she tell you that she drowned during one of her reincarnations in Egypt?

Thanks for being persistant with Missy and sorry she is not more forthcoming. I don’t know what to say about the fish or if she drowned in a past life. Could be – I just do not know.
When Roxy was FAT I got an email when someone posted a communication. That is not happening with Missy and I cannot find any way to change that. So I can only apologize if I don’t find your messages quickly.

I attempted to communicate with Missy this morning and here’s what she communicated to me. I hope you are open minded about this because my interpretation might not be accurate since I don’t know the back story of these two cats and you. Also, I’m learning that my AC often reflects messages back to the owner and depending on the owner, these messages might not make sense or offend them. I hope some of this makes sense to you…
Missy showed me that Missy was there first and Roxy came to life. But I think those two are litter mate so that makes me believe that Missy felt she was the only cat (even there were two of them) until something caused her not to feel that way with Roxy. I do recall you posting something about Roxy and perhaps Missy feels that he is getting much more attention than Missy nowadays both physically and emotionally? I don’t, however, sense this is because Roxy got to be FAT first and had conversation, though… She doesn’t come across as a chatty type and that’s sort of a relief to her that she doesn’t talk, in a sense she reminds of me.
When I talk with animals, they often sends me lessons that can also help me because these communications are typically reflection of your challenges as well. Missy showed me that she is sort of being in the shadow of your light. She has a lot of wisdom to share but somehow her loving light is overshadowed by your bright light. I remembered a mirroring technique that I downloaded in one of my meditations. I previously posted the technique in my blog here: https://healing-communications.com/protection-mirror/
I used this technique to put mirror around me and what I realized is that when I do that, I actually can amplify my light, thanks to the light I am reflecting upon who I am trying to protect from. It’s so great because I often find over-talked and being over-shadowed by many more aggressive co-workers at work (that’s just how they are). I’ll try to use this technique from now when I feel that way and see if that works! Thank you, Missy!
Getting back to the conversation… I invited Missy in this environment surrounded by mirror so she can show me her true self. That’s when she shared with me about Roxy above. She says she loves you and wants you to open your heart. You are projecting great healing energy (you must be a great healer) but let love in sometimes. Be vulnerable sometimes…

Thanks for checking in with her again. They were litter mates and both the reincarnation of previous cats who were with me. It is rather a complicated story I won’t try to retype here. You’ll find the story of these two kittens on my website if you want to read about this amazing story.
As explained in that article, the kitten body that Rocki created did not survive and he took over the body of another kitten in the litter. That may be what she is referring to. They had planned to be look alike kittens as they were in their previous time with me and instead he looks totally different. Maybe that is what she was talking about. I really don’t know.
She is very clingy and wants me to hold her all the time. I feel that he is being left out as he wants some lap time too. At first she was in my lap all the time and he was content to be in the room with us but as he has asked for lap time I’ve tried to be sure they both get turns. Maybe that is what she is talking about. I really don’t know.
I see that the box to check for follow-up replies has returned so hopefully I’ll get notification if you reply to this.
I taught a Reiki workshop last weekend and both cats were in the room part of the time. Missy wanted me to hold her and I had to say I cannot do that right now becuase I am teaching. Maybe that is what she was referring to. Both students were open to holding them during the workshop but I could not teach and hold her at the same time.

Thank you for sharing the web site. I’m comparing notes with what I read from the page and what I got from Missy.
It is interesting you mention that male cat died. I didn’t write about this yesterday but Missy told me that Roxy died. Roxy is alive so I thought I got it wrong and omitted from the post. Perhaps she was talking about the male cat from the past that eventually became Roxy…?
If what I got as a message was about not Missy and Roxy, but Misti and Rocki, things makes more sense. Misti came to you first, then Rocki as well. When next time I ask Missy, I’ll know what cat’s name to refer to and maybe I can get a better message with accurate names…
As to the vulnerability, it is also funny that my co-worker who occasionally hosts a “let’s watch Ted talk together” session had a meeting set up yesterday. I haven’t been to any of them, but I decided to pop my head since I didn’t have any meeting scheduled at the time for a change. And when I walked into the room, they were playing this Ted talk (https://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_on_vulnerability#t-353). I literally walked into the room when she started to talk about vulnerability. I’m no longer surprised by the synchronicity and I just enjoy things like this happen so had to share…
I also had a meeting yesterday with my manager with a director and managers with another group about a project I am about to lead. My manager is very “chatty” but what he says make sense so everyone listens. It is always tuff to be in a meeting with him and trying to establish my position. We’ve been working together (he realizes I have to shine) lately about this. I walked in this meeting with the mirror protection on and I felt that he and I were able to bring our messages together in a way that doesn’t undermine my authority and position in this project. Thank you, Missy, again!

Hi Chigusa, I just found this post. I do not get any notification of posts so just have to come and look to see if there are any. I check the end of the thread for new posts but may not find them earlier in the thread.
In their previous lives, Misti came to me first and then Rocki six months later. Rocki was her biological grandmother. Misti died first and then Rocki just over a year later.
This time around, the kittens I named Missy and Roxy planned to once again be look alike cats. The kitten Roxy created looked like Missy does -and like their Mom – but the Roxy kitten had black feet and Missy has white feet. When that kitten dies at 4 weeks, another kitten in the litter gave Roxy his body so they could stay together. It was their intention to come back to me together. They said they are soul mates and they travel together. That might be what she was talking about. Obviously Roxy and Missy are very much alive now.

I paused on communication with Missy because I needed to take care of the vulnerability issue she pointed out because that communication clearly pointed out the lesson I needed. Long story short, I realized that while I’ve worked on so hard to love myself, I still had part of me that didn’t. Through that lesson, I also learned about the importance of synchronizing my energy with the others rather than trying to outshine them, because that’s not vulnerable after all…
All that said, I communicated with Misti this morning since she was clearly the one who was talking to me. She showed me she is like a white crystal shining and she also showed me Rocki shining in golden color and they are resonating differently but in harmonious way. It was beautiful. Misti’s energy was so strong that I took a while to adjust to it to communicate. She is truly giving and loving soul.
Although, I really wanted to talk to Missy, not Misti. I’d typically given up on this before partly because I haven’t figured out how to differentiate their physical body and spiritual body. But if I am trying to help humans, I’d need this skills so I pressed on. I was able to get a hold of small energy that felt like Missy’s physical body and I put the energy protection that I talked about before so I can amplify that side of energy to talk to her briefly.
I asked her to let me feel her body and she let me. Her neck area down her shoulder blade to just above her arm on the left side felt like there was a pain. I gave her some reiki energy with love.
She showed me her cat body pushing her head up against you like saying “pet me” and rubbing against you. She also showed me her curled up on your lap and your hand over her and that she likes. I sensed that she likes to be held because her physical body wants to feel the presence, too. I felt that stroking her and making her feel present not just her spirit but her body would make her body happy. Almost like little Missy saying I’m still here!

Hi Chigusa, and thanks for communicating with her again. I copied your post into my reply since it is to far up the page it is difficult to see it as I reply.
I am glad to hear that she gave you good advice about what to work on. It is amazing what our animal teachers know and share.
I love your explanation of Misti and Rocki, both strong but different. Your (and Val’s) differentiation between Missy and Misti and Rosy and Rocki is interesting. I had never thought about it that way. They are the same spirit that were in Korat bodies and are now back in very different bodies. I never realized it was possible to communicate with a cat in spirit after the reincarnated. Very interesting work.
Missy definitely wants to he held – all the time. She not only pushes against me but she climbs me or gets up on a counter and walks onto my shoulder. She does want to be touching. At night she often sleeps on my pillow sort of on top of my head and other nights she sleeps somewhere else in the house. I love having her near at night even if she sometimes takes the whole pillow!
I do resonate with the physical body part and am amazed by the other since I did not know it was possible.

Hi Margaret,
When I first connected with Missy, she was unsure of me and cautious with a very sweet nature. I explained to her who I am and that she’s the FAT. She said “Really?!” and did a happy movement (like a little dance movement or something).
I asked her how her day’s going. It’s going great! She said she’s lied in the sun, gotten attention, she said, “Eaten! Eaten! Don’t forget eaten!” She said she’s walked around just being gorgeous!
She said sometimes Roxy bugs her, but she loves him. She said she knows she and Roxy were brother and sister in the past lifetime and were with you in their past life time. She said this has been the case for other lifetimes, too.
I asked her if she could tell me anything identifying about her so I could know I’m talking to her. I wasn’t referring to the reincarnation aspect since you, Margaret, had already told us that. Missy said sometimes she has a sensitive tummy.She then wanted to go and we said our goodbyes.

Martha, for some reason I am not getting notifications of posts as I did with Roxy. Just found this one. It was way up the thread rather than at the end.
Sounds like you really got it right. Roxy is a bit of a bully and picks on her. I have told her about being FAT but evidently she did not get it. Thanks for explaining it to her. She has not been very willing to talk with others.
Sounds about like it for her day. She does throw up sometimes but I thought it was hairballs. At first neither of them could eat fish or chicken and I’ve let them have some recently but had to cut back again so yes she does seem to have a sensitive stomach. She mainly gets turkey cat food.

Hi Margaret! Lessons from Missy:
Last night I tried to connect and she said you have to ground yourself first!
But I was too sleepy and had to disconnect.
This morning she was very patient with me and helped me to ground and center when I lost my attention.
Finally here is what came through! Missy is the queen! She sent me an image of sitting up on a cat tree and ruling the energy of the household. She has been in a cat body for many lifetimes and has been your companion and guide. She is strong and vibrant and confident in her body.
When I asked her about her physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects she said come see me again for those, it’s time for a healing for you and many others. I asked my healing guides to join us and there was a gentle pink/blue sky enveloping us. Thank You Missy. 🙏-

Thanks for the healing. I taught a 2-day workshop last weekend and yesterday was my day to recharge so I’m sure I needed it.
She has been with me 2 times before that I know of, once in this life and once a very long time ago. I’m sure there were other times, I’m just not aware of them.
She is a sweet loving kitty and knows what she wants.

Physical: I felt a small twitch on left side…nothing to worry about.
Emotional: Missy knows her place in the household and accepts it. “Roxy thinks he is the king (ha ha). I allow it….”
Mental: I have enough stimulation.
Spiritual: this is why I am here AGAIN to help Margaret.

Hi Margaret, When I tried to speak to Missy, all I got was a stare back from her. It seemed that she preferred to just look at me rather than talk or communicate in any way. I got the sense that she is quite mysterious and will only communicate on her terms when she decides the time is right. I will definitely try again.

Hi Everyone. For some reason I am not getting emails when someone posts a communication with Missy as I did when Roxy was FAT. So I may not find your messages as quickly. I’ve reported this and subscribed to this thread and looked for some setting to change but so far have not been able to change this. So my apologies if I don’t find your messages promptly.
Also many seem to be having difficulty getting Missy to communicate with them. I don’t know what to suggest here except to keep trying. She will be on the call Saturday and hopefully Val can encourage her to open up a bit.
I am posting to see if that gets me emails when someone posts.

Hi Margaret,
I briefly introduced myself to Missy. Perhaps she felt my presence immediately before when I exclaimed over how gorgeous she is with her fur colors and symmetrical patterning. Even more than that, though, she has the regal, almost haughty, facial expression of my first cat, Persephone. That piercing gaze penetrates and warns she expects to be treated as the superior creature she is. (With Persephone, there was also a plea, Please don’t hurt me!)
Because of the attitude resemblance and because I’ve been bingeing on <The Sopranos> (television series new to me), what follows is more likely influenced by that than by her.
I knew Roxy is her litter mate and that Roxy’s original body in that litter died. I asked her how many kittens were in the litter. An impression came that it was six, then four, then three.
I asked if you adopted her from a pet adoption fair or shelter or from someone selling or giving away kittens in a home, maybe from a classified ad in a newspaper. The impression was “home” with an image of a burly man (Tony Soprano influence?).
I told her you said she was a lap cat, so did she like other personal attention like being brushed? Seems she takes care of her fur herself.
Does she like belly rubs? Didn’t get a response but I imagined my right hand smoothing the curve of her back.
I thanked her for her attention and told her I was looking forward to hearing her/hearing about her in the Q&A.

Hi Carol, and thanks for communicating with Missy.
There were 4 kittens in the litter. One died almost immediately then the one who was intended to be Roxy died at 4 weeks leaving only the two kittens.
They came to me through a local shelter but were born in foster care so in a home. I knew they were coming and had spotted the mom cat when she was briefly at the shelter before going to foster care. There was a couple who cared for them and the man was sort of burly I guess. Probably who you were picking up.
They went briefly by the shelter the day they came to me for their shots etc so I brought them home from the shelter but they never actually stayed there. So home makes sense from all she knew about it
She loves being petted and does love tummy rubs. I need to brush her but as of now she is right – she cares for her fur herself and does a good job.
I am hoping she is OK with everyone talking to her. I told her that would happen tomorrow and Val would talk to her. She knows Val so should be OK with the group. I told her if lots of people were talking to her at once to pick one to talk to and tell the others to wait their turn.
I look forward to seeing how she will do on the call.

Thanks, Barb. I am having difficulty not getting notifications with or without that box. It just disappeared today. I have not gotten notifications at all for communication with MIssy or anything else. Notifications for this thread is most important to me, but I am no longer getting notifications on anything when I’ve checked the box. There is evidently something more off here than that elusive box. The box is back and I have checked it. It will be interesting to see if I get notification if you or anyone replies to this post.

Barb, the checkbox is back but evidently is not doing anything. I still am not getting any notifications when someone posts to this or any other thread. It is making it difficult to find posts about Missy when I come to check and see if there have been any. I had asked not to receive an email every time you added an animal to the system replacing the PDF of animal teachers and now it seems I don’t get notifications about anything posted anywhere.
I have checked the little box and will see I get any notification if you reply.

I talked with Missy this morning, my first impression from her was that very wise and smart, all knowing. She’s a teacher and knows about past lives. She likes to lay in sun beams sometimes up higher on the back of furniture. She wants to tell Margaret to stop worrying so much. She said to maybe check her kidneys or liver? She said she likes teaching. That’s all.

I spoke with Missy just before the class call. I asked her if she had ever been the featured Animal Teacher. She said no. I asked her about her energy. Her energy feels very balanced. She said well yes I work on balancing my energy and I am really good at it. I asked her if she has advice for mr. she said, focus on being patient and calm during communication. I agreed with her that is what I struggle with. I thanked her for her time.

Hi Margaret.
This is the communication I had with Missy during our Q & A. At first before the group started to connect I looked at Missy’s picture and she said she didn’t want to talk. When the group connection started she said “I’m ready to talk”. I told her she was beautiful, she said “yes I am”. She said I have a wonderful life, I love my mommy. I felt she was feeling very good and chilled. She said “I’m very smart”, “I enjoy laying in the sun”.
She said “I like to catch mice” but I’m not really allowed out, but that’s okay” I asked her if she has caught mice. Missy said “I have not but I know it would be fun and I’d be good at it.”
“I like to play with toys – not all the time” “I’m a good cat”. At this point I felt she was softening up to me. She said “well, I’m very intelligent”, “I usually get my way. Mom spoils me.” And that’s it. 🙂

Hello Margaret, her is what I got from Missy.
I understood that having lots of people tuning in to her was a little unexpected. When I asked her if she was hesitant to communicate with me, she said no, but she liked to have a little time to adjust to different energies and check people out. Then I felt her snuggle into me and let me get on with it.I got that she is determined, powerful , self contained and reserved but very purposeful. It seems also that she can be a little impatient, but not unkind, its just that she’s used to functioning so efficiently she needs to adjust to those who don’t. She’s deeply kind. I asked her for advice on something I want to tell my dog, and she said: Just get on with it. She’ll (my dog) will be fine. – I felt that she was aware of how emotional and worried I get and I felt she was telling me it was unnecessary, perhaps a little self indulgent, and something that hampers me. But she was very accepting of that being my battle right now. And I felt she smiled in a wise way, sort of saying: we all have our battles, right?

I just found this post. I have not been getting notifications like I did with Roxy – until today. I just received all of them at once. I have been watching this thread trying to find them but missed this one.
Thank you for communicating with Missy.
She does love to snuggle. I can take her in my arms and kiss her tummy. I would not try that with Roxy.
You did a good job of sensing her. Yes, she is all of that. And it seems she gave you some really good advice about your dog. She is a very special and wise being in a fur suit.

I asked Missy about why meditation is so important to her. She said because it helps her center and deal with negative energy. She said it also brings her closer to her high self, the outer sources, and the Universe. She also said she likes feeling that relaxed, zen state.She’s such a very private girl and a real sweetie!

Hi Margaret, I checked in with Missy and she said “oh, you are back. I asked her how she was feeling and she said that she felt special. I asked her to tell me more why she felt like that. She told me that everyone wants to talk to her. I told her she IS special. She then said we are all special. I asked if she had any messsages for you and she said that you are so special and don’t ever forget that. Then she told me you make her feel so loved.

Hi Jo, and thanks for checking in with Missy. I think she may have been wondering where everyone went. She really is very special and we love each other very much.
And thank goodness the notification is working again – I got a message when I logged in this morning that you had posted a communication with her. In fact, I got it twice! This is a very complex website and they seem to be having a challenge getting all of the pieces working.
Thanks again – I think she really enjoys having people talking to her in her head. It does make her know she is special. When Roxy was FAT I sensed that she felt left out so am glad she is having a turn.

Thanks for the confirmation about the sensitive stomach. As for the turkey, that’s great she does better with it as opposed to chicken or fish! Regarding negative energy, it’s not there’s a lot of negative energy–it’s more like sometimes someone might have a bit of it. It’s more like something someone might be dealing with one day. It’s nothing major. She still likes to meditate though even if there’s not negative energy so she can reach her Higher Self of peacefulness and tranquility and center. -
When they were babies, I discovered that they got diarrhea if they had fish or chicken. Try and find cat food without chicken in it! Now Roxy seems OK with just about anything and they both love fish and chicken. So they get it occasionally as a treat. They got sort of tired of the turkey canned food all the time so I do vary it sometimes. She seems much better now.
There is negative energy everywhere and I’m sure here as well. I do an energetic cleansing from time to time and it’s probably time to do it again. This is an apartment complex with common walls with 3 other apartments as well as others around here so I’m sure there is negative energy.

Hi Margaret, I spoke with Missy who was cheerful this evening. I told her that I heard she likes meditation and I do as well. She said, “it’s the best way to be connected to your higher self.” I asked her what she does when she’s not meditating. She said that she likes being funny and provides you with comic relief. She knows she is able to balance energy and raise vibrations doing this. Missy is so smart and pragmatic. She is a realist and tells it like it is. I love her balance of emotions. She is wise beyond her many lifetimes. I enjoy her.

Hi Margaret,
Mostly besides the greetings and closings, I was communicating/trying to communicate with Missy about how she meditates. I’m relieved cats are mentally active for at least some of the sixteen hours a day they supposedly sleep.
I failed to become one with her or to meditate with her, but I seemed to get the following impressions about her techniques: (a) going into a color like royal blue, (b) gazing at an object until it dissolves into large pixels, (c) repeating your name, (d) getting absorbed in the image stream on the tv screen, (e) taking in a scent from the kitchen, (f) feeling the sunlight all over her.
When she’s in your lap, she’s giving you energy by purring and giving you kitty massages.
I don’t know whether she meditates with you or not (have you felt that you are simultaneously with her?) or with Roxy or not. Sometimes she meditates with closed eyes, sometimes with eyes half-closed. Well, I’ll have to pursue this topic later.

Hi Carol, you got some interesting information. She does love to lie in my lap, purr, and give me kitty massages. I have to keep her claws trimmed or they can hurt! The main time the cats get lap time is when I am in my chair in front of the TV. She does not seem to pay much attention to the TV – I’ll watch to see if she does.
Kathleen Prasad who is my Animal Reiki teacher says that the way to offer Reiki to animals is to meditate in their presence and invite them to join in the healing energy, so I do meditate with her or rather invite her to join me. And sometimes I fall asleep with her on my lap.
It used to concern me that I fell sleep with offering distant Reiki. Years ago I worked a lot with a horse. I was being paid to do this and used to not count a session when I seemed to fall asleep. One time after a session I asked Star about it. He said, “I love it when that happens because our souls are in communion.” So some of the times when she is on my lap and I doze off, our souls may be in communion.

So much fascinating–and baffling–to me after reading the story about Misti and Rocki you recommended to Chigusa. Not only the past planned reincarnations but also the building of kitten bodies those two did. As if there are specification sheets where they choose elements of their DNA?! Figure out which elements will work well together or which are allowable according to some master plan?!
When I connected with Missy this morning, the most vivid impression I got was a blurry image of Missy grooming Roxy on a blanket or with a blanket around them.
Missy seemed to indicate that during meditation she can float above her body.
Is her fetch-ball red? She does not play the enclosed ball game that Roxy has?
Last time, she seemed to give an example of a pumpkin pie scent that interested her.
She seemed neutral about music as long as it wasn’t too loud, but loudness has not been a problem.
I got the impressions that you trim her nails and that she likes to head-bunt with you.
Interesting about reiki and souls being in communion. Need to have that especially with my second cat, my feline soulmate.

Glad you read the story of the two kittens. I was working a lot with Val before and after they were born. She helped me identify the Mom cat and my two kittens of the four originally there and then the process when the kitten Rocki had ensouled did not make it and she took on the other kitten’s body and became a he. Pronouns a bit confusing there. She had mentioned that they were busy creating the kitten bodies when they were in utero. I do not know how they make the decisions about that. I’m sure many of them come from the mom and dad cats.
They had previously planned to come as kittens and said those bodies were not viable. They choose to come through the shelter where I volunteered since they knew I worked with cats there. So they found a mom cat that could provide that which I assume determined the DMA. Interesting thoughts about that.
She plays fetch with a toy mouse rather than a ball. She has lots of them, some grey and some white. I don’t know that she uses just one but picks a mousie from the toy basket to play with or one already out that I have not yet put back in the basket.
I’ve never seen her pay any attention to the enclosed ball game – that seems to be Roxy’s choice of toy. He also carries the mousies around but does not play fetch with them.
Not sure about the pumpkin pie scent. I did use some canned pumpkin in a coffee drink. I’ve offered them pumpkin but they don’t seem to consider it food. Not sure where that came from.
I do trim her nails and she is to good when I do. She usually just lies there purring and lets me clip them when I do her mannie and peddie. She does head bump.
I’ve never seen them groom each other – in their past life, yes, but not this time. And there is no blanket. They sleep on my bed which has a duvet rather than a blanket. Not sure what that was about.

Hello Margaret,
I received another cryptic message, this time, it appears of a combined message from both Missy and Misti.The message was them showing me a fish that is beached at the shore. It’s still alive but it won’t be live too much longer since it needs water to survive. And Even if we return it to the ocean, if it was left out of the water too long, it cannot survive.
My interpretation of it is that while we are a spiritual being after all, we are still living in a physical body at the moment in time. There are our body can and we cannot do or built to do. If we pursue things that human is not capable of doing too long, you will not survive this (or maybe you won’t succeed in it). Perhaps the message is that we need to take care of our physical body as much as spiritual body?
I personally cannot think of a situation that matches a description in my life, but I’ll keep thinking about it to see if something resonate. Does it resonate with you?

I’ve decided to interpret the fish as I need to get back to doing exercise. About a year or so ago, I was pretty fit doing exercise every morning but I switched to doing more of a spiritual work using that time neglecting what my body needs. I still do walk a lot and I’d say I’m still not as unfit as myself 4-5 years ago when I lost bunch of weight and made a conscious lifestyle change, but I’ve been feeling I need to move my body more lately. My back is starting to ache again. I had suffered a herniated disk years ago so I’d better get on it not to repeat that again… 🙂So, I started doing the same exercise I used to do and, boy, I’ve needed it!

Hi Margaret, I asked Missy about her past life in the temple in Egypt. She said she was well taken care of and that the Egyptians understood the mysticism of cats more than people do now. She felt valued for her wisdom and enjoyed that lifetime very much. She feels her experiences in that lifetime set her aura as a healer. What a fascinating life. I asked her if there was anything else and she said that will do for now. We can talk again.

Hi Alicia and thanks for asking her about her lifetime in Egypt. I have not been able to get her to share about it. It is my understanding that this is a life we shared but it is not one I have any real memory of.
She is certainly a healer and a wonderful one. I look forward to whatever else she will share about this. She and Roxy told Val (I think it was Val) early on that they had been temple cats in Egypt and they were here to bring in information about that. I look forward to getting that information.

Hi Margaret,
I was trying to learn from Missy whether you were celebrating a holiday this 12/21 or 12/24-25. You have mentioned putting a tree on your patio another year so you could enjoy it through the window without the cats climbing it (enjoying it their hazardous way).
I seemed to get that there’s a raised level of excitement in the general environment, not specifically in your home. There doesn’t seem to be a tree decorated outside; maybe what Missy notices is a different, pleasant fragrance inside but not one from living flowers.
Even more trouble for me to get deeper and quieter this morning, but I tried asking Missy if there are special days when she and Roxy get extra food treats, new cat towers or cushions or scratchers, or fresh catnip on their scratchers. She seemed to indicate “sometimes,” but this didn’t appear to be one of those times. It was a good day to stretch in the sun and she knows you take care of her needs.
Sorry this is vague and that I may be projecting my non-observance of the holidays–really tired of sacred and secular Christmas festivities after 72 years of them.

I”m not doing anything special this year so Missy may have remembered previous years. I like the idea of treats and catnip which they sometimes get so I’ll do that Christmas day maybe.
I did hang the old wreath on the door and put a candle with a Christmas candle ring around it high up out of their reach before I hosted a REiki workshop the beginning of the month. I do have a little ceramic tree I might put on the dining table. But it’s just me and the cats.
I don’t send cards or buy presents anymore – have not for years now. I got one Christmas card and just emailed a thanks. That’s about it. So she is not aware of anything special going on.

Hello Margaret. I connected with Missy. I greeted Missy and asked her how she’s doing. She answered me and asked me how I’m doing. I answered her. Missy sent me a visual of crystals, a visual of her pawing at the crystals, and a visual of her sitting next to the crystals with her tail wrapped around her paws.
I asked her what she had been up to this week. She said she had gotten lots of attention. She said Roxy sneaked out this week. She thinks it’s slightly funny when he does that. He thinks it’s hilarious! She said she loves to sit in your lap while you watch TV and talk to her and rub under her chin.
She said she likes her canned turkey food. Then, the thought of “baby food” came to me. There is a rescue that is mostly for cats that gives cats baby food sometimes. I asked her about if she’d like baby food. She said she might try it if it’s turkey. She said though that she’d have an issue if it’s cold baby food. Since I personally wouldn’t use a microwave to heat it, I asked her about if the baby food is warm enough just from room temperature. She said she might be interested.
She then wanted to go. We wished each other a good day and said good bye and I told her that I look forward to talking with her again.-

I have not tried these cats on baby food. I remember trying to serve it to other cats in the past when they were sick and would not eat and they would not have it. I might try it with them.
I remember MOther warming baby food for my much younger brother by sitting the little jar in a pan of hot water. I do not have a microwave – don’t think they are good for us – and would not use it for their food if I did. It is my understanding that they damage food making it harmful.

Hi Martha,
I forgot to get baby food when I dropped by the grocery store for a couple of things. You’d have thought from the crowds that it was the Saturday before Christmas or something. I’ll get some later and give it a try. I have some turkey in the freezer from Thanksgiving that I plan to warm up so may give them a little of it. I cooked it without anything but salt and pepper so it won’t hurt her.
My previous cats Misti and Rocki were shot cats and I remember Persians being fed baby food with a spoon so as not to mess up their fur. They wore bibs. They ate it but then they were not allowed to eat cat food normally as it might mess up their fur.
I hope you and your critters are having a wonderful holiday weekend.

I didn’t save my convo with Missy several weeks ago so I will recall what I remember as well as newer convo with Missy about a week ago:
My memory of FIRST convo: Missy is regal and open. Very comfortable within her self. Confident. Subtle and in her own space. Not in need of rushing to door. Will greet however. Loving affectionate but strong boundaries. Strong sense of not wanting to be approached just as if it is expected and yet overflowing w love and affection after the fact.
I gazed into her left eye of photo in a way like soft focus. I saw a strong visual of a White Cat behind Missy; ethereal white with crystalline colors can’t fully recall now. Necklace of some sort, gold I think. Sweet but not submissive even if it seemed that way. Present. Dignified and not in a rush. Omnipresent. I explored her masks behind her masks and I saw other faces around Missy, two on either side of face and the white kitty behind. One was cross between bat, baby hawk, or iguana like. I asked for message: Beautiful egg appeared at the white cats paws. something decaying was in egg. At that point i lost focus. She says her ancient history does not have to be understood. I asked Missy if life was like a theatre. She says it is sometimes sad and sometimes sweet and after so many thousands of years of never going away, I feel in respite and peace.
If I touched her she was affectionate when I waited for it. If I rushed in she backed up, but was open to playing at that point. Paws clawing me.
2nd convo w MISSY: I see a layer of anxiety; a reflection of myself and a level of it from her along with the regal well put together queen; she has passed through these gates of anxiety and she has remnants that are reflected for those seeing into her but her core is strong. Queen core essence; be centered in own queen vibration. This all feels very personal and I think that is maybe the point.

You really got some deep material. I’ll need to think about some of it and get back to you. But I do want to share about the big white cat.
Previously I had three cats: Rocki and Misti who are back as Roxy and Missy and Princess who was a big white cat. When Misti and then Rocki died they both said they had a purpose with me and were not complete, that they would be back. Princess had been with me as a cat three times in this lifetime and she said she would not be back.
Princess and Misti were about the same age. They were kittens together. They were good friends and played together. Rocki was older and very closely bonded to Misti. They slept curled up in a ball together. I wonder if the white cat is Princess. I’ll share a picture of her.

When someone comes to the door, Roxy runs to see who it is and greets him or her. Missy is slower to come out but very friendly when she sees that it’s OK. She is very much a mama’s cat but loves to be held and if she likes someone she will ask to be held.
I want to comment more on this, but not right now. You had a wonderful connection with Missy and I want to think about what you shared.

Hi Margaret, I asked Missy about when you were all in the temple in Egypt. I asked her what your position was in the temple and she said that you were a scribe. She said that she and her sister bonded with you in that lifetime and then decided to share many lifetimes with you. Missy said that the temple was your first lifetime together. I asked her if she has any other messages for you and she said that you need to keep going and believe in yourself fully every step of the way. Hi Manuela. I don’t know what to make of this one. She seems OK to me. There is no way to give her more space – she has the run of the apartment and that’s all the space I have. She does not seem grumpy at all to me. She seems quite content to sleep in my lap and play with her toys. If she wants more I don’t know what more I can give her.

I hope you, Missy, and Roxy had a peaceful, quiet, safe Christmas week; ours was except for the excitement of night-time thunderstorms at intervals, which we enjoyed.
Because none of my cats sits in my lap when I watch videos on my 13-inch MacBook Pro, I tried to ask Missy what she sees when she watches with you. Does she realize those are images of human bodies like the ones who visit your home? Does she recognize words said on the screen like the ones she hears from you and your guests? Years ago, a video was on and an actor shouted a word (not a swear word); a cat who was watching bolted to attention. Wish I remembered what word it was.
If Missy was communicating, I wasn’t receiving. She seemed to invite me to look through her eyes and hear through her ears, but I failed.
I thanked her for sharing her beauty and attention.

Hi Carol. Yes we had a very peaceful time. A friend dropped by on Friday and she was very friendly with that.
I bought them some new kitty toys although they have so many already I could bring out some old ones and the would not know the difference. They had fun with them. There were about a half dozen little toys I dropped in the middle of the floor and let them choose the ones they wanted to play with and they had fun with it.
She does not appear to pay any attention to the TV. She just sleeps – or meditates – in my lap with her eyes closed. I asked her this afternoon if she was sleeping or meditating but did not get any response. So there might not have been anything to get about what she thinks of the TV if she was not paying any attention to it at all.
She responds if a noisy vehicle goes by and sometimes when there is a bird or squirrel outside. But mostly she just sleeps until I have to put her down so I can get up.

I greeted Missy and she gave me the image of a Christmas tree and then sent me an image of a red light. I remember you, Margaret, saying you don’t do much for Christmas these days. I asked her about these. She said she likes Christmas trees and the red light wasn’t a Christmas light. It was another light that she sees in your apartment.I asked her what else? (meaning what else she’d like to say/talk about). She told me to not worry so much and to just be.
She then wanted to go take a nap. We said our good byes for now.
Later she told me I need to be more patient at times and not be in such a hurry at times.
I thanked her for her advice and sharing her wisdom with me. I told her I agree with the things she said. I also thanked her for talking with me and earlier put my hands on her heads where one was on top giving it a pet and the other one under her chin.

I am surprised Missy knows what a Christmas tree it. I have not done one in years and am not sure she has ever seen one. I have a little ceramic treei I sometimes put out but have not even done that the past couple of years.
We do play “red light” with the laser sometimes so that might be the red light. I can’t think of any other red light she might have seen.
I had planned to put the ceramic tree out this year but never got around to doing it. I put a wreath on the door and a Christmas ring around a candle and that was it.
They did get some new toys for Christmas, actually the day after Christmas. I had about a half dozen little toys and put them in the middlle of the floor and let them pick their favorites. They have so many toys I could have put out some from the toy baskets – 3 of them in different rooms- and they might not have recognized them. But they do have some new Christmas toys.
She spends most of her time napping – on my lap if I’m watching TV and otherwise on my bed or her little hammock cat furniture thing.

I spoke to Missy yesterday. After I introduced myself I asked if she would help me by suggesting questions she thought she and other animals would like to be asked. Prudently she turned the question back to me to ask what I thought I should ask. I asked what she would like to talk about, which she approved of.
Missy actually redirected the conversation to me, telling me I ought to be more confident and have faith in myself.
I found Missy to be a true teacher. Whilst looking at her picture, her image kept morphing into an image of a large black cat with a leaner face. My curiosity then leaned towards Egypt as suggested in previous conversations and I saw an image of Missy as a large, lean black cat, walking alongside an Egyptian lady. I also got the word queen, but wasn’t sure if this was referring to Missy or the Egyptian lady. I suspect possibly both.-

What an interesting conversation you had with Missy. I know very little about her life in Egypt other than that she was a temple cat and healer. I read somewhere that the energy in the temples was so intense that the regular people could not tolerate it, so the cats walked among the people giving them healing energy. You might want to ask her if that is what she did. I assume she was the big black cat.

After a 10-minute quiet sit and the Platinum Club stress-busting meditation, I thought I’d ask Missy something simple and easily verifiable: what is the weather like there now? A picture came of her looking out the patio-door at rain. But when I checked the Chattanooga weather (S 12/28 10 am CST), the chart said partly cloudy and 46 degrees. No precipitation until Monday.
Then I thought I’d try something difficult (maybe it’s wrong to rank questions in terms of difficulty). Melanie A. and you have discussed Missy’s life as an Egyptian temple cat, so I asked Missy if she has a parallel job now in that role. Does she in 2018 concurrently have a presence in the 10th century BC?
(I have read that humans can choose to reincarnate in the past. If someone wants to be Mary Queen of Scots, though, s/he won’t be able to change facts and keep her head.)
What I got at first was a dark screen with a horizontal white bar across it. Than I seemed to be in a dark, rather claustrophobic room before I lost focus. Oh well, that’s more than I receive or imagine most of the time with my own cats.

After days and days of rain where Missy was at the patio door looking out at rain, today is dry. As for the forecast, you said Chattanooga weather (S 12/28 10 am CST) and today is actually 12/29 so don’t know what happened there.
Since time is an illusion, she is the temple cat as well as Missy. Not sure what the dark room was about. I really don’t know much about that lifetime and it’s one reason I want to communicate with Missy and Roxy – they told Val early on that they were temple cats and were bringing in information about ancient Egypt. The one time we tried to get anything about this we got that we were together then which someone has confirmed.
Lives can be concurrent in the same time frame. Years ago I had two clients who did not know each other in their current lifetimes who were concurrents – I realized in doing deep work first with one of them and then with another that they were the same soul in two different bodies. With their permission I told each about the other and got to see them meet for the first time. It was obvious despite the fact that they were 10 years apart in age and born in different countries, they were the same soul in two different bodies. This incarnation / reincarnation stuff is not as simple and linear as we think it is.
As for incarnating in the past, time is an illusion of this dimension so there really is no such thing as past. My linear mind cannot comprehend that one.

Sorry, Margaret: I meant 12/29, i.e., today. Why is it that when I’m trying to be exact I go and make a dumb goof like that? Time as an illusion doesn’t fit with my Judaic-Christian background, but then neither does the speed at which time is shuttling me into the “future” now compared with even ten years ago.

Well, we know distance is just an illusion or we could not connect with animals not physically present. It’s a bit more of a stretch to get it that time is also an illusion here on this dimension.
I knew one person years ago who totally got this. I used to offer Reiki to her. We’d agree on a day and I’d offer Reiki anytime during the day that suited me and she would receive it at her convenience. It was easier to imagine I could offer it and the energy would be out there somewhere waiting for her to collect it but quite a stretch to know that she could receive it before I sent it since time does not exist.
I found reading a Course in Miracles a wonderful path from the Judeo-Christian tradition into New Thought. Not that it had anything to do with time and distance but it helped me put the religion of my childhood aside and move on.

Receiving energy from the future! Hard to grasp even after reading some David Morehouse and Lyn Buchanan Val recommended in a Platinum class; also Russell Targ and Robert A. Monroe I’d read in the 70s and 80s (used to live in Charlottesville and Virginia Beach; didn’t get to TMI but did attend events at Cayce’s ARE). Just ordered ACM to replace the set I threw out decades ago.
Strange that this nice old Episcopalian lady is being bombarded again with this material. In <Far Journeys>, p. 64, Monroe expresses–in the last two sentences–my greatest fear (italics added): “Human and other patterns of consciousness are inherently nonphysical. As such, they are not time-space-dependent. Once released from physical restraints, they move into ambience and environment in accordance with the then total energy matrix generated by each and the complexity contained therein. No belief system, illusion, action, or thought incurred during a sojourn in time-space can alter this basic process. In short, like it or not, you’re going to continue to do and be after you can no longer hang in there physically. There is no rest not only for the wicked but for everyone else.”
I guess we’ll eventually find out what’s what. Meanwhile: chores.

I’ve also had trouble getting replies to go where I intended and unfortunately there appears to be no way to delete them once posted. I found I could edit a reply – delete what was there and just put in a sentence saying it was intended to be elsewhere and then redo the post where I intended it to be.
I suggest you listen with your heart – not your head – since the human brain is linear and has difficult grasping non-linear ideas if in fact it can grasp them at all.
If it feel right in your heart, then it’s your truth. If not then it’s not for you so just toss it out the window. there is a huge shift in consciousness taking place on the planet at this time and new ideas are coming in that were not our truth previously.
Most people cannot grasp the idea that you can receive energy from the future although maybe from the past if it is just there waiting for them. I believe you can go back and heal the past. I’ll give you an example you can think about or toss out the window.
Years ago I began training in a healing modality called One Brain. I moved and no longer had a teacher so did not take the training far enough to practice it.
In this practice, someone could be “recessed” to the past, work done there, and then brought back to the present. I remember in class when the teacher was doing a demo, it was determined that some health issue the student in the hot seat had was the result of her mother’s B12 deficiency when she was in utero. So she was directed to breathe in the essence of B12 and when returned to present the issue was resolved.
That brings up two ideas. First that we can go back and change the past – our past anyway. And that we can breathe in the essence of what we need so maybe we don’t really need to take all these supplements.
As I said, if this does not resonate as truth to you, just toss it. It really does not matter.

Love the inspirational B12 example! Reminds me of a Course 1 meditation about breathing in a characteristic we desire–but this is a material element and its presence could presumably be detected and measured.
Would like my subjective truth to align with objective truth–surely objective truth exists!? But it may be hard to recognize under layers of qualifications and interpretations.

Well good luck getting truth sorted out. Remember there was a time when everyone knew that the earth was flat. That was the objective truth. And physics has changed a lot from what I was taught in school as the truth. Truth changes. As you grow spiritually what you accept as your truth changes. “When I was a child…” in the Bible speaks to that.
Children are first taught if you have 3 cookies you cannot take away 4. Then when they are ready, negative numbers are introduced.
Not sure what you mean by objective and subjective truth, but if you’re looking for absolute truth that never changes, well, good luck with that. Consciousness is changing on the earth and as it does what we accept as our truth has to change as well.
As for the B12, don’t know that any testing was done but the issue that was determined to be caused by the deficiency changed which is good enough for me.

Coincidence: Lawrence LeShan’s and Henry Margenau’s Einstein’s Space & Van Gogh’s Sky: Physical Reality and Beyond arrived in the mail today. I ordered it because LeShan is sometimes mentioned with the oob-travelers and remote viewers and because the title is appropriate for the book’s discussions of the meanings of reality and searches for truth.

I want to thank all of you who have communicated with Missy. She really has enjoyed all the attention. I hope you will communicate with her again in the future.
I have told her that her turn is over and the people who have been talking to her in her head will now be talking to another cat because it is her turn now. But I am sure she would love to hear from you again in the future if you want to communicate with her again.
After Roxy had his turn and it was over, he wondered where everyone had gone. I explained it to him then and hopefully have explained it to Missy so she will understand.
If you have not volunteered one of your animals to be FAT, I encourage you to do so. It is a good experience for the animal and I have enjoyed it as well. Yes it takes time, but it is so worth it.
