Amy M has volunteered to host her dog, Ranger, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) during November 2023. You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher.
We encourage all of you to connect with Ranger now and throughout the month.
Tune into Ranger first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.
How does Ranger feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Ranger ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.

Dear Amy,
I connected with Ranger. My intentions were to connect and get to know him, to get some information that you could verify and anything he wanted to share (I got that he is a boy).I got that he is playful and fun. He also has great wisdom – an old sould. He is gentle, helpful and a guide. Very good with children.
I asked for some verifying information.
He showed me an alumimium bowl for water. He loves beef – he gets biscuits but likes beef chunks. He loves his food.
He showed me walking down a street to a park, a children’s play area nearby.
An airy light living room with things scattered on the floor – maybe toys. I definitely got that he has a strong connection with children.
There are no other animals living in the house.
He is very grateful to you – he has not always lived with you.
Then our connection turned into just enjoying being together. We sat in each others’ energy and he completely grounded me. I got that he is very connected with the earth – very grounded. His energy was so pure, so much integrity. He is very quietly sure of himself and his mission.

Yes – Ranger is very playful and fun. He entertains us with his shenanigans. I agree that he feels wise. We don’t have a lot of exposure to children, so I can’t verify if he would be good with them. I will make an effort to explore that with him.

The living room is big and open….and his toys are always scattered on the floor! Will have to expose him to more children.

We brought him home from a breeder at 8 weeks. What’s interesting about the gratitude statement – awhile ago we had a health scare with him – turned out to be nothing, but he was startled by it. I had another communicator that Val recommended work with us in that situation. That communicator relayed that he was worried that we would send him back to the breeder because he was sick. Turns out his experience with the breeder was that dogs would leave and then be sent back. So she explained to him that he’s our forever dog. So maybe that’s where the gratitude stems from.Then our connection turned into just enjoying being together. We sat in each others’ energy and he completely grounded me. I got that he is very connected with the earth – very grounded. His energy was so pure, so much integrity. He is very quietly sure of himself and his mission.

RANGER
I connected with Ranger today. I got a strong sense that Ranger is male. When I first connected I got the sense that he is really excited about his role in communicating with all of us. I got a body rush. It was like tiny golden stars all over my body. He is so powerful and present.
He showed me his home. I got the impression that it is a one story white house. Not in the city. Fields around it.
He didn’t have any memory of when he met Amy. Kind of like they were just always together. He has past, but it was all run together – like a fast motion movie.
He didn’t show me any other critters in his home. When I asked about friends, he said there is a black cat that’s sort of a friend.
His favorite place to be is in the kitchen . Smooth floors with some rugs where Amy works. Cheerful and light. His favorite activity is to be very active. He runs and chases. Smells. He does this when he is not on a leash. Sometimes he is on a leash – in a city or suburban environment he has to be on a leash.
He likes to make Amy laugh. He is Amy’s guide and protector. Either Amy is single, or he is not very interested in her partner.
He either would like to have a doggie door, or maybe he already has one. He likes to get on the bed, and would like a ladder. When Amy pets him and tells him he is a good dog he shines.
When I asked about what I need to learn or do differently he said I am stuck. I need to focus and relax. I am too worried about work. Relax. Be in nature.
He says humans need to stop worrying. Feel the weather, feel the sun, feel each other. Love each other like you love us.
When I ask what I need to know he says keep doing this. People will be happy to hear their animals thoughts. There is universal love and connection. Stay in the flow.
He shows me doing healing work with animals all the time. Like maybe in a rescue?
Wow. This was my best session yet. He is very clear and immediate and sure.
I thanked him, and I didn’t wan to leave him. What a treasure.

Our home is a one-story. I wish we were living in a place with fields around. Currently we’re in a suburban area.

Another communicator has reported that he is very fast and it’s hard to catch all he’s communicating because he operates fast and in high frequency.

You might want to check in with him again about this as it doesn’t resonate with our current situation.

I can definitely confirm his favorite activity is to be active, running, smelling. Nose to the ground a lot. Always busy busy busy. He loves to run around in our back yard without a leash.

I can confirm he makes us laugh a lot and it does seem intentional on his part. You might check in with him again about my partner. I personally thinks he prefers my partner to me most of the time.

I’m sure he would love a doggie door, but that’s not a good idea where we live. He would live outside all the time if he could, I think. He does have a step ladder to his crate where he sleeps at night, but I can confirm that he prefers to sleep on the bed and we play and train on the bed a lot.

It sounds like you had a great connection with him. I hope he can keep giving you guidance if you keep coming back to him. He’s such a little spitfire. I’m glad to hear how others experience him. Thank you so much for sharing your experience!

( R) Yes, I like it a lot but it takes time getting used to it. I take my Mom’s advice and I’m kind and patient to the students that have trouble connecting.
(T) That important because having a bad experience or not being able to communicate hurts our confidence. We will get there if you can patiently wait.
( R) I am patient, that’s one of my positives.
(T) I see you are always very busy here or there. You don’t sit down much. You’re not anxious. If you do get anxious, it’s only for a brief moment until you are able to make sense of a situation. If you went to a new place, you would stay near your Mom and take in all that is happening around you. Once you figure things out you will then join in on the fun.
( R) Everyone likes me. I’m the class clown. Everyone calls out my name. “Hey Ranger”.
(T) You love other animals. (Shows me a box of kittens that he is caring for.). I can’t tell if this is something that he has already done or something that he would like to do in the future. He is very attentive to the kittens. They use him as a jungle gym and he is so good with them.
( R) I do like places where I can be off leash. That way I can sniff and go from tree to tree without being held back.
( R) I come back when my Mom calls me. I may not be obedience trained the way my Mom would like me to be but when we are out and she calls me, I will come to her.
( R) I don’t get it when other dogs make their owners chase them to get them to leave. They probably won’t be taken back if they need to be chased when it’s time to go. I come back so she will take me again.
( R) I may not be great at obedience but I know 2+2. I know when it is time to listen. If I want to come back to a park, I need to behave and listen so that I will get to come back again.
(T) Do you like car rides?
( R) I do like car rides. I try not to go back and forth because that annoys my Mom. My body just wants to move. I have a hard time sitting still sometimes.

Ranger is very likeable. It’s hard not to like him.

No kittens in this house. It’s funny, you’re not the first person to bring up cats with him. I wonder if that’s a desire of his, or an experience he’s had.

We have done some training and he’s very eager to please. He’s a good boy.

I’m happy.My experience with him has been so rewarding now that I’m in a different place myself. I connected to Ranger off and on (things kept popping up on my end), and he was very patient with me. He has a lot of energy and though he can be fun, playful, and silly, he takes himself seriously when it comes to protecting his family.
He loves to run and be outside, and I got the impression that he’s not the only dog in the house. I didn’t get a sense that there were any cats around him. He says he has a crate he sleeps in, but he would prefer to sleep in the bed with you.
I asked if he has a favorite toy, and I got the feeling that he likes to play with a ball because he can chase it if it’s thrown. Being outdoors makes him happy. He has a fun, but chaotic energy, and I told him he reminded me a lot of one of my dogs. She’s all over the place and can’t hold still; I said I think they’d be good friends, and he said he’d like that.
I asked him if he had any advice, and he told me to be patient with myself. I thanked him and told him that he’s very handsome, and he smiled because he knows. 🙂

We don’t have a cat, but again, this keeps coming up from a few people, so I’m curious if that’s something he has had, or wants? There was a cat at the breeder’s house, but he was only there for 8 weeks.

Playing with my handsRanger is very confident. He’s young, still, and very high energy, so I’m waiting to see the caring/nurturing part of him shine through. He’s very much an “in the moment” dog.
He has a very happy, open smiling face which presents as that open mouth breathing, like a pant, but not out of breath.
He touches and mouths our hands, feet, etc. Still learning not to be too aggressive when he gets excited.
I don’t know why she worries so much about me. I am not sad. I walk fine. I am clear. My poop is fine. I just ate something weird outside while exploring and got too interested.
He’s probably referring to the time he got sick and threw up. It was an ordeal for him. We’re very vigilant about what he ingests. Too funny.

He seems more connected to my husband a lot of the time. I do agree that he’s got an important mission with his healing. I agree that he is a good grounding for me because he forces me to be present in the moment.

Thank you for the feedback! I read that aura auras are involved with excitement, energy, creativity, sexual passion, excitement for life. There might be other things as well that the orange aura symbolizes.
I am connecting with Ranger and asking about the orange aura. I am asking if he has that color if aura because he maybe wants to not get neutered but rather stay intact. He is saying yes, he wants to be in one piece. He says I feel so vital and alive and will stay that way if I stay in one piece. Plus, I might want to re- populate. It’s my body, it ought to be my choice.
That’s understandable. I have heard different information regarding if it’s healthier to be intact or neutered/spayed. There are also a lot of animals needing to be adopted and if more animals are produced then the shelter ones sometimes aren’t so lucky.
Martha, it’s all karma. All relative. It’s also all on an illusion time line. Please tell my mom I would like to remain this way.
Okay, I will give her that message. So, what else can you tell me about yourself?Well, I Love ice cream. It doesn’t Love me back. I get explosive diarrhea like you wouldn’t believe. That stuff is smelly and makes my butt hot!
Oh my! I’m sorry, Ranger. Maybe you can get a different treat than that?Oh! I do! I like delicatessen sausage. I am also getting about ham slices.
He just indicated being excited for ham or I’m hearing turkey and helping prepare Thanksgiving and that he has to go “assist” “and be part of the family and help them learn gratitude!” We will talk again soon, my dear Martha.

I tuned in yesterday briefly but could not stay and promised Ranger I would come back when in the energy.
When I saw Ranger yesterday I fell in love instantly. Ranger’s energy is amazing! He is fun, cheerful, playful, happy, and definitely an old Soul.
Today (11-11-23) He did come energetically to me and place his muzzle on my left leg so I could pet him during the coaching call. Today something was different. There was a sadness in his eyes. He said that he saw/experienced something this morning that made him sad. It felt like he witnessed something emotional.
Ranger has some high-level energy skills he can expand and contract his aura and knows when & how to control it.
How Ranger feels in his body- He thinks it feels strange. “I am used to more space and no limitations in mobilizing my energy”. It felt like Ranger’s body container is perceived by Ranger as confining to his large Soul energy.
What do you want to tell Mom/Amy- Ran out of time but what he could communicate quickly is that he feels you are a Beautiful Soul and he is glad to meet you again. This is not the first lifetime you have been together.
Ranger’s purpose- I am here to see the beauty of the beings/Souls here on Earth. Sometimes it is harder to see the beauty I meet which makes me sad.

Hi Amy,
Thank you so much for offering your beautiful Ranger as FAT.
When we started the group communication, I saw him running around, greeting each of us enthusiastically. During the whole exercise he never stopped wagging his tail.
I perceive Ranger as a high energy dog. He seems to be a young body. His soul however feels old and experienced.
He is a loving and happy boy, very intelligent and extremely attentive. He loves to play and run and enjoys being outdoors.
I see his aura as a big field around him in vibrant,sparkling colors that seem to keep shifting all the time. His fur feels soft and plushy and his voice has a wide range of sounds from excited yips to a deep and dark bark. He feels good and healthy in his body.
Ranger loves being the FAT, because that alignes well with his life purpose of helping and teaching.

Hi Amy,
I listened to last Saturday’s call today and connected with Ranger. I plan to connect again but wanted to share what came through today.
I felt that Ranger is a really fun and excitable personality. I saw him panting but a smiley panting if that makes sense! He then showed me walking through woods, and he really encouraged me to smell the ground, feel my feet on the ground and really experience the surroundings. I don’t feel this was a walk you go on, rather he was really getting me to be in the present moment. We kept walking up a hill to sit a view the sunrise. It was beautiful and moving, and such perfect timing for me as I have been really working on staying in the present moment – so thank you Ranger!
I would say his role is definitely as a protector, and I would say he is an old soul. I felt he had a really large purple aura.
I did feel that he was carrying something in his heart space, there was perhaps a sadness there and it felt a little like he had lost a companion, or wanted a companion. Again the feeling of needing to be in the present moment came through.
He’s a really incredible animal, thank you both!

Do you live somewhere quite busy? Feel he finds busy/loud noises quite jarring and would rather be in nature.
He was holding up his front left paw (this did not come through at all last time) perhaps like he has trod on something sharp, but also feels like he possibly twisted that foot? Made him feel fed up.
I asked him about what he showed me before and I feel that is a place he goes when he wants respite.
He lives with other animals but feel like he is lacking companionship. Ships passing in the night? Is there possibly a bigger dog there that he finds a bit intimidating? Also getting something much smaller, more rabbit sized then dog!

Sometimes I get the feeling he needs time and space to process. I’ve been working on how to manage the energies in the household, but things can get overwhelming sometimes. I see that he avoids situations where there’s a lot of emotion, but then comes back when things have calmed down.

Hi Amy, thank you for allowing me to connect with Ranger. I have not looked at the earlier responses to remain objective, as I am still unsure of myself.
It is said that the eyes are the windows to the soul, and Ranger’s beautiful, piercing and expressive eyes really spoke to me. He is such a handsome boy, loving, friendly and gentle. He gave the impression that he would be the most gentle and stand out among all other dogs.
As I greeted him and explained that I needed his help, he seemed attentive and anxious to answer questions and help.
His aura is medium, largely orange in color. His breathing is soft and measured. He welcomed my touch, and bent his head down to be patted. His energy is vibrant, and the fur is soft and smooth. His bark has a medium pitch and rings out clearly.
He showed me grasses and sand dunes….not sure if it is somewhere you took him, or his favorite place. There are also some tall, yellow flowers.
I don’t know if he has an issue with the hind right leg or something momentary, as he lifted it gingerly, almost like trying to shake off a cramp.
He likes to walk alongside you, and feels safe and loved. He is very comfortable in his body and loves his home. He is an old soul, and his role is that of a lovable companion.
His message to me is to develop my intuition more….I realize I need to work more consistently on the exercises!
I have felt more connected to Ranger than I have to any FAT so far….thank you both once again. I do hope some of this resonates with you!

I connected in again with Ranger. my aim was to find out more about animals he lived with – I tried twice because I didn’t quite trust the first connection. I also got some other stuff so I’ll try to organise it clearly – I’ll out the answers to other animals all together. Here’s what I got.
Re. which other animal friends he lives with:
First go:
A cat and hamsters. Birds outside the window.
Then I got a cat and a rabbit.
Next time I got:
A cat and a rabbit.
Birds outside the window.
A ginger cat.
A horse outside.
So I’m thinking: definitely a cat and a rabbit. Definitely the birds outsdie the window are important to him. Are any of these right? 🙂
He thinks chasing cats is fun. I asked if he is friends wiht the cat and rabbit. He said sometimes.I asked why he had shown me a him walking up the street to a park, which you had only done once. He said that I had asked for something specific, and that was specific. 🙂
I also got: that RAnger can be a little wary at first. he is very self controlled. He is very playful. He is very excited about being the teacher – being a teacher for humans is a big part of his mission this time round. He is very patient. He says about humans: we know how you struggle. We are here to help and lead you. (I think “we” is animal teachers)
His advice: feel the earth, the energy from the earth. Be like a mountain on the earth and relax.
He says that human energy is heavy compared to his. We don’t feel joy easily. He says to get joy from little things in life. He says it isn’t superficial to feel joy easily.He is a very caring dog – almost maternal figure in your family. I got the importance of puppies/children again this time.
He likes to guard by barking and things going by.
He says: slow down your rhythm. If you are anchored to the earth inside you can be joyful even if the outside is very fast.Any feedback is very welcome. I am so enjoying connecting with Ranger and so grateful for his help and teaching.

This is really late and I’m really sorry. This wa my communication with him on our q & a call. I jotted down these notes at the time and then could not find them until now.He made me laugh immediately. Ranger was a little wiggle butt. Came right up and climbed up onto my lap (I was sitting crossed legged on the ground) and he started licking my face.
He said “OK, lets play!”
Me: what do you want to do?
Ranger: We can play ball to start,The feeling was that he could run off some energy. So we did that.
Then in just a minute I had him doing a spin and twirl (Rally moves), then we went down and I had him crawling. He made me laugh a couple times.
He is such a love and so smart! Full of love and energy.
Please find a competition activity for him; he will be a star and he is so eager to learn. He wants to how you what he is capable of.
I saw a red aura mainly surrounding his head, I don’t know what that means.

When I connected i got a very waggy tail. Is it a feathered tail?
I got a very playful energy and wanting to play with a ball.
He likes humans who communicate with him to use manners – asking if it’s a good time, thanking him, closing the energy appropriately afterwards etc.
I got that he’s confident, playful, thoughtful.
He held up his right front paw to me.
He likes having his back scratched.
I got that he likes to lead you around – in the sense of showing you things you might not notice otherwise. He guards you and guides you.
Again he showed me the colour yellow.
I felt that there is also a man but he is not so prominent in Ranger’s life.

Sound of chalk scratching blackboard: Screeching unpleasant acoustic due to the shape of the human ear canal which amplifies the sit frequencies called Grima. It’s the bodies reaction to the sensitivity of your teeth frequencies the same hearing on talking but it’s nothing like it so hurts the brain. Ranger, casually walking around, turns and waddles towards me to sit like a sphinx . His eyes sparkle as though waiting for a command.
Introduced myself and told him he’s in the presence of people who will connect with him during Val’s session. His breathing is fast with excitement and eagerness.
M is there anything you’d like to tell me. Rangers moves closer to me as though to whisper. Hear the word ‘gorgeous’
M What is gorgeous. R. Everyone. Swivels his head to indicate to see everyone in the session. I hear a lot of chatter but Ranger stays focused on me.

R. Cos everyone is learning Animal Communication. I like to talk about everything. He smiles and becomes animated, the world, science, and what’s happening, arithmetic. Don’t like chalk scratching the blackboard, yuck, makes my teeth stand on edge. Why does chalk make that sound.
M Suppose it’s the angle the person places the chalk on the board. Rangers shrug
R Okay. Thought you humans were clever. Not sure if he was taking the mickey. Told him not all of us are clever.

Checked the symbology of chalk and screeching which have a number of meanings.
Chalk. White colour: White purity, cleanliness, innocence, faith, peace, reverence, humility, cleansing of mind and body spirit and meditate on white light
Chalk. An object: Can bring tranquillity to troubled mind, silence negative thoughts and distractions which makes this stone helpful to induce meditation, represents purity, supernatural phenomenon, healing, cleansing properties, improving human conditions and intelligence
Sound of chalk scratching blackboard: Screeching unpleasant acoustic due to the shape of the human ear canal which amplifies the sit frequencies called Grima. It’s the bodies reaction to the sensitivity of your teeth frequencies the same hearing on talking but it’s nothing like it so hurts the brain. It’s unpleasant, annoying, represent open receptive attitude to new ideas, brainstorming or figuring something out problem solving
Interpreting these meanings and attributes could be associated and be common with people studying and more communications.

Ranger is eager to find out what I learned. This is part of what I learnt but everyone will take away something different.

R. Yes, But not only you and mum too. She has doubts, insecurities and needs to believe in herself. Tell Ranger it’s true of me and relates to most of us humans especially, those learning animal communications
R. You’ll get over that. There’s nothing to fear but fear itself. You humans put too much pressure on yourselves. It’s not necessary, being yourself is fine. We animals love what you do. Voices are being heard. Shown behind Ranger, a globe of the world on fire, eruptions. Dust, smoke and stones spitting out the globe that is surrounded by blackness. Ranger and I are face to face, he’s ignoring the background but I am drawn to watch it and hear the sound of the crackling fires and other sounds the world is making as being torn apart.

Wow. I don’t know how to respond to this. You have given me a lot to absorb. There is so much in there to unpack.
From my perspective, and this isn’t just about your encounter with Ranger, I hear how he’s connected to me and is my guide, etc. But I don’t feel like I am able to be as connected with him and wonder what I need to do to get the most out of his time here with us. I’ve been amazed at how much help he has given to everyone and how eager he is to be helpful to us. I guess I feel like I’m a little stuck in the “human” role of dealing with the world, though I would like to transcend to a higher way of living. I don’t know if any of what I’m saying makes sense, but this whole experience was not what I thought it would be. I have so much more to learn.

I apologize for my late posting. I have no idea where the last two weeks went but I didn’t want to miss this opportunity.I connected with Ranger on the love bridge that I roll out for every animal. He said that he had been waiting and that many of the students had already come for a visit. I told him that yes, time had gotten away from me but that today was the day. I explained how I was drawn to black fur animals because I believe they are mystical and yet, often looked over in shelters as they compete with dogs sporting more colorful coats. Ranger said it is true that black fur animals have stealth qualities, mysterious like smoke from the Vatican chapel during times of indecision. He said that he represents the need to make firm decisions and to stand by the decisions and banish all indecisiveness. That is his purpose in this lifetime. I responded that he had a big goal and he said yes, but that he was prepared and willing to do the work.
I admired Ranger’s dark eyes that have a cat like intensity. He explained his intensity was a habit from a previous life, that he uses his black eyes and fur to be almost invisible. It allows him to telepathically communicate the concepts he came to teach.
Because I found Ranger to be profound and very intelligent, I asked if he really wanted to talk about toys and food. He replied that he did not but that he filled his days with typical dog behaviors. He explained there was no need for anyone to think he was weird or sick because he didn’t act like a dog. He did say he was not fond of tap water though.
I received permission to do a medical scan and found he had a large brain which accounts for his great intelligence. Ranger indicated he would like to have his teeth cleaned at home more often and that he gets a treat that doesn’t agree with him but he is not sure which treat it actually might be. His leg scan resulted in a comment that at times, his nails are cut too short for his comfort. I did notice a catch in his right hip that some dog massage might help alleviate.
I began to take my leave with love and gratitude for his time and open conversation. He said to tell you that he loves being with you and he is grateful for the good care and love you bestow on him every day.

Thank you for this. I will be more careful with his nails. It’s a struggle and I’ve nicked him a couple times. I’m trying to get better at it. It’s a very traumatic experience for both of us.
