ModeratorThe next live Coaching Club Question & Answer Call for our Gold & Platinum members is on Saturday, November 9th to Ask Val Anything about Animal Communication, including reposting any still open questions. These audio only calls last up to 2 hours to provide:
– coaching and modeling how to do animal communication
– the healing Heart Wisdom Meditation
– a live guided practice communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month
– in addition to answers to your questions with modeling of how to do animal communication yourself. Please, in your specifically focused questions include specific details especially related to food, events, etc. for better clarity. If your question is related to communicating with a specific animal, please attach their picture using a small sized image that is named with your specific animal’s name and your name. This allows all of us to practice our communications skills as Val models techniques for us.
NOTE: The deadline for your questions to be considered during the call is 24 hours before the call (Friday at 12:00 noon Eastern). Val wants to have time to prepare.
Call-in information will be emailed to active members. Also, information on how to connect to this conference call can be found in your Gold or Platinum member course lesson on Question and Answer (QA) calls. Be sure to identify yourself by your full name when using the conference line’s computer application to login (VOIP). We do not recommend using Skype for these calls.

Platinum MemberHi Val, would be extremely grateful for a check in with Blackie (and healing, if time permits) again please…..his raspy breathing/throat issue at night seems better after your session, but not sure how it is when I’m asleep! Are there still adhesions in the throat, and is he able to ward off energy attacks the way you taught him? I also hope that his misalignment in the spine and pain are ok, now that I’ve managed to get a proper (front clip) harness. It’s already cold, and that affects him. (He’ll be 11 on the 1st). Thank you ever so much.

Platinum MemberHow does one deal with fear and how do we get rid of it for good? I know its a negative energy but it pops up at the strangest times. I try transforming it. Is it something we will have to deal with through life? Thanks

Gold MemberHi Val,
I’m working through my fears using the worst-case scenario exercise, and I have a question. I’m afraid of being like Whoopi Goldberg’s character in *Ghost*, who is constantly hearing spirits/voices and can’t shut them out. Is this something that could actually happen?
Thanks!

Gold MemberLast month Val healed my Havanese, “Lily.” jShe had pain in her head and neck from a fall when she was a baby, one month old she said. I was wondering if the pain is gone now and if the healing collar I have for her is helping her? Does she still have pain? Thanks,

Platinum MemberAlex, the gray tabby (facing left), sleeps with me downstairs. She usually leans against my arm and likes putting her head in my hand. She may be drawn to the Reiki energy in my hands. She used to breathe on my face at night, which I liked—and I don’t remember any previous cat doing. If I recall accurately, after we got Blossom and Heidi, who sleep upstairs, Alex started putting one of her paws (possibly fresh from the litter box) on my face at night to hold me still, I think, and licking my face, sometimes sucking, neither of which I like. She often licks around my eyes or mouth. The whole idea of harmful bacteria or parasites in her saliva bothers me. I have asked her please not to put her paw on or lick my face, but I don’t think she hears me. Or maybe she just doesn’t want to listen. I understand that it is caretaking and affection on her part. But I really prefer that she stop. She leaves when I change my position, and I think it hurts her feelings, which I would like to avoid if I could. I want this kitty rescued from the streets to feel safe and loved above all else.
Might you have suggestions, though, as I really don’t wish to be face pawed or licked?Brindle Orange Blossom, or Blossom (facing right), has peed outside the litter box a number of times in the past, and then again this week. We had 2 litter boxes upstairs, and then added a third box when she started peeing, for her and Heidi to use. I clean them out each morning and sometimes again in the afternoon.
We had her for months before she first peed outside a litter box. The first time, she jumped into a clean basket of laundry I had just put down after bringing it up from the basement to put away. A few days later, she peed and pooped on the bottom of a table covering dangling on the floor. Two other times, in two different spots, she peed on a towel-covered window bed for cats. She also made a heap out of a soft bathroom rug and peed there.
She hadn’t peed on anything for a while, probably 2 or 3 months, until this week. My husband said she dug around in a cardboard box with papers in it on the dining room table. Then when he looked up, she was peeing in it.
We would love to know what triggers and how to prevent outside of the litter box peeing for Blossom.Heidi, the black tabby (stretched out in the window), was named because she hid for several days when we first got her last November, before she adjusted to new surroundings and showed her loving side to my husband and me. She and Blossom came as a bonded pair, although we only realized that after we had them for a number of days. Heidi had her first shots ever around February 2024. She sometimes seems to drag her back legs and walk with a wobble, although we don’t recall if that started before or after the shots.
My other main concern with Heidi is her extreme territoriality. Like Skimbleshanks in Cats, her motto might be “You could say that by and large it was me who was in charge.” She is the youngest and smallest of our three cats. Since Blossom is so loving, cheerful, and flexible, I believe Blossom and Alex could learn to get along, except that Heidi keeps things stirred up. She regularly comes up to Alex and swats at her. Alex hisses and swats Heidi back, and usually wants to retreat to the basement, where the other two aren’t allowed to go. I often say to Alex, “You are the queen, the others are the princesses—and you are in charge.” But Heidi clearly wants to be in charge of all three cats.
In addition to her health concerns posted in September, I have recently learned that Blossom was also dewormed when younger, although I don’t know by what method. I suspect Heidi was also dewormed at the same time.In addition to any health issues that might currently a priority to consider, for any one or all three cats, could you possibly help us with how to smoother out the dynamics of the interactions among the three cats, please?
Also, we feed all three cats high protein, zero carb Young Again Mature cat food, which Is grain free and plant protein free for cats over 18 months of age and mature (no longer growing bone). Is this the best diet for each one, please?
Thank you,
JudyAttachments:

Platinum MemberThank you Val for another great class. The audio was fading in and out and I had a hard time hearing so turned up my hearing aids. I received my intention. I have been busy reviewing classes on dark energies. I detach most every night and set my boundaries. I have reviewed High level 12D hygiene practices Part 1 , I have also reviewed a tape I have on Transforming and commanding them to leave which helped somewhat. The pain in my rotator cuff has lessened and my knee is now fine.
I reviewed Exploring Trauma, Healing and recovery with people and pets. I have done the Hononopono prayer several times, I compartmentalized the pain, I also did the Rem eye exercises wiggling toes and deep breathing, I have done EFT and listened to the class. I have rescue remedy but found a better remedy for stress. I will try Reiki when I have the money. I go to physiotherapy classes each week and they cost me. They help somewhat until I use that arm and then head to the Arnica for pain relief.
I will review Awaken your inner guidance course in the next day or two. I have had answers from the universe on fears and how to deal with them. I am coming to terms with the fear and how to adjust to it. I will try talking to it. The many times I have had it, I turned to our guardian angels for protection and left it in their hands.
You gave me a lot to think about and try. Thank you and I will be contacting you for a private session soon.

Platinum MemberHi everyone.
My intentions were achieved. I received my first image during a connection for the first time. I saw a rubber frog face. Lol I also learned a new insight which was to do with fear. I had an aha moment when Val said that fear is the main primary cause of pain. My elbow pain is resistance to change and my hip pain is a fear of moving forward which makes so much sense. I was resisting changing from my old farm job to my new job of being an animal communicator and pet sitter because of the fear to do with financial security. Spirit told me that it was time to quit my old job to start my own business so yesterday I told my boss that my last day is next Sunday. I realized that my pain in my elbow and hip has disappeared after learning that insight. Thank you Val for another wonderful class! Much Love everyone!
