Rosemary has volunteered to host her dog, Elsa , as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT). You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher. Gold and Platinum members will have an opportunity to connect with Elsa along with Val on the Q&A call Saturday, August 8. We encourage all of you to connect with Buddy now and through out the month.
Tune into Elsa first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.
How does Elsa feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Elsa ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.
Have fun!
. Elsa
Many thanks to Rosemary for offering to host Elsa as our featured animal teacher for this month. We look forward to Jane and Buddy sharing feedback, information and stories along our journey.

Hello Rosemary,
I have just had a chat with Elsa, she felt very happy and friendly with a very waggy tail. She let me stroke her and her fur was lovely and soft. She was quite wiggly and rubbed her body round my ankles and lower legs as she wagged her tail. I got the feeling she likes people.
She showed me a hard blue ball that she likes to play with or carry in her mouth (not sure about that). Then she said ‘you talk funny’ so I explained that I am English from England and that confused her, she laughed when I said ‘garden’ and showed her a garden, she told me, that’s a ‘yard’ then I showed her a ‘Pavement’ and she told me as she laughed ‘thats a side walk’. She wasn’t laughing at me or being rude, she was just amused / intreaged by the words I used.
She said that you talk to her a lot and hear most of what she says to you, that you are doing a really good job and that she is soooo happy that you are her mum. -

Hello Louise,
Thank you so much for talking to Elsa! Yes – she is a very happy dog. So much so, people comment on it . She does have a thick coat. She is interested in people. She loves playing with a ball – she has one with a blue stripe on it. I’m also in England so have a garden and a pavement, but my husband is Italian and we do tend to speak a lot of Italian at home so I’m wondering if she’s noticing the difference in words or rhythm there. I do talk to her a lot – but I’m not sure of my success rate in getting things across – and recently I have started to pick up more of what she says to me – I’m not sure if it’s most or some. I suspect it’s some!
I think you did really well in getting her overall spirit and attitude. This idea of her not being rude just amused – that resonates.
Thank you again,
Rosemary -

Hi Rosemary!
Thank you for offering Elsa as the FAT. I’m connecting with her as I write this and I got that she’s a very content dog. She also drew my attention to the pattern her fur around her mouth in the picture makes. She asked if I knew what it’s in the shape of. I noticed it’s in the shape of a light bulb. I think she agreed and that she’s saying there needs to be new ideas for the state of the world right now. I agreed and said the world is in pretty bad shape. She said if the humans don’t do something it’s going to waste away. I told her I agree.Elsa said she’s a good listener and to, “Tell Mommy so she’ll open up more to me.”
I asked her what her favorite part of the day is and she said “breakfast and being with Mommy” “And dinner”. “Oh! I Love treat time, too, whenever I go potty or do a trick! Mommy Loves when I do a trick! She taught me tricks.”
I said, “Oh, that’s wonderful, Elsa! I’m so happy you can do tricks!” She then sent me an image of her putting her paw up to shake. She also wanted to show me something else she can do and sent me an image of her standing on her hind legs. She said you and she dance, too. I told her she’s such a talented and smart girl!
She asked me if I could rub her belly. I did and then she wanted a little bit of massaging. I massaged her a little bit and she wanted special attention on her area around the base of her tail (in humans this is the sacrum area-not sure what it is on dogs). I also was guided to do a bit of healing and applied some green Healing Goo to that area. I also heard “hot” or got the knowing of something being hot or warm. I am not sure, but she might have told me her muscles were so from playing hard or more than usual recently. She also said that sometimes as dogs age, the muscles get sore and stuff. I told her I hope the massage and goo helps. She thanked me and gave me a kiss.
I also got the sense of a red pillow.
I asked if there was anything else she wanted to talked about and there isn’t, but she would like me to ask you to please give her a treat- a “crunchy” or a “munchy”.
I thanked her for talking with me and she gave me another kiss. I wished her a wonderful weekend and she wished me the same. Love to sweet Elsa!

Hi Martha!
Thank you for connecting with Elsa.
Yes, I think she is a content dog overall – it’s interesting what you say about the lightbulb and the planet. ways to save our planet have been the focus of my thinking, praying, pondering etc increasingly over the last few years and intensely over the last 6 months. She behaves totally impassively when I ask her to join in meditations or healing sessions around this, so it’s so interesting to me that she’s part of it and a real lesson in trusting. I had assumed she wasn’t interested. Sorry Elsa. Thanks for pointing it out Martha!
Re. tricks and dancing – she doesn’t do paw or hind legs type things but recently we’ve been working on sitting and staying before going through doors – and she gets a treat – and that’s very much a me and her thing. I’m really glad she likes it, and now that you mention it, I think I can recognise her enthusiasm. Dancing – she loves dancing. She doesn’t do stand up on her hind leg type dancing but she definitely dances. Sometimes I dance and sing in the kitchen with her and she barks along and watches and follows and moves about a bit and we share the rhythm. It gets so load we have to be careful because of disturbing the neighbours too much. But it’s so fun!
She has also been showing me heat/red around the base of her tail – I’m waiting for some test results back – but I have also been picking up problems around exercise muscles etc. I’m very grateful for the massage and the healing goo. She went out after supper yesterday evening (we’re 6 hours ahead of Texas time here) and was very lively so I think it has helped a lot.
One of her curl up places is on a red blanket.
And…she’s on diet at the moment so she is desperate for more treats. Thank you so much for connecting – big lessons to me to trust more what I’m getting and understanding about our life lived together. Thank you Martha.xxx -

Hi Martha,
just to add: After reading your post I did my morning meditation – and I think I realised that Elsa has been holding the space for me to do earth healing learning and meditations for the last six months and I’m beginning to suspect she came to me to help me understand and contribute to the earth healing. Incredible! Thank you for your insight and helping me understand, Rosemary xxx -

Hello Rosemary! Here is a wild conversation!
Hello Elsa! I’m Barb…looks like you are already waiting for me/us to connect with you!!!
(When I connected she was just sitting there with her tongue out—smiling and waiting!)
She has a very strong sense and anticipation of when something is going to happen or someone is going to connect with her! She is a teacher and an angel.Elsa: Yes! I have much to say and share and so little time to do it in. I have been told it’s 4 weeks so 1/4 of it has already passed.
Barb: You know about time!
Elsa: Yes! Of course and I am also a very good communicator. Rosemary is catching on rapidly. She is a good student of mine. Sometimes I have to be quite persistent as she can be a little slow but only because she needs more confidence. It is my mission to teach her to be a bridge between many worlds.
Barb: WOW! I think she knows that at a very deep level. Thank you Elsa.
Elsa: I’m an emissary. It is an important mission that I have.
Barb: Yes. I feel that.
Elsa: Did you know that I can fly?
Barb: You can?
Elsa: Yes! I take nightly flights—not long ones—I check up on the various projects that I am supervising.
Barb: What kind of projects?
Elsa: Homeless puppies is one. Those who have returned back to source for awhile need to be loved so I fly in really quick and give them some love and some licks with my tongue.
Barb: This is rather hard for me to believe!
Elsa: You don’t have to believe it. You can believe anything you like but I think it would be good if you opened up your mind a bit more…. In fact, get rid of your mind for awhile and experience true things. They may seem imaginary but they are true. Love gets spread in this way.
Barb: WOW! Elsa, I am amazed at what you are sharing. Thank You! I so appreciate this.
Elsa: Yes! I knew you would.
Barb: I actually was wondering if you needed a healing but you know how to get divine grace I imagine.
Elsa: I do but others need to do this for me. I am a princess as well and love the healing goo and the good energy and all the love I am receiving. There is a great sense of love and healing in this animal communication group.
Barb: Yes. There is. I am now going to practice going within to my still point and opening up more.
Elsa: Good! I will connect with you next week. Let me know how it goes.
Barb: ok! Thank you Elsa.

Hi Barb – amazing! The first thing I can definitely say is that the tone of speaking – the directness – is very very Elsa.
The anticipation of things fits with everything I know about her and I must say the strong sense of time is also true. Not just around supper time etc. but I’m pretty sure she can count and she does definitely understand and think in terms of lengths of time. I can’t tell you how I know this, but I know!
What you say about persistence is true – recently she’s been showing me where things hurt and I feel she has been doing it patiently over and over – almost like she’s using it as a learning tool for me. And of course the lack of confidence is true.
Regarding princess: this is also true. Actually, I’ve always called her my queen. Val did some work with us and turns out that this is from a past life relationship.
What you say about get rid of your mind and experience true things: since Elsa came, that has been an increasing focus for me – so you’re showing me that this isn’t a coincidence. And it is the sort of language I use to describe to myself the way I’m trying to be. I’m going to try and remember this message about that’s how love is spread and think about it more. It’s so interesting to me.
At night sometimes she sleeps very very deeply – more so than I would expect from a snoozing dog, so I wonder if this is when she’s slipped off. I shall make sure not to disturb her.
There is something that rings very true about the conversation: the bossiness, the directness, the strong sense of purpose with which she lives. Thank you very much for communication – I shall reread it because there is a lot to learn here for me. xxx -

My intention for the call was to get a connection with Elsa. I tuned into her as we started and she was excited, waiting for us to connect with her. Then I had an image of her sitting there as we one by one popped into a semi circle in front of her. She was watching looking from one to the other. “There are so many” it seemed she did not know where to start. Then she calmed down and got to work.

Hi Rosemary, it’s so wonderful to connect with Elsa. She’s such a beautiful dog. When I first connected with her, I felt like she had a mother energy. It felt like she was like what a mom would be to me. I feel like her energy is very much connected to Mother Earth as well. Feels like she is walking around a dog park like we have here when we live. So this doesn’t necessarily mean a dog park per se however it could be. It was a place outside where she had space to roam freely.
I asked her what she was all about and she said “Why I’m Elsa!. I’m here! Can you feel me?” I then felt her paws on top of my two feet like her two paws would be on each foot. I heard grounding, she was helping me with grounding. She feels very grounded in her energy.
She says she likes playfulness, playful energy. Being outside is a happy place for her because of her connection to the earth, grounding.
Feels like her paws are on something that is helping her to ground.
I asked if she was shy or outgoing. I felt “neutral” in response. Can be either way.
She feels like she has a large energy field and when I felt it, I saw like ripple in the water.
She LOVES being a dog! (that was her response when I ask how she feels in her body).
A message for you Rosemary:
“Keep playing, take time for earth connection. Be you, you are perfect exactly how you are” (I felt like this was a message for me too! What I needed to hear today! 🙂
Elsa’s purpose:
“to bless this earth and its inhabitants with the centred focus of even grounding to help bring the earth to balance towards the calm. Grounded & centred.
Elsa feels really connected to the earth. Locked into it. On the Q&A call, Claudia mentioned about some possible soreness and I felt like she’s so connected into the earth that if she was able to release some of the locked in part, perhaps that could help her? She seems so connected into the earth that if she could learn how to also connect with universal energy, this could help her with this? It feels like this is something that could help her. I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if you would like more clarification on this.

Hi Rosemary!
you have a beautiful energy. I felt it in your voice at the Q&A call.
Elsa is very gentle soul. I feel a male energy for some reason.
ME- “I see sadness in your eyes, elsa. Am I misreading you?
Elsa- No.
I see sadness like ey’ore ( from Winnie the Pooh ) . there is a innocence I can’t explain. I sensed there was a death , someone passed ,there is a missing, longing grieving. I also sense that Elsa might not know who passed (personally I mean) . She is grieving through you, a reflection of what you are feeling….
this is very interesting. This might count as a Animal/ Human / Body / connection.
I told her some important things:
Rosemary’s pain/grief is hers to deal with. it does not do any good to her or you to hold on to her grief. its for her to deal with. you can help her by sending her love and compassion. hold space but not good idea to absorb. its rosemary’s journey and own lessons to come.I felt Elsa understood as she had a sparkle in her eyes. she changed shifted.
lots of love,
patricia -

Hi Rosemary,
Here is my posting of my communication with Elsa today. I feel like she is calm and confident, more introverted, she was very excited to be doing this call with us, I see her wagging and moving around. She feel very sweet. She is elderly and feel the aging in her body as she shows me a picture of her with grey hair.
she is a healer.
I picked up a lot of inflammation and toxicity in her body.
She likes the walks.
Message for you, was love you, for sure.
Message for me, i see her breathing blowing off air in my direction to push away all the thoughts in my head. She is telling me to clear my head. ha! Yes, totally right and helpful. Thank you Elsa.
As I was following with Val discussion with Elsa, I really picked up that the whole body is inflamed and a big Yes, that she is taking this Osteo arthritis on for you. Interestingly enough my dog Moka when he was alive was doing the same thing, he will take on all my physical discomfort, I will go to the vet and tell them what to look at, I had gallbladder issue then and sure enough this is what he had to be treated for. I would ask him to not take it on but he was a little healer too and so compassionate he just did.
Thank you for letting me connect with Elsa, what a pleasure. -

Hello Margaret,
Thank you for making the Elsa connection your intention. I too got the impression that she had moment of being taken aback by the amount of people and the new sensation. And then she got to work. I had an impression that she might be taken aback by the sensation of people going in to her body so we did a little bit of preparation for that part before the call. I suspect that was my anxiety not hers – it often is! Thank you again for your feedback, xxx -

Hello Marybeth,
Thank you for connecting with Elsa. I also have not been able to go into the vet with Elsa, like you with your dog, because of Covid – difficult isn’t it?
Yes – she mostly wanders around freely here. There is a short section of road where she needs to be on the leash but otherwise she is mostly off leash in fields so that sounds like the equivalent of a dog park. We need to get dog parks here, sounds like a good idea to me.
She is a very Doggy dog. She loves playing – she chases balls, swims, rolls – all very much earthy activities. The idea of her being deeply connected to earth resonates true. She has brought me to be much more connected to earth and it feels like that is part of her mission. The message was great – a good reminder, what was needed. Thank you. And yes, it would be lovely to have more clarification around the releasing into the earth.
Thank you again Marybeth. xxx -

Hi Marybeth – a quick PS
Yes – she can be either very outgoing or mind her own business and leave people alone. It depends on who they are and what they’re doing.x -

Hello Patricia, Thank you for connecting with Elsa. I think the male energy may be a kind of strong energy she brings out when she feels she needs to protect. She can be very dominant and fierce. She does absorb everything about me. One of her functions in my life has been to wake me up to ways of being and emotions that are so deep they seem normal to me – I can hide nothing from her! It would love it if she could learn to just hold the space rather than take everything on. I’m sure you can imagine that her taking on my issues isn’t helping at all right now – so thank you so much for asking her to let them go. It will make an enormous difference to us both. Thank you, xxx

Hello Berenice, thank you for sharing what you got with Elsa. It’s very comforting to hear that your dog took on your issues too – I feel so bad that she’s taking on my arthritis. She’s middle aged – 7 nearly 8 – but I feel that my issues are making her appear older than she is. She was like a puppy until about 3 months ago. I think she’s been taking on my arthritis for some while, but the effects had suddenly snowballed. She is a very kind dog. She has totally transformed my life by trying to teach me to be less fearful, and looking after me all the time. It’s good to hear she loves me. I love her. Thank you again, xxx

Some questions to ask Elsa that I would love to know the answers to:
How does she feel about sneezing?
What’s her favourite food?
What does she think of the TV?
What does she think of the computer (I use a laptop)?
Does the house WIFI bother her?
I would be so grateful for any convincing her to give my health issues back.
Thank you all so much again. Rosemary and Elsa xxx -

Hi Rosemary,
Elsa was very willing to have a conversation with me. I told her she had a very pretty name and a face that was very pretty too, but that it was also a very knowing face that said “I know more than I tell’.
After a little more ‘small talk’ I approached the topic of her taking on your health issues.
I told her that you are very concerned, even anxious, about her having these issues in her own body.
I assured her that you knew she was doing this out of love (she asked me that specifically) and that you are deeply moved by her selfless act. I told her too that you wanted to know if she would consider releasing them and “give them back to me” (I quoted you) and that you would feel great relief if she was able to do that.
Elsa: “Actually, I know how she feels because that is how I feel when I am watching her struggle with her health. It hurts to stand by and do nothing but watch. I wanted to find some way to help her and this is the way we pets can respond. We hope that by taking it on ourselves we are taking it off the one we love. Of course now you are helping me understand that now Rosemary has angst over me… hm-mm … what is a possible solution to this very real issue…”It’s a few hours later and Elsa said this, “Please ask my mom to be at ease about my efforts to try to share in this part of her life. I really need to feel I am doing something. I am fine, but will be very sad if I can’t continue on with this, at least for now.”
Thanks Rosemary for giving Elsa to be the FAT for July. She is just an all-over sweet Being.

Hello Rosemary: On the call Saturday, I got a little bit from Elsa. I don’t get a great deal just yet but these are my impressions. Elsa was very happy to have us all communicate with her. It made her feel so very special. She came up to me going in circles and sat in front of me. She nuzzled my hand to pet her. She told me she is a happy dog and feels good today. She is cautious around strangers and I got a vision of a polka dot doggy bed or blanket that she likes.
After hearing the others on the call, I don’t know that the polka dot bed or blanket is accurate but that is what I envisioned. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Elsa with our group. She is a very sweet soul.

Hi Sally,
So I think you got her overall feeling very well. She is a happy dog – it’s a defining feel about her. I also got the impression that she was excited about the communication – she loves to have a job or a role and then she takes it all very seriously. She will not rush up to strangers and will definitely check them out. She is friendly but has degrees of friendliness – she also makes it very clear if she doesn’t trust someone.
She has several places where she sleeps – one is the plaid blanket and fireplace that Martha mentioned. Another is a blanket with large patterns on which include some large round spots so that could be the polka dot one.
Well done – I also don’t get a great deal, just hazy impressions – but I’m beginning to realize how important it is to work with them.
Thank you so much for talking to Elsa, Sally.

Hello Dianne,
Thank you so much for talking to Elsa about letting go of the health issues. It is so typical of her to be stubborn and absolutely to want to do things her way. She takes on ALL my stuff – every emotional lump and bump, and given the way I am, that’s a lot! Now the physical too – aaargh! There’s no getting away from the fact that this dog is making sure I deal with my stuff rather than sweep it all under the carpet!
I’m going to keep going in trying to persuade her to give it back – she must! I can’t afford for both of us to have new hips!
I think Elsa loves to talk to people who listen and take her seriously. She has strong opinions on a lot of things. Eastern Canada in the ocean sounds just wonderful.
Take care and thank you again,
Rosemary -

Hi Rosemary,
I just communicated with Elsa and asked her some of the questions you wanted answers too. I will share what I got (and please keep in mind that I’m new to this!). First I asked her what she was doing and I saw an image of her lying on a dog bed in a room with a fireplace (not turned on) and a hard floor. She said she was resting and that it was an ok time to talk. Here are the highlights from our conversation:
Favorite food – chicken; she eats kibble but really likes it when you add cooked chicken to the top
Thoughts about the TV – she said she doesn’t really understand it. She sees you sitting in front of it and looking and not moving much and she can feel your emotions changing while you sit there. She’s confused by it.
Sneezing – she’s also a little confused and frightened by this because she can sense the particles being released into the air; she sees them suspended in the air and then waits until they drop down to the ground before she will come back near the person who sneezed; I asked her more about this and she said she sees sparkly colors around the particles
I asked her if she had any other information she wanted me to share with you and she said that she is trying to give your “stuff” back to you. She says it’s hard and it will take her some time. She loves you very much.I also wanted to share the conversation I had with her on 8/10 while listening to the recording of last Saturday’s Q&A call.
When I introduced myself to her she approached me slowly with a quick tail wag and I could sense that she wanted me down on her level to gently pet her. She licked my hand and gazed into my eyes intensely. She spoke to me with an English accent and called me “darling” which I found very endearing. Her energy felt like an elderly woman’s slow and kind energy. She walked slowly and seemed a bit stiff. I connected in with her left elbow seeming especially stiff and weak.I really enjoyed both communications with her and would love some feedback. She’s a lovely lady!

Hi Rosemary,
Just had a quick chat with Elsa, wow, she was in an extraordinarily good mood, all wiggly and happy. I got the feeling she had just eaten and was feeling FINE ! We talked a bit about food, I got a crunchy sensation in my mouth and felt great enthousiasme about eating, joy and happiness. Is there some kind of happy happy food dance or wigging about as she waits for her dinner to be served?
She said the crunchies end too soon and she would like more. I told her that we all of us would like more but if we want to stay healthy and be able to run round and have fun then we can’t eat all we want all the time.
I showed her an overweight old dog who couldn’t run around then a lovely slim dog running, jumping, have just the best time ever whilst feeling immense joy and freedom. I told her that you want to keep her like the slim dog so that she can run and have fun and she answered me that she just has the best mum ever and that she would have to leave me now because she needed to go and snuggle you for being such a wonderful mum to her. -

Wow Lindsey, you got so much!
So firstly, her dog bed is in a room with a fireplace and a hard floor and she frequently sleeps there ( but sleeps in other places too).
She has kibble in the morning, but then a type of meat in the evening. She has made it very, very clear that kibble is NOT good – but she has to have it for her teeth (and my bank account!).
That’s interesting what you say about the TV – I get that she doesn’t really think it’s a positive thing somehow so what you say does resonate. She does act frightened around sneezing – she runs away as soon as she hears the intake of breath and won’t approach immediately afterwards. Interesting! I’ve been wondering what was going on for her.
And yes, she is stiff – that’s the arthritis stuff! Her left elbow is especially bad.
So I think that’s incredible detailed and accurate. I’m fairly new to this and I don’t get anything like that detail – I just get wispy images that float around, and feelings.
Thank you so much. It’s all really helpful to me. I just can’t get over that they pick up on every emotional change. It’s much easier to hide things from humans. Thank you for reinforcing the “give me my stuff back”! Rosemary x -

Hi Louise,
Lovely to chat again – thank you for talking to Elsa again.
In the morning she has crunchy kibble for breakfast. As soon as she knows food time is happening she starts to step from side to side.
And yes – food rations have been cut because we are all on diets in this house! Thank you for explaining the benefits to her because I have to keep saying no to more.
Re. the extraordinarily good mood: today was a strange day. Following Val’s advice in the Q&A call, I did the Healing Sarcophagus exercise because this morning she didn’t want to walk. After that she slept till late and then got up full of beans. Elsa’s normal state is an extraordinarily good mood. It has only been less lately because arthritis developing.
Thank you Louise – I love to get this feedback about Elsa. I think she’s loving the communications.

Hi Rosemary!
Thanks for the feedback! I’m happy you’re learning to trust yourself more with the communication you have with Elsa. As for the test results, I hope everything comes out okay. I wonder if for the red at the base of the tail if it would help for her to get regular massages. Have you looked on YouTube at canine massage videos you could do on her or considered getting canine massages for her from someone?I think that’s so cute that you two dance in the kitchen! I Love it!
I’m connecting with Elsa as I write this. Before writing this, I connected with her and heard “meadow”. When I connected this time she right away came to me and licked my face 🙂 It was so sweet!
I asked her what’s new and she said she Loves talking to everyone! She also said, “I have a secret to tell you! I got a treat!” I also got a sense that she took something from the counter (that was when she got the treat!”
I went up and added about the dancing in the kitchen comment above, and as I was reading it again, she sent me an image of her sort of prancing but not quite-showing her pretty furry paws-similar to what show dogs do.
I also heard, “I Love Surry,” or something like that.
She also said, “I have friends!” I asked if she plays with them. She said, “Oh yes! At the park! We have a great time! We sniff and stuff. Usual dog things.” She sent an image of her sniffing and I think I heard, “And running.”
I asked what else she’d like to talk about, she said, “Oh nothing.” She then sent me an image of what I think is a white bed spread. I also get a sense she likes to play tug-of-war. Do you have this game in England?
I asked her again what else she’d like to talk about. She said, “Not much. I’m ready for my massage” and then send me an image of her sitting in front of me facing me. “I’m waiting, Martha. I’m waiting Marfy”. Marty is short for Martha and my adopted mom used to say, “Marfy” for Marty when she was playing like the dog was talking. Elsa sent me an image of her smiling.
I started out massaging her shoulders and then decided to check the base of her tail. I got that it was hot and then I got that it was luke warm and then warm. So, it seems like it’s cooling off 🙂
As I am working on the base of the tail area, it came to me that it needs a little movement-slow, gentle movements and vibrations “to get whatever fluid in there moving”. I heard “lactic acid”.I also heard “Maybe try icing it.” Using jade stones also came to me. In case you’re wondering, I have had training in massage therapy for humans.
When I went back to working on her, it came to me that there’s crunchy things in the base of her tailbone. I also got something about bone spurs. I had deleted that because I wasn’t sure if it was right, but then saw that you said in a response to another person that she has arthritis and thought that maybe the part about the bone spurs might be right, so I thought I’d add it.
She is done with the massage for now. She sent me an image of her on her back with her legs in the air just now turned her head to smile! Such cute girl!
She wished me a nice weekend. I thanked her and said, “You, too, sweet girl” and rubbed under her chin. I told her I look forward to talking to her again and she said, “Me, too, Marfy!”
Love to Elsa!

Hello Louise,
I just realised what the crunchies are: they are some dried beef strips that are crunchy and Elsa likes them because of the texture. Spot on with that one – she always wants more of them. Well done, Rosemary -

Hi Martha,
Yes I bet she did sneak a treat off the counter! Hmmmmm….will have to move them out of the way even more. She has to lose weight to be as slight as possible to put less stress on her joints. The diet is not going so well…but neither is mine 🙂 .
I’m not sure what the Surry is – I shall mull it over. It may come to me.
Thank you for the massage advice – I will give it a go. Her tail base has been bothering her. She had a n xray of her hips so I will ask the vet if he saw any spurs around her tail base. I’m not sure if it would have covered them.
I think the white bedspread may have been a sheet – it has been really hot here and she’s been lying on the bed in front of the window to try to get the breeze. Normally she doesn’t get on the furniture, preferring the floor, so that’s an unusual thing in her day right now.
Yes -she does like tug-of-war. She’s had to cut a lot of play out because of trying to ease pressure on her elbow joints – that as well as the diet has not been popular!
Thank you so much for all your help Martha,
Rosemary x -

Hello Rosemary. Thank you for offering Elsa as the Featured Animal Teacher for August. I tried to connect with Elsa and got some impressions as follows:
I felt Elsa to be a young, vibrant, high energy dog.
I asked Elsa if she was in bed and she said “No I am sitting on the settee with my family watching tv.” (this would have been around 10pm your time).
I asked Elsa what she loves to do and got “I am a very active dog. I like to go for long walks with Rosemary. We walk across grass fields in the country. I like to look at other animals, particularly sheep. Sheep really interest me, we can all talk together. I love to sniff things, all scents, which are so interesting for me.”
I asked Elsa if she has any dog friends and I got “Yes a small white dog called Bob. His person is a friend of Rosemary and we go for walks together across the fields.”
I asked Elsa if she likes talking to people and I got “Oh yes. I love it. I am very excited to be able to do it.”
I asked Elsa what she loves to eat and got “Crunchy crackers and small cubes of steak in a stainless steel food bowl. I love my food. I wolf it down. I need it because I am so active. I am a high energy, vibrant dog. I keep my family fit as they have to take me for walks. I am so active I like to be outside running and sniffing.”
Any feedback would be appreciated. Unfortunately I do have a very active imagination! Thanks. Angela

Dear Angela,
I get the imagination thing – me too!
But actually so much is accurate.
She is a vibrant high energy dog. She is 7 going on 8. We’ve had to slow down in recent months because of arthritis but she is still high energy – until that point she was like a puppy.
Yes, 10pm we were watching TV! She was lying on the floor not on the settee – I was on the settee.
Yes, we spend a lot of time walking across fields. We don’t have many sheep around here, mostly cattle, but we have come across sheep while on holiday and she has wanted to play with them. She has always needed a lot of walks outside keeping us really fit!
Yes, she has a small white dog friend called Bear. I can see that Elsa would show you Bear in the fields walking but we walk separately. Bear is a pedigree show dog so isn’t often allowed into all the muddy, wet, rough places that Elsa loves. We do stop and chat in the fields. Bear is a great dog.
Yes she has her food in a stainless steel bowl. She has kibble (crunchy crackers?) and minced beef (downmarket cubed steak?). She also has strips of dried beef which are crunchy texture so those could be the crackers.
Amazing accuracy! Thank you so much!

Thank you everyone for talking to Elsa – She is loving it!
I have some more questions if anyone would like to broach them with her:
How does she feel about white vans, trucks, lorries – what’s going on there?
And
How does she feel about Sumo? (a German Shepherd Cross who hangs out in some of the same places we do).I would also love to know about her take on the Corona Virus and Mother Earth.

Hie it’s not easy for me write all in English, so I hope it will be understood and with not too many mistakes and that it through as I wish 🙂
In first connection with her I felt her energy very grounded. She have strong connection to mother earth.
I asked her about phisical condition and she said and I felt pressure in her chest. I got from her something about her heart… She said not a problem but the pulse not regular…Emotionally feel great and love being here on earth.
She told me the thing she most love is to play with ball, to eat. I see her also playing with you with her body.. I don’t know how to explain in English as I would like…
She ask me to tell you that you can be more relax about her.
She knows what she do, and she loves it.
She love to explore life, she loves you.
She want you to screch her in the chest neck area, it not easy for her to do on her own.She asked me to write again That she loves being here and want play more.
She want me to tell you to see more whats going on around. The magic, the beauty, the creation.
You concern more than needed, and that make her think she need to do something, like taking things to her.
She said, when I ask her if she have tips for you, that you just need to be. Not try do or control things. Alow your self be. To take deep breath, feeling the body, connect to God from earth bonding. She is smart dog. Wise.
When you be more grounded it allows her be less. And be more light in her body and energy.Hope it resonate to you in some way. Thanks for oppurtunity

Hello Hadar!
Thank you so much for connecting with Elsa AND making the effort to write it all in English. If you don’t understand my response, just let me know. What is your first language? Isn’t it fantastic that animals are multi-lingual?Firstly, the thing she loves to do most in this whole world is to play with her ball. Eating comes second. She loves her ball.
She sometimes “dances” – so moves around when I’m singing (I have a terrible voice so I have to wait till there is no one around.). Sometimes she rolls on grass in a play like way. She definitely does use her body with me for lots of things.
I’m not surprised that she wants me to be more relaxed around her. She is very confident, I am not. She does know how to live. I often get the impression that she is like my big sister, showing me the way. She picks up on my fears and tries to protect me.At the moment I’m even more anxious than usual because she has an operation tomorrow on her elbow (an arthroscopy) to remove some bone. I’m worried how she will cope with the recovery which will be 6 weeks of no play. I’m trying hard not to be worried and now that I hear what you say, I will be even more clear with myself.
It is a great relief to hear that she knows what she is doing and that I can be more relaxed. I will trust. I think that a large part of her purpose with me is to show me how to trust life and live it as I am.
It resonates very deeply. I will check ask the vet to check her heart since we will be there tomorrow.
Hadar, thank you so much. I am going to print your communication with her and keep it with me to remind me. I will focus less on worry, more on magic!

Hi Rosemary. 🙂 I set my divine intention to connect with Elsa at this time and ask for messages of clarity and accuracy to be sent and received between us both with ease and grace. I am so grateful to Elsa for this time to learn and grow in my communication skills and her teaching and guidance in doing so. I also set forth the intention of love during this communication and that what is shared here is in the highest and best of all.
Hi Elsa, it’s Marybeth. It’s been a couple of weeks that I reached out to you. How are things going?
Really well! I’m really enjoying this part of my teaching journey. Lots of energy flowing and more energy flowing than normal. This is a good thing! When energy flows, expansion happens. Wonderful!
That’s really amazing Elsa! Thanks for sharing that.
My pleasure Marybeth. 🙂
Elsa is sharing with me as I look at her picture that the ground really helps her. It helps her connect with the earth. She says this is important for her. It helps her in healing. I feel some discomfort in her back legs and when she connects to the earth, she is receiving its healing. It’s like a gentle massage of electricity that moves up and down her legs providing that feeling of gentle massage. It’s calming, it’s helpful she says.
I see her sitting on the ground, all paws down and her back legs against the earth. Do you see her doing this at all Rosemary?
She is bringing me to an area of her lower back along her spine. It feels to me that she is saying that this is where the pain starts to radiate from. Feels like the lower lumbar region and possibility of into the sacral region.
I’m asking her what can help with this. She is replying that movement that helps her keep this moving helps so that it doesn’t stiffen up. She also is replying that her “therapy” with Mother Earth also helps.
I feel from sweet Elsa that she is happy to receive healing energy for this area. She is accepting of it.
Are there any specific questions you would like me to ask Elsa, Rosemary? If so, please let me know. Thanks so much for this loving gift of communication with your beautiful girl xo.
Marybeth

Hi Rosemary,
Thanks for the feedback. It makes sense to me to hang out in front of the breeze to get it if it’s hot out! I’m not a fan of the heat either!I saw where Elsa had her surgery-how did everything go. As for the massage, you might want to ask the vet about it before doing it to make sure it’s safe for her. It’s possible the vet will say to wait for a little bit until she has healed a little. Sometimes doctors will want their patients to wait a little bit after surgery until they have healed a little. I think though massage would definitely be good for Elsa if she’s interested. Let me know how it goes when you massage her 🙂 Also, I’m glad you noticed Elsa helping you with your meditation 🙂
Earlier I think Elsa connected with me and said she had something to tell me-a secret. I am going to ask her now what she wants to tell me and ask if she is okay with me telling you.
I haven’t asked about the secret yet. I asked her how she’s doing. She said she’s a little sore, but good overall. She said she understands the surgery is supposed to be good for her. She said you told her that.
Before I ask about the secret, I want to say that I read where Patricia commented on your energy. I LOVE your energy. In your picture I sense a very sweet energy. During the call and from your feedback responses to me you are so warm. I’m also getting “gentle”. Elsa is blessed to have you 🙂
For the secret, she said she got a big piece of chicken-but that you know about it. She said it’s a secret from the vet.
I asked Elsa how she feels about the house WIFI. She said it’s okay. She said she knows it’s there because she can feel it, but it doesn’t bother her. She said she can sense (feel with her body and see) the waves. It came to me that you might want to get an EMF neutralizer.
Regarding the computer (your laptop), she would like to know what you do with it and why it’s important. She said sometimes you seem very interested in it-almost glued to it-and that at times she thinks you’re a bit stressed from it. She says she tries to distract you so you won’t be so stressed by it. “Sometimes it works,” she said. She then said, “Other times not so much.” I told her that maybe you work from home. She asked what that is and I told her it’s when a person does their job from home. She wanted to know what a job is. I told her that it’s what a person does to earn money to pay for things-like food. She said, “Oh.” “Well, tell her, ‘thank you. I’m always very grateful for the food. Me Loves to eat! Can you tell, Marfy?” I laughed and smiled and said, “Nah. You just look extra furry! It probably would help your bones and joints though if you lose a little weight and you might then be able to play more.” “Play more?! Oh, boy! I would Love that! Mommy could play with me!”
I’m asking her how she feels about white vans, trucks, and lorries. She said they frighten her. I’m getting it’s because of something to do with either before you got her or in her past life, she was taken away in one. I just looked up “lorry” on the Internet and learned that “lorry” is the same thing as “truck”. It’s the British work for “truck”. That’s my new word for the day! She said she’s also afraid they’re going to blow their horn at her or near her. I’m getting an image of her (in her current body) slightly prancing and, “Then all of a sudden out of nowhere one blasts its horn at me. It scared me and hurt my ears!” I told her I’m so sorry that happened to her and rubbed her ears. She kissed my nose!
I asked her about the weather there. She said it’s been dreadful. She said “Especially for me! At least Mommy can take off her clothes!” I told her I’m sorry it’s been hot there and that it’s been hot here (I live in West Los Angeles, California).
Elsa said she enjoys ice cubes and ice water. She also sent me an image of you tossing ice cubes into her mouth. Then she said that it’s more like you give them to her and she happily takes them from you. lol.
I asked her if there is anything else she’d like to talk about and she said there wasn’t and that she is going to enjoy lying on the floor to keep cool. She wished me a wonderful weekend. I thanked her and said, “Same to you!” and smiled. She sent me an image of her smiling and we gave each other a kiss.
Love to Elsa!

Thank you for your answer. My lunguge is Hebrew.. I am from Israel.. And yes it is amazing that the animals connect us to the heart lunguge. It easy for me to read but harder to write in the way I want… But I glad I am… Elsa was the first I finnaly did here on the month animals, because that is hard for me, but I glad I did, and sure while I do more it will be easier. Thanks
And Pls let us know how is she after the operation??

Dear Marybeth,
I really like the way you word your intentions – I’m going to learn from that so thank you.
When energy flows, expansion happens. – a good lesson to just keep things moving and not worry too much.
Sitting down with all four paws on the earth and her back legs against the earth: yes she does sit like this. The connection to earth theme has come up for some others as well so it seems very clear and accurate. Recently I’ve been concentrating a lot more of bringing up the earth vibrations more deliberately into my body too.
She does have arthritis in her hips and I’m trying to find out what is going on in her lower back – that she is feeling pain there has come up for some others too.
If you do get a chance to talk to her again, could you tell her that the less she uses her leg right now, the faster it will heal after the operation. The other thing is that she has a strange obsession with a dog called Sumo and we cannot work out what is going on there. He looks like a German Shepherd cross and is a very calm dog.
Marybeth, thank you. xxx -

Hello Martha,
Thank you for the EMF tip – I’m on it! I think it will make a big difference because the waves really bother me, but I’m glad they don’t bother Elsa.
The secret chicken made me laugh so much. I think they must have been desperate to get her to eat something and stop howling. She tends not to eat when she’s in a strange place and they told me she howled and howled when she was in a cage for the night after the operation. But I also was sure that she had understood me when I told the operation was going to help. What I think I didn’t explain clearly enough was that she would have to stay there a night after. I think she didn’t understand why she couldn’t come home immediately. I’m still learning that Now means Now for her and that I need to be really explicit when explaining human vague lengths of time.
Thank you for the white “lorry” information – I didn’t realise that wasn’t an American word – she really doesn’t like them, growls and barks at them and tries to lunge at them, so that information would fit.
Regarding the hot weather: when you tuned in to her I think she was at the vet, and when I tuned in I got that she was too hot there. But apart from that it’s starting to cool down now so she can keep her coat on! And yes, she loves to lick ice! I don’t toss them, mainly because I can’t throw anything very accurately!
It’s really kind of you and Patricia to say nice things about my energy. The people in this group are really embracing and understanding people, so it’ very cool to just be able to be as I am and feel comfortable.
Thank you again. X -

Hello Hadar,
Elsa’s operation went very well but now she is feeling very sorry for herself and is being a bit of a drama queen – She is meant to only go outside to pee and spend the rest of the time lying down – for two weeks! It’s going to be interesting! (I visited Jerusalem once many years ago and fell in love with the place). Look after yourself, Rosemary x -

Hello Rosemary. I tried to connect with Elsa again and got the following impressions as follows:
I asked Elsa what does she normally see on her walks and got “meadows, hedge-groves, flowers in the hedges, otters, big beasts.”
I asked Elsa about her friend Bear and got “Bear is fun to be with, we like to sniff each other, scents are so interesting. I share my heart with Bear. It is important for us to be with other dogs so that we can really communicate – we can not do this with humans. I told Bear that I have been talking to humans and he was amazed – we are both incredulous. I LOVE to talk to humans.”
I asked Elsa where she slept at night and got “I sleep in the bedroom with Rosemary, but not on her bed. I have my own dog bed, it is up off the floor and oblong shaped.”
I asked Elsa what her home is like and got that it was “A bungalow, single storey home, with a garden all around it.” Also that she is fed in the kitchen where there is a big stainless steel fridge.
I asked Elsa where she likes to be during the day and got “I love to be outside in the garden sniffing. I have free access to the garden. I inside I like to follow Rosemary around. I LOVE her.”
I asked Elsa what her dislikes were and got “I hate getting mud on my paws. After my walks they are washed off with a hose.”
Any feedback would be appreciated. Many thanks. Angela

Hi Angela! Hope you’re doing well.
I do get the impression that Elsa loves this talking so much.
What she sees on her walks: Yes! Meadows, hedgerows, flowers in meadows and hedges. The big beasts I think are the cows in the fields – we see them every day. Sometimes big birds like herons and red kites. She has seen otters on holidays but not locally or regularly. She does see cormorants, ducks, swans, geese in the water every day though.
Yes – she and Bear do sniff and chat. Bear is fussy about who he talks to, but he will talk with Elsa, so I think this feels accurate.
We aren’t in a bungalow. Upstairs she has a bed in the bedroom which is oblong and raised off the floor so that is completely accurate. (She also has a bed downstairs by the fireplace with a plaid blanket, as well as a red blanket where she curls up and then – if you’re wondering whether she has taken over the house, the answer is yes.)
She is fed in the kitchen – we don’t have a stainless steel fridge but she is fed from stainless steel bowls, so that might be where the stainless steel comes from. The fridge is sort of normal sized but it probably seems very tall to Elsa. She sits by it when she wants more food.
Yes, she has free access to the garden. Inside she tends to sit by the front window and guard the house, but if I’m working at home she comes to sit with me.
The mud on paws is interesting – I don’t think she does like it. At the beginning of a walk she will try to avoid it by walking around puddles and things. But avoiding mud in England is impossible in the winter! So then I think she just accepts it and carries on. Sometimes I do wash the mud off (towards the beginning of “mud season”) but then I’m afraid it just defeats me and I give up and just live with it.
I’m so delighted to get your reports! It’s so interesting to discover all this stuff about Elsa and it’s making me more determined to practice more so I get more accurate. Thank you Angela – thinking of you in Alaska. I’ve only ever seen it on TV or read about it but it sounds like such a beautiful place.
Thank you,
Rosemary -

Hello Rosemary. Thank you so much for your feedback.
I have only just gone through the other comments – I don’t do this earlier so that I am not influenced by them (as I always feel that I am making everything up). So I have just read that Elsa has just had an operation and that you too are having problems with arthritis. I am sorry to hear about this.
I was wondering if a homeopath may be able to help you (www.homeopathy-soh.org) and a homeopathic vet may be able to help Elsa (www.bahvs.com). Christopher Day, who is a very experienced homeopathic vet, is quite close to you.
I actually live in New Zealand, but used to live in the UK. There is another Angela in the Club who lives in Alaska (who is a much better communicator than me.)
All the best to you and your lovely dog. Angela

Sorry for the mix up – you’re in NZ – another wonderful place! I am trying to get to see Chris Day, but here you have to be referred by your normal vet and it has to be “the next logical step”. The operation was to remove some small bone fragments – I’m hoping that the next logical step will be to get to Chris Day. I think your communication was pretty accurate! You got loads of things very precisely spot on! Thank you. x

Hello Rosemary,
Just had another chat with Elsa, she said she is feeling better now but first few days after the operation she felt a bit rough…the pain and the drugs in her body made her feel out of sorts.
She says please understand that the howling at the vet was more about helping with her pain, the vibrations of the howling off set the vibrations of the pain, much like us humans might groan in pain more than a deep unhappiness or distress.
She said that she wants to walk on that leg to make it strong (she seemed quite proud and stubborn about that) so I explained that for the moment it needs first to heal and when the vet or mum say its ok, then she will have exercices to do to make it strong but for now she really REALLY must rest or she might make it even worse! To that she said she was bored and showed me a sock with some cheese (or anything smelly) in it that she would like to play with to keep her nose busy and have something to do. I got the feeling she wants to do some scent games if she’s not allowed to run round.
I am a Reiki practitioner, would you like me to send some healing energy to Elsa’s elbow and hips? If you don’t know what Reiki is, basically it is an energy vibration which when sent to someone’s body (or injured part) helps smooth the energy channels of that person (animal) so that the body can heal itself more quickly. Many medical studies have shown Reiki healing to be very beneficial to people and there are absolutely no side effects whatsoever. Reiki energy (like radio or wifi waves) can be sent and directed anywhere in the world, space and distance are not a problem, I don’t need to be near Elsa to send her energy.
Yours
Louise -

Hi Louise,
Thank you so much for that information about the howling. It really makes a lot of sense. I actually love it when she howls – I find is such a compelling sound and instinctively I just want to join in. I’m glad it wasn’t because she was lonely.
Yes – she is bored. The vet wanted her to have complete crate rest for two weeks. She kept using her operated leg to try to open the door – so that didn’t work. We’re trying to stay calm and flat instead. I have been worried about how much she is using the leg – she just stands on it a lot. She would leap around as normal if I didn’t stop – so I’m very grateful for you reminding her about the healing. She is being calmer today. She is bored. She is very bored. But we are also having some nice snuggly time. And I can clearly see that she understands about not going on crazy walks, even if sometimes she can’t resist asking.
I’ll see what I can do about the scent games. Thank you for the suggestion.
If Elsa’s happy to have healing, I would be delighted and so grateful for your time and energy. She’s a high energy dog so to be so confined is very frustrating for her. Her hips also depend on this elbow healing well so she can share her weight around so it is crucial.
I’ve also had to cut her food a little – I cut it too much I think but we had a conversation about that yesterday and I understood that TOO MUCH WAS JUST TOO MUCH!
I’m feeling very reassured by your communication and proud that Elsa is so understanding of her situation. The whole situation is leading me to see ever more strongly what a mature, wise and intelligent dog she is.
Thank you. x -

Hi Rosemary,
I had to put an old Lab on mine on a diet once and it was torture for her but we found relief (both her and I) in slices of apple given quite freely throughout the day. It staved off her hunger pangs and she got to target weight in 6 months…nothing to do with animal communication but I hope the tip might help.
I will send some Reiki healing this evening and set her up in my Reiki grid which is a bit like a drip feeder giving energy 24/7.
Yours

Hi Rosemary,
Have just sent some Reiki to Elsa and we had a little chat. She said that the pain she has in her ellbow is different from before and asked what exactly happened at the vet. I said I didn’t really know but I think that the vet gave her a little injection to help her sleep then, with a very sharp knife, he had to cut her skin, move some muscles out of the way and take off a little bit of bone (I think that is what you said) and then sew her skin back together and that is why it’s a different pain but that it will heal and the pain will go away completely in a few weeks. By the way she said the pain is fine, she can feel it but it isn’t unbearable, it’s just that she couldn’t understand why it was a different pain. Maybe you could explain a bit better exactly what happened to her.
I also sent some healing energy to her hips and she was a little bit out of sorts saying that she needs to move about otherwise her hips get stiff but that you won’t let her move as much as she wants to (sounded to me like she was being a bit sulky about it) so I asked her if maybe she would like you to massage her hips and she said that yes, she would like that very much. If you don’t know much about massage, just basically, with your finger tips, make gentle circling movements over her hips and thighs. You can have your thumbs laying along her spine and your fingers making gentle circles and that should be very relaxing and nice for her and also gently stimulate the hip muscles and ligaments. She will let you know if she likes it or not, don’t worry.
Yours

Louise, that’s great! Thank you so much for the reiki grid. I will try the apple or such things – up to now anything that isn’t meat gets spat out. It’s great for her teeth but not so great for other things.
I’m glad the pain isn’t unbearable – I will do another concentrated session to explain it all. I’m only just beginning to hear her questions – and I am learning more and more about how precise I need to be with details. will do the massage to try and help her hips. She’s right of course – motion is lotion! We have been doing a scent game which was really fun. We both loved it even if I managed to confuse both of us! Another week of house rest to go!
Thank you again,

Hi, i connected last week with Elsa but didn’t enter my communication here.
she communicate more through feelings I am sensing and I am having a harder time to trust what I am getting but anyway here it is.
favorite place to rest? there is a certain chair she likes and it could be in the bedroom? I was asking where she sleeps at night and I see her in the bedroom for sure but not on the bed… on this chair?
message for Rosemary? stop worrying, just enjoy being together
Elsa energy is just lovely, such a beautiful heart and I let her know how much I enjoying her connection.
feel like she needs cooling meat like fish and duck, she is too hot and need some gentle detox.
this is all I was able to get. thank you -

Berenice – thank you!
Yes, there is a certain chair she likes. It isn’t in the bedroom – it’s by the window which she stands on to bark at the mailman.
At night she sleeps in the bedroom and has her own bed there.
I appreciate the comments about food – she has just had an operation and is full of the medications, anasthaetic etc. so that’s really helpful.
That message is perfect for me: I worry way too much. I’m working on it!
Elsa communicates with me through energetic change and feelings too – I wasn’t sure if it was my way of receiving or her way of communicating. I find it really hard to trust. Sometimes with other animals I get pictures so maybe it is one of her main ways.
Thank you again Berenice – so much accuracy!

thank you so much for your feedback, so helpful.
I went back to my notes on the day i connected with her, it was last thursday or Friday, and to the answer to where she sleeps at night? I wrote: “in her own bed in the bedroom” Ha! i did not copy to here right! I am happy I got this right. Yay! and to favorite spot? I wrote a certain chair she likes.
Very good lesson for me to go back to my notes and copy what I wrote down then!!! not paraphrasing with my intellect when I transcribe…yes, I found that Elsa communicates more through feelings for sure because it was my challenge with her to trust what I was getting in that way and not to doubt. It is a very good practice for me. for example about the chair and the bed I could not see it, usually when I get an image I have no doubts and I can describe what I see.
I did ask her the level of pain she was in that day and I wrote a 6-7 on a scale to 10.I don’t know if you know about Dr. Peter Dobias (peterdobias.com) but he has some very good advices and products and information. For example you can test your dog’s hair, the hairQ Test, to find out the level of toxins in the body and accurate value of level of mineral, missing or in excess, as he says.
Thank you so much for your exchange and I hope you Elsa feels better soon. hugs and kisses to Elsa. -

Hi Rosemary. I did try and connect with Elsa today to ask some of the questions you had asked. Nothing was very clear and it could have been me making it up but this is what I got:
Q: How do you feel about Sumo? A: He has a real presence about him. He is a leader. He is calm and relaxed and very reassuring. He is a king among dogs. I am in awe of him. Bear is my friend, I am more at ease with him. I am in awe of Sumo.
Q: How do you feel about the TV? A: It is very loud but I accept it. We dogs have to accept lots of things. We fit in.
Q: How do you feel about chicken? A: I like it but I really love beef. Steak is my favorite.
Q: How do you feel about the coronavirus? A: Drama!
Q: Are you resting your leg? A: Oh rest, rest, rest. It is so boring.
Best wishes. Angela

Hello Angela,
She has a very strange relationship with Sumo. He is very calm, relaxed and even I can see he is a leader/king among dogs. And Elsa is obsessed with him and acts so strangely around him. She seems aggressive but I think it is more like curiosity and fascination but she doesn’t know how to express it appropriately.
I do notice sometimes that she thinks the TV is too loud – I turn it down. And there is a sense of “OK, I’ll put up with it.” If it turn it on she frequently goes and lies somewhere else.
Yes, beef does seem to be her favourite. I’ve never given her actual steak though.
And yes, she thinks rest is SOOOO BOOOORING! Another week of “house arrest” to go. Can I get her to stay still for long? No! But hopefully it will all be ok.
She doesn’t seem to be concerned about the virus when I try to talk to her – but I’m not good at receiving stuff. I
It all seems pretty much accurate to me – I think you’ve definitely got her character and attitude as well as precise details. Thank you. xx -

Hi Rosemary!
Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad it’s cooling off over there so Elsa can be cooler 🙂 It appears in her pictures that she has a lot of fur and that’s it’s thick and there’s a lot of it. If that’s so, it probably makes her get hot and the fact that it’s black doesn’t help. I wouldn’t be surprised if she enjoys the winters when she’s cooler.About “lorries,” it’s always interesting to me to learn what words are different in the U.K. and in the U.S. Thanks to you and Elsa I learned another word that is different!
I hope the EMF “thing” will help. Sorry, the actual word is not coming to mind at the moment. LOL!
That’s very true that “now” isn’t so vague to them. I hadn’t thought about it really, but learning from your and Elsa’s experience is a good learning experience for me when working with my cats and other animals. “Now” means now in their mind.
I just started tuning into Elsa and said, “Hi there!” She was happy for me to be connecting with her and she said she really enjoys talking with all of us while being the FAT and she said that sometimes when we talk to her she does a wiggle butt dance. “This is great, Mommy! Can we do it again?!” she just said-directed towards you.
Then I started telling Elsa about how I looked up this old “friend” (she never helped me with anything and she was a user) and then she called me and left me a voice message last night and also texted me. I told Elsa how the person is a a lot of a lost Soul and feels helpless and hopeless I think, doesn’t finish things she starts with education, and hasn’t held a job for long. I told Elsa about how I was telling Serenity about it and that I think maybe I’m meant to help her but that I’ll have to shield myself. I told Elsa that I thought it would be helpful for the person to do energy clearing and work with her chakras. Elsa said it would help the person to have “someone who understands her”. Elsa has a brilliant idea! My “friend” gets an emotional support dog and sent me an image of a person hugging a dog with her face touching the dog (as if the person is crying). I verified with Elsa if she was suggesting my friend have one of her own or see a therapist who has one. Elsa said for my friend to have one and get therapy with the dog. I told Elsa, too, about my friend being an empath-that was when she suggested “someone who understands her” and then suggest an emotional support dog. She said she helps you with a lot of your emotions and that you’re an empath. She said she is, too.
I thanked Elsa for her suggestion and told her I think it’s a great idea 🙂 She also suggested my friend become an animal communicator and do healing work. I also suggested that to my friend when we talked on the phone earlier today and told Elsa I had suggested that to her. I told Elsa that it really helps to get an animal’s perspective sometimes or to at least just talk about what you’re thinking/feeling. She said, “I know. We do it with you guys (humans) but sometimes you people don’t hear us I apologized on behalf of all humans and explained that sometimes we’re caught up in our own thoughts and things and don’t hear them, but that some of us really do care what animal think/say/feel. I rubbed her head and puckered my lips and she gave me a kiss and is now smiling 🙂
She said she’s going to go back to sleep. It’s 12:37 am on Monday morning there I believe. I thanked her for talking with me and told her to enjoy the rest of her sleep. She sent me an image of her sleeping. Then she wished me a good day (rest of it) and said she sleeps with you.
“Night, night, Marfy! I Love you!” I said, “I Love you, too, Elsa.” She told me I’m a good human. I told her she’s a good dog. She said, “I don’t think I’m a dog though really-this body is just a loaner lol”

Hi Martha, you’re giving me so many new ideas – I really like the idea of just chatting about what’s going on with an animal. I get really stuck on what to ask or what to say – but I guess, yet again, being true to what’s going on with us is the key.
Elsa has helped me hugely in living with my emotions and those of others. I can’t exactly put my finger on anything she does – she is just is. And that really helps me. Maybe there’s a lesson there about accepting ourselves and just being. She certainly puts up with me pouring all my emotion into her lovely coat. Elsa is helping me in learning how to make the most of being an empath rather than trying to find ways to overcome it. Animals have so much real wisdom.
She was asleep at that time and she is sleeping very close to me at the moment post operation so I can keep an eye on her wound. She accepts it but I suspect she’d prefer to be in control and choosing herself.
She does prefer the colder weather. She loves to roll around in snow and ice.
The EMF stuff is really helping and I will do more. I have to work a lot online at the moment during the virus lockdowns and the rays have been making me feel really nauseous.
During a session with Val it came out that Elsa and I have been together as humans before, so It does seem right that she’s being a dog in this lifetime, maybe not forever. The thing that VAl says often about giving all our love to animals because they give us their life always resonates so strongly. I feel that Elsa has given her life to help me this time around and it’s an example of incredible generosity. I’m learning so much from their purity of spirit, courage and their willingness and ease to give.
Thank you Martha.xxx -

Hi Rosemary. I was able to
Communicate with Elsa today. It took me a bit longer than I had expected due to my schedule. I have not read others communications above because I was wanting to see what Elsa and I would
Communicate about together. I’m sorry I didn’t know she had surgery and hope all is well. I talked to her about what you asked in your last message to me about talking with her about not using her leg so she can heal faster. She said “I hear my mom’s concerns for me”.
MB: She must love you very much
Elsa: She does!
MB: How did the surgery go?
Elsa: went good. Healing is taking longer than what I would like. It’s hard to remember to rest. I just want to keep going as normal. I forget. Reminders help but I still wish I didn’t have to rest. Others are helping me too. Various healing modalities mom is looking into.
(I feel it is her left leg. Is this correct Rosemary?)
———
Regarding Sumo:Elsa: I am magnetized to Sumo The smell and vibration from him is tantalizing to me. It’s like a human who craves an ice cream sundae with all the toppings. That is what I feel when I see Sumo.
MB: Do you like Sumo?
Elsa: I feel anxious around Sumo.
MB: can you tell me why?
Elsa: everything goes on overdrive when I see him.
(Feels like she gets Excited, overexcited, hard to stop)
Elsa: Sumo’s pheromones are familiar to me Brings up something from the past.
MB: From this life or a past life?
Elsa: this life
MB: Do you know what that is?
Elsa: as a puppy, I smelled this before. It brought arousal to my senses. My eyes were shot and so I could smell and sense this around me.
MB: how did it feel to you as a puppy?
Elsa: safe and calm. It was something I really loved. Now I smell it again and it brings me back.
———
I asked Elsa if she wanted to share more about anything we discussed and said we could probably go deeper into this. She said she was okay either way. So I will share this with you here and welcome Elsa to share more at any time.I welcome your feedback. Thank you Rosemary ❤️

Hello Elsa, it’s Barb. I haven’t connected with you in awhile.
Elsa: That’s ok. I have been busy with many others and then had surgery as well on my leg.
Barb: I had a feeling you would be very busy. How are you feeling?
Elsa: It hurts.
Barb: I’m so sorry to hear that. Would you like to visit God’s healing vault?
Elsa: Yes!
Barb: Ok!So we went to the vault and were admitted by the angels. They took Elsa in to a deep purple indigo blue room and began rubbing healing goo into her legs. All of a sudden Elsa said: I know you have a number of furry friends who need healing, can they come too and be here with us and form a healing circle? The angels agreed to this and so Rosie, Winnie, Duke and Cheddar joined us!!! I could feel the thick energy loosen in Elsa’s and Rosie’s legs as I breathed deeply with the angels. Winnie enjoyed a warm healing pool, laying on tummy with legs stretched out behind and Cheddar and Duke appeared just as golden/yellow light surrounded us with warmth permeating the body parts that needed healing and the emotions that needed soothing. Then it was time to go. We all thanked the angels of the vault for their generosity in allowing this group to come together.
Barb: Oh my thank you so much Elsa for including the other animals that I have been working with that I left hanging so I could connect with you!
Elsa: I could feel them all wanting to come too. You see I am also an empath, just like my human. 😊
Barb: Yes you are and you have a very big heart and I am extremely grateful to have met you. I felt your legs loosen up quite a bit. This will help you heal deeply.
Elsa: Yes! It was the correct choice of healing venues. I feel better. I feel soothed.
Barb: Good. The angels are very good at what they do. Thank You again Elsa. -

Hi again Rosemary, I noticed a typo in my message above to you from earlier today. The part where is says:
Elsa: as a puppy, I smelled this before. It brought arousal to my senses. My eyes were shot and so I could smell and sense this around me.
Should read as:
Elsa: as a puppy, I smelled this before. It brought arousal to my senses. My eyes were shut and so I could smell and sense this around me.

Hello Marybeth,
yes, you’re absolutely right – it was her left leg that needed surgery. I feel you’re right in identifying her attitude. She knows what is going on, she understands the need to do less but just has so much energy in her that needs to come out so finds it difficult to be still. She’s doing really well in tolerating and managing the cone collar – I’m impressed!
This is exactly how she acts around Sumo – a mixture of worship, fascination and anxiety. Even when she smells the van he parks in, she starts to get incredibly overexcited. She is desperate to find him but then seems to challenge him and warn him off.
Sumo avoids her now – but I’m working on getting Elsa to act calm around him and not challenge him. He’s very calm – very self-assured and in control.
If you do talk more with Elsa, it would be great if you could help her understand that her behaviour is putting him off and if she gets so excited around cars it could be dangerous.
It’s lovely to hear your conversations with her. Thank you for talking to her – Rosemary x -

Gosh BArb, I hope that Duke is doing well with his trauma memories after your session with Val. Thank you so much for taking Elsa to God’s healing vault. Being FAT has enabled Elsa to have so much support from all of you. It’s amazing. As well as the healing, what I really love about your conversation with Elsa is the simplicity of expression – that resonates as being Elsa. She just says what she thinks and doesn’t always elaborate – keeps it simple. I am also learning from the way you acknowledge her feelings and thoughts. I’m not good at conversation with humans or animals, so it’s really helpful to see models of how to go about it. I will try and take Elsa to the healing vault again – I suspect she may be able to help me get there after having been with you,
Thank you, Rosemary x -

Hello Rosemary: I talked with Elsa this morning but, like you, I don’t get much. Sometimes, I think it is my imagination about what I get.
I said hello to Elsa and hoped she was feeling much better. Elsa said “I am still very sore and am trying to get the healing rest I need.” I didn’t really know what to ask her so asked if there was anything she would like to say to you Rosemary. She said “just tell her I am doing ok and that I love her for everything and for her care and concern.” I asked her if there was anything she would like to say to me. Elsa said “don’t be upset that your (my) abilities are slow to come with animal communication. It is so important to get the foundation right.” Wow! I thanked her and told her I hope she is feeling better, more herself real soon. She said “thank you and thanks for checking in.”
Thank you for sharing Elsa with the group Rosemary. She is such a dear sweet girl.

Hi Sally,
Thank you so much for connecting with Elsa and posting what you got. I find it daunting but am determined to keep trying. The thing I love about your conversation is that it proves she does know what is going on with her. People around here assume she doesn’t understand about her operation – but I know she does. I can feel she does but I can’t prove it!!! But I can totally feel it.
It’s lovely to hear her loving messages. Actually she does so much for me, it’s a privilege to be able to care for her at this time.
I’m going to take her advice to you on board too: get the foundations right. I’ve been doing the “rainbow tornado” meditation regularly and I can definitely feel changes in beginning to perceive when I go into my heart and out of my head – I’ve felt a definite shift twice now which is great because I clearly felt it for a second! And I can see that to develop that clarity would be really useful. What you’ve perceived certainly rings true to me. She is such a kind and dear soul – thank you for talking to her Sally. Yes I do. By chance we happened to be walking not far from Sumo and Elsa just went into total hyper barking and ultra aroused mode. It took me about 20 minutes to get her calm. I would really like to let her go to him and sniff and talk, but more often than not she growls and he is really fed up with her. He avoids her at all costs. I have suggested to her that she could act differently around him and then he might talk to her but she just doesn’t seem to be able to overcome it. His person brings him to walk here in a small van, and when Elsa sees the van, even if Sumo isn’t in it, she starts to go really hyper – barking, pulling, sniffing it all over, trying to climb up it. Thank you so much for asking Marybeth – all and any help gratefully received. Rosemary xxx

I’m hearing from Elsa a lot of hyper aroused energy when I am bringing up Sufi. I have asked her to share more with me and that I am here to listen and help in any way.
ELSA: Oh it’s so hard because I feel such a magnetic attraction towards Sufi. His scent, the energy he has it’s such a strong feeling that comes within me. I just want to get to him so badly but I also feel anxious about it and then become anxious and don’t know how to calm down.
My mom has asked me to be calm around Sufi as if I can do that, I can go and see him, spend time with him but I just can’t seem to calm myself.
MB: Do you know why this is Sufi? I remember you telling me about something you remember from being a puppy.
ELSA: It feels deep within my being. Something that is inside of my cellular structure Something I cannot shake. It’s too strong. I am asking for help please.
MB: Okay, sweet girl. I understand how it feels to not know what to do. Let me see….I just need a moment to connect for guidance. I’m still here but I will be right back soon.
ELSA: thank you friend
MB: I have asked for guidance and support and I received a message from a collective group of beings I work with called The Guardian Animals of Lightness. They have brought this message forward:
We find that there is a past life connection with the two souls of Sufi and Elsa. This lifetime ended in hardship and trauma. It was a very hard life for Elsa. She was an animal in this past life and Sufi was a human. Sufi was her handler, a man. He was brazen and strong and one day, something happened in his life that was very traumatic. He had consumed much alcohol and became very bitter and angry. Elsa was the one who received the outcome of this and was hurt very badly. She loved her handler so very much. She looked up to him with such devotion and loyalty. He hurt her very badly and she lost her life.
In this lifetime, Sufi and Elsa have a chance to reconnect and heal this trauma as this trauma stems from both of their past lives. It is a healing opportunity for them.
Elsa is feeling this in her whole entire being. The cellular memory has remembered this lifetime and carried it forward to this time. Healing can be done to heal this. If this can be done, it will be so helpful to Elsa and Sufi as the karmic delivery of the past life will be fulfilled.
We share this to you in love and in the assurance that there is an opportunity to heal this.
MB TO ELSA: Elsa, I just received a message from The Guardian Animals of Lightness. They are a group of beings I work with in partnership in communication with animals, just like you. They have brought forward something that happened in a past life of yours and of Sufi’s and something that happened to you in that life.
ELSA: Yes, I heard you read it in your mind.
MB: Okay, very good. Does this help you to understand more why you aren’t able to know what to do right now? And that the way you are feeling is helping you to identify what needs to be healed. Your body and cellular memory is helping you with this. I am so grateful you are open to understanding why this is happening. You can heal this. It will take some deeper work but it can be healed okay? Are you open to healing this?
ELSA: Yes, please. It’s painful inside when I feel this way.
MB: Okay, I’m sharing this on the forum so your mom can read it and I will talk more with your mom about this and how best to help you forward okay sweetheart? I love you Elsa, you are safe and this can be healed. Remember that okay?
ELSA: Thank you my friend Marybeth. Yes, I want this to be healed.
MB: Blessings to you sweet girl.
——-
Rosemary, this is quite a deep thing that has come forward. I wanted to ask you for your feedback and with Elsa’s openness to healing this, is this something you might like to connect further on together? Or perhaps this is deeper work that Val could help with?
I look forward to hearing from you xo.
Sending you both much love.

It would be great if you have time to do some more work with Elsa – I can only do weekends at the moment. Can you do zoom/skype stuff? I’m in GMT UK – I think 6 hours ahead. I really get it if you’re too busy at the moment. Please don’t feel obliged to take this stuff on. I will be interested to see how Elsa reacts the next time we see Sumo. Hi Marybeth,
thank you so much for asking. Things are a little all over the place. She’s fed up after her operation and so many changes. She’s still getting hyper aroused around Sumo but we’ve only seen him once so it may be that we need more chances to desensitise. My communication is getting better which is helping. I’m not second guessing myself all the time. I’m feeling that this is all and opportunity to deepen and grow. Today Elsa and I meditated together which I think is a good way forward. How are Nemo and the dragons? Especially your new addition.

Thanks Rosemary for letting me know. I continue to send you all love as you move through the changes. Having things happen with the operation and Sumo, I can imagine how it all must feel. That’s really wonderful that you and Elsa meditated together and that you are feeling more confident in your communication. I too am feeling the same way on my end too with my communications. We are all doing really well. Darwin, Nemo and Blessing are doing really well. I have a new foster dragon named Brigger (she told me this was her name). They all bring so much joy. Thanks so much for asking. Sending hugs and love. xoxox
