Platinum Member1) I did some Rainbow Shower meditations and the Heart Wisdom Love meditation this week. I’ve also noticed that I’ve naturally been doing more visualization in general, especially imagining myself immersed in different colors.
2) I had one animal client this week, a 15-year-old puppy named Koda. It was more of a general session, as his guardian mainly wanted to learn about his preferences and what he enjoys. She also wanted to know how she could help ease his anxiety when he has to be left alone. One thing that came through strongly was Koda’s preference for having a sibling. He shared that he misses his siblings and that sense of having a “pack.” I don’t have too many animals tell me they want a sibling, mainly because many seem to enjoy having all of the attention to themselves, so that was a nice surprise! He also shared that he would like his mom to explain when she will be coming back whenever she leaves. He explained that he doesn’t really understand specific amounts of time, but he does understand morning, afternoon, evening, and night. So, rather than telling him how many hours she will be gone, he would prefer for her to tell him when she will be coming home based on those parts of the day.
3) I am celebrating that I got the opportunity to enroll in an animal communication deep-dive behavior workshop with one of my previous teachers. She originally wasn’t going to offer a replay, and because the time zone wasn’t going to work for me, I wasn’t planning to enroll. Luckily, I found out that a replay will be available after all! I’m really looking forward to watching it and seeing what I learn.
4) I’m interested in learning more about how animals perceive time. Do they all perceive it differently? Do some animals understand the difference between something like two hours versus six hours? Is there a good way to explain lengths of time to them in a way that makes sense from their perspective?
5) No, I have not connected with Sebastian yet. I’m looking forward to connecting with him this month!
6) I’ve noticed that I’ve been intuitively remembering certain things more easily lately. For example, if I forget to write something down, I feel like I’ll get a little nudge that reminds me of it, and I seem to be recalling things faster than I did before. Usually, if I can’t think of a certain word or remember what something was, I’ll eventually give up and move on. Lately, though, I feel like the answer is coming to me much faster. Maybe my memory is improving!

Platinum Member1️⃣ Meditation: I’ve been doing some silent and chanting, but it’s not been a great week. Busy at work and things happening at home, guests staying – so my schedule has been off and my sleeping has been bad.
2️⃣ Animal Communication
Cat Nala – I saw her after a few months. She greeted me. She did a healing session with me – not sure how I know, I just know!
A golden retriever I met on the street. I couldn’t help greeting him and we shared a moment and he didn’t want to leave. It was lovely, and spontaneous and natural.
I had a quick connect with Beau – he seems to be happy with food, would like some more red meat now and he gifted me the energy of his enthusiasm.
3️⃣ Celebration & Gratitude
Celebrating getting back to centre after having an unavoidably peoplely week with little time to recover my own sense of self. I’m grateful for two old friends who showed up separately and unexpectedly – it was soul refreshing to be with them.
4️⃣ Discovery of the Week
I realised I feel fearful just before work every morning and am practising breathing to calm. I am catching myself during the day and calming instead of riding the adrenaline to help me manage the pace. The aim is to use universal energy for work instead of my nervous energy.5️⃣ Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
I haven’t yet connected with Sebastian. Thanks to Nala, I’m feeling very into cat energy, so I’m looking forward to it!6️⃣ Intuition Development
I’m practising tuning in to my heart and feeling moving my energy out – emphasis on feeling not mind! -

Gold Member1 Meditation:
Marconi Union – weightless
Restarted, after many years, yoga and meditation sessions
2 Animal Communication
I noticed a large, sluggish bee lying motionless on the ground. From previous experiences with grounded bees, it likely needed nectar or hydration. Holding it in my palms, I could feel its feet tickling my skin and, for that moment, a sense of responsibility and connection, as though its survival briefly depended on my actions.
Although there were no nearby flowers to provide the nourishment it needed, I offered it some sweetened water.. Gradually, the bee regained its strength and flew away.
To me, the bee was a symbol of vulnerability and recovery. Seeing it struggle on the ground reminded me that even something that appears strong can sometimes need help, and that its survival depended on my actions. Also, a small act of kindness to another being can have a bigger impact than we realise.
3. Celebration & Gratitude
For rescuing the beautiful bee. Finally enrolling in yoga classes
4. Discovery of the Week
Where other people may not have noticed the bee on the ground, although it was large enough, I did; therefore, question: am I more vigilant about animals, or being directed to notice animals in general. While other people may have walked past without noticing the bee on the ground, I immediately noticed it, despite its large size. I wondered if I’m more vigilant and attentive towards animals, or if I’m being guided to notice them when in need or they want to connect with me
5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Practice Lab

6. Intuition Development:
Debating whether to attend the local library. Saw a couple of people I knew there at an event. During our conversation, we discovered we were all interested in the idea of the library starting a chess club. Initial talks with the library are going well.
Using my intuition daily

Platinum Member1. Meditation: I am witnessing myself waste so much time on dopamine hits via scrolling. Attempting to make empowered choices throughout the day to come back to my breath and the silence and more sustained presence in the stillness. my brain and heart thank me for this.
2. Animal Communication:This week highlights include a moment a few moments ago of a sweet bird I found dead on porch. It appeared to have hit the window — so often I have held/reiki-ed birds in this state until they un-stun and fly away. this bird’s beak was severely twisted from the impact. I said my energetic prayers for the death and dying gateway and let Ezla out to consume the flesh or entertain himself. I am at peace with that, as the soul felt released. Linus and I talked with the wood bison and some chickadees today. Bison seemed very curious about our presence today and there were so many personalities amongst their herd. some full on guards/protectors/defenders dare I say bullies and some cute “little” babies and some gentle ones whose eyes emmitted messages of peace and something around the idea of “we are not all aggressive like those guys but they are doing their jobs well and we think them.” Earlier when I first saw bison in the distance, I immediately heard “porcupine” and that they were very porcupine like, which to me felt like they are amazing at defense yet very relaxed and gentle in the basic nature when unbothered contained by the defenders and feeling safe on a primal level. The chickadees filled the space with a lightness and the song made us feel happy. I did not do any extensive communication with them beyond just tuning into the frequency and resonating in the heart.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful that my partner is back in town after a summer working far away. We experience joy in the simple things and his support helps me expand my success and joy, especially as I navigate health ick as well as healing breakthroughs ongoingly.I am grateful for my cats enjoying their treats this week and reminding me ongoingly to tune into them more often and trust my immediate psychic reflections and trust they are receiving with the same simplicity and swiftness. They teach me trust and forgiveness allowing me to feel the perfection where I may project fear or regret or guilt. thank you miracle teacher friends called cats.
4. Discovery: I discovered that the beaver I thought was curious about me the other day, was just pissed. dang.he was saying – go away. I don’t trust you.
5. FAT: Yes everyday!
6. Intuition: I continue my path as initiatrix for my partner — helping him to open up to the joy of speaking about our intuitive hits for the revelation of the hits themselves as well as validation for eachother and amplifying the synchronicity that arises in the interplay of logical exploration and intuition. My communication with animals this week has been simple little intuitive hits on the go throughout the day — a fun challenge in itself, just streaming live all day long. Sometimes though the deeper communication deserves more of a meditative entry. -

Platinum MemberThank you for this opportunity to share my reflections this week.
The meditation I practiced was Meditations 2D
I’m travelling now and was at the airport struggling to get rid of distractions. Once I came out of the meditation I saw the word caribou on the magazine on the table and I was drawn to all the plants in the airplane viewing area as well as the grass that was on the tarmac. What felt like a frenzy of activity and unsettled emotions beforehand, transformed into me being in a relaxed in a calm oasis. This week I practiced communicating with a wild grouse who told me her name was Henrietta. I learned that it is indeed possible. I asked her if she was male or female and she responded female. I was suprised how she jumped up on a log quite close to Tenshi and I and started walking up and down and turning slowly as if a model on a runway. I got that she wanted me to see every marking and paid attention attentively. To verify the finding that she was female, I went home after our walk in the forest I looked up what a male and female grouse looked like. As she had taken such care to walk the runway I could really see that she was indeed a female spruce grouse.
I am celebrating that I flew down to my parent’s city as this is where I will pick up the car I was inspired to purchase after my communication with last month’s teacher, Beau. I am grateful that I followed this intuition for so many reasons.
The new experiment this week was to ask a wild animal its name. The answer that came was Henrietta. When I got that response it took me a little to get it and started to laugh out loud because I realized my first question was “Are you male or female? And the name given was actually a response to the first question HENrietta. What a funny female grouse!
I did not communicate with this month’s featured animalbut plan to join the Zoom call on Saturday to do exactly that. Looking forward to it Sebastian.
I practised the “Heart Wisdom Soul Symbols” exercise, and the symbols opened something in me that I had never experienced before.
I’m travelling now and away from my dog, Tenshi. Last night, before going to bed, I thought about her, and the symbol of infinity came to mind. Somehow, it connected me to Tenshi in a deeper way. I usually miss her and try to connect our hearts across the distance through a rainbow bridge, but I often don’t feel much better afterward. This time was different. The infinity symbol deepened a realization that we are always connected—whether we are together or apart. Always. For all eternity.
That knowing brought me comfort.
When I woke in the morning, the symbol was there in my mind’s eye again, and I felt an immediate, profound connection with my girl.
Recently, I found an old photo of my dog Duke, who passed away when I was a teenager, and I brought it with me on this trip. This morning, I felt drawn to pick up the photo from my bedside table. A video of Duke began playing: he was coming into my bed and lying beside me. Then Tenshi joined him, followed by the little puppy who passed away when I was a child. In the video, we were all together in the bed.
The love I felt from these beings was palpable. And then it expanded—to so many other human relationships in my life, both past and present, as well as relationships in the spirit world. I felt surrounded by the love of so many souls. The love was magnified.
Wow.Duke was the catalyst—the spark that reminded me to focus on and feel all the love I have been given throughout this lifetime, and to remember that these relationships continue. They are always present and always available to me. The symbol of infinity opened me to this knowing. I am so grateful.
This morning, the wisdom—and the whole world—felt contained within a single symbol: infinity.
Thank you Val and the rest of Team Heart School of Animal Communication. ♥️ -

Platinum MemberAccountability Challenge Week 1-7 October.
1. MEDITATION
Had fun with the Mindfulness, Heart Wisdom Love and Ambiance Meditations as well as my daily Chakra practice. I also spent time meditating on my animal spirit guides as a new one has joined: a female humpback whale who has come to guide me in ‘the mysteries of the ocean and the planet, to open my Third Eye’ and of course to help with animal communication. She helps me to drop into my heart centre too; I’ve noticed it becomes much easier with her there to guide me. I was having trouble, but now with her I just seem able to drop into it. My other animals guides are Mother Elephant, who mothers me and gives me unconditional love as well as wisdom, Finn the Dolphin who reminds me to keep my joy, laughter, playfulness, fun and community spirit, and Harry the Rhino, who as well as protecting me keeps me grounded, centered and purposeful. He also has a wonderful sense of humour!2. ANIMAL COMMUNICATION
My old dog Duke is a bit out of sorts, so we had a chat about it. He said he’s always loved to run and now his legs are getting weaker with age and he’s not up to it, he doesn’t feel himself anymore. We then looked for things he can still enjoy, like walking, smelling, eating, company of his human and animal friends, resting on his comfy bed… to cheer him up.
I’ve also communicated with a tree, inspired by Nita M.’s post here, thank you Nita!
It’s a chestnut tree and I said how beautiful and majestic it was, though still young, and the tree told me it was struggling and pointed out some dead branches. It asked me to give it healing energy and I said of course, though your healing energy is stronger than mine. The tree smiled and said, it’s OK, you’re learning. Later I asked my husband, who knows a lot about local trees as he’s worked with them all his life, and he told me there’s a disease which is killing off all the chestnut trees, just as Dutch Elm disease killed off most of the elm trees some decades ago. I remember it was devastating and heartbreaking to see those beautiful trees dying and never replaced. Now it’s sad to think that this lovely tree I spoke to is also dying.
3. CELEBRATION AND GRATITUDE
I’m celebrating the new things I’m learning and practicing, as they are making every day of my life now quite magical!
4. DISCOVERY OF THE WEEK
While practicing clearing negative energy and restoring beneficial energy with the pendulum, I’ve found that there seems to be a big energy centre off the shoulder of animals.
5. FAT OR PRACTICE LAB
I communicated with Cheryl’s lovely cat George from the Practice Lab and got feedback.
6. INTUITION DEVELOPMENT
I practiced the Symbolic Sight with two of my dogs and one of my cats.
Duke (dog) showed me a wire fence with a hole broken in it.
His feeling about this fence was:
‘I don’t like the fence, it cages me in, it’s nasty. The hole I made in it let me get out to freedom, but I didn’t like it either. It hurt me squeezing through that hole, with broken pieces of wire piercing my skin. And at first I was pleased to be free, but then I realized how scary and dangerous it was, and there was no food or safety.’
Duke is a rescue. -we’ve only had him for just over a year and he had been at the shelter for under a year before that. We don’t know much about his previous ten years, except that he was found in a very poor, abandoned state. Did he escape from somewhere? Did he find himself caged in somewhere?
My understanding is this: Duke needs both freedom and safety. He needs to be free, to be his own person, but he knows from bitter experience that he also needs security, a safe place, a home.
Happily, I believe we’ve managed to give him both.Chloe (dog) showed me a yellow light bulb.
Her feeling about the light bulb is this:
‘I like this light; it’s really important. It shows that you’re tuning into us, learning to talk with us, and getting even closer to us.’
‘You need to let this light of yours shine, always yellow and warm and strong, always bright. Never let it dim or go out. It’s far too precious to lose, and it lights up all of us. We all need and want its light.’
Julia (cat) shows me snow and ice, but she likes it. ‘It’s cold and sometimes means heartbreak, but it’s also pure and transforms into flowing water, by which we’re all united.’
Then she showed me something else: a pink cup.
‘Pink, the colour of unconditional love. And a cup is warm, cosy, familiar, comfortable, comforting, intimate and lovely, like our relationship; it is, always has been, and always will be.’
And TAMMY, I have just read your lovely post and seen that you too had a dog called DUKE! And what a lovely bond you still share with him. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
Heart wisdom meditation
Connecting to my inner self meditation2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with? What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience.
I connected with Louise R’s Ron and shared in the forum. It was more of a getting to know him connection this time.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one & celebrate a win.
The beautiful animals in the forum for us to connect and practice with.4. Discovery of the Week.
Instead of simply asking what you discovered, I’m inviting you to go deeper.
Ask yourself questions like:
• What NEW awareness did I gain this week?
• What surprised me?
• What did I validate?
• What challenged my assumptions?
• What experiment did I try?
• What mistake taught me something?
• What breakthrough did I have?
What new question am I now curious to investigate?
Once again I struggled with one connection, so tried connecting with a different animal, where I felt a stronger connection. This practice is challenging my assumption that a poor connection means I can’t do this and is giving me the confidence to keep trying.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I tried connecting with Sebastian, but struggled to connect. I’ll try again on the call next week.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? What changed because I practised?
I attended an event with Lee Harris, where I connected with my higher self and channelled a message about my path going forward. This again was more validation of what I can achieve when I’m in the right headspace. -

Platinum Member1.Guided meditation to reduce anxiety and stress. Just sitting outside with Layla quietly listening to sounds around us. Meditation to quiet my mind.
2. Rabbit-I learned if I move slowly it won’t run away. It surprised me letting me get within 2 feet of it. The ears were twitching as I spoke softly.
3.I am celebrating Layla’s healing with her digestive system. I can always ask my tuition and trusted source for help and often get answers right away without asking.
4. Does Layla understand me when I say I will be back later when I have to go out? I explain I need her to look after her dad while I am gone.5. No Too much going on to let me .
6. I can read the sky without looking at the written forecast.
