Please post your questions and re-post questions you previously posted for our next Gold & Platinum Member Live Monthly Ask Val Anything about Animal Communication Call on Saturday, March 12 at 8:30 am Pacific / 10:30 am Central / 11:30 am Eastern Standard Time. (Q&A = Question and Answer). The deadline for your questions to be considered for the call is 12:00 noon Eastern the day before.

If you call in using the Internet, please type in your name so we know who you are and don’t drop the Anonymous caller.
If your question is related to communicating with a specific animal, please attach their picture using a small sized image that is named with your specific animal’s name and your name. This allows all of us to practice our communications skills along with Val.
With all the great questions you’ve been submitting, we increased the length of the call up to 2 hours to provide more time for Featured Animal Teacher live communication and feedback AND to answer more of your questions.

Calling All Questions! If you’d like a chance to get a hot “love” seat in the next call to interact personally with me, then post your question here no later than 24 hours ahead of the class time to assure that they are included on the call. Questions are normally answered in the sequence in which they are posted, so it is best not to wait until the last minute. Be sure to post before the deadline of 12 noon Eastern on Friday, the day before our QA call.
Remember to let us know if there are specific topics on which you would like more teaching.
Prior to the Call, I’ll review the questions posted and will choose how to best answer them in the time we have. Some questions may be combined or adjusted, answers combined to be of great interest to the group. Typically questions are answered in the order in which they are received and we may not have time to answer all questions during the call. Come prepared with your questions as this is your time to get the answers you need to move forward in deepening your animal communication skills. If you have a deep, personal or urgent question, you may be better served by signing up for a personal session.
There will be a recording of the call available after the call within 48 hours. However, student interaction can be the catalyst that produces remarkable insights, and your participation is vitally important. Please plan to be on the live call.

I am new to the club! I have a kitty who recently passed, Rocky, and one of her companions, Aubie is constantly sitting in her favorite spot. Before she passed, they weren’t particularly close but now it seems like he is pining away for her or just wants to be near her. He is acting fine (eating, etc.) other than that but I am wondering if there is a reason for this behavior.My question is, should I focus on Aubie to see if he is upset or if there is some other issue? I keep “seeing” Rocky around the area that she used to be in most of the time as well – it seems to be the gathering place for all the kitties so her spirit is strong there.

What can I do, to make nailcutting and catching Stupsi, if I have to go somewhere and take him, more acceptable for him? Even If i explain everything to him, he always acts like a maniac- running like a crazy for his life, opening the eyes within horror inside. Is there maybe a bast life happening, where I caused him pain? why doesn´t he trust me?

Hi Nicole,
I recommend you check out the trust method from James French. This is all about sitting very quietly with an animal to spread calming energy. I use this to calm down feral cats. Often it works so well that I can even catch young feral cats for neutering (without a trap).

I would like to know as a beginner, if cristals or quantum scalar pendants or other devices, or music, could help with animal communication as of course I would like to push a little forward the evolution. 🙂
I am now working on opening my third eye, and I feel I need some support or guidance as I encounter frequently a building pressure inside my head, eyes and ears during the meditation time. Is it normal to feel a pressure? Should I use some support? If yes, which one?
Is it a physical thing or is it my mind fighting with changes?
After many years of shutting down my intuition now it seems it doesn’t want to come back.Thank you!

I am very appreciative of all the insights gained by Katie being the FAT last month. What the majority of people who communicated with her learned was that she has past trauma, and she needs healing. Some people have tried to do what they can, with limited success. What can I, Val, or the group do to help with that necessary healing? Do we need to know the specific trauma before healing can occur? Members have indicated that her helping me is just a distraction from her suffering. What, if anything, can we do to help her feel better in the short-term and long-term?

I just wanted to share with you that after the call today, I connected with Katie and did a distance healing session with her focused on peace and relief from any past trauma.
I am very new to this, but I am actually currently enrolled in Animal Reiki and Distance Healing courses. And I did feel a very strong connection to Katie and a ton of energy flowing during the session, so I am confident that she received at least some benefit from it. I am more than happy to continue sharing my newly acquired skills with her any time if it helps. She is so sweetLove and Many blessings to you and Katie,

I would like to know as a beginner, what is the best way to choose the name for my baby gargoyle gecko that I just got a few days ago, and in general what is the best way to do it.
I was thinking to name her Coco.

Sweet! I just got her on March 5th. She is very small, the size of my finger.
I am glad you love the name. Somehow I still can’t communicate with her, I guess I am still too attached and worried about her. The best thing is when she is in my hands touching me with her small, cold rubbery legs, looking around, and smiling. -

I am dealing with a big number of cats, and naming them is not always easy, especially as I am trying not to repeat names. There are a few things I do:
I don’t name an animal immediately, when he/she comes to me. I first watch them for a while. Often that leads already to a fitting name.
If I come up with a choice of 2 or more names, I call the animal by all choices one after the other and carefully watch the reaction. Usually, I can see which name best resonates with the animal.
Sometimes I ask the animal, if he/she has already a name and receive an answer energetically. Those are names I would never come up with on my own.In general I take into consideration the animal’s color, facial expression, body particulars, behavior and energy. Right now I have cats living with me that have human names adopted from various languages. Others are named because of typical markings in their fur or because of their character. Sometimes I adopt names from books or I refer to their character.
As for your little gecko, call her Coco, if you feel that’s a good name, and see how she reacts to the sound of the name. She will show you, if she likes it.
I had a feeling, she might like Beauty as her name.
By the way, I enlarged her photo and realized that she has gorgeous eyes.

Thanks for your help. She is still very small – the size of my finger and I have her in the bioactive terrarium that is new for her. Everything is new in her life but she is a curious and brave little one. Looking around and checking everything.
I will definitely wait for her to settle down and see how she reacts to names and everything around her.No rush, just LOVE!

I have a couple of questions originally posted in my accountability reporting:
I know we must focus on the animal we’re communicating with, but must they be focused on us? Do you need to have an animal’s attention, or can we communicate when they are busy doing something else like eating or sleeping?
Can you communicate with multiple animals at the same time? If so, is that better for a more accomplished communicator?

Hello.
We have a newer member of the family. Her name is Lucy and she’s a 9 month-old black lab puppy. She joined us after we lost our 12 year-old German Shephard, Sadie, this past summer. Roscoe is our 12 year-old Schipperke. He and Sadie were thick as thieves for the past 12 years.
I would like to check in with Lucy and Roscoe to see how they’re doing adjusting to the new family dynamic and if there’s anything we should be aware of that would help both of them be fulfilled. I would also like to know how to help Lucy become less skittish with strangers.

My golden nuggets from this class were:
My intention was to connect to my heart properly. During the meditation i could easily feel my heart beats. I haven’t had this happen for a while.
Second nugget was Rosen telling me that i know I need to practice more. I am making a fresh commitment to do this as I have slipped greatly on this commitment of late due to everything else going on in my life and I realise it is important to make time for me and the things I want.
I will definitely check back in with Rosen knowing she is a heart healer as i think i need some help there. -

This was my first live call with all of you and I was really impressed with all of you, working together with all your heart and mind, opening hearts of each other, and loving and helping the beautiful animals we have. Good things I didn’t need to talk because most of the time I have tears in my eyes.
