One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have added some angel meditations to my usual ones. I meditate for about 20 mins a day.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Who didn’t I talk with!!! Abby, my dog, Mookie, my dog, Chouquette, my dog, Poppy, FAT and a lost cat.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that I am finding it easier, I feel more confident and that I am starting to notice the difference in the energy of a real communication and just imaginings from my mind.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know how I can convince Mookie not to take on my frustration with Abby. Mookie is getting really crabby with Abby for no apparent reason. Abby and I are sorting out our problems and things are getting better.
I discovered that truth is relative. Shooks told someone (who was communicating with her) that she doesn’t stay out long enough to need her rain coat on and that she fights with me when I put it on her….we stay out for about 2 hours come rain or shine and when I put her coat on she becomes like a rag doll, completely limp making it quite difficult but there is 0 resistance. I think time goes really quickly for her on her walks that she doesn’t realise that 2 hours in the rain is too long to be without a coat and maybe she thinks going limp and looking all forlorn is ‘fighting’, I would say at best it is passive resistance…but then I’m not a dog.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I communicated with Poppy, most of it was fine but at the beginning I had some strange visions and a really bad feeling that I absolutely don’t understand and then it cleared and we had a lovely chat.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
YES! I made time to play the marble game and I got the best results I have ever had 🙂 🙂 This is really encouraging me to play again. Also I need to buy a pack of cards 🙂 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I meditated this week. Usually I meditate with whatever guided meditations are presented with the lessons I cover.
This week was the stress buster and quick connect meditations2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? This week I communicated with Marybeth’s dog Nemo. I am new to this and things are not flowing yet but I do get bits and pieces. Nemo is so kind and sweet. At first when I was looking at the Animal Teachers he was flashing soft colors that caught my attention.
I told him who I am etc… I tried to ask questions, but he just wanted to know about me… It was short and I promised to chat with him again.. His pure love and wants to share that and help ..3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate that I am signing up for a course and on the path to helping animals…
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I think there are many questions right now. but I guess my biggest one is am I really receiving feedback or is it in my mind?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I did not communicate with the featured animal this week. I did last week as I wrote , but with all the new information I have received was spending time listening to the Q&A Calls, trying to go over everything a few times so it sinks in.. so there is so much to absorb right now
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I may be incorrect but on my list the accessible intuition games start at the end of october/november? will go back and make sure I did not miss something..

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, continued meditation in the mornings and also before animal communications. Very helpful and needed.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog in spirit who transitioned in September. His mom reached out as she is having a hard time in healing. We have a nice session together. This dog brought up some things that were evidential to the conversation and I’m grateful for that. I was able to learn more in helping others when they are deep in the grief process and ways to work with them during these stages of their journey.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Blessing the baby bearded dragon has eaten about 4 times the amount he did a week or so ago. He’s getting stronger and I’m so happy for him being in our family! I also celebrate a birthday yesterday and it was so wonderful. Helped me ground and connect for my two booked sessions today.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I did and wrote it in the forum. Poppy is wonderful. Learning lots and helping me learn too.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did. I played the game of asking an animal “What makes for a great life” and Trump the horse was so wonderful in answering. I love his wisdom. He feels like a deep, evolved soul. His message to me is here: https://learnhowtotalktoanimals.com/forums/topic/ath-conversation-with-bridget-rs-trump/#post-81141.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I am not sure how long each time was and I don’t know if I remember everything I did. One time I was massing my feet while working on the different Traditional Chinese Medicine points in the foot. While I was doing this there was activity in my Third Eye. I think it was opening. More of the region had activity that in the past when there’s been activity. I also felt like there was a small blanket over it.
Another time I saw like a blue portal or something in my Third Eye area while meditating-I think I was meditating.
Another time I went out of my body and into another dimension and talked with my birth mom.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity about taking her to the vet office again. While trying to get her in her carrier she told me she didn’t need to go and that the injury is going to hear on its own. I asked her vet about this who basically confirmed that more treatments probably aren’t necessary, but to watch it, and that the injury probably will heal on its own.
Another time when I talked with Serenity I said she, from my viewpoint at least, could simply ignore Hawkeye when he gets to bullying her and intimidating her and being predatorial. During this conversation I told Serenity about my experience of being bullied during middle school and sexually harassed one year in high school.Hawkeye: I don’t remember what the conversation was about.
A dog named JoJo who was seriously injured and the veterinarians don’t quite know what is going on with her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play any of the games. However, last night I was watching a TV show (they don’t film it any more) and decided I wanted to stop pause/stop the show at a certain time. I had a certain amount of minutes (7 or 8 maybe) until that particular time. When I checked the time later it was the exact time I had decided I wanted to pause/stop the show for the night! This was obviously my intuitive/psychic abilities in action 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated for about 30 minutes total this week. I did silent meditations and connecting with my body sensations and breathing.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my dog Sadie to let her know that I will be out of town over the weekend and will return home next week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This week has felt pretty hectic to me and I don’t have anything I’m celebrating at the moment.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, unfortunately I did not make time to do this because I had a very busy week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play any intuition games this week. During my morning meditations, I did connect in with my soul to receive any messages.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Still using the Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music before I go to sleep at night. It really relaxes me physically and mentally, and sometimes I go in and out of consciousness while playing it. Anywhere from 10-30 minutes each evening. I also tried the rainbow tornado on my own without listening to Val, and I seem to get stuck on visualizing the tornado. I’ll try it again listening to her for help. I’ve never been good at visualizing things when I’m consciously trying to do so. Wish I knew how to improve on all these things!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been focused on Little Purr, the new kitty, this week. I really feel bad for her having to stay in one room for so long. I feel she wants to come out into the rest of the house, and yet when I do leave the door open, she stays in her room. I told her tonite that something will work out for her, I just don’t know what that will be yet. She’s being so good about all of this!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My same question, why can’t I “get” the messages I’m being sent by other beings? It comes so easily to others in this group, and I don’t understand why it isn’t yet working for me.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not other than offering Poppy a greeting when coming to this page.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Maybe once or twice gratitude maditation for animals… Didn’t much because I am in my grief time on my beloved dog
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I only talked to my love Mika who past away at beginning of the week. She helped me and still with my voices in my head in continue without her.
I’ve learned how it’s important to be able to through this journey of loss and goodbye together with the animals… It is so helpful in the grief3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I could hear and feel Mika in her last days clearly and it help me to hold a space for her when she left her body.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Discovering that for me it is easier talk to Mika when she is in spirit…
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No… Because I took the week for me and Mika
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My work situation is deteriorating daily. I am working now 11-12 hours per day and usually on the weekend as well a couple of hours. So I managed only some breathing exercises.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Little Wind, a feral kitten, was indoors for 3 weeks, because he had to see the vet daily. When I sent him back outdoors, he went to play with his sister for an hour. Then he came and requested to be let in again and never went back to his family. I explained that he has to decide, if he wants to be in or out, and he stayed in. Now he found a ‘stepmother’, who is grooming him and teaching him cat behaviour.
Mowgli did the next baby step. After I encouraged him for months to have a look at the other cats, he ventured into the utility room and had a look, but I have to keep the door to the kitchen open.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Mowgli is teaching me patience. That is a really hard lesson for me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Did not manage.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No.1/12

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have not been able to do much meditation this week. After the experience I had with Val’s meditation Saturday I have not wanted to try again. Also I have not felt well all week. Yesterday I was tested for Covid 19 (spelling?) and am currently in isolation waiting for results. I expect them to be negative but the rule is once tested you isolate until you get results. If I had not gone for a test I would not be isolated.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). This morning Roxy once again pooped in the bathroom floor. I asked him why and think I was able to communicate with him. He said his stomach hurt. I told him I got it but was not sure what to do about it. I may ask a friend for money for the vet. I cannot do it until next week since I cannot go out to take him there but I may have to do that.
I am not confident of my communication since of course I did not get anything I did not already know so feel like I just made it up.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

That I was able to communicate with Roxy or at least I think I was. I have been trying to do that for a long time. Princess is the only one of my cats I have ever been successful in communicating with. Well I did hear the Korats a few times. This is my first success this time around.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I know I am communicating with my cat when it is all stuff I knew anyway?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I have communicated with the current FAT previously but not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I did the Energy Clearing Ball, Rainbow Tornado & Shower 3 times. I also listened to the Masterclass a second time so did the exercises/meditations twice. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra every day morning and night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I didn’t really talk with Hattie, the horse. I received an intuitive hit that Hattie is mirroring her owner. In talking with Pam, she indicated she got the same message. I talked with my pony Pollyanna as well. I asked her why she is frustrated. She is grabbing her water bucket and letting it bang against the stall wall, splashing the water out.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am happy I got an intuitive hit this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None presently.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I didn’t talk with Poppy this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play a game this week. Will get back on track for next accountability. I’m a bit off track this week.

I have had a terrible time getting quiet and feeling peaceful as Colorado is burning and smoke is everywhere.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Moleka/Molly, dog in spirit. She said we humans stay stuck in our boxes but if we look we will see there aren’t any boxes. She is looking forward to returning to physical as a dolphin after she helps many of the animals who are transitioning from the wild fires.(Her human has spent many years swimming with dolphins and had to leave Maleka with a trusted friend)
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I finished one of the learning segments in a class I’m listening to.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that when you must go through a dark period that even rainbow showers can’t take it away.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I haven’t played any games. I am busy shutting up my summer house and returning to the burning state of Colorado.

I had 2 days of my long meditation 90min, and every day I have been doing my chakra balance and tornado – and every time I attempt to talk to an animal I ground and do that meditation with Val guiding me.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a brief conversation with Gracie’s (she used to be a member of our club) Hattie. I wrote my intention down and tuned in to find that she is like a Zen Horse; Sally informed me she is a Quarter Horse. She is so beautiful. I feel she is a highly sensitive being with great awareness and many gifts to offer yet she is not being acknowledged for these gifts and I feel great sadness in her I too feel that she is taking on an incredible about of pain from Gracie and it is truly negatively affecting her physical and really overall health and well-being. I want to reach out to Gracie and shake her into the realization that she is playing such a part in her horses ‘sicknesses’ but I am not sure how to get this across to her gently. Sally has told Gracie that Hattie is mirroring her but this is falling on deaf ears.
Had my second talk (first one was months ago) with my drumming buddy’s Schnauzer, Bella (4yrs) who has issues with barking; chewing on anything and everything; not minding her manners at Agility practices. This beauty of a dog is so filled with happiness and exuberance that she is just overflowing with it. Her humans work with her on the ‘stay’ and ‘quiet’ but she is stubborn. When I communicated with her about the barking she says, “I love my voice, I talk with my bark”. I expressed to her that we do not wish to stifle her voice just help her to use it with more manners. I told her how her human’s energy gets frustrated and nervous when her barking is incessant and that if she minimizes it her humans will be happier and then automatically send out even more feel good vibes to her. About the chewing; I did a worst case scenario of how she could get really sick and have to go to Vet for care, surgery, pain, and even death. At some point in the communication I had the visual of her lying down on her tummy and covering her ears with her paws. Tee hee she didn’t want to hear a lot of what I was saying – I could not help from giggling. I am meeting her mom for a drumming session today so I hope to hear good news about her Agility class which was yesterday.
I had intentions to speak with my massage client’s dog Bella (have spoken with her several times in the past about her barking and nervous behaviors) ; Happy (Tami’s dog), and Poppy, but distractions from the world let me astray.
Oh, yeah, I did talk with KoKo about Spirits but have not shared with group yet because I think my ego stepped in a couple times and so I want to go back and try again. Also, with Novia and Izzy.Report on the conversation I had with Puffy, the old gray cat that was staying for a week with my client while her mom was out of town tending to her father and his estate after the recent passing of her mom. I had a couple of talks – due to the panic of my client. (learning my boundary issues) and was told that after my talks, Puffy did calm down; did not go into the room-mates bedroom and when she felt scared went to her safe cat carrier. Shadow, one of 7 of client’s cats, at my request, kept an eye on Puffy while she was there. I was pleased to hear Puffy’s mom made it back safe and that both kitty and mom were beyond happy to be re-united.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am calling on help from my Higher self and Angels more when I feel inadequate; uncertain; fearful….I ask them to come and I feel they are. Also, I am celebrating that I am not belittling myself anymore about how long I have been in this program and it is just starting to jell. I remind myself – there is no time – and so degrading myself in mean self talk does not help me one iota.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
A question I struggle with often is why do I get down on myself if I cannot help an animal change it’s bad behaviors in one session? I get hung up on the money thing…..if someone is paying me good money and then the issue is not fixed, I have a deep urge to do another session, and another, without pay. Aargh this is a huge issue for me. (for instance my friend Susan gave me $125 last time I spoke with Bella and now here she is asking me to talk again to Bellla cause the barking is still an issue. I feel I am not worthy to accept payment for this second communication even though I was in it for an hour. Hell, I don’t even know if she will be paying me anything as this has not come up.) Aargh, sorry for all my rambling on this post. Jeez5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, dang it6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just my usual fly by or quick talks with animals – talked with Squirrel on my fence. He was asking if that cat was going to try and get him? I said ‘nah KoKo is not near as fast as you – you’re good’. I cawed and thanked the crows that have been coming near in the early evenings. Told my big old heavy, slow moving fly friends they could stay inside the house as long as they don’t bug me at my desk….otherwise they are dead. (worked only sometime….I have not killed one)Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting one hour and then the rainbow tornado.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I was able to practice with the animals of two friends this week. Ellen, a dog, a rescue. I asked about her history before coming to live in her present home and I got a picture of her abandoned in a kitchen with cream cupboards. She had a need for constant reassurance and warmth. All that was correct. I then added in stuff which I felt “obliged to” – all that was wrong. I talked to cat who had transitioned: Pippi. Her mum wanted to know if she should have brushed her more and the answer was more about her mum feeling too much guilt and love mattered.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That if I relax and trust the process, I get stuff and so far a lot of it is right.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Discovery: that I try too hard. That I self sabotage. And that I can stop and be positive about it. It’s a choice.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – I posted and got some stuff right! Hooray. Work has been hectic so I haven’t been able to contact her again but I will. I also want to catch up on the platinum class that I couldn’t make.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just the rainbow tornado which is helping a lot. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, 6 times about 30 minutes each. I have set up office hours during my meditations for assisting negative polarized entities to change into light beings with the assistance of the Archangels and they leave peoples bodies and take the implants out and it’s a beautiful ceremony. Now they don’t wake me up at night. Archangel Michael helped me come up with the idea of doing this during the day. M-W-F office hrs
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Tina has been communicating with me and my friend this week and she had a great shoeing session with the new Shoer. She requested a new Shoer so I listened.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I can combine my healing through hypnosis with my animal communication.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I didn’t know that they didn’t like the Shoer.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not since the class call
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I use my intuition often as it guides me during my hypnosis sessions. I am still looking for the information as it wasn’t loading

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? YES, I so need it.
Saturday: 11 m afternoon, Sunday: 1 m morning/15 m evening, Monday 10 m morning/6 m evening. Tuesday: 1 m morning/10 minutes evening, Wednesday 11 m morning/15 m evening, Thursday 20 m evening, Friday 11 m morning
I enjoy listening to YoutTube’s “The Great Awakening – 3D to 5D Consciousness – 432 Hz + 963 Hz – Manifest Miracles Within”, where I start with Hara breaths, ground myself, and let Source light enter my crown, down all my chakras, down my grounding chord, letting the light plant itself into the center of Earth. I imagine the light filling the planet with love & light, then receiving the light back up the front of my body, back up into the sky to connect with any other meditating beams to cover the Earth in our combined love. This helps me stay still, while it fills me with calm & hope. I then send my gratitude to all my spiritual family by going down a list of of the names of my guides and all my loved ones on the other side, as well as loved ones of others in my life. It varies by each session who comes forward with a hug or a message, but I enjoy connecting with those I cherish or cherish on behalf of others. This helps me stay in meditation for at least 10 minutes. Any shorter is simply breathing and grounding (closed eyes) or an interruption I end up responding to.
I started the Beginners course Class 1 and enjoyed learning “Centering with Love”. What a powerful vision to exercise! I felt so brilliant with light to have my entire room filled with my double-doubled love. I appreciate the directions to enhance the experience. I’ve added this exercise to my meditation sessions, it’s super powerful.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I started playing pretend talk with all 3 of my kitties every day for at least 1 minute each. I thought it’d be fun to get into a playful state of mind by remembering how I used to play pretend with my childhood friends or my dolls, that free form of conversation to mimic life. I would converse and ask questions, but I’d also be their voice and answer back to myself. It was silly and I sometimes felt self-conscious, but it’s about getting into a comfortable, genuine flow. Every once in a while what came out of my mouth was surprisingly touching to a level that felt truthful, and I could walk away content that I’m remembering how to stay authentic to a particular state of being in order to feel connected.
I asked Bunny if she had been a person before, and she said YES. She’s glad to have this new recognition and respect for her presence.
Obi finally figured out his way of asking to play that he adjusted in order to get my attention. As I’m learning to get to his level, he’s also attempting to get to my understanding. Playing and getting his favorite snack more often are 2 patterns he’s solidified with me this past week. It’s nice that we’re both figuring our middle-ground to meet.
The youngest (foster), Cutie Pie, confirmed that it’s her assignment to keep me company to help me stay calm and in a loving vibration. Simply looking at her and acknowledging & appreciating her presence fills me with joy and gratitude. I told her that she’s very good at her job and that I’m so lucky. I do a feel a difference and shift when she follows me wherever I go. It’s adorable and an honor. I did ask her if she could start landing her jumps quietly, like how Obi & Bunny gracefully land like ballerinas, like feathers. She always jars us awake when she jumps off any landing, it puzzles us how heavy she sounds when she’s always been the smallest and youngest. She exclaimed that she’s so used to being a tiger, so she feels bigger with mighty, floppy paws when she moves around. Even her gait has a buoyant pitter patter. Boy, does she thump like a tiger!
I also spoke to the black female street cat who often lounges on our property. Last night was the first time she came up to me when I was shutting our gate. I then brought out some dry food for her and watched her dive in. I asked her if she was the one making all those fighting noises? She confirmed, lol. I asked if she was fighting a raccoon or possum or other cat? She said she fights ALL of them, ha!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate Bunny’s health turn, as she’s showing stable energy and a healthy appetite. JoLee from the animal communication graduates reported that Bunny shifted her intentions to stay longer in her body! The class says this can often happen (and I’ve had this before with one of my ginger cats, Leon), and that she made new agreements with August. I asked if they knew what those agreements were, but they didn’t go down that route, so I thought it’d be a good opportunity for me to try to garner myself.
I think I learned from Bunny why she’s extending her stay with us. Not only is she thrilled that we are listening to her more and spoiling her more, but she’s created new agreements with August AND me. For August, it’s about learning how to worry less. For me, it’s to be a master teacher on my path to communicating with animals. We are happy she’s had this turn around and will honor her and her missions.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What is the importance of asking permission to communicate with one of my divine sources (Universe, Quan Yin, Buttercup, Lady J) when I’ve realized that I’ve been unconsciously tapping into them all my life when I’ve had important, deep questions? Many times, the answers have zapped in with clarity either immediately or while I’m in a receptive state of mind. I’ve never asked for permission before, because I wasn’t aware that there was an outside consciousness. I merely accepted the answers when I felt resonance as the best idea or conclusion. I always thought it was me who figured it out. Now that Val’s steps have introduced me to be aware of them and to exercise the act of gaining permission, how can the answer be no if they’re my guides who’ve seemed to always be around to be of service?
The other question I have is about the 11 senses to exercise being aware. I’m still confused about what “Balance” is. I understand the concept, but what is the sensation? I have a feeling that being a Libra I understand balancing others out, but often find that a challenge for my own personal space. Is that it? Please expand?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I spoke to Poppy last week and got positive confirmation from Stacey, though I realized afterward there’s much of the classes I haven’t gone through yet to understand more of the structure and tips for hearty conversations. After I connected with Poppy, I then learned about the 7 steps blueprint heart of the conversation AND the tips on enhancing telepathy, which I started practicing on my own animal family in casual pretend talk. Since I registered this summer, I focused on Animal Communication Made Easy and Heart of the Conversation 7 step Blueprint. I finally feel ready to commit to the accountability exercises with enough arsenal to launch going deeper.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote an intuition letter to Quan Yin this week, since she was my first spiritual being I became aware of this lifetime. I had written to my higher self, Lady J, and my healing guide, Buttercup, last week. I had never written in compartmentalized fashion before, so I combined my automatic writing with Val’s exercise. Quan Yin reminded me of the gifts she’s sent down and reminded me to be more aware of the gifts I may have been missing. The biggest one was to use music to help me ground. In my youth, I used to bathe in music everyday, she reminded me. I can use it again in order to help me receive the animals’ voices easier and get in a comfortable state of play. Even when I hum or sing, music is a conduit to adjust my frequency. Sometimes, I even sing to the kitty I’m cuddling, which helps me easily slip into play communication. I’ll say, “Do you like my song for you? What do you want to talk about?”
I’m learning from Val’s courses AND taking psychic courses on the side, and I find a bit of cross-over between the practices.
My answer to #2 allows me to practice talking to all the animals in my path every day in a playful way. I’ve been practicing letting go of my doubt and letting the conversations be what they are whether they’re vibing or feeling disjointed, trying to be easy on myself whatever the results. As soon as I feel doubt, I remind myself to let it go. I’m on the journey is all that matters. I think that was a particular thought that shot down at me from my higher self, and I want to receive that. A lot of times that higher self voice keeps talking to me as I go about my day, even after I’m done with an intuition letter exercise. I felt another message to remember to love myself first, so I continue to say thank you out loud for the constant gifts of support. -

1- Meditate: yes, 2x per day with a few exception. Practicing heart meditation as well and body awareness. Listen to last class to practice clearing and spot light.
2- Practice: just with the FAT of the month and my cats, I was asking them to help me this week since I was not feeling well emotionally and I know they understand me. I am trying to be really present and in my heart so I can feel them better. I was asking Sufi what happened to them one day, I am quite sure that Sufi sent me an image of a dog explaining that they were chase by a dog, Sufi and Vayu happen to came back to the house with both of them missing their collars. They stayed inside& the rest of the day and they went in the loft and were just soothing each other staying close to each other. It told me they were pretty scared, something happened.
3- questions: cannot think of one at the moment.
4- celebrate: i am exchanging services with my friend’s daughter who is a shaman and I had such good result with first cat, Jane Way, that I will do some work with her other cat, Bogey.
5- FAT: yes, and I posted
6- game: no

I’m still in somewhat of a routine. My only real quiet time I seem to generate is before bed when I’m done with my not-overly-pleasant day. Then I do my breathing practice and am more still than during the day. I’d like to be a much better mediator.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I picked a couple of sweet cats in the list but I was an empty slate. I’ve been asking for an answer from Nano, my siamese, as to how I can assist his healing as he has an infection in his nose area. Allergies? Virus? Does he need more MMS? Something other? Looks like I better use a pendulum or muscle test because I’m not getting a clear answer.
I choose to celebrate that it’s never too late and things always change. Therefore I will hang in there knowing we all can hear animals, myself included.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Question: please direct me to the best of the best ways to learn to listen, ie still the mind, for those like myself who aren’t fond of traditional meditation.
Discoveries: I’m actually “sensing” better. I discovered this due to taking this course. Thank you.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Been “trying” more than it happening. I know, don’t try, do. Yoda.
I’m not finding new intuition games. Barb, thank you for your input on this.
I keep asking my 8 pets if we can communicate and then I ask and listen but I know I need to get quieter. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
-> I did various meditations from the Hay House app. For example, from Davidji.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
-> Charlotte – my horse – I was cleaning the barn on the weekend and I wanted to communicate with her to see how she was doing. I often try to communicate with her as she is very curious and always coming up to us. I often feel like she wants to communicate with us. I felt like she was doing well but would like to get more attention. Which makes sense as this has been a stressful year and Ive taken less time with her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
-> I’ve actually had a harder time lately with animal communication which made me realize I need to take better care of myself. I’ve taken steps this week to do that. I registered for regular meditations and I confronted a situation at work that has been making it very difficult for me to me relaxed and centered on evenings and weekends.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
-> No questions at the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
-> I did not, I need to make time for it. Which is part of taking better care of myself/well-being.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
-> Focusing on breath and paying attention to my intuition.
