To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Which meditations did you do?
I did the 12D Energy Hygiene Exercises (again) and it was wonderful, as always. I’m really starting to be able to feel love instead of just intellectualizing it. I also did a number of Stress Busting meditations and the Heart Wisdom Meditation.

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
We had a bit of barn cat excitement over the past few days. When I was taking the dogs out for a walk, I found a tiny kitten just lying out in the hot sun. All our kittens are older (yes, we want to have the mamas spayed—the problem is catching them), so we had no idea where this particular kitten came from. I was able to talk to the kitten, but it was still unclear to me from that talk who its mama was. We brought it in the house and fed it kitten milk replacer and resigned ourselves to the probability of it dying. After taking it out several times and presenting it to the two mamas we have in the barn with no success, we finally found the right mama, who seemed unconcerned that her baby had experienced an adventure without her.

I discovered that it’s different talking to tiny baby animals as opposed to adult ones. Or was that just my inexperience in talking to them coming out?

      3. What are you grateful for this week?
I’m grateful to have gotten back into my yoga practice. I have to be careful not to overdo it since I’m so out of shape, but I’m doing it!

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I learned that having conversations with babies is very different than talking to adult animals. When I spoke to the mama kitty, I was able to get a clear picture of the baby, but the baby couldn’t give me a clear picture of its mama. That could be my inexperience in talking to them, though.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes, I spoke with Missy and posted in the forum. She and I are old friends by now. I’m waiting to hear back from Natalie.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week?
I asked Smokey the horse what constitutes a good life for him this morning. He said “plenty of food, water, love and attention, and friends,” before he went back to eating. I’ll follow up with him when he’s finished.

      1. Meditations?
I missed a couple days of my 20 min daily routine because life had other plans 😆 but I did do more short meditations throughout the day to keep the mind clear and calm and 20 min at night on all those other nights. Lately, life events have been interfering with the ability to sit for 20 min in the evening so, I am putting my lessons to work by practicing meditating during the busy times. It gets easier each time to do the active meditation so at least I can do that when I am not able to sit for the 20 min.

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
I talked to Missy (FAT), my backyard squirrels, a couple lizards, and my pups. Alfie gets quite upset when fireworks go off in the neighborhood, so I prepared this time by listening to the masterclass on that and used what I learned in that class to help Alfie get through that ordeal (Independence Day in the US). I told him how he was safe inside and those noises were outside and couldn’t hurt him. I offered comforting words like what Val suggested in the class and it seemed to really help him. He was only upset for a little while but after I talked to him about it, he seemed to calm down and stopped barking and crying. It was amazing how that talk with him helped. I am glad I finished that class prior to the fireworks!

      3. Grateful for?
I am grateful for my friend who is helping me to socialize my pups (and me! LOL!) more and get them to be less afraid to be around others and other dogs – admittingly, I think my fear of them getting hurt by other dogs is what caused their fear, so my friend is really helping us both. Val helped me realize where the problem stemmed from, so I am fixing it. 😄 We had our first successful hour long walk in the park around people and other dogs and both my pups hung in there and I could tell a difference by the time we were done. I am grateful for the message Missy gave me about how to better communicate with animals (I put that message on her FAT page post). That was very profound and helpful! I am grateful for so many things!

      4. Questions/discoveries?
When I took the time to ask my pups about their feelings on why they dislike nail trim time, they each told me their reasons. I changed how I did things based on what they told me, and we tried a nail trim this past week. Oh my, both pups let me do their nails! Animals deserve to be treated with respect and should have a say in what happens in their lives. Just this one conversation helped me to realize that when it concerns them, I need to let them voice their opinions and we work together rather than me pushing what I want on them. It would be no different than if I was working with a person. I can’t push my will on them, they have their own opinion.

      5. FAT communication?
I did! I had my first chat with Missy, and it was so wonderful. She was my first horse communication. I posted that conversation on her FAT page. I am starting to really notice the differences in how each animal communicates, just like it is in how people communicate to one another. Some seem more wise and high level intellect and some more playful and lovable, and some more serious, calm natured and independent, some more frenzied and quick. 😁 That tells me I am growing a lot in AC because it is starting to fall in place as though I am just talking to another person.

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
Loving the talk to every animal I meet so did that again this week. It is helping me to stay focused on my goal of mastering AC, keeps AC top of mind. It occupies my mind so I am not thinking of busy thoughts all the time. I am also trying to notice sounds not noticed before, in music and just in everyday life. Trying to recall as much of my dreams as possible so that it helps strengthen memory and visualization so that when I communicate with an animal, it will be a little easier to decipher the messages I receive from them.

Thanks so much, Dakota! I think right now my desire to communicate with my pups and all animals has become so strong that it is overpowering any procrastinations and hesitations I had. I just have to stay positive and keep that desire going and hopefully I’ll be where I want to be soon. I have been watching videos on FB lately of animals who help their families take care of their human babies and toddlers and how they interact and you can really see how when we were little, we really did communicate on a whole different level. I want that back in my adult life. 😄 I hope you and family are doing well! Lots of love and hugs to you all! ❤️

That is a clever way of seeing that bond – the way children are with their animals. Great idea! I agree, I would love more of that in my life. Sometimes I can maintain a childlike sense of wonder and exploration but others, life gets in the way. I like the idea of focussing more on the more pure and simple ways of life like children rather than the more stressed and jaded ways that we learn as we enter adulthood. Thank you for the reminder. 😀

1.Meditation on mindfulness and releasing thoughts, passive meditation, meditation to quiet the mind and achieve stillness with help of flute music by Dean Evenson. I do detach before bed or if something bothers me during the day.
2.I talked out loud to a fly and it landed on my hand. It stayed there until I opened the door and it flew away.
3.I am grateful for my husbands understanding of using toxic chemicals to clean Layla’s and our dishes. He asked me to get some natural products for the sink and dishwasher.
4.The pushy dog at the off leash park remembered our conversation and wasn’t pushy with Layla this time. Do animals remember our conversations we had with them the next time they see us?
5.I have not tried yet but will.
6.Using my senses: the smell of fresh cut hay and new mowed grass. Hearing the birds sing and trying to identify them, feeling the breeze on my face, the strong taste of old cheese and watching a farmer rake hay. The earth after a rain and a foggy morning.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Practices using “mantras” for Self healing, instead of the usual meditations, along with stress busting and Heart wisdom love meditation. Unfortunately, I had to skip a couple of days due to circumstances.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to a friend’s cat and awaiting feedback.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I’m grateful all 5 dogs are coping, despite the immense difficulties due to incessant rain, and their being confined all day.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I need to develop more self confidence, and to trust my intuition, and not just in animal communication.

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
No, as I always like to do it the first time with Val’s guidance.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I went back to a very basic exercise that I used to do much earlier…..using the senses, 5 examples of each: paying attention to sounds around me, noticing colors in nature, touching different textures (bark of a tree, etc) feeling sensations (the feel of the breeze etc) and imagining different tastes of my favorite foods. This exercise always helps me to focus and pay attention to the surroundings, which is in the midst of nature.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting and silent meditation as well but not daily and I can see the difference!
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tuned in to Scooter to try and help him and Patty – not sure if I was right or not but needed to break my fear of practising and thinking there wasn’t enough time! I’m grateful for the opportunity.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I had my session with Val last week. I can’t believe how far Elsa and I have come since first struggling and finding Val to help. We’ve found our way through many problems, to discovering animal communication, to now being with a holistic vet. Elsa is serene and powerful and I’m still always playing catch up to her teaching and she patiently keeps teaching me with her eyes, her soul, her body. As does Val! 😊
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question: why the resistance and fear of practising? I posted it in the Q&A.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet, but Missy, I’m on my way.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising heart breathing. I’ve been reminding myself that I can listen and live according to my heart intuition, despite what the world around me seems to say. I’ve redetermined to live this way. I’ve also been reading the book by Sarah McCrum about Love Money Money Loves you. It resonates.

o 1. Which meditations did you do?
o The Heart meditation on June’s Q&A replay and Kyle Grays morning meditation.
      2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
Layla the dog. I was scrolling through the pictures and she jumped out at me, wanting to talk. I felt her friendly, excitable nature and felt that she felt excited about being able to communicate with people and wanted to just talk because she could. She also kept mentioning a kitty, which seemed important to her. I was surprised at how she grabbed my attention and how the communication started pretty instantly from looking at her photo. I only spoke with her last night, so nI’ve not had any feedback yet.
      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Being able to join this group again and start moving forward with my animal communication.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
That I’ve been blocking myself because I’ve been in my own head too much and that I need to start trusting myself more.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Not yet, I’m still finding my feet navigating the site.
      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
None from the website as yet, but I have been focussing a lot this week on my own internal pendulum – feeling into what a strong yes and no feels like in my own body when making decisions.

      1. Meditation: Breathing, Mindfulness. Still not spending the time I know I should be as this is such an important foundational piece of AC.

      2. Who did I talk with: a robin (minimal success), Max cat – again sending messages of love and bravery.

      3. Gratitude: I got to spend some time kitty-sitting my daughter’s cats. Guess they are my kitty grandkids! They are so sweet and fun to be around.

      4. Discoveries: Lexi with her more calm energy may end up easier for me to communicate with than Shasta who has more frenetic energy, even though I am more closely bonded with Shasta. No, that doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe I am mostly noticing their energy differences. Lexi is still pretty full of teenage wildness at this point but her general energy is calmer than Shasta’s. I think I understand Shasta better, at least for now.

      5. FAT: No, I have not spoken with our FAT, yet. I meant to today but I had a headache all day and just didn’t feel up to it.

      6. Intuition exercises: I did a dive into how it feels to be a fairly large snake and was so struck with how the gliding motion across the grass felt. I haven’t ever thought about it before but as I put myself into a snake’s body, it was so clear and felt unlike any motion I have felt before. So cool!

      1. Which meditations did you do

Stress busting Quieting the mind, Calm breathing exercises and meditations.

      2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practised communicating with
      Missy – horse Jul FAT

Peanut, a cat sitting on a chest tomb situated behind metal railings. He came down to me and indicated he wanted to cross the often busy path to his home but was prevented by cyclists and the general public. Told him he was safe and I will help him to get back home. Continuously talking to Peanut It took a little while to ensure his safe return home.

      3. What are you grateful for this week

That peanut understood I was helping him and reacted to my instructions. This has helped with my confidence and ability

Grateful I can help spontaneously, help an animal without preparation on my part.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

Stock taking myself in regards to AC. Found some things am good at and others need working on

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

      Yes. Posted in Forum

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week.

Spent time in a small local quiet secluded park using my senses. Firstly with eyes closed to hear the sounds, feel the sun, feel safe in my space, followed by eyes open to use all senses. It took time to get into the spirit of the situation. Will do it again

      1. I went back to the meditations module and used several of them multiple times throughout the week (wisdom heart love, stress busting, mindfulness), and I used theta waves and 963 hz sounds to meditate.

      2. I always try to talk with my own pets, but I connected with Benji the cat and Kola the dog from the ATH section. I posted my conversations to Dakota and Klaudia.

      3. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn and improve my skills. I’m grateful for the spiritual journey I’m on and the shifts I’m feeling. I’m grateful for my home, family, health, food, vehicle, and so many blessings.

      4. Nothing new, but I’m going back to the basics to implement things I didn’t know how to use initially, and I’m attempting to break it down into much simpler steps. I tend to dive in and overwhelm myself with info, but animal comm isn’t about knowing as much as it is about feeling, so I’m going back to the beginning to FEEL my way and practice more.

      5. Not yet; I plan to do that during the call on Saturday.

      6. I’ve been clearing my mind to focus only on my senses, and I’m honing in on specific senses to stay present in the moment.
