Hi Val, I’m sure you’ve heard this many times, but do animals know well in advance when they will pass, and choose how and where? Does it affect their behavior just before that? You know I lost Khush (on 15th Dec) without any warning….started the morning normally, but for the first time ever, attacked his mother. Finally, after some symptoms, passed in the evening……did he plan/know what would happen, or did it just happen (like an accident) due to a sudden physical issue? Thanks very much.

I recently had a request to locate a lost 8 year old Beagle. I was given a pic and address where dog left from. Dog initially told me she in large woods in back of house.
I made a total of 4 contacts asking dog where at , what landmarks Ect. And go out of woods to ant house and bark scratch Ect.
I am in amazement as little dog said she was sin a garage and a man found her.
She told me she was now in a cage getting
Medical help.
I received so much detail over the next
24 hours that made me think that I was making stuff up.
The dog had been missing for about 4 days
Before it came to my attention.
I am wondering if I could make up so many specifics if this is not true. I also thought I was feeling very low energy in dog
With breathing problems.
After she told me she was in a cage
She said she was dry no mud.
Was getting hydrated and was relaxed.
Little dog said she left home as no one was paying her any attention.
I do not know where dog ended up but dog says she was comfortable and feeling good. -

Val, I just read your post abt how do we know if it is our imagination or did we really hear that.
Made me start to wonder…So…if one is really experienced in something, albeit not for a few years so the thought is not in the forefront of your brain, but you come home from work and your dog greets you but not as usual then rns to her bed which she usually does not even ever lay n, is acting totally strange and you know something is wrong. Get very worried, cannot figure out what is wrong, ask your girl but cannot hear an answer. Then she makes a movement that triggers a memory. You think that is odd but has no bearing, just a coincidence. Continue to worry, tell her how much you love her and can she please help you to hear her tell you what is wrong. Then suddenly you have an epiphany and know what is wrong. Count up the time frame, think of all the symptoms of the past week that all make sense now…
Was it your experience and semi intelligence that finally made you know what the problem is, or did the animal project the thought into your brain and thats how you know what is wrong?
Can we be so egotistical and vain that we think it is all us and that we figured it out, pat ourselves on the back so to speak, or is it usually the animal that is telling us but we just don’t know that?
Can I think that I am so darn smart in figuring things out, when actually I am so dumb that I don’t realize I have actually connected with my dog and she answered me, she told me what the problem is ?
Am I actually communicating a lot more than I think I am?
Thanks,
Kathy -

Layla stares at me for long periods of time. I try real hard to connect, sometimes it comes to me and sometimes I miss. I know she is going through an abnormal heat right now, and my hubby and I talked about spaying. She gave me this look and I said you and Val talked about this. Does she read my mind when I have silent thoughts or just when I speak out loud?

Was wondering what significance colors have when communicating with animals. Do certain colors have meaning? When I communicated with my dog, there was a goldish yellow color around her and I have read about other communicators talking about colors. Thanks

As usual, there was so much to learn and think about from the call, though unfortunately, I lost audio a few times, due to erratic power supply the last few days. So I missed the latter part of the FAT practice, and the beginning of the Q and A round, getting just the end of Val’s reading of Khush. It did help a bit, and I look forward to the recording. I would indeed be grateful if any of you reach out to him. The nuggets were: it’s not just about communicating, but comprehending, not just talking but understanding. If we can’t communicate with those in spirit, it could be our grief blocking us, or because they are busy! Some important reminders were that the questions on the accountability post are linked to our intention to learn, the importance of the intuition exercises, getting into the right space with meditation, the importance of feelings, and that the heart/soul is connected to everything. The answers to the questions are always major learning points. Thank you Val. Blessings
