Hi Val, this is a repost from the last call.
As you suggested on the FB forum, I’m posting a recent rather unnerving experience, for your guidance. I connected with a dog (through a photo), and felt at the end of the communication that she was a reincarnation of an earlier pet. The pet mum said that while reading the information, it sounded like her dog who was in spirit, and not the one I had supposedly communicated with. So I guess I connected with the earlier dog, without knowing its name or having seen a photo! However, when she posted the photo, it looked very familiar! Does this happen, and why…how does one work around it?

Hi Val!
I am re-posting question from January, as it remained a dilemma for me.
It is related to giving some animals to someone.
I have modified it so we have a shorter story. My dilemma is related to actually giving an animal living on the street to someone.
First, they are not mine to give as I do not own them. From my perspective, they are free to stay or leave and pursue their calling on this life.
Second, if they appeared on my street, what if they are meant to stay here for me?Honestly, I do not feel comfortable to decide for any soul if they should move in a different place, or family. (Especially that I don’t know anything about)
After all I have learned, I am thinking very much about who am I and if I have a purpose in this life, to offer love and all possible care to the animals around me, wouldn’t be a breaking of trust from me towards them, if I would catch them and give them to this person?
You can imagine that a stranger has reduced chances to lay hands on any of these kittens except I catch them for him, as they know me, love me etc.Which way is better: to help catch and let them go or should I not interfere as their appearance on this street it was meant to be?
Toughest question is: What do they want? To stay or leave?Unfortunately I am not completely healed yet so I can’t actually talk to them to find out their individual wishes and opinion…
As an additional note: on the Sunday after the January Q&A call, my husband gave them to a man. The 2 boys have ended up living inside a home, sleeping in a lady’s bed 😊.
Hopefully the time will allow you to check this issue too.
Thank you!

Hi Val,
Though I’ve already re posted a question, this is similar to Lucia’s dilemma, so thought I’d add it.
Do we have the right to decide for animals?I brought 9 rescued strays from Delhi when we moved to a rural homestead in the Himalayas. They were living in a toxic/unsafe public place. However, though they’re physically safe and comfortable here, it’s not the better life that I had imagined. Among other issues, they have to be confined due to the presence of wild animals, while the unfamiliar extreme cold causes problems.
They had been asked and were happy to move, but as a responsible human being, I am guilty for not realizing these limiting factors and other challenges, such as incompetent vets.So maybe it is wrong to make decisions (even if well intentioned) on behalf of sentient beings dependent on us? Thank you for your thoughts.

When communicating through pictures, is everything reversed?
Is everything mirrored for us?
I had 2 times the experience of saying for example that the pain is on the left, and it as on the right. Area correct just different side.
I have noticed it has happened also to other people, for example I remember when Aston was FAT, Nami has described very well the apartment where I live, but was everything reversed.Thank you!

I have a question related to trust. If I carry Layla into the vet or groomer after she refuses to go, am I breaking her trust in me? The groomer can communicate with animals and she said Layla is afraid of small rooms because she thinks she will be killed there. I explain everything to her before we go. She still refuses. Thank you.

Hi Val,
Lily, my 2yr. old Havanese, does alot of crying, some times I do not know why she is crying. After I rule out – going outside, food- dinner or treats, looking out the windows. What are other reasons she is trying to tell me something? Sometimes it is very annoying when I can not figure out what she wants.
Thanks

HI Val, I think these are all such great questions. Questions that I have had myself. For years I have wrestled with the thought what right do I have to impose my will on these animals. I remember Barbara Woodhouse ( the English trainer) who stopped going to trials because if the judge called HALT you had to stop and your dog sit. She said what if he didn’t want to sit in that spot, what if another dog had peed in that spot or there were bugs crawling in that spot, etc. I have had to come to terms with that and conclude that if they were living in my house in todays society, they had to respect my rules. i WISH i STILL HAD THE ACREAGE I ONCE where they could run and be what they were bred to be. But I don’t so I try to give them as much freedom as possible.
And as for mirroring, have always wondered but never had the courage to ask; does that mean opposite or same. If they mirror our pain, if I have pain in my right hip, do they have pain their right hip or left hip as when they are facing us it would be their left. Kudos for the one that have brought these questions up.
Thanks

Hi Val,
I would like to repeat my question from last month also:
When communicating with a deaf or blind animal, can we still receive sounds or images from them?
When I communicated with a blind cat (from birth it seems) I did get some images. Does that mean that his feelings are transformed into images for me so that I can receive the information? Or could the animal remember images from a past life?I have another question about an outdoor cat that I named Panther. I started feeding him outside because he really seemed to get along well with my cat Bootsy. He came inside a few times. I don’t think he has an owner. But recently he has started peeing everywhere in the garden, on my windows and doors, even inside my home once and from that moment on I did not let him come inside anymore.
I am scared to leave my windows open because he might pee inside.
I actually would not mind adopting him (provided this is what Bootsy and Panther would want) but he seems pretty wild and probably not castrated and it seems impossible to take him to the vet.
Any advice on this? I have attached a picture, Bootsy (black) on the left, Panther (mixed) on the right. Many thanks Val!!! 🙂

Hello Val,
I must say I really enjoyed the call and everyone’s feedback. When I mentioned being extremely cold, I forgot to mention I seemed to pass out and then snap back into the call as if I had been shaken. It happened twice. It took me a few hours to warm up.Also thank you for answering my question re Layla losing trust in me for making her go into the groomers and vets. However we have a different vet clinic appointment coming up with a new Holistic vet. This office plays calming music and uses aroma therapy to calm the pets. They do not do any routine medicine. It is all holistic and natural. It is just a checkup. I will post on the face book page for help as I will not be able to communicate with her. I want her to know there is nothing to fear and I will be with her. Once again thank you for everything to help me on this journey, you are a beautiful amazing women.
My golden nugget was the answer from others as to my thoughts and the Healing I received.

Hi Val, thanks for yet another enriching session and explaining the reincarnation aspect…..it’s fascinating, and I’m still trying to assimilate it. Thank you for the encouragement. I will have to practice asking more questions to confirm….didn’t do so as I had no reason to doubt it was not the “right” dog.
Your introductory remarks about practicing with unknown animals is a great reminder….since the disappointing communication with the “wrong” dog and now the stress of a senior dog preparing to transition, I have not practiced for over a month.
The tip to stand behind the dog and face the direction they are facing is so helpful yet simple! It’s amazing that animals can remember images from a past life! Finally, the response to Lucia’s question on rehoming dogs is very relevant, as I have a similar query which I will repost. I love the simple solution and first step to solving any problem is to talk to the animal.
Finally, the meditation, guided AC and responses to queries makes me feel very supported and hopeful that I will be able to improve my AC. Gratitude and blessings.
