To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Meditations?
Relaxing meditation music. Quiet clearing of the mind throughout the day. Continuously putting myself in the same heart-love space that the heart wisdom love meditation takes us to. Val said eventually, with practice, you will be able to enter that space instantly. I find myself able to do that quite quickly now and so I practice that often by keeping the talk to every animal exercise top of mind.

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
My backyard squirrels, a grandaddy long legs, my pups, Ashton (FAT), several insects, and a Pomeranian pup named Roy. Pretty soon I will be talking to just as many animals as people. LOL! 😂 I have made the talk to every animal exercise part of my daily life. It truly does help improve my AC and keeps me constantly in the heart-love space. My experience with a tiny Pomeranian pup named Roy was fun. I have never met him before and neither had my friend. Our other friend brought Roy to the park to walk with us and my 2 pups. Immediately when I got out of the car, Roy ran up to me and just acted super excited to meet me, gave me so many kisses and acted like we were long lost friends. He didn’t even bat an eye at my other friend (not the one who brought him but the other friend). I think Roy already knew who could hear and understand him, so he was drawn to me. My friend is not a big animal person like I am so I think Roy knew that and so he didn’t give her a bit of attention. The friend who brought Roy was surprised at how he acted towards me. It made me feel really good that Roy displayed such affection for me, never having met me before, and it is a testament to the power of AC and the energies we radiate. 🩷

      3. Grateful for?
I am grateful for my AC growth and how it is advancing so fast. I am grateful for how staying in the heart-love space as often as I can (as we learned from Val’s heart wisdom love method) keeps me in a calm state, less busy thoughts, and removes all fear I once had when being near certain “scary” critters. 😄

      4. Questions/discoveries?
I am beginning to see how even learning and embracing AC comes in stages. First, I learned how to “hear” them. Then I learned how to receive the more basic messages. Now, I am able to receive more detailed messages, images, feelings, and wisdom. Next, I am excited to learn how to tell where an animal feels pain or hurts so I can help heal them and how to read their auras. I know those will be revealed to me in time just like the new ability to receive their messages of wisdom. It is exciting when I realize I moved up to the next phase of learning.

      5. FAT communication?
I chatted with Ashton, and he shared some things about himself with me and also shared some of his wisdom with me. I posted that talk on his FAT page. AC connections for me have really improved and I notice now I am better “equipped” to receive their wisdom messages and not just the basic conversation topics. It is like the conversations are “growing up” and I am going past the basic introductions and simple topics and into more in depth, detailed conversations. Love it! 😄

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
I continue with the talk to every animal you meet exercise. I also focus on sounds, trying to notice less obvious sounds.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular short morning ones – but not very long. Have taken more time to have a silent meditation in the middle of the day before practising AC.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Ashton. I posted. I connected on the Q&A and also again today. Not feeling confident – i didn’t go in with specific questions, I was just trying to stay with the feelings, so it will be interesting to see if anything specific is correct.
I have also been trying to connect more deeply with Elsa. I’v become even more aware of the way I push my feelings on to her and am trying very hard not to and be more listeningy ( I know that isn’t a word) and respectful of who she is.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The way of being in partnership – not a job or a way to solve problems although that can come out of it.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I am focusing more on intention and trying to really grasp the importance of it.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Yes, see above.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have tried to connect with the apple tree. It was all in my head until the end when I pushed open my heart more. I saw a different version of a tree from the one in my head. I tend to think of them having a restricted life because they can’t move but I saw how the tree embraced the whole land and felt how grateful she was for the opportunity to embrace the whole of life. We get to give and love to all. I also saw how busy her life is – all the animals that live in her branches, all the plants around her, the weather, growing.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Meditation on twin hearts, The great invocation, Forgiveness meditation, Stress busting and Love wisdom heart meditation.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I didn’t do any formal communication this week (apart from the FAT) but I connected with my favorite pine tree, and imagined what she (even got a name!) was saying to me. Not sure if it was intuitive or purely imagination.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am grateful beyond measure for Val working with Sunny on the call, and all the teachings.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Sunny’s case is a further confirmation that animals are more impacted by energy than we imagine. It would be interesting to learn more about energy portals.

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, during the call and will do so again later.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

It has been a stressful and hectic week with Sunny and another dog’s issues, so I have not been able to focus systematically as I like to do, and have just done a quick practice of the simple and basic ones like guessing the time, guessing colors etc whenever I could. I realize I need to give more time and attention to improve my intuitive abilities.

      1. Which meditations did you do

Quieting the mind and releasing thoughts to still the mind.

      2. What is the name (or species type of the being you practiced communicating with

Otto. A long haired rescued dachshund dog very much loved by its guardian. I almost tripped over the dog as it came from under the front of a small motorhome parked next to a communal path. He sat and made it evident he wanted to connect with me which I did. He enjoyed being petted under the chin and along his back that he slumped on his side. Gently massaged an ear making Otto more relaxed then moved to the other ear where Otto gently placed a paw on my hand to indicate to stop. The guardian was receptive to know more and how best to help Otto. When Otto went for a short walk out of sight we called him back where he came back straight to me.

      3. What are you grateful for this week

Grateful that Otto made himself known to me and that his guardian, who clearly loved and wanted the best for him, not only listened but was interested in my interaction with Otto. Am also grateful for this encounter that helped my confidence and attempting to always be in ‘heart space’

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

Feeling more confident in myself that I am an animal communicator after meeting Otto and his guardian

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

      Yes. Will post in forum

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

Continue guessing the time, feeling the ambiance when entering a room

o 1. Which meditations did you do?
o The heart meditation – doing this daily for varied lengths – both as a passive and active meditations. I’m also trying to drop into my heart centre more throughout the day to allow myself to be more receptive to my intuition.
Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I’ve just connected in with the animal teacher, Ashton this week and Sunny the dog on the Q&A call. I received some lovely feedback from Nicole regarding the conversation with Ashton. When connecting in with Sunny I could feel the disorientation of him at the start, not knowing if he was coming or going gave me a to-ing and fro-ing feeling in my stomach. I also felt a feeling in my chest of heavy panting whilst explaining his fear. This eased significantly at the end of the call when the portal had been sealed.
      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Having more time during the school holidays to rest, relax and recoup my energy and spend more time with my dogs and in nature.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Animals communicate in different ways and whilst some may communicate with you as a flowing conversation, others may only send feelings, words or images.
Also it’s important to meet the animal where they are at whilst communicating and not rush the conversation.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
      Yes
      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I’ve been trying to connect in with my heart more and be open to listening to my intuition and inner guidance.
I’ve also been open to feeling into the animals this week and noticing what comes more and what senses I’ve been using. With Ashton I felt more clairaudience, with Sunny only clairsentience. At the farm I went to today I was picking up more about the animals mood and character from observing behaviours, but also subtle senses and a little claircognizance gave me more information, such as one one of the alpacas was feeling quite resentful of another more pushy one who was getting all the food. I made space for him to take a carrot from me, but I felt I had to be patient, and allow him to come to me for the food in his own time and comfort level for him to take it, which he did a couple of times, whilst refusing the food from someone who was pushing some towards him. I felt I had made the heart space I needed to allow this information to come.

      1. I’ve done the Stress Busting meditation several times, the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation, and a chakra balancing meditation I found on YouTube. I’m finding these are my favorites right now.

      2. I didn’t have a lot of time this week, so I just tried to communicate with my own animals and the FAT during the live call. Specifically, I talked to Nicholas the horse about how thankful I am he’s here and how much better he’s doing now than when he first arrived. I seem to be a lot more successful at communicating with the horses than with the house animals, probably because I don’t.

      3. I’m grateful that I’ve been able to learn more about animal communication lately, even with an insane work schedule, which should calm down fairly soon. I’m also grateful that my work is mainly interesting and enjoyable, even when it’s crazy busy.

      4. After the live call, I want to know more about energy portals! Where are they to and from?

      5. I met with Ashton during the live call and posted in the Forum. While I got a lot right, I don’t feel I went very deep with him this time. I want to reach out again and talk to him more slowly—the live calls go pretty fast for me!

      6. I’m trying to tap into my senses more fully. I also returned to the exercise of telling the time without looking at the clock. I was a lot more successful!

Elizabeth, Nicole also mentioned it during the call, and I would certainly love to know more about portals. I’ve heard of them before, but not very clear about why and how they’re present. Like you, I wonder about their origin and end, and also if it’s possible to seal them off permanently. Maybe we can add it to the list of masterclass requests in the forum.

      1. Meditations: Breathing, Mindfulness

      2. Who Did I Talk With: Max – asked him to please use the Litter Robot litter box rather than the corner of the living room. He did. On that one particular night. We have experimented enough now that I’ve learned he likes his old-fashioned litter box in a particular location, nowhere else, and would rather not use the Litter Robots. I am hoping we can negotiate because even though everyone was using the Litter Robots, when the regular box is nice and full of new litter, they all prefer that one.

      3. Gratitude: I am grateful that all three girls (2 cats and 1 dog) came out in the garage while I was working out there and all were quite amused. Usually only Kola Dog gets to go out, but Shasta and Lexi really like exploring out there.

      4. Discoveries/Questions: How much do I intuit through knowing my animals, understanding their body language and behaviors, versus, I am receiving their communication? Maybe the best answer is it all works together.

      5. FAT: I do most of my homework on Mondays or Tuesdays but this week I hurt my back and don’t feel up to that kind of focus. Hopefully, later in the week.

      6. Exercises: Tried to talk with all the animals I saw while out walking Kola – a moth, a cricket and two birds. They all left before I really felt a connection but at least attempting communication was at the forefront of my mind. Also – mindful brushing, which I learned in a Healing Touch class.
