To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Which meditations did you do?
Meditation relaxation music, Animal Reiki meditation from that course’s lesson, Heart Wisdom meditation. Still at 20 min per night and mini sessions throughout the day.

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
I communicated with 2 flies, a spider, a small beetle, and a bird. One of the flies was trapped between my screen door and storm door. Usually, they fly away when you get near them but when I put my hand in between the two doors, I asked it to please come to me so I could set it free, so it doesn’t die. I kid you not, and I have a witness to this 🙂 , the fly walked over to my hand, crawled onto my finger and didn’t fly away. I had it on my finger for a bit of time and got outside. I asked it if it needed some water, it turned and looked at me, so I put a drop of water on my finger for it to drink. It drank the water (I saw its little tongue lap it up), then I leaned over to a leaf and wished it well and it gently went to the leaf, looked at me again to say thank you and then flew away! Not that I ever doubted I could communicate with a fly, but it helped yet again to greatly build on my confidence and gave me another dose of appreciation for ALL beings. The beetle, spider, other fly, and bird experiences were all similar. 🙂 A busy week of insect and bird rescues and confidence boosting. <3

      3. What are you grateful for this week?
I am so grateful someone witnessed what the fly did when it came to me because it made that person think twice about it just “being a fly” and maybe other flies’ lives will be spared to live another day because of that one experience. Win win! I am grateful for the many communication experiences I had this week, no matter how small. I am grateful my pup is feeling better and whatever made him unwell has passed.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I learned not to try so hard when communicating, just BE and let it happen naturally. When I stop trying so hard, I get quicker and clearer messages. I may not realize just how accurate I receive something at the time but later, what I thought I might have misinterpreted, I find out was actually correct the first time. It was a lesson in learning to trust myself more. I also discovered that even though I had no idea what Reiki was before completing that lesson in my course, I have apparently been doing Reiki with my pups during my evening meditation sessions all along! They always voluntarily join me for meditation and lay down right beside me and fall asleep. When one of my pups wasn’t feeling well earlier this week, I had this strong feeling he wanted to go up and meditate so I did that with both pups, not knowing he wanted Reiki. He nudged me to put my hand on his tummy and then took a small nap while we meditated. He started to feel better after that. Divine guidance at work right there!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I was not able to reach out to 50 this week. I had quite a very busy week rescuing bugs and a bird, all stuck inside my house. And one of my pups wasn’t feeling well for a couple days so I was sharing a lot of my energy with him to help him get better.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I am still working on the 4 color crayon intuition exercise. Val mentions in the lessons that you shouldn’t quit because you aren’t excelling at the exercise, or you may take those inaccuracies to the next exercise, so I am going to keep working on this one until I get better at it. Still struggling reading which color the crayon is so I will keep practicing. I notice if I don’t practice often, I go back to getting them wrong, so I need to work on doing this exercise daily and as often as possible until I am much better at it.

Thank you so much, Jade!! I was so shocked myself when that happened! I think my witness was doubly shocked. LOL 😂 I am so blessed to have experienced that. Makes my heart so happy. 😊

Thank you, Dakota!! 😄 I am looking forward to getting to know you and your babies as well! I sent you a couple emails so hopefully those pictures came through okay. I am going to work in some time this weekend to reach out to one of your babies. I’ll email you when I have an idea of when so you will know. Thanks again for your encouraging words! 😄

#1 I continue to meditate daily, a long one in the morning and several quick ones during daily transitions.

#2 This week I talked with Mr. Peabody who is a bird that returns each spring to make a nest for his family. He told me that he is a bonded pair and will not look for another mate if something were to happen to his mate. Each year they return to raise more babies.

#3 I want to celebrate how quickly I can ground myself and quiet my mind in order to connect with others.

#4 I want to celebrate that I have been able to connect with 2 animals in person.

#5 I haven’t connected with the FAT yet.

#6 I am listening more to my intuition and learning to lean into it when I feel that “gut feeling”.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
I’ve been doing meditations based on the mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum”, The Great invocation, Forgiveness and Gratitude, as part of Pranic healing practices to prepare for the coming full moon on the 24th, supposed to be the most powerful one of the year.

      2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I spoke with FAT, 50 for a second time, after the call.

      3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful for the classes and Val’s teachings that have prompted me to go back to practicing again.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Sometimes the impression or information from the animal changes in the course of the conversation…is this normal or am I going wrong somewhere?

      5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Yes, and posted on the forum. Awaiting feedback.

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I am starting over to work on the exercises differently by now writing down my responses. This week I worked on “How do you receive information from an animal”? I looked through my old AC responses and realized that I am partly clairsentient and partly clairvoyant, and will aim to develop them further.

I am also allowing certain foods into my diet helping me with my intuition development. I also use sunlight to help with cleansing me fully and for intuition development.

I have been also listening to and being mindful of what comes to me through intuition and other sources such as those affecting technology.

There was another thing that occurred to me to write for accountability and it slips my mind at the moment.

      1. Meditations: Breathing, Mindfulness, Guided

      2. Who I talked to: Max (my cat), 2 robins – when I told one I was so impressed with how easily she found a worm and asked how she did it, she asked me how I walk – as if it is so simple she doesn’t even think about it, animals from Lesson 4 – Comet, Keiko and Magoo. It is frustrating that these lessons appear quite old. None of the animals’ people are in the animal teachers section so there is no way to confirm communication. I will say that I got many things that others on the call did, which was reassuring. Also, I had already decided I would probably just have to choose an animal to talk with and that it would be Comet. When he was selected as the first one, I was blown away. 🙂

      3. Gratitude – today I feel grateful for all of the animal teachers that are so eager to help with this club and the courses.

      4. Discoveries: I feel like I am getting better at seeing/sensing colors. I sensed some of the same ones with the animal teachers as some other students did in Lesson 4 of the beginning course.

      5. Did I speak with the FAT? Not this week, but two previous times.

      6. Intuition Exercises: I have one section left of Lesson 4 in the beginning level course. I have spent a good amount of time this week doing the True Purpose exercises from Tim Kelley’s book. I am finding my dialogues with my Guide to be interesting and enlightening. I feel like this is very helpful for my personal growth.

1.Quieting my mind, stress busting. I meditate when I get stressed and I need peace and quiet. Meditating in nature outside sooths my soul.
2.I communicated with Layla. I asked her to put her paw in my hand and after a minute, she did and wrapped her claws and paws around my hand and held on tightly. I was very surprised.
3.I am grateful for my friend who is always there for me and for the universes answers to my petitions.
      4. I discovered it only takes a minute for our thoughts to be received and answers given.
I realized it happens when I am more calm and don’t try too hard.
5.No, exhausted from dreaming and driving hubby to Dr. Appointments. I am trying to limit time in front of the laptop to spend more time with Layla and practice.
      6. Not this week, too exhausted.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Some every day in the morning before work; the masterclass meditation too.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Fifty and posted. I haven’t done much else this week apart from the masterclass..
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
One of my colleagues acknowledged that what I do seems real but some of the others struggle to believe it – but we are talking about it – we’ve gone beyond the “she’s crazy” awkward silence!
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m challenging my fear and have decided to overcome it whenever it comes up.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not as well as the last practice session with Fifty.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I attended Val’s masterclass. It was amazing. Val took us back to a trauma in childhood. I saw that since then I have developed a thick layer of energy around me which effectively distances me from all people. The meditation enabled me to see this thick layer of energy – and it explains why I don’t really have any close friends outside the furry ones. Still mulling that one over – it was very powerful. When I’m a bit clearer I will post about it – it may be useful for others. It takes me a while to return to the world of words after these sessions!

#1 Which meditations did you do?
Breathing meditation, finding moments of stillness in activities such as making tea, and a specific full moon meditation. If the rainbow tornado counts I do this very regularly often more than once a day
#2 What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I was asked to communicate with a missing cat called Nancy. I was sure she was alive and outside, and she did come home a day after communicating with her. Never find these easy and realise I need to set firmer boundaries. Also I don’t feel confident to charge when it comes to missing animals and actually they are so time and energy intensive that I need to revisit this.
#3 What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
So many opportunities to practice and show I have grown emotionally and spiritually
An absolutely fantastic first trip to the theatre with Am
New more aligned people are appearing in my life from out of nowhere
      #4 Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I don’t have to say yes to every communication request. And I don’t need to feel guilty about that. Things that come through may not be literal, but trying to get a point across using something I understand.
#5 Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
      Not this week.
#7 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
This is the last week I am trying the same yoghurt pot game. I know the advice is to stick at it but I really am not getting any better with this one! I have been using the body intuition (lean in) to help with job/career decisions
